This place was amazing. The people were kind.... BUT my first day there I was having a hard time accepting the reality of the decision so I scribbled on one of the forms that I was required to fill out. CLAUDIA wasnt there when the situation of frustration transpired but I guess through gossiping about patients in the facility, she was told by one of her colleagues.I was VERY off emotionally that day & crying ... and when I returned for my procedure the next day, she (Claudia) proceeded to ask me did I take drugs the day before and tell me that my actions werent normal. Even if it wasnt, that was not her place or the time to judge me (especially in that way, I was already dealing with a lot). I tried to act normal but I was honestly floored.If not for feeling judged and super uncomfortable in that moment, I wouldve given this place a 5-star rating.The other nurses who did my IV were overly amazing the girl at the front desk was super pleasant. I saw a previous comment that mentioned theyre money hungry. That is not true. They helped me in every way they could!!Dr. M did fantastic and I barely felt anything, recovery had been speedy and awesome. My treat-bag also had some super helpful resources.

Absolutely amazing Health Center!!! This is the kind of treatment every woman should receive when dealing with something so personal, delicate and important, not only physically but mentally as well. The staff was amazing and so compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable and let me ask all the questions I had. The nurses and doctors were so caring, I felt like ive known them forever. It was a really good experience for such a difficult and stressful situation. I can not recommend them enough for everything they did for me. And even though I took time off work so I wasnt on a time constraint, they were still very good with time management and organization of my appointments and even calling their office when I needed anything. Im so thankful for Bread & Roses and I will never forget how they treated me. Thank you so much ladies.

I drove 5 hours to have my procedure done here after reading the great reviews and I just want to say it was very well worth the drive 100%. The staff was very caring, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed with everything scheduled to happen. They are so caring and i felt so comfortable and peaceful, it was such a pleasant experience although the procedure itself was nerve wrecking. I just want to thank bread and roses for being so compassionate and I hope that they continue to provide immaculate services for those in need of their care. I recommend 10/10 if you want genuine services.

I drove 3 hours to come to this clinic because of all the positive reviews. I am so happy I did. This decision was far from easy for me and these women here made sure I was comfortable and actually LISTENED and TALKED to me. Sam and Dr Lee (I believe was her name) I cannot thank y’all enough. Sam is such a powerful woman and she has no idea how much our talk meant to me. Dr Lee, is compassionate and truly cares about mental well being and not just getting you in and out. Thank you Bread and Roses for putting me first and making sure I was taking care of.

Such sweet and caring people! From the escorts when you pull into the parking lot, to the nurse that watches over and monitors you after your procedure, you feel prioritized throughout your entire experience. Only downside was the wait the day of my procedure, believe the email when they say there’s a 3-5 hour wait.

100% recommend! I traveled 6 hours to go here so this is not a lie! I loved the amount of care shown the entire time i was there! They escort you from the time your front bumper enter the drive way lol. I just took my pills at home and saw a successfully terminated pregnancy before 8 hrs had past. They were very nice, they gave me plenty of free goodies and birth control! I felt safe and confident in my decision. They took into account that i traveled and gave me extra to make sure i wouldnt have To drive back if i needed more assistance. Im so happy i chose the right clinic! Thank you so much! I took a 5hr drive away from home to get this procedure done. I just want to say it was all worth it. The staff was very nice and cared about my safety. I definitely want to recommend the medication during the surgical for anybody I felt pain only ONCE, but a second after i was knocked out and didn’t remember anything. The medication was the best decision for me because this was my first time and i was extremely nervous. Kat is a staff member who works there and she held my hand throughout everything even when i was sleep. This is the day after my surgery that im typing this and i havent had ANY PAIN. Thanks to Amy, Kat, Andie, Dr. Rivera, and Kyleigh including the rest of the staff.

Amazing staff. My boyfriend and I were welcomed with open arms. Our nurse and doctor were extraordinarily friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, and I felt safe and at home for the first time in a month. When I experienced slight medical complication after my procedure, they called to check on me every day for a week.Could not have asked for a safer, more humane, and more understanding staff. Wonderful people, wonderful clinic.

I am the type of person that has a very large amount of anxiety being around doctors. I have never felt as comfortable as I was here. Due to covid only the patient was allowed to go in, I was really worried I would feel very alone. My nurse stayed with me the whole time, she held my hand during the Perseature , stayed with me in the recovery room and walked me out to my car. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who works here, y’all were great in this tough time and made me feel very safe and comfortable!

Bread and Roses was there when I needed them. So very grateful to have this resource in my town. Every person I encountered was warm, caring, yet professional. The doctor is wonderful. I do not regret my choice in the least, it was the right thing to do for myself and for my family. I hope this amazing facility will be here for women in Gainesville for many years to come, including for my daughter if she should ever need them. Love you Bread and Roses!

I never write reviews but i drove two hours to visit this clinic. The woman here are the most patient sensitive and genuine people you could ever meet. Every single member in their staff was kind and patient.They do not do the pill after 11 weeks i went scheduled for it and i was 11 weeks and 1day so i could only get surgical option. I was very upset and they were patient with my frustration and anger.They don’t rush you they don’t push you in any direction theyre extremely supportive i cannot express how patient they are. I was there for 5 hours and they not once made me feel like i needed to make a decision right away they let me step out and cal my husband and cryExtremely companionate.Two hour drive was worth it. 100%

After researching many different clinics, I decided to go with Bread & Roses. Not only was the medical care I received amazing, the women here go above any beyond to make you comfortable. I honestly felt like I was with family. If I was to ever need their services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Thank you, ladies for all that you do. ❤️

The staff here was so kind and helped me get through what was one of the hardest times in my life. Even a decade later, I think of my experience often and fondly. They helped me feel comfortable and really helped me work through my emotions to make a difficult decision and to be okay with making that decision without shame or judgement. I am forever thankful for their compassion and professionalism during my experience.

I have never met such a dedicated and caring group of people. The staff is at all times friendly and attentive. Bread and Roses went out of their way to make sure one of the most painful experiences (emotionally) of my life was comfortable for me. The staff was gentle and accommodating from the escort that brought me in, to the nurse who walked me out and let me know that I wasn’t alone. Thank you Bread and Roses, from the bottom of my heart.

Nurse Corey was absolutely amazing !! She made me feel so comfortable felt as if you had known her for a while !! Wasn’t judge mental or anything ! So much compassion! I loved her !!

The staff seems nice and caring at first. Until you run into problems. These people are nothing but greedy money driven people. The first time I went in the procedure didnt work. So I had to miss more work and do a different procedure a week later. 3 months down the road I get an infection and pain in my uterus. When I went to my doctor and got an ultra sound I was told that there were still remnants left from the abortion which caused the infection. I had to miss more work and was sent to the ER because the bleeding became so severe. I called wanting to get a refund for the abortion since I had to miss even more work and now Im stuck with a $5,000 hospital bill because of this. I was told I would not get a refund and that what ever was left in my uterus could have been something else. WHICH THEY ABSOLUTELY KNOW IS A LIE!!!! AWFUL PEOPLE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

This clinic CARES. You are set up with informed staff who advocate for resources and support you no matter what. Call for an appointment, there are no walk ins.

A genuine medical office without a political or religious agenda. Most other places claiming to be womens health clinics push a religious agenda, make women who want/need an abortion feel horrible, and propogate flat out lies about abortions. These are actual medical professionals who are here for the patients, no matter what they need or want to do with their bodies weather its STD/STI screenings, birth control, pregnancy, or just womens health in general.
