Doctors appointments are not my favorite thing to do, but when things go smoothly, it makes a world of difference. Starting off with being greeted with a genuine smile from Alyssa, I was immediately relaxed. I appreciate how efficient she is. She is also kind when I have called with questions even when she is busy. Amanda who reviewed all of my history was very thorough. Her happy, easy going personality rubbed off on me. Both staff members professionalism should be recognized. As always, Dr. Neuwirth is the best. Thanks for getting me in and out!

The office is friendly and very considerate. I was seen within minutes of arriving. Dr. Mandel is the best OBGYN in my opinion. Caring, nurturing and always chooses healthier ways to treat my condition. They seem to be working for me and i truly am grateful to him. I go to this practice for my yearly pap and GYN exam. Being a bit apprehensive about the exam itself, my provider Tammy Underwood, always has put me at ease and has made what is normally an uncomfortable exam, easy and comfortable. Her bedside manner and professional remember immediately puts you at ease. I will be back to her and this practice for my gynecological care.

Dr. Mandel is compassionate, he listens, been going to him for many years. I went to doctor Mandel back in the 90s for fertility issues moved out-of-state. Went back to him and he remembered me, Twenty years later. The office is friendly, The girls at the desk are very helpaul. And you can pretty much get quick appointments.

This practice is simply amazing. All the doctors, all the staff are all so friendly. I just had my first baby last week at CentraState and all the follow up visits leading up to me going to L&D were easy to schedule as I was always open to going to any office with any doctor or NP (Tammy who is fantastic!!!) This team was always on top of my blood pressure issues my last few weeks of my pregnancy. I never once doubted my care being in their hands. Thank you WPS for being so great and actually caring about your patients!!! Dr. Burt-Libo delivered my daughter and she couldnt have been a better doctor during the delivery. She was so calm and so sweet, I am so thankful! Dr. Kirwin & Dr. Neuwirth followed up with me the days following delivery in the hospital and they were both amazing as they were in the office too! They explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. Thank you WPS!!!

I wish there was a button for zero stars. Went THREE times for pain and they kept sending meback to the urologist saying they didnt find anything. After NUMEROUS invasive tests that found nothing wrong, I went back here again begging them, please you have to be missing something. Finally decided to try a new place and she said all I needed was an Estrogen cream. She said its gynecology 101 how could they not know this?All of the tests and months of wasted time bc this place is incompetent. Stay away

Dr Mandel and Amanda are great! Amanda really helped soothe my nerves for my procedure and held my hand when I felt nervous. They both did a great job and I will feel sad to lose this office when I move soon. They are both gentle and caring. Give a raise to Amanda!!!

When you are looking for an office do not look here. I visit the Matawan office and never had a problem. Recently needed to visit the Freehold office. There was a accident on Rt.9 and I was going to about 10 minutes late. After calling to let them know without hesitation they said you need to reschedule. I explained that it was out of my control. I was in severe pain and had to take the day off of work. This was after waiting for 3 weeks for the apt. The practice Manager Michelle while trying to be helpful said well it’s not our fault you are late. The Ultra Sound tech Richelle refused to stay. I did ask if they were on schedule as most of the time while visiting the office they make you wait in the waiting room for a half hour. If you are looking for convenience of an all service facility this should not be a choice. I will be leaving the practice and while this May not make a huge difference to them as a human I am very upset.

My doctor stopped taking insurance and started doing Botox. I had a medical issue and could not find a Dr.that would take a new patient. One told me they would take me and schedule for October/ November this is July. I tried to explain I was having a problem she didn’t care. I called here and this Goddess answered the phone and she could get me an appoint in a few days. I explained my issue and she said ok hang on she came back on and said I can get you seen the next morning at 8 am! Omg. Akeela you have my undying gratitude for not only listening to me but helping me. You are truly a compassionate person. Akeela got me the appointment with Dr. Kirwin who absolutely helped me with my problem! Thank you so much all all the care I am truly grateful. Thank goodness I found a new Doctor whose staff actually CARES.

The doctors & nurses here are great! Super clean and helpful. However, the front desk is not the nicest. I am usually helped by the same woman, who in fact is quite nasty. Whether its calling for results or making an appt, she never fails to have an attitude or make me feel as if I am annoying her. Working at a womens health facility i would think their employees would be more delicate and have more care for the women coming in. She does not make me feel comfortable calling and for that it makes me very hesitant to recommend.

