Would give a 10 Star if I could! From start to finish, front reception, Nurse Tech to Doc everyone was very pleasant and professional. I am visiting from out of state and fell and hurt my ankle - broke a bone actually. Great group there, highly recommend. 🙂.

Went here as a walk in on a Sunday morning. The staff was great, kind and considerate. Within 20 minutes I was treated for an animal bite , given a tetanus booster and had prescription ready for pick up. Highly recommend going here vs sitting at a ER all day

Never going back. The MA who brought me back wasn’t very nice, she seemed like she hated her job. The doctor Jose Torradas had a very rude approach, he complained the whole time how no one was wearing a mask when your sign says masks are OPTIONAL. He asked me if i wanted any testing, im not a doctor i don’t know what testing i need, that’s why i came to you. I have a baby at home who i dont want to get sick, and i clearly have some type of sickness and all he prescribed is nasal spray. No antibiotics or anything. Absolute waste of my time.

I’ve used this urgent care before and I was very happy. Last week was a different story. I was diagnosed with a UTI on Monday last week. The medication did not work. They sent my sample out and it couldn’t be tested because a non Medicare doctor sent it out???? Why do you have doctors that aren’t certified to take care of Medicare? I came back Wednesday, Dr. Jose Torradas told me I had the wrong dose age. That was a mistake by the doctor. He preceded to be extremely rude the whole time I talked to him. He did give me another stronger antibiotic. It’s Sunday, I’m still not much better. He may have good credentials. He stinks in his manner. He highly insulted me. I really should report him higher up. Please do better!!!! The nurses and front desk people are amazing by the way.

We were visiting from out of state and woke up needing urgent care, Vybe was right around the corner to the hotel, we walked in and were greeted immediately with a smiling face. Check in was seamless and easy. The nurse and Dr both were very kind and got to us quickly. We were seen and out the door with medications in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing care.

I was in & out in an hour, staff was so personable and amazing from the front desk to the nurse and to the doctor. This is my personal choice of urgent care. Highly recommend.

Went to Vybe this morning after setting up appt on line. Several times were available. Waited about 10-15min to be called back. Medical assistant was very pleasant and professional. Sorry, i can’t recall her name. Tracy was the NP and she was wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Very positive visit for my injury.

Honestly the best urgent care in the area. As someone who gets sick pretty often I find myself here a few times a year. Every single time the staff is extremely friendly, caring, and upfront (in an amazing way) of my health. The staff here seems to always have smiles on their faces, and I appreciate the effort they take into every individual patient.

Every single staff member was warm & friendly from front desk to nurse to the PA I saw. Very thorough. For being a private pay patient I felt super informed of costs which were reasonable as well

Went in for a spider bite. Walking in the door, the front desk, the nurse and the doctor were great and very professional. From the minute I walked in door, doing the registration paperwork, going back to the room I was being seen by the actual doctor within 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back there for future needs.

Everything went fine and smooth until I met the doctor or doctors assistant whatever she was....I found her demeaning ,argumentative, poor attitude and pretty much useless. I do not think that my issues were probably diagnosed or that the medicine prescribed will be helpful. I thought that woman was way too cocky, and proud of her power, but then I realized its probably the worst job in her field if she was any good she would be working at a hospital or an institution that had credibility.

Jose Torradas, MD was the Doctor that treated me today. I was very impressed by his bedside manner and confident knowledge of what I was suffering from. He was very informative and concise in what he had to tell me. Friendly manner and yet very professional and gave me ( a man much older than him) the utmost confidence in his diagnosis and treatment of my illness. I told him I wished that he was my PCP. Thank you Dr!

Very professional, prompt service but you aren’t rushed. They handle whatever your issue is, answer any questions. Even send a script over if necessary to your pharmacy. Plus you can schedule online+++++ thank you so much Mira and staff!!

