As a 31-year-old male with a history of multiple bowel obstructions, I’ve endured three surgeries and been hospitalized around ten times. My GI doctor informed me this would be a lifelong issue, likely requiring routine surgeries. Desperate for an alternative, my wife and I discovered Clear Passage through extensive research.Traveling from Boston to Gainesville, I underwent 20 hours of treatment over five days in May 2024. From the moment I arrived, I felt confident I was in the right place. My therapists, Kate and Helene, were exceptional. Their expertise and compassion put me at ease, and the massage techniques they employed were remarkably effective. I noticed an immediate improvement within just five days. Now, nearly three months later, I’m thrilled to report I’ve never felt better. The chronic stomach pains that plagued me are completely gone. I am diligent in practicing the self-treatment techniques I learned, which has empowered me to manage my condition proactively.I am profoundly grateful to Clear Passage. My only regret is not discovering them sooner. While I acknowledge my condition may persist lifelong, I am now confident I can avoid hospitalization using the techniques taught to me. Thank you, Clear Passage, for giving me a new lease on life!

Clear Passage is a life-saver. I came for therapy on my lower abdomen because of adhesions on my bowels and consequently a partial-bowel obstruction. I felt changes happening during the week of therapy, though I know that one cannot normally expect that. Clear Passage Therapy should not be a secret. The relief I have found already tells me it is worth the cost. At the end of the week, I was an inch TALLER - thats how constricted I was!I highly recommend them. One suggestion, especially to guys: If you are doing the therapy with them, go with the therapy they recommend; dont limit them as I did 11 years ago, when I first came to them. If you are in pain or are bound by adhesions, go with their recommendations. They are very professional.

Before discovering Clear Passage, I had 6 years of tailbone and low back pain, from childbirth. I had trouble sitting for any length of time and I felt like my tailbone was broken.I had X-rays, pelvic floor PT, and chiropractic adjustments but nothing helped.I finally found a treatment that worked – Clear Passage! By targeting the adhesions directly, this treatment addressed the underlying cause of the pain rather than just masking the symptoms. Sharon was extremely kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions before & during treatment. I felt so comfortable with her, I can’t recommend her enough!Hands-on treatment for adhesions is a game-changer! Thank you Clear Passage!

It seemed like a long shot but we were deperate. I had extreme tailbone pain from childbirth. It affected my quality of life everyday. It hurt to sit, hurt to stand, hurt to do anything! I tried chiropractors, physical thereapists, pelvic floor therapy all with no results. It seemed hopeless.. i searched and searched all over trying to find somewhere or someone who could help me out! But let me tell you, tailbone pain related to childbirth seems to be a mysterious thing. Tailbones in general seem to be. There is plenty of people willing to remove them, but few who will help fix them.I stumbled across Clear Passage Therapy on google. If your suffering from tailbone pain, this place will help you out. It completely changed my life. I no longer even think about my tailbone. Five months ago I couldn’t sit down. Jenny from Dallas Tx. was kind, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what she was doing. I am so grateful we gave them a chance to help. It was worth everything.

My experience at Clear Passage in Gainesville was remarkable. Following my ileostomy in 2022, I encountered multiple intestinal blockages in 2023, stemming from adhesions from previous surgeries, each leading me to the ER. It was a very scary time and I started wondering if I would ever be able to have a reasonably “normal” life. That all changed when I went for treatment at Clear Passage!Amy and Brenda are helpful, informative, encouraging and very welcoming, both expressing a genuine sense of care and warmth. My therapists, Kate and Helene, were exceptional in their knowledge, techniques, guidance and overall ability to instill a very natural peacefulness that brought me total comfort. The therapy I received was very engaging and comprehensive, providing valuable insights into the formation of adhesions, strategies for managing them, and techniques for self-massage to apply at home. My experience was a holistic healing journey for my body, mind, and soul. The therapy, education, support, and guidance that I received at Clear Passage has empowered me to continue my wellness journey with confidence and understanding.I want to express my deep gratitude to the Clear Passage Team in Gainesville for their invaluable contribution to making my experience truly unforgettable. Thank you all so much, you have made a lasting impact on my health and my life!

My husband had his first small bowel obstruction in June of 2022 and it was a harrowing experience for him, necessitating surgery to unblock it. When we left the hospital I searched online to find ANY options for prevention of this again in the future, and I was thrilled to find the Clear Passage online site which we both devoured in the days following his surgery. We decided to invest in our mental and physical well-being by taking money out of savings to go through the week-long physical therapy for him. Since it is a huge financial investment, we researched and chose one of Clear Passages most experienced and committed physical therapists to work with, Sharon Hepburn, in St. Louis. We were NOT disappointed. We also learned that she is their Chief Operating Officer and wow, we were grateful to work with her!We had to wait to schedule the treatment for 3 months post-op and I just had my fingers crossed that we would make it to St. Louis before any recurrence of an obstruction. We did. We flew to St. Louis from California on a Sunday, settled into the comfortable hotel that they recommended, and then began therapy the next day. Sharons office is located in a very nice suburb a short drive from the airport. There are gorgeous and spacious parks seemingly everywhere in this area and beautiful spacious estates. It was a lovely place to settle into for the week and we were fortunate to hit a week of gorgeous weather the last week of September. Between our daily sessions we had lovely picnics and walks in their parks.Sharon works with an excellent massage therapist, Maura Lee, and between the two of them we witnessed incredible shifts!I am a retired family therapist/psychotherapist and registered nurse, and I was enthralled and impressed to attend and witness each session. Sharon and Mauras deep knowledge and understanding of physiology, ability to tune into the body, adept capacity to work with emotions that arose in the treatment, and wisdom about what to do next was absolutely amazing and intriguing. The Clear Passage protocols are sequential and specific. We were both VERY impressed with the process and the results! My husbands belly is now soft and pliable. It was tight and lumpy when we arrived. A pain that he had in his lower back for many years is now resolved. He has specific self-exercises that he does daily and we both now know how to manage any recurrent obstructions should any recur, which I now strongly doubt will happen. We feel empowered and safe to travel should we choose to.We extend our very deep thanks and gratitude to Clear Passage for developing this protocol to bring health and freedom to us again, and we particularly thank the expertise and compassion of Sharon Hepburn PT and Maura Lee LMT at the St. Louis Clear Passage office in St. Louis!

First let me say that years ago I swore off doing any reviews, but in this case I feel it necessary to speak. Thirty-seven years ago I had a diverticulum rupture that started my abdominal journey. This led to multiple intestinal blockages and surgeries that changed my life. Eating and pain became a daily challenge. I never knew what to expect each day.Without my loving, caring, family, I would not be here today. My issues effected their life too.Let’s not forget prayer. Several hospital trips that became serious I know could have easily turned another direction. In July 2023 I had my last blockage which came close to another surgery. After that issue I began my research and found Clear Passage. Of course, I was skeptical at first, but the more I researched it, the more it gave me hope. My wife and I made my visit to Gainesville this past November. The staff, Amy and Brenda, are very professional and make you feel very comfortable. You can tell from the first day that Helene and Kate, the physical therapist, are very special at their trade. Their knowledge of the body and its issues is very extensive. Since their treatment there has been a very positive change to my abdomen and the way it functions. I have not experienced any blockages or extreme discomfort. I am truly grateful that I was led to Clear Passage and their knowledgeable staff and experience with my issues. I would highly recommend them for your needs.

Clear Passage has been a wonderful experience for me. The therapist, Aura was amazing. She is incredibly compassionate and empathetic to your journey and has her own story that she will share with you as well that makes her even better equipped to help someone struggling with fertility issues. She has a calming touch and presence and puts you at ease right away. The therapy itself is very interesting and hopefully effective! Time will tell, but immediately after I do feel like targeted areas were addressed and tension in areas noted previously, noticeably improved after her work. Aura was able to effectively state why she was doing something and why it mattered, there was always a logical reason and explanation. I found it to be very helpful and would highly recommend to anyone who feels like they may have exhausted all options in their fertility journey or feel like you are looking for something to do to help facilitate any other treatments. Aura is the best!

