The staff and providers are so friendly and welcoming! Most importantly they actually listen to you and you can tell they are actually trying to help you and get your issue solved instead of just rushing you out. I highly reccomend them to anyone they will make sure you feel extremely welcomed!

Every interaction I had with staff was very comforting and informative. They took my questions seriously and offered so many resources to help me further. Their services were affordable to me despite not having insurance. Planned Parenthood does so much.

I was initially nervous about my appointment to get birth control. I came here because I wouldnt be able to get it through my physicians office in the timeframe I needed it. There were maybe 3 protesters when I arrived and about 4 when I left, and they were polite. This place was clean and each person I talked to was nice. I felt super comfortable coming here and would recommend

Have always been treated with kindness and respect here. They are LGBTQ+ affirming, and Ive never been made to feel silly for asking questions. They are informative and offer a lot of helpful services.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I was told so much false information at my other health care providers, but I learned so much from the amazing doctor here. I am just blown away by how caring, intelligent and informed my doctor was. Not to mention all the staff is extremely friendly. It really breaks my heart that clinics like these are always having so much trouble. I came to get my arm implant removed because I was having adverse feelings about it. It was recommended at the other doctors I went to, to get the arm implant after they were not able to give me the original IUD I had before and wanted. After I came here and was told I could get my IUD in/back I was so happy. It has been one of the best birth controls Ive been on. Im so beyond happy I cant describe.

Went there today to get my bc implant removed, was greeted and sent in to my appointment quickly. Everyone I spoke to was kind and very informative, and even though Im scared of needles and sharp objects, they kept me as calm as possible as they chatted with me. Afterwards, I received a pamphlet on other birth controls for me to consider, and my appointment & bc removal (which was already going to be as affordable as possible without having indurance) was completely free because of a grant they received! So I am VERY happy with their service :)Helpfulness 10/10Friendliness 10/10Informative 10/10Supportive 10/10Comfort 9/10 (the needle does take it down 1 point)In addition, I had been a little nervous about parking and entering their clinic, but there were only 2 people outside the facility protesting abortion with picket signs, and they left around 2:30, so even that was as painless as possible.

The staff here is beyond sweet and helpful. They handled my appointment with a lot of urgency and care for my health. I’ve never been to a healthcare facility or clinic that shows this much genuine concern for their patients’ wellbeing. Everyone here is also very knowledgeable and is able to answer almost all of your questions. Highly recommend, cannot say enough positive things about this location and their staff :)

These wonderful ladies helped me more than I could even describe. Thank you so much! I love this place, they provide a great service and kindness. Which kindness and doing the job right goes a long way.

I have been coming here for almost a year so far, and I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone I have dealt with is polite, and I honestly look forward to my appointments.

I went in because I had a UTI and no insurance. They were ridiculously nice and helped me with the billing because Im super broke. Even had I paid full price, the appointment was only $117 AND they told me which pharmacy would give me my meds for FREE. I just really love this place. They helped me out so much.

They helped me out a lot a couple of months ago and were very friendly. Nurse gave me a prescription medication for bv and yeast without charging me on my 2nd visit and it really helped a girl out who had no medical insurance

First time i scheduled an appointment online to get out on bc,went in and they said they have to reschedule me to another day, fast forward to the day i get there and the doors are locked! extremely disappointed. i’ll call again tomorrow to see what they say but for now my rating will not change

Went to this location to pick up bc and the business hours posted said open till five but were closed at 4 with no sign posted. When trying to open the door there was a lady standing inside with her hands inside her scrub pockets smiling. She couldnt even be bothered to come to the door to say they were closed. They never return calls as well.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Nurse Bonnie was amazing! So nice and sweet.

Nice n friendly staff but youre always waiting at least an hour or more pass your appointment time to get called back. Always plan on being stuck here for 2 hours.