All I got was lip service ..The waiting room was crowded and I got the impression I was being fast tracked out the door . I think the P.A.was in room for a total of 10 min . Left with no diagnosis. I think Ill stick with Taylor Hospital....its a longer wait but they do a more accurate work up and take the time to needed to figure out what your symptoms could mean and your not rushed out the door and left in the dark

The nurse I had was very pleasant. The dr was short and didnt read why I was there. She cleaned my knees, which were already clean and put bandaids on them. I told her my forearm was the main reason I was there. She proceeded to grab my arm and said, I hardly touched you. I dont see anything wrong with it. To which I replied, exactly why Im here. They did an xray of my knees and wrist then sent me off saying, clean your knees 2 to 3 times a day and ice them. Nothing about my forearm, except an ace bandage. Its been 5 days and my forearm is still not moveable and in a lot of pain.

First patient of the day on a Saturday morning, they were bright, cheerful, professional, thorough....I was the only one there at the time, and they got me in and out, with speed and efficiency.

Honestly, I love Vybe Urgent Care overall, but the doctor working, Dr. Winkley had no idea what he was saying. I’ve had a sinus infection for over 2 weeks trying various OTC meds, & his solution was, use OTC meds, basically the same junk I’ve been using that already doesn’t work. All he wanted to do was talk over me, and prove everything I was saying wrong, as well as say how my other doctors were wrong basically. It made me not even want to speak with him. I’ve never experienced that with a doctor in my life. He told me sinus infections can’t be caused from seasonal allergies. Am i missing something? I’ve suffered with sinus infections for years due to allergies and was prescribed antibiotics by various doctors at Urgent Care & my PC because it was the only thing that helped because they were bacterial. Unfortunately, I won’t be back there because of him. A complete waste of time, & money with zero resolution. My insurance company and I deserve a refund in all honesty.

Please safe your time and money not going to a place where you have symptoms and the PA decide to treat it with Tylenol. We could do that without her telling us. Also, if the symptoms get worse they say to go back again. Please, dont. The front desk argued with me like I was lying about the visit and they want to charge me $100 when they didnt do their job in the first place.

I had to come in for an injury on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was so pleasant. The PA who saw me was great, sent my scripts over to my pharmacy. I think I was there for a total of twenty five minutes. Highly recommend

The front desk woman was very pleasent but Joanna Moore made me feel dumb when it came in for a physical and asked about my eye. It’s almost like she expected me to know the answer as if I’m not the patient?? She wasn’t friendly or nice. Usually when I go to a walk in everybody’s nice. but everything else was fine.

I love this place. I’ve brought my daughter here and came here myself several times for various things that were not serious enough to warrant an ER visit but needed to be checked out sooner than an appointment can be made with a PCP.Every time I’ve been here the nurses, MAs, PAs and doctors have all been phenomenal. Everyone is always pleasant and very thorough. The icing on the cake is that I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get called into an examination room or for the doctor/PA to come in after the nurse or MA takes vitals. I highly recommend this location

Scheduled an apt at 410 for my daughters sports physical assessment. Was taken back shortly after we arrived around 4pm and have been sitting in waiting room for almost exactly an hour with no contact or assessment. Staff was otherwise friendly and environment is clean.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. The Dr. I saw did not call me back after I called to let her know that I was still sick after suffering in pain for ten days and the antibiotics did not do anything at all. I was told by the receptionist that if I didnt feel better in 5 to 7 days to then come back for another office visit. No only did the Dr. not listen but she did not comprehend that this was chronic sinusitis but, also that I was antibiotic resistant and she just didnt care to do her job and heal her patient so I dont feel she will make a very good Doctor. I hope the next time someone is reaching out for help she will do her job and help her patient. Unfortunately, no follow up was done because greed is their top priority!

