Would definitely recommend the staff and doctor were very efficient! Antoinette at the front desk was very helpful during my check in. Katie the X-ray tech helped my visit go by quick with her quick wit. Dr. Jones was kind, and I feel like she really took the time to listen to me. Katrina gave me my discharge papers and was very pleasant and made sure I was able to get back to work on time!

Everyone was amazing. My daughter was actually howling in the waiting area from ear pain. We had an appointment, and it was busy, but the woman at the front desk gave my daughter stickers, talked to her so nice, even printed out papers for her to color. Once we went back (it was quick) the nurse was so kind, really quick. Asked a bunch of questions which made the visit with the doctor speedy. And when the doctor came in he was also so kind, really great with my daughter. Quickly assessed and got us what we needed to make sure our visit here in PA could be with an on the mend ear infection. Definitely recommend.

My provider Tracy Boyle was simply amazing! I was in and out. I felt like she listened to me and addressed my concerns. Also, want to mention how the nursing staff and front desk all were very professional and helpful! Definitely 10 out of 10

Very pleasant staff! Pretty awesome to be able to get a chest xray done and have a copy in hand in less than 15 minutes! That would have been 6 hours at the ER. Every visit Ive had so far has been a pleasant experience! Ill never go to a traditional ER again unless I absolutely have to

When I first arrived, I was immediately advised that they weren’t accepting walk ins anymore. That’s reasonable. I made an appointment for a little later in the day. The front desk person said, you’ll probably still have to wait because we are busy today. That seemed weird considering that they weren’t accepting walk ins anymore. My appointment was 3 hrs later. The waiting room should be empty by then. It seemed as though I was being deterred from being seen.I showed up for my appointment and was seen by PA Moore! This person has the worst bedside manner. She appears visibly annoyed that you are there for care. She briefly spoke to me, listened to my lungs and immediately diagnosed me with a viral infection. I get the same thing every year around this time and it is always cleared up by an antibiotic. I was not given any kind of testing to determine if my infection was viral or bacterial. Just like last year, I will return with a bacterial infection in my lungs that will be cleared up after another PA or NP gives me a Z-pack.I have worked in emergency services for just shy of 20 years. It is my opinion that PA Moore is burnt out. She lacks the empathy and compassion to do her job well. She unwilling to listen to her patients. I feel like she would be upset if someone in her family received the kind of care that she has given me multiple times. I almost forgot, last year she berated me for not wearing a mask and scolded me about Covid contamination. When she was done her rant, I advised her that I took a Covid test prior to coming in. If at all possible I will avoid seeing her unless there are no other options.

The team was very nice. Marshae, Katie and Umaiynah were a pleasure and made my son feel extremely comfortable. From the pleasant greeting at the front desk by Erin to the warm welcome from Dr Jones who was very patient and treated my son like one of her own children. I will definitely be coming back!

The center was clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience with Dr. Jose Torradas, MD who was very knowledgeable and professional and spent a good amount of time with me explaining everything. The whole visit took about an hour (compared to 4 at other clinics I’ve visited). I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I have been here before and it definitely isn’t my first choice but I was seen very quickly.The examine room wasn’t clean with a dirty tissue and swab on the floor (that was just kicked out of the way by the nurse when I mentioned it).The staff was very pleasant and my sole purpose was to get a prescription medicine for my cough with my time constraints.

I had to bring my son in on Christmas Eve. Antoinette at the front desk always greets everyone with a big welcoming smile! We had nurse Katie that day and I was extremely impressed with her interaction with my son during his visit that day. I highly recommend Vybe urgent care.

The whole team was very good and understanding .The nurse and and and cpn were awesome. I’ve been to several urgent cares in my life. I can personally say that this was the best one I’ve been to. The staff and doctor were very attentive and got me in and out in under an hour, leaving me with enough free time before heading to work. A++

I recommend going to Vybe if youre not feeling well and want quick service. I made an appointment for 12:20 and was in an exam room by 12:20. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who evaluated me very professionally and suggested a treatment plan which was appropriate to my needs. I was out the door within 20 minutes. No more Urgent Care for me!