I attended clear passage therapy back in September 2023 with Charmaine in Michigan. The experience was great from the moment I scheduled to the moment I left. We was trying to get pregnant for two years with no success and no answers as to why I couldn’t conceive. One doctor finally said she believed it was endometriosis and that my next step was surgery. I try to do everything as natural as possible and knew that surgery was something I absolutely did not want to do and had to explore all my options beforehand. I came across clear passage in February 2023 when I was doing some research, but I wasn’t quite ready to put out the money and was hopeful that I’d conceive soon with trying some other natural methods myself. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful and my last resort before doing anything invasive was clear passage. After attending my 20 hours of therapy, my husband and I conceived after my very next cycle, it may have actually worked a little too good and we were blessed with triplets. We are overjoyed to have found clear passage and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Both my husband and I are so grateful to clear passage and all the staff for doing what they do. Everyone who is having infertility issues should 100% give this a try before doing anything else.

I visited Clear Passage’s New York City location for SIBO treatment. Let me start by saying that my rating has nothing to do with the PT who worked on me. She herself is a sweetheart and is also very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed speaking with her during treatment. Great conversation and truly a good hearted person. The reason I am leaving a two star review is because there is just no reason and zero justification for charging anywhere from $6,500 to $7,500+ for this kind of a treatment. It is absolutely unacceptable. It’s been a few weeks since treatment and I can’t in good consciousness not say anything knowing that someone might be opening a credit card or taking much needed money from their savings, retirement fund, etc. for this.Saying that this treatment is overpriced is truly an understatement. I say that not out of anger, but from the heart.I know that there will likely be some kind of response attempting to justify the price, but again, there should be no reason that someone needs to take out a loan or a credit card for what this is.You’re essentially paying for 20 hours of someone feeling around for adhesions and various areas of your abdomen which may be “tighter”, “off”, etc. than they should be. Then, the Clear Passage practitioner is applying pressure around that area for approximately 5+ minutes in an effort to dissolve what might be causing some kind of a “blockage” or “issue” (hence “clearing the passage”). This is a rough explanation, but it gives you a general idea of what the process entails. There’s also some evaluations, daily questions asked, and things of that sort. This is what is being done for 4 hours a day, 5 days total.I would say that the treatment is worth $3000.I spoke with a woman who went to another Clear Passage treatment center for SIBO years ago. The prices have gone up since then. She was shocked when I told her what I paid. It just feels almost disrespectful to charge such a high price. Especially for something like SIBO when there is zero data showing how effective this treatment is for it. If there was a study showing that Clear Passage was proven to heal 80%+ of people from SIBO, I’d say MAYBE they could justify charging to $4000 MAXIMUM. But to pay around $7500 for a “possibility” like this one is truly, truly unacceptable. Especially in the times we are in today.Anyways, I am not saying Clear Passage can’t be helpful. It absolutely can for the right person. But the price is not worth the treatment in my true opinion and it was important for me to say something. If Clear Passage contacts me I’d be willing to speak with them. I hope this review reaches the right people.

In Florida, both therapists, Kate and Julie, were wonderful.I have just completed a follow up treatment session at Clear Passage in Michigan. Again, I cant say enough about the positive experience I have had with everyone involved, from Brenda in the office in Florida, to the fabulous care of Charmaine, the therapist in Michigan. In December 2022, I was told that I had hydrosalpinx in my left fallopian tube. I would need to get surgery to get it removed. I saw a surgeon in St. Louis, MO, who told me that I would need to make a decision that day if I wanted my right tube to me removed too. I left his office shocked and devasted. I had already watched a video on Clear Passages YouTube about hydrosalpinx and how it helped a lady conceive (with one tube). I was still not convinced enough to go through with the surgery. Around Christmas, Clear Passage had a special, so I told my husband if we could afford the deposit, I would like to try it. We found the money to put the deposit down, and I was skeptical the whole time. Mind you, I had this booked from December and waited until April (my Spring Break), to get the therapy done. In the meantime, I joined a Facebook group for hydrosalpinx and blocked fallopian tubes. Here I connected with a woman who posted her testimony and we connected. She made me feel more confident in my journey. In April 2023, I went to treatment. I was so nervous and anxious. Sharon and Mara made me feel so comfortable and welcome. We talked about all my medical history, and they worked their magic. When I say magic, I truly mean that I was feeling 85-90% better by the end of my treatment. I had been struggling with lower back pain for years, and even today, I do not have any back pain! This therapy has helped with more than my fertility (not pregnant, YET!). I have felt better, have more energy, less struggles with my periods, and overall I feel much better. They did find several adhesions near my pelvic area, and I feel they are cleared up now. Today, June 15th, 2023, I had an HSG, it has come back clear that my fallopian tubes are open, clear, and normal. I am forever grateful for Clear Passage and all they have done to help me heal. I have learned so much from being a patient at Clear Passage, and I will continuously share my awesome experience with everyone I know, including my doctors! Do not think twice about booking with Clear Passage, it truly is a life changing experience!

I found Clear Passage while desperately searching for something to relieve my pelvic pain and help with fertility issues.I have a blocked fallopian tube and adhesions due to endometriosis and an ectopic pregnancy. I had previously gotten laparoscopic surgery with no relief from my pain and no pregnancy. After two years of going back and forth (it’s very expensive) I finally took the leap and scheduled the five days of treatment and I’m so thankful that I did.I got treated by Jenny in Dallas and she was absolutely wonderful. She blew my mind with her knowledge and expertise, she immediately found her way to my adhesions. She’s a miracle worker!I also had no idea that I had pelvic floor issues which she addressed that have been life changing. There were so many things that she worked on that another surgery would not have fixed. She also taught me and my husband how to work on myself to continue with treatment.I am hopeful that this will help with my fertility (unblock my tube etc., I have to wait a couple of months before I can test), but either way, for me personally, it was absolutely worth it. My body has been changed for the better. Thank you Jenny and Clear Passage! ~ JessicaP.S. I couldnt leave a review through my account (for some reason) so Im leaving it through my husbands.

I have certainly received positive benefits from the Clear Passage therapy. After my week of therapy at the beginning of June 2023, I had an HSG in late June 2023. Both my Fallopian tubes are now open and patent! There is also no residual scar tissue or adhesions in the cavity! Reaching this point has been nothing short of tremendous, and we cannot express enough our gratitude to Clear Passage as well as to Judith and Charmaine (in London) for their outstanding work. We are truly amazed by the miraculous outcome we have witnessed; there is no way surgery would have achieved as much as they were able to. I did Clear Passage last fall for Unexplained Infertility. After trying to get pregnant for 7 years unsuccessfully, including one loss, we conceived naturally just 3 months after my Clear Passage treatment. It was extremely helpful, not only physically, but also in healing the emotional trauma of the fertility journey. Charmaine was an excellent bodyworker and extremely knowledgeable. She told me more about my body than any doctor had ever done. I’ll also mention that I was discouraged by my doctor to trust any type of massage therapy for treating infertility. She said that it would be very expensive and ineffective. I also read this from medical professionals on the internet. After a year since I heard about Clear Passage, I was listening to a podcast and heard a woman’s testimonial about how it worked for her. I decided to call and spoke with a receptionist who was also a success story. I went in with a positive attitude that it would certainly help me on my path to my baby and when I walked out, I really felt that it had helped. More people should know about Clear Passage.

