This location has the nicest, most caring staff. They made me feel so comfortable and took the time to listen and accommodate me instead of rushing me in and out. I’m very thankful to everyone there for the positive experience!

Incompetent. Told the lady my number 3 times. Got it wrong. Went for my appointment and they turned me away saying I gave them the wrong number. Never coming back to this location. Waste of my time

I got my first IUD placement here and the staff were the sweetest. They made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything, and even called my fiancé back to the room to comfort me while the procedure was done. The pain was unbearable but the staff made me feel safe.

I like the doctors here and I always get proper care. My only issue is the older lady at the front desk. She hit or miss and often times its a miss. She gets an attitude with me for no reason and can be rude. Other than that good place.

For all my trans friends out there I highly highly recommend Planned Parenthood for hormones. I went to the Flint location and they were amazing. This was my first appointment ever with them. I did not have to prove anything or explain myself, I was named and gendered correctly, I was just believed and given the prescription immediately. They went over the side effects and what to expect. Asked me if I had questions and they were so kind. I was able to take home pride pins, stickers, and pride flags. And I came home with 1 months supply of testosterone and a 3 month prescription for it. Ive never had an easier doctors visit in my life. 5/5 stars ⭐ amazing company and amazing staff. Highly recommend going here

Sent me for an ultrasound and came back with an infection in my breast. Came here because they were the first ones I seen, then they pretty much told me they cant do anything. Dont come here they do not know what they are doing.

Noble and the other employee I had were so sweet!! truly believe that is the best interaction I’ll ever have with healthcare professionals. spoke to me like a friend and had amazing attitude and energy.

I had a really fantastic experience at this location. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy, the staff was prompt and informative, and they even helped make sure my bill stayed low since I dont have insurance.Dont forget to wave a hearty middle finger at the protestors on your way out!

Dr. Star was amazing thank you so much for making me feel safe and comfortable. Nurses were amazing as well! Such a positive environment thank you for everything. ❤️

Helped me get a year’s worth of birth control since I can not afford health insurance

I love coming here! The staff is always so nice and Ive never waited more than 45 minutes even when its busy. Today I got in and out in 15 minutes. I used to go to Burton because its closer but I dont mind going out of my way to come here, I prefer it a lot more!

The staff was amazing. They explain everything very thoroughly, they were so good about listening to my opinions and feelings. They comforted me and made me feel safe during my visit. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the area

The girls here are sooo helpful and nice!! Could not have had a better experience here :) I was having a small birth control procedure done and everyone I talked to was so sweet and helpful & one of them even let me hold their hand while everything was going on. Helped me out immensely. Absolutely recommend this place!

I actually did not end up being seen. I emailed my insurance card to the person who was supposed to check it in at 9:30 on Friday. I already told her that the PP close to me closed and the next closer location was 40 minutes away. So when I got to my appointment, she THEN tells me that my insurance is not in their network and my bill would start at $700.00 and I have not met my deductible. Which is also false due to a heart surgery that I had this year. I have almost met my deductible TWICE this year. So she tried it without my insurance and the bill would STILL start $120.00. Now thats all great information to know NOW but it would have been helpful on FRIDAY that PP wasnt covered in my network before driving 40 minutes one way and wasting my time and gas!! Not impressed!

Very nice people but the wait time was way long than it was told to be had it been 20 to 30 mins longer that would have been fine but 1 hour and 30 mins after they said it would only be about 5 more mins

This may be a good place for people who have no other option or no insurance and no income but if you have insurance and any kind of income, theres a $200 deductible. The appointment and meds dont even cost that much. Oh and the appointment has taken 2 hours and still no doc. It doesnt take that long to say here is a prescription for your birth control pills that you have been taking. Two freakin hours. I didnt realize it was going to take half the day just for nothing to get done. I understand if this was the ER but its not.

I have donated many of times while getting any type of services while being on insurance. I have insurance and came to PP while being laid off of work but wasn’t able to be seen because of co-pay that could’ve been billed to me. Will never come back.

Amazing, friendly, and accommodating staff. Very efficient; you can go in and out quickly with no hassle. Best place to go for reproductive health in Flint.

Your workers have no concept of time, we have been waiting outside for over an hour and still havent been seen, this is ridiculous, they tell u to show up at a certain time for an appointment then keep u waiting all day, u need to find better workers with better time management skills.

What really unprofessional and annoying people. Dont expect your appointment to be punctual. Do expect a very unhelpful and frankly unfriendly receptionist