Awful experience. The front desk was nice but I felt that no one had any idea what was going on. I told them I was pregnant and I was still recommended things that pregnant women should not take. Common well known medications that are not good for pregnancy. The nurse did not have good bedside manners and she did not even look at my issue for longer than a second. She spent less than 3 minutes with me and did not ask if I had any questions. I did want to know if I was contagious and was told yes. Then I was told no. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I would rather go to the urgent care in Folsom/Ridley then my primary doctor. All staff was great, took there time to explain any questions.Nurse made my daughters visit more relaxed for her. Doctor was professional.Thank You

Visit on a Thursday afternoon around 130. Meet appointment online had a five minute drive was checked in right away and called back within two minutes. After all of my information was taken in the room took only another 2 to 3 minutes for the doctor to come in Was back to work and 30 minutes. . Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful

I was really impressed with this urgent care! The staff is all very nice and friendly. I saw Dr. Winkley and he is amazing! Will definitely be returning (hopefully not soon) if I am in need of anything.

First time here, was pretty good. One thing I had a problem with was the nurse said I needed an ace bandage but forgot to put one on. I had to read the discharge papers and tell the nurses assistant and she put it on

I walked cold meaning no appointment. The very nice and my wait was short. PA was through and explained everything she did a complete examination of my leg. If for some reason I need urgent care I will come here.

I come here often and usually have a good experience. I have even recommended the place to my friends and family. The wait is never too long and the staff is usually very friendly. That definitely wasn’t the case yesterday tho. The doctor that we saw, who was actually an assistant physician, I believe, was very rude and even aggressive with my tiny 7 year old daughter. When she left the room, my daughter said to me, “All she had to say was Sit Up. She didn’t have to yank my arms like that.” When I was speaking to her, she was very dismissive and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. Very arrogant and know-it-all personality. Definitely judgmental (because of a decision that I made to protect my children) and she made it very obvious. Unless it’s an absolute emergency, I won’t be going back there. I called my friend (who I actually told to go there 😣) and she had an even worse experience with the same women. SMH. I do not recommend!

The only good thing about this place is they got me in fast. Everytime I go, they rush me in and out without taking all symptoms into consideration. Went 2 days ago for tonsil pain. Joana told me to gargle salt water and honey. It got worse obviously yesterday so I called back like they told me to, was on hold for 15 min first then another doctor answered told me he couldn’t do anything else and the honey wasn’t worth doing either so the doctors contradict themselves. I developed a fever so I went to the er and was diagnosed with severe tonsillitis and ended up needing steroids and antibiotics and meds for swelling and have to get my tonsils removed surgically. Definitely take their opinion with a grain of salt and trust your gut if you feel something is wrong, they tried to make me feel dramatic.

They were very prompt and thorough We were in and out in 15 minutes. Would recommend to all. My only problem is my date of birth wrong. Should be 10/29. I couldn’t review prescriptions

Everyone from the front desk, the nurse and the doctor were very nice and professional. I came in an hour before closing and they were able to see me. The doctor was kind, friendly and professional. I would definitely come back if necessary.

Literally just wasted my time. I went with fevers, bodyaches, sore throat, stiff neck, difficulty swallowing and a cough. I was told to buy Flonase over-the-counter(I have insurance that will cover it )and to return in two weeks if I wasn’t better. I questioned the nurse upon leaving and she told me the Flonase was because of fluid the doctor seen in my ear🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. I did test negative for strep(At least they offered that test) I left and went to the ER and tested positive for the flu.. shame shame shame

May 21st update: please review:Fast, straightforward, knowledgeable doctor.Glad VA covers this visit because my trust there is like having a cook perform a simple set of sutures (stitches) on a 2 inch cut — they’d butcher not suture.May 21st update: visit here has been as similar as the last: fast, straight forward with knowledgeable providers: not just the doctor I seen: trust the NP & PA’s here as well + MA/Nurses - I haven’t had a problem at all.Today my 5-star providing team was NP Mary-Beth & MA Katerina. I hope I spelt your names right just reference this date and time and my name and see that these individuals were amazing - to their supervisors give them praise because providers take on patients problems & treat them sometimes getting insulted. They deserve more praise and even a raise!I was a medic; served in Army & l worked in a clinic 3 1/2 years of my 4 years & been out for 1 year now: it’s easy to see who cares and who’s there for the pay. Give them more than a pizza party.Blessings have a good one.