From the first time I contacted Clear Passage they gave me HOPE for my future.. encouraged me and helped me tremendously to make this treatment a reality. One year ago today I arrived at Clear Passage feeling quite desperate after having experienced several agonizing small bowel obstructions caused by pelvic radiation for cancer. My three therapists were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The treatment itself was tiring and sometimes very painful but I was willing to do anything to improve my quality of life. A year later, I testify that my quality of life has definitely improved. They taught me how to stretch out the adhesions and to cope better. My daily self-treatment includes 15 minutes of stretching exercises, 15-20 minutes of lying on a softball and 30 minutes of walking. Since last year, I have been in the hospital 3 times but for much shorter duration, twice for less than 24 hours and without the dreaded NG tube. I have gained back 15 pounds that I had inadvertently lost, am able to ride for longer distances in the car and generally feel better. I would definitely recommend Clear Passage and Kristen, Suzette and Julie to you if you have had repeated intestinal obstructions. It is now more than two years since I was treated for small bowel obstructions in Gainesville. The decision to go to Clear Passage was the BEST decision I have made for my abdominal health. I have not had an obstruction for 17 months. I feel so much better. My life is much more normal. They taught me management techniques to stretch out the adhesions. I still eat low fiber and do the exercises they taught me as well as take a brisk 30 minutes walk every day. And at age 73 I can still do the techniques they taught me! I am very thankful to have found Clear Passage. They understood adhesion issues so much more than my doctors. It is now more than 3 years since my treatment in Gainesville. During the time of my treatment I thought that the PT portion was the only important part. Now I realize that the education component of the treatment was equally important. I have not been admitted to the hospital for bowel obstructions since March of 2020. I can only attribute my improvement in health to Clear Passage. Because I continue to do the exercises and eat the diet they recommended, I can clearly tell the difference between the beginning of a bowel obstruction and IBS, which I have also suffered post pelvic radiation. My life is so much more normal. I no longer have a bag packed for a hospital stay and can and do travel. Thank you Clear Oassage.

After almost two years of pain and digestive issues with every diagnostic test under the sun but no answers, I was losing hope that I would ever lead a normal life again. I had been to the emergency room twice and honestly felt like if something didnt change, I would probably end up dead. I felt toxic, exhausted, unable to focus, and completely misunderstood by the health practitioners. I refused pain medication, because I knew it would only mask the real, undiagnosed problem. I found Clear Passage shortly before meeting with a surgeon and decided to try CP therapy. My good guess was that abdominal adhesions were causing partial bowel obstructions. I opted for therapy instead of exploratory surgery, because I learned from discussion with other people who had dealt with adhesions, that surgery might just cause even more problems with adhesions. So, heres what happened. I went to therapy and experienced significant relief on day one. By day four, I felt hope that I would actually get my life back. The physical therapist who treated me said there were still adhesions, and that I would need more work. Since then, Ive had one five-hour session, and I am going to schedule another five-hour session soon. The results have been fantastic. Im not back to my old self, by any means, but I am no longer a semi-comatose pain statue (my roommate called me that). I am able to resume a lot of activities I gave up for a while. After months of pureed food and/or completely liquid diet, eating again has been wonderful. I still cant eat most vegetables and fruit, so getting proper nutrition is a concern. But, hopefully with continued treatment and improvement, I will be able to see a nutritionist and deal with that. I am so happy that I found Clear Passage. As a professional writer, I am also happy to have the opportunity to help get the word out about their life-changing services. The health care system in the USA is such a mess. People in health care need to be informed that adhesions rarely show up on scans and that there is an alternative to surgery for abdominal adhesions!UPDATE: My condition was improving, but over the course of time, I have declined back to the state I was when I first saw them. I am now actively trying to get a diagnostic laparoscopy. Please understand that my case seems to be unusual for them. As the majority of people I talk to have had more lasting results than me. They might go to PT every couple of years compared to me going every couple of months. Once I have surgery, I absolutely will go back to Clear Passage as a preventative measure to keep new adhesions forming. There is something wrong with me that is causing (new/more) adhesions. Maybe Im leaking bowel contents into my abdominal cavity? Who know. Im confident once that is resolved, then I can get this adhesions situation under control with Clear Passage.

I was hopeful but skeptical prior to receiving treatment at Clear Passage but I have to say I was amazed with my progress following my week of therapy. I have been dealing with adhesion pain for a number of years and was able to get relief for the first time. Aside from pain I have also had issues with infertility due to adhesions in the uterus and blocking the fallopian tubes. My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for 3 and half years...well, we just had a healthy baby boy 7 weeks ago! I was pregnant one month after completing my 22 hours of therapy over the course of a week. I saw many fertility doctors that were unable to help us but the therapists at Clear Passage were amazing and clearly know exactly what theyre doing. I worked with Leslie, Kim and Evette; they were all three amazing! The therapy can get intense at times but they were always kind and compassionate and even had a sense of humor to help alleviate any anxiousness. I would highly recommend going to Clear Passage Therapies for anyone dealing with adhesion pain and/or infertility! I will definitely go back for more therapy since I had a c-section and will certainly be dealing with adhesion issues once again.

Its very expensive, so go try other stuff first, but I went to Yasamin in southern California, and I can feel a change/got a lot of relief in the topics that she worked on (I waited 6 months to write a review).Shes a highly trained PT in different modalities and knows a lot, plus is a creative soul, so she can be a little all over the place - but if you ask for specific stuff and remind her, shes super nice and will focus back on whatever you feel you need. Or, you can let her do what she feels is right as the body is one big integrated system. But for me, I wanted focus ha.Id also like to mention she practices transcendental meditation and things like that, so shell likely incorporate energy work and share some of her philosophy on things with you, not in a rude or forceful way but that was just part of my experience, and of course she was very kind and able to listen to my philosophies on spiritual stuff too, even when some of it was different. Her office in Pasadena is peaceful and shell teach you a lot about the anatomy shes doing work on so you dont have to come back ever as she told me :)

I have been to Clear Passage twice now (first time was 5 years ago), and would highly recommend this treatment. You get treated like a real person by people who actually care. They also dont make false claims about what the treatment does, which is especially important when infertility is a factor. Instead they treat what they can and let you know exactly how the treatment went. The first time I went I knew at the end of the treatment that there was still issues to work on, but as I was from out of the country that had to be good enough - and what had been done was a tremendous help! 5 years later I was able to come again and my body responded even better! Thank you so much!

After a lot of research I found Clear Passage and decided to give them a call. I spoke with a very kind woman named Autumn. From the first conversation she simply listened to me and my long infertility story. She told me I would make a great candidate so I took a leap of faith and scheduled the treatment! My husband and I flew from Maine to Gainesville Florida and stayed for a week, completing 20 hours of treatment. This week did not feel like a week of medical treatment but instead felt like a relaxing/healing vacation. After the first day of treatment I went for a walk and felt my stomach moving more freely as I swung my arms. I guess I never realized how bad the adhesions from a past surgery had stuck everything together. From that day I began to notice very big improvements in my attitude, mood and energy level as well! Halfway through treatment I woke up one morning on my stomach and realized I hadnt slept on my stomach for over 3 years after my surgery! I have been waking up every morning on my stomach following treatment! I just returned to my yoga class for the first time following treatment and was able to transition into certain yoga poses that before felt like my stomach muscles were pulling in different directions so I would have to stop. Every day that passes after the treatment I feel more and more healed. I feel like the young and healthy person I use to be! I will never forget the kindness that all these beautiful kind women showed to me and my husband. My husband and I consider these women family and believe they are also invested in our journey to becoming parents! God has truly given these women the gift of healing and I am so grateful to have been there patient!

I received therapy for my hydrosalpinx and pains I’ve been having for the last two years after my Ectopic Pregnancy. Im only 2 days out from the completion of therapy. It’s been an emotionally and physically exhausting experience that I’m grateful for. The therapists are amazing and the environment they provide is very safe, therapeutic, nurturing and educational. I will share another update after after some time. I definitely recommend using them.

The staff at Clear Passage were all exceptional! My Therapists, Larry & Evette, really cared about me as a person, not just a patient. They both were very professional with my treatment, and helped me to feel comfortable even with many sessions of internal treatments. I went in for hyper flexed (hooked) coccyx. In 20 hrs of treatment, They were able to make it mobile and restore it to its relative position. But there isnt a miracle in ridding the pain for me personally. I have found my tolerance for sitting get have improved... though I try to avoid it still after 7weeks. Also the pain of inflammation has drastically decreased. My favorite part about the therapy is that they show you how to continue it on yourself.. and give lots of stretches, and suggestions for a daily program. I would recommend going to them if you feel motivated to continue the self care. In my case they helped me understand better my pelvic floor and I feel much more in tune and educated about it. I will continue putting the time and energy in the program they sent me home with, hopefully in time I will be able to function normally, pain free. I have had 2 years of chronic coccyx pain, so I am trying to be patient with retraining my body/muscles. They made sure I know I can contact them anytime with questions/concerns.