Walked in without appointment with sinus issues . Easy check In . Everyone working was courteous and efficient. Diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way . Whole process was about 30 minutes start to finish .

My friend was denied care! She wanted a blood pregnancy test done which it says on there company site they do & was DENIED. She explained her situation of not having a cycle for over 3 months, all at home tests resulted in negative, but has been experiencing severe pregnancy symptoms. The patient service from these medical professionals OUTSIDE OF ONE lady with blonde hair was HORRIBLE AND DISMISSIVE. The one Caucasian guy was extremely rude and dismissive. Mind you, my friend PAID OUT OF POCKET just to get the test done. Although they refunded her there was no empathy. BLACK WOMEN HEALTH MATTER!

Terrible. The Physician assistant was more interested in talking to another staff member about her weight loss shots than actually doing any type of exam. Very condescending. I will never go there again.

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable and the wait time was amazingly short. This is definitely the place I will come back to if I’m unable to see my primary physician. THANK YOU!

We were visiting from out of state and woke up needing urgent care, Vybe was right around the corner to the hotel, we walked in and were greeted immediately with a smiling face. Check in was seamless and easy. The nurse and Dr both were very kind and got to us quickly. We were seen and out the door with medications in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing care.

Would give a 10 Star if I could! From start to finish, front reception, Nurse Tech to Doc everyone was very pleasant and professional. I am visiting from out of state and fell and hurt my ankle - broke a bone actually. Great group there, highly recommend. 🙂.

I really appreciate this place. Its so hard to get an appointment with your own personal Dr these days. The fact that I can be seen asap without the ER fees is a blessing. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Antionette the receptionist. Antoinette went above and beyond for me when I asked for some water. My nurse Marshae was very pleasant and nice. Marshae took my blood and I didnt feel a thing, at all. Ive had some horror stories about having my blood drawn, and Marshae is an expert in that department.The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. Thanks everyone at Vybe.I highly recommend.

Went here as a walk in on a Sunday morning. The staff was great, kind and considerate. Within 20 minutes I was treated for an animal bite , given a tetanus booster and had prescription ready for pick up. Highly recommend going here vs sitting at a ER all day

Went to Vybe this morning after setting up appt on line. Several times were available. Waited about 10-15min to be called back. Medical assistant was very pleasant and professional. Sorry, i can’t recall her name. Tracy was the NP and she was wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Very positive visit for my injury.

The staff here are quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They give me good care with plenty of options and information without long wait times.

The nurses cannot wait to talk badly and make fun of their patients once the exam room doors are closed and they think they are out of ear shot from the patients. The service provided was good, but the attitude of the nurses was unacceptable. The exam room doors are thin and you can hear the nurses station making fun of their patients. The Physicians Assistant, Tosha Kadakia was professional and thorough with patients.

Great people took excellent care of me today. They are super nice. Receptionists radiologists and the Doctor super friendly and had the best experience ever!!

All I got was lip service ..The waiting room was crowded and I got the impression I was being fast tracked out the door . I think the P.A.was in room for a total of 10 min . Left with no diagnosis. I think Ill stick with Taylor Hospital....its a longer wait but they do a more accurate work up and take the time to needed to figure out what your symptoms could mean and your not rushed out the door and left in the dark

Honestly the best urgent care in the area. As someone who gets sick pretty often I find myself here a few times a year. Every single time the staff is extremely friendly, caring, and upfront (in an amazing way) of my health. The staff here seems to always have smiles on their faces, and I appreciate the effort they take into every individual patient.

Waited two hours just to get seen, when I went to the room, the doctors assistant didn’t Care. Thirty minutes later doctor came in took a look said. This is what you have, I’m giving you this, and essentially hauled ass out the room. The doctor essentially spent less than 2 minutes to give an evaluation and when I tried to ask about something else the doctor gave an annoyed look almost like “why are you still talking I don’t care”.It wasn’t a pleasant experienceThe receptionist was extremely nice though.