The facility was well kept, the staff was professional. I needed to have blood drawn but they attempted only a few times to prevent my discomfort. I was given alternatives site to get my blood drawn, I also was told I could return without an appointment and how to get more hydrated before I returned the next day.

Busy Holiday season and many patients. The front desk person was amazing and I asked a ton of questions. She answered politely and continued with her work.The assistant was kind and patient.Because of the holiday, I guess many Dr offices were closed. This urgent care has such an amazing and professional service— Marshae was so friendly and helpful when I went in this past weekend for my earache, I highly recommend coming here for any medical concerns!!

I visited back in March for a strep test. After the swab, the technician came out and said the result of the test was negative.. As someone who gets strep a lot, I didnt believe the negative diagnosis (I always know when I have it).I had a big week at work that week that I couldnt be sick for...That same day, I went to CVS where they swabbed me and sent out a rapid culture to ensure the test was negative. Sure enough, the test came back the next day as positive.After calling Vybe and asking to speak to a manager and going back and forth they refused to refund me the $50 copay I was charged. I had to then pay another copay at CVS to be treated and diagnosed properly. Very disappointed with the customer service team. Will not be returning. CVS is a much more thorough facility.

Could not have been a more pleasant experience. The receptionist and nurse could not have been nicer, and the doctors were very personable and quick to diagnose. Aside from the excellent service, the entire visit took 13 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I left. Will certainly be back

Friendly Staff. I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment and the staff was quick and precise with getting me checked in. I was called to the back within 5 minutes and was finished and out the door within 10 minutes! If I could give more stars I would.

Assistant Doctor was not very nice and apparently not very Professional, I overheard her call me a Stupid Bas I was leaving then the whole office staff ,even the receptionist cracking up laughing!!! Never.in my Life!!!! Wont be going there ever again,this was first time I ever went to a Vybe urgent care !!!

Best Urgent clinic I’ve ever been to. They are amazing workers who’ve comforted me through stress. Even when I felt like I couldn’t get help they helped me a lot. Definitely a 5 star clinic.

I went here and all of the staff was nice. The medical assistant was extremely sweet, just as the receptionist. We even had conversations about me being in nursing school at Widener, and they gave me useful information and encouraged me to apply. Great experience, and I’ll be applying this week… wish me luck!

No wait, was in and out within ten minutes to have my poison ivy checked out and have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. It’s my second time coming here and both times have been beyond satisfactory.

The s5aff and especially doctor were so pleasant. Great atmosphere. The only thing is the room floor needed to be cleaned. It had a lot of hair on it.But the services was phenomenal. They were a great team. Even the receptionist was pleasant and thats important as the front-liner!

I received some very helpful information that they necessarily did not need to share with me. Very good service especially compared to the service that is common now.

Love the staff here. They treated my boys very kindly. The doctor covered all bases.We will keep coming back here. I just visited again to have a cyst removed from my ear. Johanna did an amazing job. I expected it to just be drained and that I’d have to have the procedure repeated any time the cyst flared up. She got the whole thing out and saved me a trip to the dermatologist. I’m so pleased.Update 8/26. Just visited for son’s ear infection. We were seen and already received confirmation from cvs that the prescription was called in, all done & on our way in 18 minutes!

Their website says they have x-ray, but they only offer on certain days and do not list this. Very inconvenient when dealing with a child’s injury.

Front desk was very helpful. Talked distinctly and listened well. I was coughing and wearing a mask.The nursing assistant also listened well and explained what she needed to do.The nurse practitioner asked pertinent questions, listened to my answers also asking for more details. She explained the tests needed and test results. My plan of care was explained and I was given a print out to take homes. I my opinion every step was done throughly, accurately to get my diagnosis. I am not happy to have a strep throat. However, I am very satisfied with the steps used to identify my diagnosis and treatment plan.I will be recommending VIBE Urgent Care to my family and friends. Well done!

Everyone was very nice and pleasant in the office! A quick in and out, which is not something you usually have in these urgent cares.

I left a different urgent care, because the wait time was ridiculous. I arrived at vybe and was greeted immediately, checked in, and within 10 minutes I was taken back to an exam room. The nurse and doctor treated me carefully and did everything I had hoped to, take care of my injury. I will definitely go back there if the need arises.