In the past two years, Ive received a total of 50 hours of therapy through Clear Passage. Before Clear Passage, I was heavily dependent on laxatives and experienced lots of pressure and discomfort in my abdomen. Exercising on a regular basis and keeping a regular diet was very difficult. Since receiving the hands on physical therapy, my quality of life has tremendously improved - no more laxatives and my discomfort has almost gone away completely! I dont know what I would have done if I didnt find you guys! Thank you so much for everything you do!

My decision to attend the Gainesville Clear Passage clinic was a wise one. I feel 75% better overall. Before I started treatment, I was in a lot of chronic pain and now I have more energy and less aching overall. The staff at this location are AMAZING, especially Kim, Evette and Larry who worked on me and my body over 20 hours the week I attended the clinic. They make you feel so comfortable. They are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home. All the staff were easy to work with and responded quickly to any and all questions I had. I highly recommend anyone suffering with adhesions or other chronic pain issues to seek help from Clear Passage!

Clear Passage offers holistic, compassionate treatment of difficult to diagnose or treat conditions. I have unexplained secondary infertility and sought out their treatment for that. Clear Passage staff are very professional. The therapist I worked with in the Denver metro area was very experienced and with lots of training in a variety of therapies (physical therapy being her primary training). She helped me with chronic upper back pain I have had for my entire adult life. I have exercises she gave me that I continue to do to manage and reduce my pain and release chronic muscle tension. I have not gotten pregnant yet, (only 6 weeks since therapy), but I hope that that may yet happen. The therapist also helped me with pelvic floor muscle strengthening which has improved the stress incontinence (with sneezing coughing, jumping) that I have had for over 5 years. Even if the therapy does not help me achieve pregnancy, I feel that it was helpful for several other physical ailments and even with processing some mental/emotional stressors.

I had small bowel obstruction surgery in December 2016 that followed my initial small bowel obstruction surgery in 2010. My surgeon in 2016 told me after my surgery that the adhesions were really bad and that I was an adhesion machine. She also told me that unless it was life threatening, that she would not perform another small bowel obstruction surgery on me again, and so I began searching for an alternative. I happened upon Clear Passage in a Google search. I had never heard of Clear Passage or their work, and so I read everything on their website. I contacted them, and they set up a phone interview with one of the owner/founders Belinda. She was great, answering all of my questions. While the costs of the Clear Passage program are certainly not prohibitive, and in fact, extremely reasonable for the services that they provide, I was still very uneasy and uncertain about participating since there was no guarantee of success, and I had to fly up from Hawaii to California. However, when I flew up to Encinitas and met Neil and Michelle Sturman, a husband and wife team for Clear Passage, and began the therapy, that I knew for sure that I had made the right decisions to commit to Clear Passage. Both Neil and Michelle are great physical therapists who are extremely knowledgeable. Neil and Michelle truly care a great deal about their patients, and are fully committed to helping people to feel better, and greatly improve their patients quality of life. When I arrived in Encinitas, my abdominal area felt like it was shielded by a coat of armor it was so hard and stuff. By the end of the my sessions, my abdomen was already quite soft and pliable, and my whole body was feeling so much better. Neil and Michelle definitely changed my life. I no longer worry whether I will obstruct today. My abdomen remains soft and pliable since I returned home to Hawaii, without the constant bloating and discomfort that became a way of life for me. I cannot thank Clear Passage, and Neil and Michelle enough. I would highly recommend anyone with adhesion issues, and especially those individuals like myself who have already had either multiple small bowel obstruction surgeries to speak to your doctor and then contact Clear Passage BEFORE committing to surgery. As I found through experience, having surgery will only lead to more surgeries, with each one being more extensive and difficult than the last because there will definitely be more adhesions. Clear Passage really gave me my life back and gave a retiree hope that he will be here awhile longer with his family. I only wish that I had heard of them sooner.

Wish it was possible to give ten stars!!! Clear Passage Therapies has just been God’s answers to my prayers!!! It all started with listening to a Podcast and ended with two unblocked fallopian tubes!!!in the middle of the pandemic In 2020, I stumbled on a podcast, Wholesome Fertility where the Founders were interviewed. At that time, I had no clue I would end up having issues with conception however was just super intrigued about the CPT story and approach, it sounded like alternative medicine at its finest!!! I did a bit of research about their therapies and moved on. A few months down the line, my husband and I decided to actively start trying which resulted in my OBgyn requesting a whole bunch of exploratory tests including the HSG. A Major discovery and downer was that I had bilateral blocked tubes. It took a week to get over the shock, after that we were very clear what our next step was. We drove 17 hours to Gainesville and my stay there was just life changing. I was just speechless with the discoveries I made that week. Kristen and Julie were my therapists and they were too amazing!!!! They were extremely professional, technically sound and just amazing souls. They were so determined to help. Fast forward 6 weeks, my doctor confirmed on Monday that both my tubes are UNBLOCKED. He was actually in awe and found it very hard to believe that I had both tubes blocked just two months ago! Not only that, this therapy appears to have also improved my AMH by 0.4 pts which is a huge deal!!! In conclusion, CPT has been a major blessing and the therapy works wonders!! Thanks to the CPT team and founders!!!! Xx

I was seeking help with chronic abdominal pain that I have been living with for decades and for issues of pseudo-obstruction in my small bowel. It has taken a few weeks following my treatment to feel its positive effect. I continue to feel improvement as I self-treat at home and strengthen my body with prescribed exercises. The most effective and comprehensive treatment for endometriosis, scar tissue from surgery and three car accidents that I have ever had. After searching for relief for over two decades I found Clear Passage. Not only did Larry and Kimmy (and Yvette) heal me from living in a virtual straight jacket of adhesions, they also understood the chronic pain that I had been living with. They validated me, after years of doctors telling me that I was fine, the Clear Passage staff knew that I was definitely not fine. After a full week of treatment I was able to walk without pain and even eat without pain. I was given a completely new lease on life.I had so many adhesions everywhere that Larry ended up giving the very major ones names (which still makes me laugh). They even fixed pains that were not in my abdomen, like my chronic headache pain and hip pain. (I seriously thought I was going to be a candidate for hip surgery before my treatment, but I walked out of their office with zero pain in my hip.)Also, I was unaware that I had lots of scar tissue around my knees from a bad fall, but I had pain whenever I stood up and it would take a few minutes to feel like my knees were straightened out enough to walk.I told Kimmy about the issue and she literally fixed that problem in fifteen minutes. My knees have been pain-free ever since.Recently I was in another car accident, my car was totaled, and I am in some pain. But now I know why I have that pain and where I can get help and I plan on going back to Clear Passage. Help is on the way.By being educated by the Clear Passage staff on the variety of factors that can cause adhesions, I understand why I am experiencing pain that conventional doctors totally dismiss.Finding and going to Clear Passage was the absolute best thing that I have ever done for myself, bar none. They know what theyre doing and there is no one else like them.To quote Bill Graham on the Grateful Dead: Theyre not the best at what they do, theyre the ONLY ONES who do what they do.But seriously, they are THE BEST.

I came to Clear Passage because of a severe problem with adhesions after several abdominal surgeries. My doctors told me that those adhesions made it dangerous for me to ever consider surgery again. A friend discovered Clear Passage online, and I knew I had to get there to help save my life. After a fundraiser that took a whole year, I came to Gainesville for my treatment in October 2013, and it was worth every moment, every effort it took for me to get there. I have never experienced such concentrated healing in my entire life. My adhesions were reduced, to the point where I could actually stand up straighter when I left! SO much of my chronic pain in back and neck was relieved, my skin felt softer, my blood flow all over my body was improved - it was like a miracle. I felt better at the end of my treatment than I had in YEARS, and I feel so much more confident now that, if my health issues ever do require surgery again, my chances of surviving it have been vastly improved.Thank you, everyone at Clear Passage - Amber, Tracey, Dr. Rice, and everyone else - for everything you do. Evette and Kim are my angels, and after two weeks of your care, I miss you so much!! I will be forever grateful for the healing treatment I received from you.

