Planned Parenthood Mar Monte Regional Office

The absolute most incompetent medical staff I have EVER come across. It took almost three months to get needles for my hormones called in. They were called in incorrectly even after this!! The center manager Jerry doesn’t want to help even though I’ve asked to speak with the district manager about this issue and many more I have had with their lack of health care services. I’ve been told time and time again that she would contact me and excuse after excuse is made. Jerry refused to bring this issue to anyone above the district manager. Horribly run, if you are transgender I would avoid going here for medical care because you won’t get it!!! Not to mention the nurse practitioners don’t understand some of what they say is transphobic and incorrect. I know more about my medical care then they do. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Avoid at all cost.

I went here for birthcontrole. I have never had a problem with the staff. They give you advice and are very friendly. Ive been bqck 3 or 4 times and havent hqd a problem.