Was seen by Mira Graeber for symptoms of cold/sinusitis and back pain. I told her that I think I pulled a muscle in my back from coughing so hard. She didnt even look at my back, gave me a script for steroids and wanted to send me to work the next day. The visit seemed very rushed, like she just wanted to get me out of her hair. I explained that I drive a bus and its painful when the seat bounces around. I couldnt even sit on their seats without being in pain. She refused to update the note and would not come out of the back room to talk to me. Very unprofessional.

Long wait and felt like I was gonna pass out very crowded !! I just figure they take sick patients before sports physical Tama flu was very expensive also they need to take care of seniors .. I was in there for maybe 13 minutes for Flu test and BP Very understaffed Why a 10 day supply of Tama flu . I had no fever no flu supply be plenty !! Overall staff was kind and friendly

Amazing staff!! From the woman at check in, to the xray tech, the nurse, and the doctor.. they were all kind and friendly!! Would recommend going here over other local urgent cares! I made an appointment online and when I arrived I waited less then 2 minutes to be called back, was brought to xray right away, seen by the doctor less then 5 min after that, and was out the door within 30 minutes of my appointment time in a fancy new boot for a fracture!!

Good luck if you see PA Mueller. It’s actuallyMy fault for thinking this urgent care would provide adequate care. I had a painful sore throat for 2 weeks with ear pain. PA Mueller said my ears and throat were “fine” and she “wasn’t just going to throw an antibiotic at my illness”. God forbid I expect an antibiotic after 2 weeks of terrible pain in my throat.I went to my primary care dr. Yesterday and she confirmed a red and inflamed throat and fluid in the ears. She without question prescribed me an antibiotic AND a steroid. I already feel SO much better.PA Mueller needs to learn how to properly diagnose patients. What a joke.

The staff is incredible and kind. Like all healthcare places, I did use my patience and needed to wait between steps, but I experience that at every healthcare clinic, so the waiting was very okay and understandable.

Just relocated from Cali and needed help to renew prescriptions they offered me info on available practitioners in area and unlike my earlier efforts who wanted me to wait 1 to 3 weeks for urgent care I was seen same day and gave me referrals to several Drs and was able to secure to my new Dr very next day . Very professional and caring would highly recommend 💥

Wonderful experience. We made an appointment for the wrong date and they still took us in and the wait wasn’t very long - about a half hour tops. The lady at the front desk was great - my mother has a travel insurance plan which is a bit tricky but she still called and found out the copay & other details. They charged us a nominal copay. The intake person/nurse was great - super friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable immediately. Then came the doctor, she was spectacular, very thorough and explained all of her reasoning really well. Very personable as well. And the nurse who checked us out was the friendliest person I’ve ever met: so vibrant & bubbly and explained follow-up care really well. She also gave us 3 stickers when I mentioned to her that my daughter would have loved her “cat” name badge. All in all a great experience & we were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment online. Was seen shortly after I arrived. Got the test results. Had to call though but the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful and gave me my results. Very satisfied.

This location is wonderful. Very friendly staff. The doctor did my physical for Act 235 in order to get a job as a security guard. My primary care provider is the Department of Veterans Affairs and they wouldnt do it because it was not a medical necessity even though it was a simple physical.A few months later, I had an urgent request to get a form signed by a doctor to take a fitness test for a job, and again Dr. Morros pulled through before the VA.

I’ve brought my daughter here for a few sick visits this past year and every time the experience has been great! From the front desk to the clinical care team, everyone takes time to make sure we’re comfortable and our needs are met. Definitely a go to for your same day appointment needs!

Had an 8:10 appointment, was able to be seen by the intake tech and physician, prescriptions written and D/C within 25 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, professional and thorough. I appreciate that they took notes and discussed the treatment plan, not starting with antibiotics but trying some other options first.