I came here with a serious case of sore throat. Thinking it was strep, I took the rapid test and failed. After the negative test, boom, thats it. No meds, nothing. Just wish they where thinking about my pain, the roughest 2 nights ever.

Being from out of town ; I searched all the urgent cares because I had a back injury. I signed in as a walk in with two insurances. A gentlemen walked in 15 -20 minutes after I signed in. He didn’t have an appointment either. They called him first and when I quested the front desk; they told me I had to wait almost 2 hours. Unexceptionable. When I question the front desk clerk about the sign in procedure; she said she had nothing to do with who they call. The ladies in the back call , which is poor management.

Every single staff member was warm & friendly from front desk to nurse to the PA I saw. Very thorough. For being a private pay patient I felt super informed of costs which were reasonable as well

I love this place. I’ve brought my daughter here and came here myself several times for various things that were not serious enough to warrant an ER visit but needed to be checked out sooner than an appointment can be made with a PCP.Every time I’ve been here the nurses, MAs, PAs and doctors have all been phenomenal. Everyone is always pleasant and very thorough. The icing on the cake is that I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get called into an examination room or for the doctor/PA to come in after the nurse or MA takes vitals. I highly recommend this location

Please safe your time and money not going to a place where you have symptoms and the PA decide to treat it with Tylenol. We could do that without her telling us. Also, if the symptoms get worse they say to go back again. Please, dont. The front desk argued with me like I was lying about the visit and they want to charge me $100 when they didnt do their job in the first place.

Everything went fine and smooth until I met the doctor or doctors assistant whatever she was....I found her demeaning ,argumentative, poor attitude and pretty much useless. I do not think that my issues were probably diagnosed or that the medicine prescribed will be helpful. I thought that woman was way too cocky, and proud of her power, but then I realized its probably the worst job in her field if she was any good she would be working at a hospital or an institution that had credibility.

HAD A HEDGE POKE ME IN THE EYE WHILE TRIMMING. ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WAS GIVEN A FORM TO FILL OUT ON A TABLET.WAITED SEVERAL MINUTES AND WAS SEEN AND ASKED HOW IT HAPPENED AND PROCEEDED TO TREAT MY EYE WITH A WASH, GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION AND SHOWED ME JUST WHAT CAME OUT OF MY EYE. ALSO INSTRUCTIONS ON CARING FOR IT. IM TOTALLY IMPRESSED!

I’ve used this urgent care before and I was very happy. Last week was a different story. I was diagnosed with a UTI on Monday last week. The medication did not work. They sent my sample out and it couldn’t be tested because a non Medicare doctor sent it out???? Why do you have doctors that aren’t certified to take care of Medicare? I came back Wednesday, Dr. Jose Torradas told me I had the wrong dose age. That was a mistake by the doctor. He preceded to be extremely rude the whole time I talked to him. He did give me another stronger antibiotic. It’s Sunday, I’m still not much better. He may have good credentials. He stinks in his manner. He highly insulted me. I really should report him higher up. Please do better!!!! The nurses and front desk people are amazing by the way.

Jose Torradas, MD was the Doctor that treated me today. I was very impressed by his bedside manner and confident knowledge of what I was suffering from. He was very informative and concise in what he had to tell me. Friendly manner and yet very professional and gave me ( a man much older than him) the utmost confidence in his diagnosis and treatment of my illness. I told him I wished that he was my PCP. Thank you Dr!

I had to come in for an injury on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was so pleasant. The PA who saw me was great, sent my scripts over to my pharmacy. I think I was there for a total of twenty five minutes. Highly recommend

My ear was completely blocked making me essentially deaf on one side. They were able to remove the blockage and restore my hearing.

Very professional, prompt service but you aren’t rushed. They handle whatever your issue is, answer any questions. Even send a script over if necessary to your pharmacy. Plus you can schedule online+++++ thank you so much Mira and staff!!