Clear Passage Physical Therapy far exceeded my expectations. From the moment that I arrived, I was greeted warmly and genuinely to begin my healing journey. After years of debilitating pain due to Endometriosis, I found myself tired, discouraged, and a little broken. The unswerving support and compassion that I found at Clear Passage was a lifesaver. Every member of the staff knew exactly what to say and how to approach me with kindness and understanding.Throughout the week of 20 hr treatment I experienced many changes physically and emotionally. By the second day of treatment I was walking and actually wanting to walk. My previous life was full of sitting and lying down only and now my body is saying no more sitting. This change represented actual evidence for continued hope for recovery from a life filled with pain. During my time at Clear Passage I was always encouraged to listen to my body and allow it to lead. This was a foreign concept to me, but I am proud to say that I continue to allow my body to lead and speak to me and it has not lead me astray. The expert knowledge and proven success of the therapist at Clear Passage blew me away. With their help I learned more about my body and its many challenges in five days than I have with dozens of medical professionals in over two years. The first session that I had with Larry Wurn transported me into the drivers seat. His fascia talk allowed me take a closer look at the inner workings of my body and really begin to understand the foundation of the work that all of my therapists were doing. I truly appreciate this approach and found myself listening to the recorded version over and over again. My review would not be complete without mentioning the unconditional support that both Evette and Kim gave my boyfriend and I throughout the week. They both were calm, kind, and genuine. In addition to their healing touch, Kim and Evette brought a strength to each session that was infectious. At a time when I was both physically and emotionally exhausted, they never strayed from providing me with a steady warmth of support and advice.Though my healing is far from over, I cherish the time that I spent at Clear Passage getting to know myself and my therapists. This experience was both life changing and life saving. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Clear Passage and all of its wonderful staff.

My tubes are UNBLOCKED!!On 10/05/2020 I did my HSG and found out both my tubes are blocked. Before leaving the office my Gyno said next time we meet we can come up with the IVF schedule.I thought “ivf? I don’t want to do ivf”. I just knew in my heart there had to be another way! After crying my eyes out for hours- I decided to google “unblock tubes naturally”. Hours and hours of research I found “Clear Passage”.From my very first communication with Jessica I knew this was the place for me.I live 4 hours south of Gainesville, FL.I was able to start my first session 11/03/2020.Everyone I interacted with at the office was amazing. Not faking it but genuinely kind.My therapist were Kristen and JulieI now think of them as angels. Not only were they both very knowledgeable about what they were doing they kept me in the loop every step of the way.I was given instruments and instructions on what to continue to do when I leave. This wasn’t a week of relaxing vacation, it was a week of getting renewed.I cried, I laughed and I learned about my body.Once I got home I continued to do what was recommended by my angels (I also did Castro oil pack and took serrapeptase).Today 11/25/2020 as my Gyno pushed the hsg dye into my uterus I didn’t even have time to be sad - she proclaimed look at the right tube it’s just flowing out. She then told me the left is also opened. This has been a long journey for my husband and I. I am so happy this therapy worked for me, I knew even if my tubes didn’t open, the experience I had at Clear Passage would still be of great help to me.The money is worth it! The time is worth it! Clear Passage provided me with the answers and the pain relief I had been searching for! After my second C-section in 2007, I experienced debilitating pain. I went to 11 doctors and no one could find anything wrong with me. When I went to get a colonoscopy the PA told me to call his wife. That was one of the greatest gifts I have ever received. She explained adhesions and had me see Belinda and Larry. In one week of treatment I was 100% pain free. This past year I had a bowel obstruction and again, the doctors could not help me and wanted to do more surgery. I reached out to Clear Passage and again, they came to the rescue. I had had some laproscopic surgeries and the adhesions were causing my entire digestive system to fail. Again, in one week of treatment, they healed me. I could not give them a better review and hope that all women who are in pain may find their way to Clear Passage. It was an extraordinary experience, to be heard and healed.

I traveled to the Gainesville, FL clinic for treatment for infertility and pain. I had an HSG that showed both of my tubes had distal end blockages. I only had treatment two weeks ago so I cant say yet for sure if my tubes are unblocked but I feel very hopeful. I will know for sure if I get pregnant or if I dont get pregnant soon Ill have another HSG done. My pain greatly decreased and my stomach feels completely different. My tubes were blocked due to an emergency c-section which lead to a massive infection and I almost died because of poor care by my doctors. The event was extremely traumazing and left me physically and emotionally scarred. At Clear Passage I felt that I got treated for my physical and emotional trauma. I felt like Kim and Evette were my friends when I left and they both gave me good advice on how to deal with my trauma and about moving on.When I got to Clear Passage my abdomen wasnt in massive pain but it had always felt different ever since the birth my of daughter. I was never able to lay on my stomach or stretch my stomach in any way. I was also always guarding my stomach when I gave my husband a hug or when my daughter sat on my lap. Now Im able to do all of these things without pain and fear of pain. I could literally feel things stretching and breaking apart and each day I felt a little lighter and more freedom of movement. Also, I never connected this, but I was exhausted all the time. I had been to the doctor several times and they did tons of bloodwork and tests and basically said, well, you have a 1 year old so that must be why. It made sense to me but most days I spent my daughters naptime praying she would sleep long enough for me to be able to make it through the rest of the day when she woke up because I had NO energy. I now suddenly have a lot more energy and it was because my abdomen was a solid wall of adhensions and it was literally making my body fight all of my movements.I would strongly suggest going here if you have pain or infertility due to adhensions. I came skeptical but by the time I left I knew Clear Passage had changed my body for the rest of my life. Im so so glad I decided to go.Everyone in the office is extremely professional, prompt and they really care about healing their patients. They have dimmed lights and healing music and art in all the rooms. They are completely honest and up front about their success rates and their costs. They also provide you with pretty much all the resources you need to have a succesful trip in Gainesville.

Clear Passage has given me hope again!!Here is a summary of my medical history that eventually brought me to Clear Passage:In 1998, I was involved in a severe car accident that severed my duodenum and I was life-flighted for emergency surgery. After 11 weeks of recovery, physical therapy, and a mostly liquid diet, I bounced back to a normal and healthy life. About 7 years later, while I was in college, I began to have episodes of vomiting and severe pain that landed me in the emergency room numerous times throughout the year. Each time, I was discharged with pain meds and without a diagnosis. The episodes increased in frequency and severity over time. After countless tests, MRIs, CT scans, and prescriptions, the doctors/specialists still had no answer as to what was causing my pain. Then, in 2009, I became completely blocked with a small bowel obstruction that required immediate surgery. After this surgery, it became clear to me that things were not improving, and I needed answers. In 2010, I met with a specialist who told me more about abdominal adhesions and implored me to stay away from surgical interventions AT ALL COSTS, as they would only worsen my situation. It was time to think outside the box. I found Clear Passage, called them immediately, and flew across the country to meet with them. During my 20 hours of treatment (myofascial release), I felt cared for and truly understood. In addition to being extremely kind and welcoming, the PTs educated me on adhesions, explained what they were doing, and told me what to expect. I felt my body changing after the first session!! The therapy was painful and uncomfortable at times, but I was always confident in their abilities and knowledge.Since my treatment at Clear Passage, I have not been to the emergency room once!! I have been able to continue working on myself with the tools and education they provided, and they are ALWAYS available if I have questions or concerns. If there is any chance that abdominal adhesions are interfering with your qualify of life, call Clear Passage and just talk to them. They saved me from a life of hospitalizations and dangerous surgeries. I continue to be so thankful for the work they do, and I highly recommend their services as an alternative to surgery.

