Planned Parenthood - Evansville Health Center

My primary doctor told me it would be a several month wait to see an obgyn for my births control & pp got me in in a week! With a limited staff who are all so dedicated to their jobs it’s a very welcoming & unjudgemental place. Emma & Amy are SO WELCOMING and answerd every question I thought to ask, and even then some, I didn’t think to!

The care at Planned Parenthood is always above and beyond. The staff are kind and do everything they can to make sure you are feeling safe. I struggle with doctors and medical visits, but they make it as easy as possible. They make sure you know whats going on and that you feel in control of your body and health care.Thank you so much to the staff here who helped me today and took time they didnt have to to make sure I was both mentally and physically okay.

The experience of being able to schedule online, use the patient portal, and most importantly the staff being awesome at everything they do made my experience great. They were super friendly and made it super easy to navigate the ins and outs of my appointment. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. 10/10

Miserable place. Not open in office when they say they are, completely unhelpful when it comes to getting people into appointments or even getting appointment information to you in a reasonable way.After using a clinic in California for a few years, this place is a joke in comparison. Cant wait to get away from the city into a place with people that want to do their jobs.

The ladies in the office are amazing. They care and make you feel comfortable. Keep up the amazing work you are are providing.

On hold for almost an hour, to find out office visit may cost $100-$180 but, if you can afford to pay the full amount there may be a 40% discount? Whatever Happened to Planned Parenthood being for low income? They need a quick connect to a depression hotline. Cant get much more depressing than looking for help through Planned Parenthood.

I went there to just get a check up, I went a month no phone call. So I called their office 10 times! 10!!!! No answer, requested a call back NO CALL BACK! Went two months nothing from them AT ALL! And finally after 7 months from the day I went 8 have just received a $70 bill from them for something I never even received! I ended up having to go somewhere else because they was so bad at their job!Any time you call any option you select it’ll say “there are currently no available representatives”After a year they’re STILL harassing me about the bill for test results they never sent me, so me paying them for something I never received. Calling the office and calling the help line does absolutely nothing.

Very friendly staffAnd the nurses and RN as well. They really listen to my Concerns and questions. Are very open minded and SupportiveAnd help me make the right decision for me. The woman name Misty is very helpful I would highly recommend talking to her. Would definitely go back.

So sad to see this clinic is only opened 2 days a week. I have received excellent care from the skilled staff at Planned Parenthood, from annual exams to cholesterol screening and cancer screening. I only stopped using this facilities services when I stopped having a uterus. Remember, Planned Parenthood is about PLANNING parenthood, not terminating it. Be informed and dont believe the knee jerk rhetoric.

New to this location but Ive been going to pp for like 16 years in 3 other states. Never have i had a location add charges every appointment. Ive been here twice and the first time they more than doubled my bill and this time added over $50 in extra charges.

They are amazing here and they make you feel comfortable and they show they care.

This is a good place for resources. And the staff ladys are very helpful and nice.

Looked online to see if they were open just to waste my gas to come and they are closed until two days later, pathetic

This place is a huge joke now and anyone who wastes money here is a joke as well. Theyre better options and the drive is worth it.

Great doctors. Compassion & competence are so important. You will find both.

Sad to see youre only open a few days a week, but you provide valuable services to our community.