Doctor Dimino is outstanding and very experienced. He is Thoughtful in interpreting and analyzing scans and tests. Very inclined to referring his patients to specialist when necessary. He is highly motivated to do right by his patients.

I have been going to Dr. Dimino for over 15 years. I absolutely adore him! He is so caring and compassionate and takes his time with you. He is always pleasant and answers all questions. He is a true professional and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. His office staff is always so friendly and caring as well. I have been to his different office locations and they have all been lovely. Top notch doctor! ❤️❤️

My appointment began at the scheduled time. When taking my vitals, the nurse was soft-spoken so as not to share my personal information with others. I greatly appreciated this. Dr. Mandel was an excellent provider. He listened carefully and broke things down. I always feel very at ease with him.

I love this office everyone is so friendly. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have only seen 3 drs in this office so far and I have no complaints at all about them. Dr Neuwirth is my main Dr and he is absolutely amazing. Ive gone to a few other offices with questions about not getting pregnant and never got any real answers other then you are overweight. I went there and got some real answers and 16 weeks pregnant now, naturally! Love the office I even told my sister to start going her and shes very happy as well.

For the many many years I have gone to Women’s physicians and surgeons… I have received nothing but excellent care. They never Made me feel like my issue was small or never hesitated to take me in. My obGYN experience with them was the best… Even though I had a few complications with the facility, these wonderful physicians pulled through and made sure my next delivery was watched by two different doctors. They are all personable and professional… And the world of knowledge. There’s no question too big or too small. Nobody likes going to a doctor but if I had to choose my favorite it would be this practice. Thank you for your services always.

They only have one female MD, so if you’re like me and only want women Doctors, be prepared they are booked out far. Unfortunately Dr. Burr is not friendly, dismissive, and rude! She said she would not do a biopsy surgery on me because “she doesn’t do surgeries” The word “surgeons” is literally in the name.. Such a waste of time. She is very pushy with birth control and talks over you. Stay away!! I heard afterwards other people had a bad experience with her as well.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for years. Doctor Neuwirth is just spectacular, but so are all the doctors even if I can’t get an appointment with him I have no problem with any other physician in the practice. The receptionist nurses and techs are very pleasant and accommodating.

Dr Dimino is the best !! I usually make my yearly on my lunch break. never have to wait too long and always back to work within an hour. Staff is friendly, everyone’s professional. I have been going there over 15 years and never had a problem.

I am actually surprised that there are so many good reviews for this office. Its been mostly awful for me. Last year I had an abnormal pap, said nothing to worry about, lets retest in 6 months so I did. I had to call to get the results because no one calls you. When I called and spoke to someone (not the doctor) they told me the pap came back normal only to get a call back 30 seconds later to be told that in fact the pap was abnormal. I also have two growths in my breast that they have been monitoring. I just had my most recent mamo and the results were put into the portal only saying two benign growths. I wanted to get more details on the mamo to see if they got bigger, etc. I have already called the office 5 times and I am still waiting from a call back. Needless to say that I am not going back there.

I have been coming to this practice since 1988. Dr Portadin has been my doctor and has always provided excellent care. He follows through with his patients, providing clear explanations and procedures. I know I’m in good hands when I come here, and after moving over an hour away, I still return here. The nurses and staff reflect the same high level of care, and I applaud them all for keeping their practice safe during Covid.

Dr. Portadin is the very best doctor out there who helped deliver my twin brothers! He has saved my mother’s life and stood by her side until she finally accepted a blood transfusion cause she was losing a lot of blood and refused to accept any other blood. He is an excellent doctor to me and my mother since I was in my 20s. I had only wished I had had him deliver my first child, but my husband was very stubborn and wanted me to have a woman doctor…ended up being a big mistake of my life. Thank you Dr. Portadin for taking good care of me for my last two pregnancies. You are a very much appreciated.

I have been with Axia Women’s Physicians & Surgeons for 5 years now, they’re super helpful & super friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Dimino for all of my visits, great at giving advice & he’s an easy person to talk to especially if you need feedback. As soon as you walk into the office, the ladies at the front desk are always happy & very pleased to see you. This place is a judge free zone & nobody makes you feel like you are not comfortable with the environment. I would highly recommend many people to visit this office !

Dr Bert has horrible bedside manner, most of the other physicians are male, they will tell you they have the capability to do tests same day as your appointment in office and then when you get there , theres no tech available. The only practitioner worth seeing is the CNM, who is very kind. But even that is not enough to outweigh the other things.