My experience at Clear Passage in Miami with Leslie Wakefield was nothing short of amazing, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I went to Clear Passage after 5 surgeries (4 for endometriosis, and one c-section). Before I went, I had severe pelvic pain, especially on my left side. I couldnt walk or climb stairs without pain. I had severe pain and nausea after eating, no matter what I ate or how little I ate...I was losing weight and had partial bowel obstructions. I also had severe bladder pain, and rib and chest pain. Within the previous year Id been hospitalized or in the ER multiple times for pain or GI issues.Since the treatment at Clear Passage, all of my pain has reduced tremendously. The constant nausea that I always had to a greater or lesser degree is also vastly reduced. It has been two months and I am still continuing to improve, using the home treatment program. Now that the mental and physical burden of living with so much pain and dysfunction is gone, my life has changed in so many ways.Leslie is not only extremely skilled, but she is also warm, compassionate and caring. In short, our experience was fantastic. My husband has been to Clear Passage twice now to receive treatment for abdominal adhesions, small bowel obstruction and dysmotility. The treatments themselves are incredibly effective at breaking down restrictions, reliving his pain and improving motility, but its really the people that make the difference. The entire staff- from phone greeters, to the owners, to the web master, to the administrative staff and more- each and every soul there is a caring and compassionate individual. From beginning to end they make their patients feel welcomed, comfortable and treated with dignity. My husband has struggled so significantly with adhesions, that he recently needed three consecutive weeks of therapy and in a humane offer to help us curb costs, staff members offered up their homes and even to cook meals for us to save money while in the area. This unprecedented display of caring and the deep level of involvement displayed with each patient they treat has really touched me, which is why were very pleased to say that we have formed a friendship and close bond to the organization and all of its people. Were currently looking at property in the area to better position ourselves for preventative therapy and see our friends more often! I can only suggest, that if you are considering Clear Passage for treatment, you will NOT be disappointed. I had therapy last year in May 2017 for infertility to treat block tubes. The therapy was 20 hours and the experience was a good one. Almost a year later, I had an HSG and low and behold my tubes were still blocked in the same place before I went to treatment, but this time, there was no spillage from my right tube, like it was previously before attending Clear Passage. This must be a place for bowl obstruction only, because youre not successful for infertility clients. Companies are taking advantage of people with infertility issues and this one is too . Ive never read any successes of tubal blockage. For women thinking of Clear passage, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Dont listen to people who suggest it, because its a scam and my husband was right. The amount of money I spent out of pocket, I couldve done a cycle of IVF and possibly giving birth to my child. I wasted over $6000 on the treatment and my cottage we stayed in while there. Please caution....this is not a place for infertility issues. Please find another holistic approach. I shouldve known better when you b have to pay for the treatment upfront. That is a no-no!!!!April 11, 2018I had another HSG done in March and found out the tube that was open, is now not open. Again, there was no proof that you all unblock fallopian tubes, since your first in 1998 per the article in your bathroom wall. Of there were so many successes with you opening tubes, why is that the only article you had and why are there no other women stating this therapy worked. I know from researching before I came there, that your employees would post reviews, stating how well the treatment worked for them and just make is Chrisinda who made a post and I didnt put two and two together, until I started seeing, there were no other women successful with this treatment, if there are, come forth and tell us about your experience. I dont want friends of employees or employees using aliases making reviews, because you all are making 5200 a whop on something that isnt true.

First, the staff is phenomenal. Even prior to my visit, communication with them via phone and e-mail was really thorough and pleasant. They spent a lot of time talking to me and answering all of my questions; I felt really heard and considered, and that was impressive in itself. When I actually got there, I was greeted very warmly and made to feel totally at home at their facility. My husband accompanied me, and their hospitality was extended equally to him as well. My husband sat in on all of the treatment sessions and was included in the discussions, able to ask questions, and even help with some hands-on treatment. Larry and Belinda Wurn, Kim, Dr. Amanda, Amber, Ginny, (all of the staff) were so kind and gracious and I felt completely at ease with them. In a situation like this where someone might feel vulnerable because of pain or sensitive therapy procedures, I have to say that I was comfortable emotionally at all times - and had many more laughs than one would think they might under these circumstances. The experience was totally professional, appropriately relational - but not clinical. I appreciated that. It was almost sad to say goodbye, actually. These folks are gifted and are doing a great work at Clear Passage and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering this type of treatment.

I can’t quite put into words how the past 4 days have impacted my body, mind, and soul; physically, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually. I wish I could adequately give a glimpse of the healing that my body has undergone in just 4 days! My body feels lighter, more open, less tight/restricted, and ready to receive whatever blessings come its way! The specialized Physical therapy that I received this week has awakened my spirit, body, mind, and soul in ways I could not have imagined. The physical results have been immediate and on-going. I am so excited to experience continued benefits of physical therapy and nurture my body with the tools given to me by the EXCEPTIONAL Physical Therapists at Clear Passage in Gainesville, FL. All of the staff I encountered were kind and genuine, and it is apparent that they have mutual care and respect for one another. I give my highest recommendation for others to experience what Clear Passage has to offer!

Perhaps this therapy works for some people. Unfortunately, it did nothing for me, suffering from adhesions brought on by gallbladder surgery, several years ago. Desperate for relief, Clear Passage offered an intensive 5-day treatment. In the end, it did not alleviate my pain nor provide any hope for improvement. That was a year ago. Imagine my surprise after receiving a detailed message in “response” to my initial inquiry (of over a year ago) via Facebook. The respondent, ostensibly founder, Larry Wurm, clearly had no idea that he had already treated me; no recognition of my name or circumstances (I am from outside the U.S.)….. That was fine, a clerical error perhaps, but for me, it only added insult to injury. I am now receiving similar therapy from a registered physiotherapist in my own country that seems to be providing more effective relief than that received at Clear Passage. Myofascial Release Therapy is not revolutionary. It is available in many physiotherapy or medical massage facilities in any town or city. However the real insult is that after spending all that useless money on the Clear Passage therapy protocol, the person who treated my condition for 5 days straight doesn’t even remember me— a “clear” indicator of the status of this business. My advice to anyone considering this treatment is to pay attention to what you “don’t read”… and consider carefully whether this is the only place that can truly meet your needs!

Its been a month and a half since my treatment at Clear Passage. The progress I made while there has changed my mobility and flexibility. I felt liberated from bondage. I have begun taking yoga classes and yearn to be a dancer. I want to celebrate this liberation with a dance. By no means was I cured, but the combined efforts of the three therapists to pool their knowledge and experience together to help me understand how my body works has enlighten me. They gave me tools to continue to further the work they begun. My childhood injury that happened 45 years ago started the adhesion that literally bound my muscles, bones, and connective tissues causing chronic pain and immobility. I had experienced chronic pain for more than 20 years, visiting doctors, therapist only to get temporary relief and false diagnosis. Now I am aggressively breaking the adhesion daily, getting rid of pain inches at a time, experiencing permanent change. It is a slow progress but progress that is lasting. I use to be so discouraged, but now I truly see the end to pain and physical constraints.Kim, Larry, and Evette went above and beyond to make sure I could go forward on my own when I came back home to achieve complete relief. I owe my gratitude to these caring therapist for turning my life around.

I received 20 hours of therapy at the Woodbridge location in January. Kathy Hess, the Physical Therapist, was very attentive and thorough but I didnt feel that she was very empathetic.I have endometriosis and have dealt with infertility for the past 8 years and the last thing I wanted to hear was Just dont try as hard. The treatment itself was painful, but the PT is willing to adjust to specific tolerance level. By the end of the week, I got flu-like symptoms but was told that the toxins released in my body could produce temporary side effects.I have yet to experience a decrease in my pain level. In fact, my last cycle was even more painful and lasted longer. This could be residual from the treatment so Im hoping that I will experience less pain in the near future as those who were published in the studies.Overall, I am glad that I tried the therapy and pursued every avenue instead of living with regret.

I have SIBO, Candida, low hormones (amenorrhea), adrenal fatigue, ulcerative colitis, and possible mercury & mold toxicity. I have abdominal adhesions caused by so much inflammation and bloating (yes the 0 to 6 mo pregnant look after each meal).Clear Passaged worked with me so that I could spread out treatment so not to put too much stress on my already stressed system. The extent to my adhesions wasnt revealed really until we were already in treatment. My uterus was adhered to my back, my tailbone was out of alignment, and my legs were out of alignment. My abdominal adhesions were extensive! I feel like I could go back for another 20 hours of Treatment at some point, but this got the ball rolling. I have exercises that I can do at home including some stretching to help keep things in the alignment we achieved by the end of the 20 hours. This work is aggressive, however, my therapist was able to listen to and learn my body and knew when to push it more, or when to back off. My therapist was very nurturing and inviting. She made the experience hopeful and answered any question I had regarding my body or how to help maintain the work that was done.I would recommend this to SIBO patients. I have been having BMs every day I am SIBO (hydrogen)-C. I had a lot of cloudy urine due to things getting moved through my system. It is wonderful to have better detox occurring!