The front desk woman was very pleasent but Joanna Moore made me feel dumb when it came in for a physical and asked about my eye. It’s almost like she expected me to know the answer as if I’m not the patient?? She wasn’t friendly or nice. Usually when I go to a walk in everybody’s nice. but everything else was fine.

The only good thing about this place is they got me in fast. Everytime I go, they rush me in and out without taking all symptoms into consideration. Went 2 days ago for tonsil pain. Joana told me to gargle salt water and honey. It got worse obviously yesterday so I called back like they told me to, was on hold for 15 min first then another doctor answered told me he couldn’t do anything else and the honey wasn’t worth doing either so the doctors contradict themselves. I developed a fever so I went to the er and was diagnosed with severe tonsillitis and ended up needing steroids and antibiotics and meds for swelling and have to get my tonsils removed surgically. Definitely take their opinion with a grain of salt and trust your gut if you feel something is wrong, they tried to make me feel dramatic.

This was my first time at Vybe urgent Care.The staff was friendly,the service was quick,and most importantly my Granddaughter felt comfortable with the staff.She even let the Doctor check her ears without crying...

The nurse I had was very pleasant. The dr was short and didnt read why I was there. She cleaned my knees, which were already clean and put bandaids on them. I told her my forearm was the main reason I was there. She proceeded to grab my arm and said, I hardly touched you. I dont see anything wrong with it. To which I replied, exactly why Im here. They did an xray of my knees and wrist then sent me off saying, clean your knees 2 to 3 times a day and ice them. Nothing about my forearm, except an ace bandage. Its been 5 days and my forearm is still not moveable and in a lot of pain.

I felt like they rushing to get out of the building for the day so they really didn’t wanna evaluate me probably and listen to my concerns. She didn’t even check the area on my body I was complaining about but told me it was nothing really to worry about.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. The Dr. I saw did not call me back after I called to let her know that I was still sick after suffering in pain for ten days and the antibiotics did not do anything at all. I was told by the receptionist that if I didnt feel better in 5 to 7 days to then come back for another office visit. No only did the Dr. not listen but she did not comprehend that this was chronic sinusitis but, also that I was antibiotic resistant and she just didnt care to do her job and heal her patient so I dont feel she will make a very good Doctor. I hope the next time someone is reaching out for help she will do her job and help her patient. Unfortunately, no follow up was done because greed is their top priority!

Went in for a spider bite. Walking in the door, the front desk, the nurse and the doctor were great and very professional. From the minute I walked in door, doing the registration paperwork, going back to the room I was being seen by the actual doctor within 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back there for future needs.

Honestly, I love Vybe Urgent Care overall, but the doctor working, Dr. Winkley had no idea what he was saying. I’ve had a sinus infection for over 2 weeks trying various OTC meds, & his solution was, use OTC meds, basically the same junk I’ve been using that already doesn’t work. All he wanted to do was talk over me, and prove everything I was saying wrong, as well as say how my other doctors were wrong basically. It made me not even want to speak with him. I’ve never experienced that with a doctor in my life. He told me sinus infections can’t be caused from seasonal allergies. Am i missing something? I’ve suffered with sinus infections for years due to allergies and was prescribed antibiotics by various doctors at Urgent Care & my PC because it was the only thing that helped because they were bacterial. Unfortunately, I won’t be back there because of him. A complete waste of time, & money with zero resolution. My insurance company and I deserve a refund in all honesty.

Scheduled an apt at 410 for my daughters sports physical assessment. Was taken back shortly after we arrived around 4pm and have been sitting in waiting room for almost exactly an hour with no contact or assessment. Staff was otherwise friendly and environment is clean.

Yes they were very friendly and comforting in a relaxed atmosphere didn’t have to wait long at all when I left there I felt great bc a lot of times you’re nervous and you don’t know what is going to happen and they took that fear away.

I walked cold meaning no appointment. The very nice and my wait was short. PA was through and explained everything she did a complete examination of my leg. If for some reason I need urgent care I will come here.

