My son had to have a paternity test done for a custody case. Our attorney sent us here and told us to speak with Linda. From the moment I called her she was extremely helpful and kind. When he got to his appointment the next day the staff were all very professional and friendly. The office was very clean and everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Linda and her staff for all of your testing needs.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered a Cellular Micronutrient Test kit online from a third party lab and was worried about finding a provider to draw the blood and send it in. Any Lab Test Now - Ft Myers couldnt have made it easier! I called ahead to see if an appointment was needed. No need for an appointment I could walk in anytime before 3pm. I did a few days later on 2/20 around 1:30pm and was efficiently processed. If I would have know it was this easy I would have done it sooner. Thanks for the great service!

Wow what a wonderful establishment! My partner and I were in a pinch when we realized we would need to take a PCR Covid test before our International flight the very next day. Luckily enough, we found Any Lab Test Now due to my partners swift Google skills. I called their office and was greeted by a friendly voice. They were able to get us scheduled and tested the same day- and relieved all our worries about getting our tests done in time. I will be keeping this place in mind in case I ever need another lab test done.I would specifically like to shoutout Tiffany at the front desk for being so nice, professional, and explaining everything thoroughly.I would also like to shoutout Leigh and Linda for their gentleness while administering our tests. Super quick and easy to use this facility for blood work. In and out quickly with very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Tiffany is very professional and extremely efficient. She was able to call my doctors office and get my lab orders sent over very quickly. She also processed my order thru my insurance company. The lab tech is excellent at her job as I barely felt her place the needle in my arm for the blood draw. Both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office located on Summerlin to everyone.

The staff here is great. They are very thorough but friendly. The process is simple and efficient and they make the act of having to urinate in a cup as least awkward as such a situation can possibly be! The price is a little higher than what Im used to but the staff and service is worth the value. This is where Ill be getting any future blood work done or satisfying any needs to urinate in a cup and hand it to a pleasant lab assistant!

In order to return to working abroad (Japan), I needed the Any Lab Test Now staff to fill out a form about my results. They actually looked it up themselves, signed it thoroughly upon completion, and scanned it as well so I could have a digital copy. From the moment I booked my appointment over the phone to leaving the clinic itself, I was treated with kindness, consideration, and, most importantly, efficiency. I was extremely stressed as another clinic had taken 85 hours (after the promised 24 to 48 hours) to process my PCR test results so the staff’s professionalism and caring was extremely appreciated. The customer service of this place is remarkable and if by the time winter 2022 rolls around and I have to visit them for a nasopharyngeal sample, I know exactly who to turn to for quality and results in Southwest Florida.

Great experience with professional results and welcoming staff. Tiffany was so helpful and friendly with us, as was the other employees. The testing space was safe and cleaned thoroughly. The process was fairly quick with results arriving in the required time frame.

My experience at Any Lab Test Now was great! All of the staff was very nice, to everyone that walked through the door. They explained what specific tests are for and how some panels include other tests that can be taken individually. The phlebotomist did great as well. I didn’t feel the needle at all and she used the largest needle they have. Yes, i will absolutely use them again when needed and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again to all of the staff that took the time to answer and explain my questions.

If I could leave more stars I would!! I have been needing to get blood work done for a while, I read the reviews here and decided to try them out. The reviews here are absolutely right. These ladies are outstanding! They are kind, patient, and there is not enough words to express how great my visit was. This coming from a guy who fainted for the first time today during his blood draw.. they made sure I was absolutely 100% before they let me move. If/when I need more blood work, I will be back, and will always highly recommend these ladies.

Today was an emotional roller coaster for me and I was told last minute to get blood work and THANK GOD I found this place..they were soo nice and it was super fast!!! ♥️ They even let me vent about what had happened…I am amazed at how ni e professional and fast it was 🥰🙌🏽 THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for dealing with an emotional pregnant woman lol 😂

Staff are super friendly and happily explained all of the tests my dr was calling for. Im terrified of needles but they made sure I was absolutely comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend and plan on visiting again in the future.