Dr Mandel and his staff are the absolute best. There is no one else I would trust .

GYN is never on top of the list for a comfort level, but doctor Neuwirth professionalism, Knowledgeableness, attentiveness - helps through it keeps health in the best shape!! I have been going to this office for over 30 years. I love the doctors. I gave them 3 stars because you still have to wear a mask while in their office and they dont provide them. I happen to find one under the seat if my car. What good is a dirty mask doing anyone? Enough with the masks they dont work.

I switched to Women’s Physicians & Surgeons when I changed health insurance providers and my old doctor was no longer covered. At first I had some trouble with the billing department claiming they did not accept my insurance, despite my insurance company assuring me that they did. Once that was resolved, I saw a doctor once, before finding out that she had left the practice when I tried to make an appointment with her again.I eventually switched to Dr. Burt-Libo and I’ve been seeing her for 3 years. She is wonderful! So kind and willing to answer questions. The rest of the staff has been very friendly too.Their phone lines do get busy and I often have to leave a voicemail but they usually call back within a day.

This doctor’s office follows the COVID protocols. My waiting time was about five minutes and the nurse was extremely friendly and warm.I normally see Dr. Neuwirth and as usual he was funny, warm, caring and thorough. I just love him. He has been good to me.I do recommend this office for anyone searching and I do recommend my doctor. He’s the best.

Have been coming here over 40 years of excellent care and deliveries. Staff is always great and on top of things . During our new normal of COVID their office is careful and accommodating. Nice to see same staff members for such a long time. Dr. Portadin delivered my first 38 yes ago!

Excellent service. Between arrival, filling in the paperwork and being seen by the Dr, in and out within half hour.Upon arrival, call and let them know you have arrived. If you need to wait, you can wait in your car until they call you. They take your temperature, there are two sets of pens: cleaned and used, and there are seats are available for you to sit as you fill out the paperwork (6 apart). The staff are all masked and there are hand gel sanitizer at the front of the desks.The physicians and staff there are very courteous.

First visit was amazing…looking forward to other visits…definitely will recommend all my fiends and family…I give the office a 5Star

Absolute best experience at a OBGYN. I have been scared to go to another one after feeling uncomfortable at my last one and this place has completely changed that for me. The practice administrator, Kim was amazing and so welcoming, she felt like family as soon as she welcomed me in. She explained how everything was going to go during my appointment and made sure i felt at ease, knowing i was nervous. My doctor was Dr. Neuwirth, and it was my first time with a male doctor, and i actually felt more comfortable with him then my last female doctor. I want to share this so other people feel comfortable trying a new OBGYN, im so glad i chose Womens Physicians & surgeons freehold!

The medical staff in this office were unbelievably supportive and kind. I took my 94 year old mother for a visit and they treated her with such kindness and dignity!

The worst experience ever in the Monroe location with Dr Karen Craig. I had an appointment at 1pm, with Dr Craig, she was running lateI got in at 2:45pm I requested the staff to check me soon as I had to leave by 3:15pm. Upon multiple request the doctor did not show up. I had to leave without being checked.When doctors are late the front office does not feel the importance to let the patients know how much is the wait time. When patients are late then the appointment get cancelled. This is the kind of service we get for the amount of money we pay to insurance companies. I am changing my doctor after this experience

I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews.. but this place is seriously awful! They never answer the phones. Always a long wait to be seen. The nurses/medical assistants in the back are very curt. I saw Michael Kirwin and he looked at me maybe once the entire time I was asking questions/expressing different concerns. Was very dismissive and condescending. I said my mother had breast cancer and I wanted to get the genetic testing, and he “didn’t see the need”. At one point, the assistant that was in the room with us literally opened the door and walked out while I was still laying down with my feet in the stirrups!

This is a great practice!! Everyone is friendly, helpful and very patient. Dr Neuwirth is the most friendly, caring and has the most comfortable bedside manner I have ever experienced, and I’m 72 years old!!! Would highly recommend this practice, specially Dr Neuwirth.