The front desk clerk didn’t go out of her way at all to help with the billing process. Other than that 5 stars , great , prompt care.

Vybe is the best Urgent Care Ive been to. Usually go to Havertown, but Ridley is also very nice. Wasnt busy when I came and staff were great.

Never going back. The MA who brought me back wasn’t very nice, she seemed like she hated her job. The doctor Jose Torradas had a very rude approach, he complained the whole time how no one was wearing a mask when your sign says masks are OPTIONAL. He asked me if i wanted any testing, im not a doctor i don’t know what testing i need, that’s why i came to you. I have a baby at home who i dont want to get sick, and i clearly have some type of sickness and all he prescribed is nasal spray. No antibiotics or anything. Absolute waste of my time.

Absolute waste of time and money nurse couldnt even give any relief with a perichondrial hematoma, So if I didnt take care of it myself would have turned into deformed misshapen ear figured an urgent care would be able to handle these kind of situations would not recommend going here

Visit on a Thursday afternoon around 130. Meet appointment online had a five minute drive was checked in right away and called back within two minutes. After all of my information was taken in the room took only another 2 to 3 minutes for the doctor to come in Was back to work and 30 minutes. . Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful

First time here, was pretty good. One thing I had a problem with was the nurse said I needed an ace bandage but forgot to put one on. I had to read the discharge papers and tell the nurses assistant and she put it on

Awful experience. The front desk was nice but I felt that no one had any idea what was going on. I told them I was pregnant and I was still recommended things that pregnant women should not take. Common well known medications that are not good for pregnancy. The nurse did not have good bedside manners and she did not even look at my issue for longer than a second. She spent less than 3 minutes with me and did not ask if I had any questions. I did want to know if I was contagious and was told yes. Then I was told no. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Went in for a sick special needs son. The ladies there were awesome, took their time to exam him and listened to our concerns about a prior similar situation . Didn’t feel rushed answered every question and were very nice and professional with us. From start to finish was a good experience.

Went for what I believed was an eye infection. Was first prescribed eye drops for dry eye but then was followed up with and prescribed an antibiotic.

Love the staff here. They treated my boys very kindly. The doctor covered all bases.We will keep coming back here. I just visited again to have a cyst removed from my ear. Johanna did an amazing job. I expected it to just be drained and that I’d have to have the procedure repeated any time the cyst flared up. She got the whole thing out and saved me a trip to the dermatologist. I’m so pleased.Update 8/26. Just visited for son’s ear infection. We were seen and already received confirmation from cvs that the prescription was called in, all done & on our way in 18 minutes!

Took my son for a sick appt first thing in the morning. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The xray tech was patient with my son during his xray. The dr was also good, he listened and was reassuring. Overall a great experience!!! We did not wait long either!!! We can always count on a great experience when we come

Vibe is right around the corner from me, very convenient since my doctor of about 40 years retired. Staff is friendly and efficient, even when Im a little grouchy. I usually dont have to wait but today was busy, and I waited a bit. I dont go on Saturdays because its busy, usually Im in and out. Always make an appointment if you can. My hand is already healing after one day!!

Could not have been a more pleasant experience. The receptionist and nurse could not have been nicer, and the doctors were very personable and quick to diagnose. Aside from the excellent service, the entire visit took 13 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I left. Will certainly be back

The s5aff and especially doctor were so pleasant. Great atmosphere. The only thing is the room floor needed to be cleaned. It had a lot of hair on it.But the services was phenomenal. They were a great team. Even the receptionist was pleasant and thats important as the front-liner!

Front desk was very helpful. Talked distinctly and listened well. I was coughing and wearing a mask.The nursing assistant also listened well and explained what she needed to do.The nurse practitioner asked pertinent questions, listened to my answers also asking for more details. She explained the tests needed and test results. My plan of care was explained and I was given a print out to take homes. I my opinion every step was done throughly, accurately to get my diagnosis. I am not happy to have a strep throat. However, I am very satisfied with the steps used to identify my diagnosis and treatment plan.I will be recommending VIBE Urgent Care to my family and friends. Well done!