Clear Passage was the lynchpin in my pregnancy. I struggled to become pregnant for three years. I was told by my IVF doctor that I likely had endometriosis and that my tubes were bound in tissues which made it more difficult to become pregnant. The only way to fix it, he said, was through surgery, which could work or possibly make things worse. Through doing my own research, I found Clear Passage and felt instinctively that it was right for me. I visited the office in Boca Raton and worked with Susan Winograd whom I truly believe is a miracle worker and a genuine healer. She helped me break through connective tissues in my body that had always caused my pain during my period. I could literally feel my ovaries, and uterus becoming liberated from her work. It was painful but not unbearable...and it worked! The very next month after completing Clear Passage I was pregnant. Believe me, I never thought Id be that person. But this was a true break through healing experience. I wish that every woman who feels it may be right for her would go for it! Its the real deal.

Clear Passage saved my life!!! I had four c sections vertical in 1993, 1994, 1995, 2000. After my third child my doctor told me I had a lot of scare tissue.! Never really thought anything about what he said. Then about 7 years ago I started having chronic pain in my stomach ...My doctors checked everything and found nothing wrong. Then I started having bowel obstructions. My diet became very limited....Was basically on a rice and liquid diet. My pain was so bad I would double over and have to lie down in random places...(side of roads, bathrooms, grocery store floors) I was so worried I would have a bowel obstuction and so worried i would get in a lot of pain...I started not going any where.(just stayed home.) With trial in error on the diet I slowly started getting a little better...I at that time signed up for Yoga teacher training. One day in anatomy class we saw a shoulder totally pinned down from injury and scare tissue all over the shoulder..(In a cadaver) I started putting two and two together from my doctor telling me in 1995 My stomach was filled with scare tissue to seeing the cadavers shoulder pinned down from scare tissue...I got on my computer and started researching and researching and CLEAR PASSAGE Came up....I made an appointment four weeks later and my husband took me to Clear Passage for a week...With in a week I was able to start eating a little more...My husband continues to do home treatment and I see Clear Passage for follow up treatment....My chronic pain is down by 80 percent. I can eat more...( i am still very careful while I am healing) No more laying in random bathrooms or on the side of the road!!! I am feeling more and more like my self every day!! Clear Passage is GOD sent!! Larry, Belinda, Evette and Kim have become my life time friends and family!! I am so grateful and want the world to know...THERE IS hope!!!

I have to admit in the beginning I wasnt sure about Clear Passage Therapy. I have had chronic pain before during and after intercourse since 2008. I have been to several doctors over the years and no one could tell me why I was having pain. I had been diagnosed with Chronic Vulvadina, and Lichen Sclerosis. I had been given anti depressants, which had severe side affects. I just couldnt take it anymore. I thought there is nothing anyone can do for me.Until my recent move to Indiana and I had to get new doctors, when I went to see my OBGYN she had suggested I go see a dermatologist. My Lichen Sclerosis was flared up and she specialized in specific skin disorders in the vaginal area. She was amazing and made many recommendations of different doctors I should go see.One of the things she asked me is if I had ever heard of doing Physical Therapy. This is when my life changed. I called the number she had given me and spoke to a rep at Clear Passage. Again, I was still very skeptical of how this was going to work. I was very scared and didnt want to go through any more pain. But thanks to my amazing husband helping me through the process, I was able to start CPT.The therapy I received through CP has changed my life. Everyone has been so helpful and understanding through my whole process. My therapist (Amy) is so compassionate and understanding. The therapy given to me and the tools she has given me will never be forgotten. My life is complete again! PAIN FREE!!!! If you are scared dont be it will change your life!!!! Thank you AMY!!!!!

Ive got nothing but love for Clear Passages and the therapists that share this work.

Clear Passage therapy is the future. It simply has to be because it is so good and so intelligent with regard to the bodys built-in desire to heal. I had little hope that anything could help me after 8 female surgeries. I had limited mobility from pain in the abdomen and hip from adhesions and felt constant inflammation in the stomach and colon from a seat belt injury. I saw Tracey Miles in Canturbury. She was thorough and super professional, as well as kind. Her determination alone impressed me and the follow up support from her and the rest of the team insured that I received the maximum benefit from the treatment. I cannot recommend this treatement enough. They know what theyre doing! I have no problem with my stomach now and I can stand up straight. As an example, i could not do one sit up or crunch before I went. Not one. Now I am doing 80 per day and going up to 100. To me, this feels like a miracle. Thank you, Clear Passage team! My journey to Clear Passage began 10 years ago, with treatment for one issue leading to other issues that ultimately resulted in debilitating abdominal adhesions. This past spring, I thought I had come to the end of the road for options and began to accept that I might face a life of never-ending chronic pain. Then during a night of desperate online research, I stumbled across Clear Passage. I put in a request for a free consult and heard back almost immediately. During the consult, Dr. Amanda Rice pinpointed issues in my various test results that no other healthcare provider had noted. Clear Passages support staff was readily available to help me complete the necessary paperwork for a weeks worth of treatment, and the clinics website offers a plethora of helpful information that I continue to reference. In the middle of May I started treatment with the lovely, compassionate, and amazing Michele Forsberg in the healing environment of her Longmont, Colorado, office. Although I was tender at the end of each day, I could perceive improvement almost immediately. And the tenderness was really no worse than a bad day of chronic pain. As time passes, I become more grateful for the tremendous improvement in quality of life that I have experienced as a result of Micheles work. I have more energy than Ive had in years, and I am able to participate in many of the activities I had bandoned. I feel I have recovered the vibrant woman slumbering in survival mode inside me. The process also validated me at the core of my being; none of this was in my head, it turns out. Michele also taught me how to work on my remaining adhesions myself, which is necessary and crucial for long-term success.Make no mistake: Depending on your circumstances, some of you will need to put in a lot of effort to get to treatment. You might need to get some bloodwork done and send in the results in advance of your consult. And that means more time and money and effort, the latter of which is difficult to muster when you dont feel well. But if you dig deep and find the energy to get you to treatment, you will not regret it. Best wishes to you on your journey to recovery.

I traveled to Clear Passage for treatment for small bowel obstruction. I dont really know where to begin with describing my exceptional experience. To date my experiences with medical practitioners have largely been poor (or worse). Clear Passage proves that this is not a necessary component of medical treatment. They treat their patients with respect and compassion. The staff are all friendly, they quickly make you comfortable. They are very good at their job, and are good at asking the right questions to determine how best to help.I am very impressed with their philosophy that you as the patient know your own body best and thus they pull you into the treatment team. This is the exact same philosophy I attempt to use in the operation of my own (non medical) business, so to find someone successfully using it in another field was exciting.Next there is the treatment itself, for me it was somewhat painful (I understand this is not always the case) however the pain is all well worthwhile as post treatment my life is completely different from pre-treatment. If you are not familiar with the side effects of SBO, pre-treatment I could look forward to never sleeping soundly, and not sleeping at all for about 3 consecutive days out of every 20 (which makes holding a full time job next to impossible). I was on a limited diet, and limited physical exertion (which in my case were both aggravators). Since treatment I have relaxed most of my dietary restrictions, and become much more active. Finally they provide a set of tools the patient can take home to maintain and even continue improving their condition. Arguably they try to put themselves out of an ongoing job, which for me is a proof of their high integrity. As a very satisfied customer, I am working on finding ways to get other family members to visit for treatment when PT can be of help in their various conditions.