We had our third appt here and I would definitely go again. The doctors are great, Dr Boyle was awesome with my son and very friendly. He has special needs and she was very sweet to him. The nurses were also great. We were able to schedule back to back appts and be seen in the same room which made it easy.

What a great place to go when you need to be seen fast! My appointment was 9:20 and I was getting in my car at 9:45. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable.

The staff was great. Very patient with my questions and treated the very large gash on the back of my hand. I was in town from Florida so was nervous about making sure all was well before I flew home and they were great.

I had to wait longer which was harder being that the patient was two years old. They dont do vaccines which is part of the daycare physical process, so now I still have to take my grandson somewhere else for his up to date vaccines. The staff is rude and careless. They try to find any reason to not treat you. I had to get the billing manager to call there and assure me that they were going to do their job and do an x-ray a blood sample and look at a rash when I got there, they said oh they don’t do blood test oh they don’t do x-ray. All they did was barely look at my foot and said I had athletes foot and tried to kick me out, and when I showed them the conversation between me and the billing manager, that assured me that I would get the care, I showed the doctor my phone screen bro see pictures and proof of everything i stated he yelled to his staff that I was trying to attack him to call the police on me it was Dr Jay Morro do not go to Vybe urgent care in Folsom. These people are not about helping sick and injured people. They should be cleaning toilets for a living instead of working with human beings. They will say and do anything to make sure they get out of work on time, including making up a complete story then billing my insurance $100 for treatment I never received and now they’re harassing me for a co-pay they were told 15 different ways by my insurance that I didn’t have one you end up having to get a lawyer with these people.

Never have an issue when I come here. Always quick, get what I need and done. Its clean. All the Drs so far are great and the nurse Kristine I just love her. Always so bubbly, funny and informative. The other nurses are awesome also. Will definitely return and recommend this place

My daughter (college student ) went in bc she has been coughing up yellow mucus and blowing yellow snot along with a sore throat for days. She told the p.a. but she didnt listen to her chest or back to check if her lungs were clear or look at her throat. No test for strep. Only took her blood pressure and temp and wrote her a script for antibiotics. Wth!

Very good experience at Vybe, from the pre-visit paperwork all being available online at the time of booking my appointment to the quick wait time to the care demonstrated by staff. Everyone was very nice and attentive.

The staff were very nice. Once called back everything went smoothly; however with an appointment we waited over an hour to be seen because of walk ins.

Physicians assistant walked in and walked out without actually looking at my rash. Told me they were not going to give me the steroid shot I was told to ask for the last time I got poison ivy. Appointment itself lasted 2-3 minutes max and I didn’t get what I was told by an actual doctor to ask for if I got poison ivy again. What a waste of time. I’ll not have to go to another urgent care and pay another copay. Save your money. Don’t come here.

A+. everyone from the staff doing checkins, to the initial staff taking your vitals to the doctor was great. my doctor( dr morris? ) was nice and he just what i needed to fix my ear ache. a few days later and im back to normal. i had maybe a 5 minute way after I filled out paperwork on an ipad. That was easy. you should really go here if you need urgent care.

I was experiencing extreme pain and my regular doctor was to busy to see me. Thank God for vybe. They diagnosed me and gave me a prescription for medication. Everyone there was very helpful. The intake person, the nurse and the doctor were awesome. Thank you to everyone there.

Easy check in. Didnt wait too long. The young lady taking my blood didnt know what she was doing. She used a butterfly and still missed!! The needle was placed sideways and really hurt. I was extremely annoyed. I was asked if I wanted her to try again....NO. Another young lady came in and drew my blood correctly with ease.

Long wait,but was busy on a Monday. Other than that,liked service and doctor was very informative. Helped me with my swollen hand...already seeing improvement.! Would definitely recommend over waiting on hospital for HOURS for treatment. My new go-to place, icing on cake...my insurance covers it!!! Highly Recommend

Horrible blood draw! I never have any problem when going to lab for blood draw. I am a weight lifter and have MANY visible veins that phlebotomists say I’m an “EASY STICK” The person at this vybe couldn’t get blood. First off they had to be reminded by me to use alcohol swab before sticking! Then the blood was not coming out as fast as they wanted , so they kept jabbing back and forth which was painful! After I said ok that’s it, it’s hurting they stopped before enough blood was drawn to be viable. The other person came in the room and said I have to go to Labcorp so as to have a certified phlebotomist. I will never go here again!