Everyone was so professional and courteous. Starting at the front desk all the way until the doctor came in, i felt welcome. The xray gentleman was so sweet and caring. He tried to do everything easily knowing that i was in pain. The doctor was amazing. He explained everything in simple terms with the BEST bedside manner i have not experienced in a long time. Busy Holiday season and many patients. The front desk person was amazing and I asked a ton of questions. She answered politely and continued with her work.The assistant was kind and patient.Because of the holiday, I guess many Dr offices were closed. I appreciate the questions and in depth look into my meds. Thank you for a caring and attentive exam.

The facility was well kept, the staff was professional. I needed to have blood drawn but they attempted only a few times to prevent my discomfort. I was given alternatives site to get my blood drawn, I also was told I could return without an appointment and how to get more hydrated before I returned the next day.

The Nurse practitioner was really wonderful but the office was very loud.

Friendly Staff. I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment and the staff was quick and precise with getting me checked in. I was called to the back within 5 minutes and was finished and out the door within 10 minutes! If I could give more stars I would.

I went here and all of the staff was nice. The medical assistant was extremely sweet, just as the receptionist. We even had conversations about me being in nursing school at Widener, and they gave me useful information and encouraged me to apply. Great experience, and I’ll be applying this week… wish me luck!

I left a different urgent care, because the wait time was ridiculous. I arrived at vybe and was greeted immediately, checked in, and within 10 minutes I was taken back to an exam room. The nurse and doctor treated me carefully and did everything I had hoped to, take care of my injury. I will definitely go back there if the need arises.

Staff was very nice. They processed me in quickly. I came with an appointment a little early and they took me in early. The waiting room was comfortable for the short time I was sitting there. I received some very helpful information that they necessarily did not need to share with me. Very good service especially compared to the service that is common now.

I visited back in March for a strep test. After the swab, the technician came out and said the result of the test was negative.. As someone who gets strep a lot, I didnt believe the negative diagnosis (I always know when I have it).I had a big week at work that week that I couldnt be sick for...That same day, I went to CVS where they swabbed me and sent out a rapid culture to ensure the test was negative. Sure enough, the test came back the next day as positive.After calling Vybe and asking to speak to a manager and going back and forth they refused to refund me the $50 copay I was charged. I had to then pay another copay at CVS to be treated and diagnosed properly. Very disappointed with the customer service team. Will not be returning. CVS is a much more thorough facility.

This is has been a pleasant experience and I’m thankful for the work they do.I was feeling ill and unable to see my primary care for a quick visit, so I came to Urgent Care. The staff is incredible and kind. Like all healthcare places, I did use my patience and needed to wait between steps, but I experience that at every healthcare clinic, so the waiting was very okay and understandable.

They were fast to get me seen. Dr. Got me checked out and on my way with the fix very quickly.

Literally just wasted my time. I went with fevers, bodyaches, sore throat, stiff neck, difficulty swallowing and a cough. I was told to buy Flonase over-the-counter(I have insurance that will cover it )and to return in two weeks if I wasn’t better. I questioned the nurse upon leaving and she told me the Flonase was because of fluid the doctor seen in my ear🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. I did test negative for strep(At least they offered that test) I left and went to the ER and tested positive for the flu.. shame shame shame

May 21st update: please review:Fast, straightforward, knowledgeable doctor.Glad VA covers this visit because my trust there is like having a cook perform a simple set of sutures (stitches) on a 2 inch cut — they’d butcher not suture.May 21st update: visit here has been as similar as the last: fast, straight forward with knowledgeable providers: not just the doctor I seen: trust the NP & PA’s here as well + MA/Nurses - I haven’t had a problem at all.Today my 5-star providing team was NP Mary-Beth & MA Katerina. I hope I spelt your names right just reference this date and time and my name and see that these individuals were amazing - to their supervisors give them praise because providers take on patients problems & treat them sometimes getting insulted. They deserve more praise and even a raise!I was a medic; served in Army & l worked in a clinic 3 1/2 years of my 4 years & been out for 1 year now: it’s easy to see who cares and who’s there for the pay. Give them more than a pizza party.Blessings have a good one.