All staff members starting with Paul, who answered the phone to the weekend crew early Saturday morning were all helpful and pleasant. This location hands down did an amazing job to make this stop professional and fast. Upper management needs to give all three members I encountered a great big round of whatever allowed to point out their efforts for doing an outstanding job. HIGH RECOMMENDED LOCATION

These ladies are wonderful!!! I called on a Thursday afternoon and requested to come in nice and early Friday due to other apts and one of which I had scheduled very close to 8:30. I was concerned about being able to make it- Tiffany said NO problem- emailed all the necessary forms the night before- and as soon as I walked in their office that Friday - I said “Tiffany” and she said Julia! We laugh she had all my paper work ready, I paid and in less then 10 min I was out the door!! With plenty of time to spare for my next apt. The young lady who actually took my blood was GREAT!! So sorry I can’t recall her name. We laugh and joked which made me feel very comfortable - as I am NOT a fan of my own blood. A BIG Thank you to the entire staff- you all where friendly efficient and fast. I really hope not to need anymore of my precious blood drawn, but if I do I’ll be back!

Great experience, or as great as having a nasal pharyngeal swab can be! Was in and out quickly, receptionist was very efficient and helpful and the young woman doing the test was gentle. Got my results in about 20 hours. Highly recommend!

The service is amazing. I had to have a covid test for travel and get the results back within 72 hours. They went out of their way to make sure that not only did we have the test results back in a timely manor but with all of the proper documentation. Great job and will use them again for sure.

As a Canadian, we must show proof of a negative covid test upon arrival back to Canada. And this test needs to be within a 72 hour period from date of test. I had to find a place that would guarantee results within that time frame. Any Lab delivered on their promise. Not only did I have results within 1 day but they gave me an appointment the day I called in a panic. And they tested my friend too at the same time.The staff were great. I decided not to go home yet and so, Ill be using Any Lab again soon.

Seldom cross the bridge on any weekday morning, but the folks at Any Lab Test on Summerlin are worth the trip. 👍

Went to the Ft. Myers location for a rush COVID test due to travel requirements and everyone was very nice and helpful. Linda was monitoring for the results and notified us right away when they were received. Great customer service!

Went in for same-day PCR test for a flight to London. Was helped right when I walked in, signed a consent form, and immediately went back with a nurse to do the test. She quickly swabbed each nostril and I was out of there. Received my results by email within 4 hours. Wasn’t in the facility more than 5 minutes.

My first time here and the experience was exceptional, the women employed here were welcoming and very pleasant. The process was fast. I originally came in for labs and ended up purchasing the lipotropic shots.

Within minutes of walking into this lab I could tell it was the best run lab that I’ve been to in SWFL. The receptionist was intentional with her every move asking all the right questions making sure everything went smooth with my lab results. She took it upon herself to call the 3rd party lab to make sure my labs would be processed within my timeline with the upcoming bank holiday weekend. I will gladly drive past 5-10 other labs to use this one again in the future.

Thank Goodness for these People!!! I am so fed up with Quest and Labcorp, with their hour long waits and bad attitudes. These folks are a bit of a drive for me, but I was in and out in minutes and the were kind and accommodating. Highly Recommend!!

Great experience. Very polite, discrete and efficient staff. They really made it simple to get the COVID-19 PCR test I needed for traveling. The results were delivered much faster than expected.

I was able to come in and have the labs (blood) completed within 15 minutes. The staff was courteous and professional. I have had to wait over 1 1/2 months for an appointment with the endocrinologist. I dont want to get there and have them order labs, adding to more time for a diagnosis. This is enabling me to show up WITH the labs (will probably send them to dr. ahead of appointment) and get some answers. Again, the staff was fantastic!

They tell you three days and it’s been a week and then the use the old “Covid” excuse when Covid has been around for a year!They didn’t know the tests would be delayed? They didn’t tell me and I asked and they said usually 72 hours and it’s been over double that and still no results and they have no idea when they will get them.Needed them for my doctors appointment this AM and didn’t have them, so now I have to wait another 5 weeks to get scheduled back to see the doctor.Just sucks and totally confused how 3 days has now turned into 7 days.O well live and learn.

The only reason for not giving this five stars is that the results are not put into the EPIC system. If this is not an issue with you, every thing else was faultless, especially when you compare it to the slow, time consuming, secretive Canadian system.
