Just a friendly reminder: I felt something recuring in your end probably disordered. For instance, you helped me to fix the payment by credit cards yesterday, but this morning, your system denied my sending my email message to reply your email message asking me to say I satisfy for your service you did yesterday.

I’ll never use this service again. Did a test out of pocket thinking that it would be quicker than go to a provider.It’s been now more than 48h (half past 50h been precise) since I did my test and no results yet!Today I went to a provider and did the same blood work. They gave me the results in 3h..If you can’t go to a provider, use it.But if you can, don’t waist your time and money!

Highly recommend this company for testing. Great customer service! I had to call to reorder 2 tests that I ordered incorrectly and my call was answered promptly by a live human (Trey) and my credit and reorder was processed in just minutes. I was able to get tested at a Quest location the same day and got my results the following day. Can’t get any faster than that! Will definitely use this company if needed in the future.

I would recommend this service to anyone in need of testing. I mistakenly placed an order that I had to have credited and reorder again. I called and Trey took care of my problem and walked me through the reordering process which was successful. It required me to call twice but there was absolutely no wait either time. I went to Quest labs the same day and got my test results the following day on the Personalabs website. Very impressed with Personalabs

I receive excellent service from Trey Wilson he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. In today’s Scary world it felt good to have someone who put you at ease by aiding me With direction as to where to go and what I needed to do to get my lab test perform. I really appreciate people like Trey and hope to meet many more.

Online support helped me out within seconds. First time users get a discount so that was very nice. I received my results within 3 days of my blood being taken. Results are easy to read and give you raw data plus a straight forward normal, below normal, and deficient result. I am very happy with Personalabs. Everything was fast, smooth, ad affordable. Personal Labs is a great service especially if you are a self-pay patient. I went to a local lab for bloodwork ordered by my doctor and was told the price would be $976! I went on Personal Labs and was able to get the exact same work for about 1/3 of that price. I also had some trouble with the order when my sons name was listed as the patient instead of mine. I had instant results when I clicked on the chat and then called customer service. Very courteous and prompt response from this company. Keep up the good work!

Wow- extremely efficient system, I am totally impressed as are my family members ( a couple are Doctors). Not only did it make the visit to the lab quick and easy, I had my results in my email the next day! Additionally, I am truly thankful to have found a better way to get my labs done, much easier and much more affordable. Most importantly, yes, the patient should get the results, we pay for them, they are our samples. Great service, great concept!

I have used Personalabs.com many times and have only good things to say. Their website is straight forward and intuitive. I do not have health insurance and I find their prices manageable - plus, I almost always find a coupon for cost savings which makes a big difference in out-of-pocket expenses. Additionally, Quest Diagnostics accepts Personalabs lab orders and my experience with them has been stellar as well. I always get an email notice that my results are reported and Ive never had an unreasonable wait time for results. My only gripe is not with Personalabs or Quest Diagnostics; it is with the State of New Jersey which doesnt allow self-ordering of labs (can someone tell me why?!) Lucky for me, Quest in PA is only 50 minutes away.

Ive used PersonalLabs twice thus far, when booking my blood tests at Quest Diagnostics. I find their website extremely User Friendly and when I had a question about one of the test codes on my doctors order, the Chat Box answered my question with ease. I also believe their prices are more reasonable than paying for the tests on the Quest website. I highly recommend Personalabs!

I’m a very busy developer, I find the service provided by Personalabs to be the most effective way to keep a check on your health without the pain of sitting in a Dr’s office for hours just to be given another appointment to check your blood. This company provides lab exams of your choice at a reasonable cost. Very cost effective, no more expensive lab work for me. You just pay through the website & go to you local Quest Diagnostics near you, & and present the payment to them and get it done. For sure for sure I recommend this website to others👌🙏🙌.

Persona labs has saved me so much money, they are very accessible and you get the lab results within 24hours.Consistent good care and quick results.Prior to persona labs, I would have to make an apt., go to a doctor, who would then recommend a lab, make a apt with the lab, wait for the lab to bring the results to my doctor, and only then would I be given my prescription. I received great service with purchasing my labs and instructions to get my labwork done. When I was waiting for my results the customer sevice department was very helpful. I would reccomend this service.

Bait and Switch! Their website says they will write a prescription if an STD test comes back positive, but they wont. After contacting their customer service I was told that they only write prescriptions for certain infections that require antibiotics and that I was out of luck. Update your website. I basically wasted $80.

Trey is great! I couldnt find my results because I didnt know where to look or how to read the result page properly. Trey was kind, gracious, thorough, and most importantly didnt make me feel stupid.

Personalbs has been awesome I’ve have ordered a few labs from them and the process is a breeze, I definitely recommend Personalabs for and lab needs without going to the Dr.You have a lot of variety to choose from and it’s great if you need to know immediately rather then making and appointment and waiting to see a doctor.

Cant speak for the service itself, as I ended up getting a refund for personal reasons. However, they did refund me in full, even waiving the fee mention in their ToS, so they win on customer service.