Best Urgent clinic I’ve ever been to. They are amazing workers who’ve comforted me through stress. Even when I felt like I couldn’t get help they helped me a lot. Definitely a 5 star clinic.

Was seen by Mira Graeber for symptoms of cold/sinusitis and back pain. I told her that I think I pulled a muscle in my back from coughing so hard. She didnt even look at my back, gave me a script for steroids and wanted to send me to work the next day. The visit seemed very rushed, like she just wanted to get me out of her hair. I explained that I drive a bus and its painful when the seat bounces around. I couldnt even sit on their seats without being in pain. She refused to update the note and would not come out of the back room to talk to me. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful experience. We made an appointment for the wrong date and they still took us in and the wait wasn’t very long - about a half hour tops. The lady at the front desk was great - my mother has a travel insurance plan which is a bit tricky but she still called and found out the copay & other details. They charged us a nominal copay. The intake person/nurse was great - super friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable immediately. Then came the doctor, she was spectacular, very thorough and explained all of her reasoning really well. Very personable as well. And the nurse who checked us out was the friendliest person I’ve ever met: so vibrant & bubbly and explained follow-up care really well. She also gave us 3 stickers when I mentioned to her that my daughter would have loved her “cat” name badge. All in all a great experience & we were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I went with no appointment and was seen within 1/2 hour. I cut my elbow the night before so I needed surgical tape rather than stitches. Very pleased with my experience here.

This location is wonderful. Very friendly staff. The doctor did my physical for Act 235 in order to get a job as a security guard. My primary care provider is the Department of Veterans Affairs and they wouldnt do it because it was not a medical necessity even though it was a simple physical.A few months later, I had an urgent request to get a form signed by a doctor to take a fitness test for a job, and again Dr. Morros pulled through before the VA.

Amazing staff!! From the woman at check in, to the xray tech, the nurse, and the doctor.. they were all kind and friendly!! Would recommend going here over other local urgent cares! I made an appointment online and when I arrived I waited less then 2 minutes to be called back, was brought to xray right away, seen by the doctor less then 5 min after that, and was out the door within 30 minutes of my appointment time in a fancy new boot for a fracture!!

Never have an issue when I come here. Always quick, get what I need and done. Its clean. All the Drs so far are great and the nurse Kristine I just love her. Always so bubbly, funny and informative. The other nurses are awesome also. Will definitely return and recommend this place

Had an 8:10 appointment, was able to be seen by the intake tech and physician, prescriptions written and D/C within 25 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, professional and thorough. I appreciate that they took notes and discussed the treatment plan, not starting with antibiotics but trying some other options first.

Good luck if you see PA Mueller. It’s actuallyMy fault for thinking this urgent care would provide adequate care. I had a painful sore throat for 2 weeks with ear pain. PA Mueller said my ears and throat were “fine” and she “wasn’t just going to throw an antibiotic at my illness”. God forbid I expect an antibiotic after 2 weeks of terrible pain in my throat.I went to my primary care dr. Yesterday and she confirmed a red and inflamed throat and fluid in the ears. She without question prescribed me an antibiotic AND a steroid. I already feel SO much better.PA Mueller needs to learn how to properly diagnose patients. What a joke.

I had to wait longer which was harder being that the patient was two years old. They dont do vaccines which is part of the daycare physical process, so now I still have to take my grandson somewhere else for his up to date vaccines. Long wait and felt like I was gonna pass out very crowded !! I just figure they take sick patients before sports physical Tama flu was very expensive also they need to take care of seniors .. I was in there for maybe 13 minutes for Flu test and BP Very understaffed Why a 10 day supply of Tama flu . I had no fever no flu supply be plenty !! Overall staff was kind and friendly