I had a great experience. They saw me in a timely fashion, no long wait. I felt Dr. Jose was very attentive and explained my issue in a very understandable way. I will definitely use them again and will spread the word!!

They did not address concerns properly, I had abdominal pain under right rib cage and right upper back pain. I went to urgent care thinking it was a uti, kidney infection something along those lines. The doctor had a brief evaluation with me, told me I had GI issues and I needed my gallbladder because it was inflamed. She did no testing to determine this. I did urinate in a cup, and when I left I got my discharge paperwork and the “results” of my urine test was blank because it was never done. I called my PCP and they said to go to the ER because if it is a kidney infection they want it to be treated and they had no room to see me today. 4+ hours at the hospital, urine test and blood work later I have a uti turning into a kidney infection. Thanks urgent care- that’s hours of my life I won’t get back.

Extremely busy office because the doctors are so good. Go in the mornings if you can when they are less busy. Dr. Jose is the best and totally worth the wait. Nursing staff is awesome too.

Best visit to the Dr’s I’ve ever had.

In and out in less than an hour (a Friday morning). Reasonably smooth check in. First time visit. The care was okay, what one might expect of a decent urgent care operation. Don’t hope the docs or nurses are going to figure out what is really the problem. But they took tests and ordered meds. Two days later I get the results from the tests and am still ill. Urgent care again? If I had to I would visit this urgent care again. But not for the same problem.

The reception was extremely nice and help me with what I needed. But most of all the doctor was the greatest and he gets kudos for the day. Not only was he hilarious, but he made me laugh which I so needed cuz I was really feeling bad. I did not know that I could hardly breathe when I came in there but he did and immediately gave me a breathing treatment as well as medicines to take and told me how to take them and what to do. He was such a caring and kind doctor. He could be my primary physician. He is really great and he has wonderful bedside manner. I also love the nurse that came in and helped me with the treatment as well as the one that took all my vitals and everything and solder all my stuff in my chart was correct. Im glad I went to ride urgent care today for they help me immensely. Everybody gets five stars. Enjoy the holidays hope I dont have to come back no time soon not that I wouldnt come there but I just dont like being sick.

I went in with my toddler worried that she had RSV. All the staff was friendly, professional and I’m thankful that they told me right away that they didn’t do rapid tests only send outs.

This review previous said Super friendly and efficient with 5 stars.Over the last year any visit my partner or I have made, has decreased in quality. Last nights visit was the worst. I felt like I was being scolded and disrespected by my physician. I saw her for less than 2 minutes after waiting over an hour (I had an appt scheduled) and she treated me like garbage just to rush me out because they were closing. She wouldnt even listen to a main concern I had and Im concerned about the quality of care I received. It has been so challenging to find a number to call to discuss quality of care issue too.

Very nice and efficient, made appointment the night before, so easy, and was seen in about 5 minutes. Sent my scripts right to my pharmacy, starting to feel a little better. Highly recommend.

I woke up sick today and it was less than convenient timing. Thankfully there is a Vybe urgent care close to my house that I got an appointment with quickly. It was easy and the physicians assistant who saw me was wonderful. From my previous experiences with urgent care centers I assumed my entire day would be spent in a waiting room but thankfully that was not the case. It was fast, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and so far the aftercare has been easy to deal with. I have only good things to say about the experience overall and would recommend this to anyone in need of fast medical attention.

Lets face it, nobody likes having to see a doctor but by the time I left Vybe I was wishing it could be my primary doctors office. From the very pleasant young lady at the front desk, the nurse who made me feel so comfortable and last but not least there is Dr Patel who examined me, took his time explaining what was wrong and prescribed my medication, and then told me he will be there if I needed him. I wouldnt hesitate going back if I felt the need.