Ive had undiagnosed abdominal pain since pancreatic surgery a few years ago; no doctor ever seriously considered adhesions as the cause. I went to see a Clear Passage therapist in the D.C. area because it seemed to me that adhesions could be the issue, and the therapist agreed. Her work on me didnt resolve all pain but I do feel she was able to reduce my pain sensitivity and intensity, a bigger step than anyone else has taken! She also showed me some techniques I can use at home to further the benefits, and I think that, too, has been helpful. I continue to struggle with pain but I think the CP treatment had some positive effects.

A Patient of mine with severe Crohns spontaneously signed up for the 5 day protocol. Only after sending a downpayment of Cdn $1000.- was she told that Crohns patients normally do better when splitting the 5 day session in half which would have doubled her travel costs. After experiencing a flare-up and having second thoughts regarding possible immediate health implications of such intensive therapy (active Crohns is contra-indicated for visceral manipulation which I practice myself, as manipulation can lead to internal bleeding and even rupture) she decided to cancel her session with more than 4 weeks notice. This was in October (2018). Clear Passage to the day refuses to refund her the down-payment, which raises serious questions regarding the ethics of this company and their priorities.Update March 6, 2019: patient informs me that her down-payment has now been refunded

Kathy was fantastic and even gave us restaurants and things to see in the area. I didnt know what to expect, but was quickly put at ease. Kathy showed me a daily maintenance workout to do at home. I have been following that as well as my own yoga routine. As of today I have not had any obstructions or pain. Since then I have had 2 surgeries for small bowel obstruction and have experienced several partial bowel obstructions with the fear of it happening again. I was told there was nothing I could do to prevent them. One day I searched the internet, found the Clear Passage website and here I am after 5 days of therapy. The environment is unhurried, peaceful and gracious. I am treated with compassion, kindness, respect and I feel safe. My questions are encouraged and answered. I am treated as part of the team where my life stories and the awareness of what my body is telling me are all taken into consideration. I experience the therapy to be gentle and competent. I felt the release of the adhesions, setting my bowels and other organs free from their grip and relief from the discomfort and fear that I have been living with. Before I received a week of Clear Passage treatment, I was having partial and complete bowel obstructions a minimum of once per month (generally resulting in frequent hospital stays), but often had them multiple times per month. I was feeling hopeless and exhausted after more than a decade of this, and a lifetime of other health issues. I didnt dare dream of a future. I would have been happy with any amount of decrease in my physical episodes, but almost immediately the frequency of my obstructions decreased by about 70 to 80%. I had a lot of emotional and physical work still left to do, but the treatment itself was a miracle. I never properly thanked them, nor did I appropriately show my gratitude for their help. I still had a lot of emotions to work through (after a lifetime of illness, which began with cancer as a two years old). I am finally in a place where I am able to Live my life, instead of barely survive moment to moment, and this is in large part due to their treatment. I may never be able to thank them enough, but I tell every Dr that I meet, every person I think could benefit, that they were the ones who helped when no one else could. I am forever grateful for their treatment and hope that some day I will be able to show my gratitude in a meaningful way.

Bad experience. Therapist care less when i told her, i cant bear with the pain during the therapy(tummy work). She, with her cold and lack of empathy face said that is normal, went on with the same strength to treat me. I was so in pain but was ignored by the therapist. Next issue was, my ears nearly pulled off from my face by her in one of the session, with her super power strength. Many more unexpected reply/ words came from her e.g. yeah, you will get abnormal baby, when i tried to get advise whether the tool needed to purchase, she answered buy it if you are goin to use it, thats your money anyway... She also laughed at me loudly when i said i took vitB12 in the evening. What was wrong with her?? And she told me probiotic works the way antibiotic does, through blood stream.. Ahem, i know you know that was a false info.Another scene, I told her about the website, where i learned about clearpassage, LTYG, Jini Patel Thompson and her protocol she invented to help others with gut issues. My therapist unable to remember Jinis full name. So the therapist called her as Jini Patel Whatever....Even worst was she brought her mobile phone with her into the therapy room 2times during my 1week of treatment. There is a notice on the wall framed nicely telling people no cell phone area to prevent disruption (others and ownself) during the therapy session. However, the staff, my therapist used it during my sessions! She, with one hand on my tummy and one busy retrieving the message. This is what they called PROFESSIONAL!! You know, in a different session phone beeping from her pocket, she quickly respond whoops! This is my 2nd time my mobile phone is with me in the therapy room this week.. Unbelievably true! I was very tense throughout the week eventhough there was another therapist rotated for the treatment.A few emails sent to the centre to share with them on my experience. They only felt sorry but unable to do anything. They arranged Kim to talk to me on 3rd Jan17, she told me she wants to make things right, they treat everyone respectfully and make sure patients are well treated. What i have shared with them may be used for future improvement. I just begged her pardon, I, an ill person paid US$5400 to restore my health not for thier improvisation. Kim told me to drop her an email if i would like to get further assistance from them like refund or set another row of treatment to fix my rectal issue in the UK if i wish to move forward. So i sent her an email the same day after the call ended. No news after 2weeks, I sent a follow up email. Still not replied. I follow up again the 3rd week and at last Kim was replying: Im currently working on a response and will get back with you by the end of the week. And the week has gone, clearpassage still in silent mode. My email is more than 4weeks old now and yet no action taken. Not recommended to gainesville. Its a NO, NO! Do not waste your money like i did.Honestly speaking, i should have think twice even the first time when the director contacted me for free consultation. At the scheduled date and time She called me, telling me she hasnt received  my medical records and requested me to send them to her. I told her i have sent to her staff few days back. She told me she was working from home that day and didnt see Lisa. So i resent all the records to her. After the consultation, i wanted to chat with the director on how they treat anal stricture, but my email was not responded. Why i still proceed with the treatment? Well, I signed up the 1week treatment was due to Lisa that confidently talked to me the therapist will fix all adhesion and stricture or scar tissues in the body. With the pretreatment form filled properly hoping to have 2 health issues to be treated in the 20hrs treatment, however the therapist spent 2sessions (2hrs) only for one of the area/health issue, the rectal.Thanks.

I had 4 feet of my small intestines removed when I was 14 about 12 years ago due to a volvulus. After therapy I had a great increase in blood flow and mobility. Unfortunately I had to have surgery because the adhesion was actually choking my instestine, but when the doctor went in to perform the surgery she said there was minimal scar tissue and adhesions. So the therapy really did get rid of almost all of the adhesions and scar tissue. Amy is awesome too! I will probably be going back in the future for more therapy.

If my pain go away or improve I will let anyone out there that suffer from the same condition as me to try them. Stay tuned...

Kathy at Clear Passage in the Metro DC area is amazing. So professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and energetic. A very special lady indeed. General pain, in particular in the rib cage area, is much improved with some great tools and hints to help me prevent further pain and discomfort. Many thanks to all the Clear Passage team.

I visited the Clear Passage location in Encinitas. Michelle and Neil make an amazing team. The 10 hours I spent with Michelle flew by... it was like talking with an old friend. She is incredible easy to talk to and is always smiling. She is a wonderful person and a gifted PT. She was able to use her hands to find the places on my body that needed work. Both Neil and Michelle thought about different ways to solve some of my more complex issues. They approached things from multiple view points and used numerous techniques that would result in the best outcome. Neil and Michelle know every part of the body. They are very knowledgable. Neil is great at teaching and explaining things. He loves what he does and truly wants to help people. Both Neil and Michelle were generous with their time. Im not going to go into too much detail on my personal issues, but I do feel so much better after my week with Neil and Michelle. Im in less pain. I have more energy. I feel lighter. Im grateful to have met such wonderfully talented people.

Wish I would have found them many years ago. The entire staff is amazing. Please, watch there online videos of patients stories. If any one of them describe your life I would guarantee clear passages will do WHATEVER they can to make you feel human again. Not enough words to explain how they have changed my life. If nothing else is working in your life, what is there to lose????

Therapy is not a fun experience for anyone, but Evette and Kim made it as pleasant as possible and were professional, yet warm. It felt like all the staff did their best to help me get well.

This clinic is incredible. They not only have helped me with my obstruction issue but approached me with an overall wellness approach. They are a legitimate clinic that I highly recommend going to if you struggle with bowel obstructions caused by adhesions.