I was there today for my first new patient visit. First getting called back and the nurse doing my intake and history questions in the middle of the hallway with other patients around made me super uncomfortable then when the doctor came in she maybe spent 5? Minutes with me, hard to understand and pushed birth control on me when I kept trying to tell her I did not want to go on it. I was trying to give the doctor my backstory since I was a new patient but she was not listening just rushing through the visit and kept discussing birth control options (not at all what I was interested in). I was very turned off especially being a new patient I was hoping to have a little more one on one time and the doctor listening to me and my concerns and asking me some more questions. Also, they need to learn about HIPPA. I would not recommend this office.

I can’t believe this is it what it comes to. I’ve been going to this practice for years. I needed to schedule and Ob visit and I was hang up on multiple times. I got the run around. I’m pregnant and I am having an issue that has nothing to do with COVID and I was put on hold and hang up on. The reason why I had an appointment was only because I scheduled it online. I was feed up with nonsense and called to pay my $47 balance and ask for my records to be sent to another Ob. She said she was going transfer me to records and then the phone hang up again. The reason why I gave this place three stars is because just because there’s a few bad fruit in the bowl doesn’t make them all bad. Also I think they choose who they want to service.

Dr. Mandel is the best. Employees provide excellent service. I live upstate NY and I travel here to get the best service/medical

The office is following CDC guidelines like social distancing and wearing masks. Everybody was friendly and accomodating. Dr. Burt-Libo was very nice and gentle. She was explaining everything and was concern of your well being. I did not wait long before I was called.

There is an older women who works up front in freehold, dark short hair, husky, glasses- very disgusting attitude. I called to cancel an appointment and she scolded me on the phone about it. Maybe they should communicate with one another and check the schedule, I left a message to cancel. The doctors should be aware of the women in front. Check your reviews from around the web. They are disgraceful!! I would fire my entire staff and start from scratch instead of letting some middle aged miserable witch scold my patients. The last time we were there she gave my son a lollipop, yesterday she screams at me. Is she for real??

Awesome Doctors in this practice. Dr. Kerwin is my doctor at this practice. Dr. Kerwin listens to my symptoms and works with me to figure out what the best way to treat my issues. Whenever I needed to see a doctor quickly, I was fit in and I always felt like I was the most important person to the doctor in that office. I have used this group of doctors for 31 years

I have been going to Women’s Physicians for 23 years. My doctor is Michael Dimino, I recommend him to everyone! He is kind, compassionate and listens when you talk.

This is probably one of the worst medical providers I have ever seen. The nurses and administrative staff is completely useless and uncaring. They have been contacted numerous times to check in on a prescription medication claim only to never follow up at all. Additionally, they do not answer the phones during actual business hours. The receptionist told me that their phones turn off an hour and a half before closing. I have also been unable to contact them within an hour of opening. Phone calls during the day have lead to staff being unavailable due to lunch or they come in late as common responses. While visiting there, I have seen samples of both urine and blood just left out in the open while waiting for the doctor. This is in addition to the absurd wait times as mentioned by the other reviews. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere, I am. I am even considering covering the costs for an out of network doctor due to lack of service from this place.

Dr Mandel is the all time best physician..he not only deals with your gyno issues.. but takes his time to answer all questions about every aspect for your health..The staff in all areas are so great as well ! I highly recommend all the physicians...you will only feel valued as a patient in this practice!

Great prenatal care. I was very happy with my labor and delivery experience. All physicians that I met at the Freehold office were excellent and caring, and I never felt rushed at my appointments. Thank you!

If we could give negative stars, we would. Warning, do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice. My wife and I were advised by several people in this office that we were in network. Needless to say, we are not. After my wife went through several channels to determine that we were actually out of network, Randi the lovely billing manager(sarcastic of course) advises us that they would not charge us for any services rendered due to their error. Low and behold, we get a bill in the mail. Randi insists that we owe for this bill, even though we reminded her that all services would be written off. We told Randi that if the services are charged to us at an in network rate, then we would be happy to pay, instead Randi was very mean and nasty to my wife and refused to let my wife speak to a supervisor, and even went as far as to say “how about you take it up with the doctor and see how far that gets you.” Having said that, every appointment we had the secretaries would ask us “ why were we here? For a ultra sound or a doctor visit?” If they booked us the appointment, wouldn’t you think they would know why we were there? The doctors were ok, but based off of their terrible staff and horendous billing department, yes you Randi, please do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. You’ll thank me tomorrow.

