Typically they are fairly quick and thorough, theres only one provider I find I do not care for as she would never stop talking long enough to hear my chief complaint...a month later ended up taken by ambulance from work to the hospital with a life threatening medical condition that had she listened would of been addressed. Switched providers after that and Ive been superbly pleased. My only gripe is the phones, sometimes youre on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Phone messages are not always returned promptly, Ive learned to follow up if I do not hear back. The facility is always clean, thats a plus. Parking can be an issue, theres parking in the back of building and the side street.

Horrible service. My mother has been trying to be seen here for over a month and her appointments keep getting canceled and shes told her primary care has stopped taking new patients, so she is forced to a new doctor. This happened with two different doctors. Now were just trying to get a copy of her lab results and the staff promise you theyre going to call you back, or promise you theyre going to email you the form and it never gets done. This place is absolutely atrocious if you actually need anything done.

The staff is dumb. They promise you they will email important documents but they don’t follow through so you end up wasting you’re time and money. For example I reminded them to please put a stamp on my physical but they didn’t so then I had to drive back which resulted in me starting me job a whole day later. They also promised me they would email me a doctors note and didn’t do it. They don’t care about people or if people need a day off work so they don’t get other people sick. They are really inconsiderate. If you need to call and remind them you need something then you will be on hold for 35- to one hour. Hire staff that can do their job ( front reception). Go there do not call! They waste your time and money!

My Dr was wonderful...but the staff at the front desk are horrible. I went in after circling the block and parking lot 6 times to end up having to park 3 blocks away. I have a handicap plaquard but that did no good what so ever. That put me about 6 min late. I went in and the woman was taking to another staff member as I waited for about 4 min. When she checked me in, she said go have a seat. For 10 more min I waited. I went back up there and asked what was going on. She told me she is with another patient. I go to sit down for a min to which she calls me back up to tell me I am too late. She never contacted my doctor in the first place! Then I told her to cancel all my other appointments. Guess what...she never did! Unbelievable! Neighborhood health care never has let me down. This office on the other doesnt compare to the mail office on Elm and it neighboring Mental health facility.Update: I was called regarding this post and the manager apologized to me. He told me he wanted to make things better and asked questions about what took place. I was happy to hear that he cared enough to help staff do better in the future.

Doctors seem kind enough but overworked. NH is getting 1 star from me because of their support staff and referrals. Every single referral from them has had some kind of problem with it.From wrong designations, getting assigned a doctor not covered by my insurance, getting assigned a doctor no longer practicing, to someone simply sitting on referral paperwork and not submitting it to insurance for several days.Heres a specific example - while in their office, Im told I may have a tumor, and immediately start crying. They ask if I want a psych consult to help process, and I say yes. They give me someones name and number. I call the number...and it routes me back to NHs phone line. The name Ive been given is apparently to someone who hasnt worked at NH for years. NH tells me they dont have anyone else available, but they can add me to their waiting list of unspecified length and duration. Gee...thanks.

Front desk staff is rude. They lack empathy and concern. They are condescending and passive aggressive when articulating and asking questions. As a LOCAL business owner in sales I can imagine how many sick and demanding people they have to deal with on a daily basis. That must be tough. However, I also know that I would hold my employees to a higher standard of customer service so there is no excuse. As a former medical assistant before I owned my own business I will tell you there is no place for rude tone and attitude. I was the nutritionist for a former partner of the company and I can see why she left. Place is a ZOO

Dehumanizing they automatically assumed I was drug seeking. Doc kept asking what other drugs i was taking. Even tho I never said I was on drugs. I find this prejudice very rude and dehumanizing. She won’t even work with me. I was just student that wanted something for my adhd. She was so insensitive. Then ask how many times Day I drink and againnever mention I drank not did she ask she just assumed. That was very disrespectful. I felt so sick inside I went to get help felt worse coming out and dehumanizing just assume every one wants abuse drugs. I got adhd I shouldn’t have been treated that way.she made me feel sub human. She gave no meds or offer alternatives. I asked for vyvanse which is safer medication and because I start class Monday. I can’t wait 30 days to see there specialists that may have same vibe. My grades may fail. I never left somewhere feeling so insulted. Nurses I can tell felt bad but docotors didn’t no one world take away there DEA permit for helping student. All ask was temporary medication til see there psyche. I did bring some paper proving been prescribed medication before. They didn’t even give me gabapatin or anything at all which is her job make me feel better when I am sick.

They have excellent doctors but incompetent staffs, calling system is very poor, it takes 20-30 mins before they answer the phone, the worse is you’ve been calling for about 20mins and suddenly disconnected, what a waste of time. We have a lot of bad experience here, they will send u for labs and its fasting, but they forgot to send the order to lab, you’re in lab hungry waiting for them to fax the order, its takes 1-2 hours. Another bad experience, there’s a doctor’s order for 3 ultrasounds but radiology received in only 2, i called neighborhood last week but until now radiology did not receive the order yet!

Ive gone there twice for asthma.. Both times all of the staff were courteous and even funny.. They seemed to care... I waited for about 10 mins (not an emergency) was seen by a NP who was beyond caring.. Staff was polite to me and my kids.. Offering them toys for free..!Maybe people have bad days.. But if your rude or demanding.. Dont expect people to be kind in return..Overall Im VERY HAPPY with them... Two visits and both were very nice.

Anyone who really needs medical help this is the last place you want to receive care from.Routine lack of care regardless of your reason for the visit.And good luck receiving results you can understand, due to the uneducated person giving you the results over the phone.Horrible!Example:I needed my gallbladder removedHad it done! Went to see my primary physician a month and a half later because I couldnt get in sooner (after surgery even) he didnt even know I had surgery didnt have ant information and thats what my appointment was for. Hummmm time to get a new physician thats for sure.

I had an appointment at 9:45 and wasnt even seen till 11. Even when you call on the phone they dont answer for over 15 minutes. I called the other day to make appointment and their response was theyre is none until end of July and I had one on that coming Friday and I was lucky to even have the appointment. First I didnt even make the appointment because it was at a time in ththe middle of my workday so I dont know why they would even make an appointment without consenting me. They are very rude on the phone and when trying to get ahold of the manager It took over 20 minutes and I eventually just left a voicemail that was never returned. Please do me a favor and dont go here because it will just make a doctors office more stressful than it already is.

They gave me a doctors signed note for work after seeing me and when my boss called to verify they proceedes to tell my boss they have never heard of me and i got fired for giving a fake doctors note. Dont go here or Western Dental, literally nobody is certified or licensed for anything and they get mad when you ask them to wear gloves.

Great staff and very excellent customer service people just dont have patience this days its a doctors office not a fast food place SMH doctors and nurses are always on point and actually care for you thank you for always making me feel welcome like family.

Horrible... Apt was 3:45 i left upset at 4:30 still havent been seen... They also said they have no record of me when i was seen and scheduled my follow up for today DMH ridiculous... Its not the receptionists fualt... But changes are needed