I’ve really never experienced anything like this in my life. Average wait time for my ob appointments were at least an hour. Doctors never remembered me even though this is my second pregnancy with them. Have been trying to retrieve my medical records for days now. Left numerous voicemails. Absolutely shocked and disappointed

Dr. Burt is very understanding and gentle. She does not rush you out of there and shows she cares about your health. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Dr.Mandel is the nicest doctor. He is very informative and truly cares about his patients. He makes you feel very comfortable

The staff and office are great. I waited a very long time (almost an hour) so would have appreciated a call saying they were an hour behind given I came during my lunch hour and was late returning to the office.z

I have been going here several years. The staff is very nice. Sometimes you wait 10 minutes sometimes am hour. I realize there are emergencies so if you dont want to wait get the appointment early in the morning. Dr. Burt- libo is very kind so I dont mind the wait.

I have been at this medical facility (Women’s Physicians…) for quite a few years, and I find the care, medical physicians, nurses and staff exceptionally experienced in providing medical attention to patients.

Amazing Obgyn I will recommend them to any woman who is look for excellent care during pregnancy, before and after care the staff are wonderful even the front desk staff i felt very comfortable with Dr Neuwlrth best one can have during the most valuable time of child birth.

I have been Dr. Neuwirth & teams patient for more than 20 years. Attentive, highly professional doctor and great staff.

So much for confidentiality. The staff at the desk is so loud and uncaring. The whole room did not need to hear why I was there. I will never come back to this facility! If you are a women that values class, professionalism and privacy, stay far, far away from this dump.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EVER!!! I never write reviews but I felt the need to INFORM any NEW PATIENTS for( DR.KAREN KRIEG ) FREEHOLD OFFICE from going there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went for my annual mammogram at Freehold Radiology and they saw something on the x-ray that was cause for concern so they asked me to get a copy of my mammogram from the year before. I called WOMENS PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS FREEHOLD OFFICE to get a copy. They told me Were sorry we cant find it THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU! Because they lost them there was nothing to compare the findings to. So I had to go for a second MAMMO and was toldby Freehold Radiology we think you have BREAST CANCER! I wound up seeing a specialist at St. Peters Hosp. and had an MRI. After waiting and waiting finally found out it was not cancer! THANK GOD!! Point of the matter is because they lost my medical records TWICE! I wouldnt have had to gone through that torture....Dont know why but because I was too busy to find another DR. I sent my 19 year old daughter there for a regular GYNO appt. months later, upon her arrival they told her they could not see her because she did not have the correct insurance card with her ....which had been on file the whole time but couldnt find it! Even though she had all insurance info # they still would not see her and told her to come back next week! WHAT ONCE AGAIN!! After hearing that my daughter called me at work to tell me this I left work went to FREEHOLD OFFICE and asked them how this can happen again and that I WAS TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS OFFICE AND HOW POORLY IT WAS RUN!!! I then asked for the Administrator of this office name..They would only give me her first name Patty. I asked several times what is her last name? they said WE DONT HAVE TO GIVE TO YOU! THEN TOLD ME TO LEAVE! They then called the cops! WOW! IF THATS NOT TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING THAN WHAT IS!! I the officer had me fill out a medical record release form so they can send me my medical records on file.....THEY WERE NEVER SENT TO ME! Instead I was sent a LETTER from my DR. KAREN KRIEG SAYING I FIND IT NECESSARY TO INFORM YOU I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SERVE AS YOUR PHYSICIAN. AND MY DAUGHTER RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON HER CELL PHONE THAT DR. KAREN KREIG WILL NO LONGER BE TAKING ON NEW PATIENTS! ...REALLY! I would not allow my dog to be seen by her or this office!!! INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING for all the trouble they put us through...not even the ADMINISTRATOR PATTY BOETTCHER (found out her last name) would have the decency to follow up with this matter!! HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! PLEASE LADIES OR ANYONE READING THIS KNOW THIS IS YOUR WARNING TO GO TO ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE ...I WISHED SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME!!!

The staff rudely talks about patients in front of other waiting patients . One patient was placed on hold and a staff member in her 50s /60s laughed about her problem and spoke loud enough for us all to hear, and imitating what the poor girl said in a fake voice. I will not return, for a Doctors office to allow this type of behavior from its staff is offensive and inhumane. Also downright evil. The Doctors must be like them -they probably rub off each other with the attitudes and demeanor.

I went to the freehold office on a Saturday and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I saw a physicians assistant, which they told me before I came in I would be seeing, and she was marvelous.

Tech that did my Vaginal Ultrasound was very professional and make me feel comfortable during the procedure.
