Urgent Plus Care

I had such a good experience here. Wayne(not sure of his title) was so very attentive and personable. In and out fast but was not rushed in any way.

I havent trusted a doctor since I was 13 years old, Im now 32. So let me begin with how Dr Wayne and his staff are always so warm and friendly to myself and my family. They truly treat you like they see you as a person and not just a diagnosis to get out the door quickly. Dr Wayne is very thorough to find any and all cause for you coming in and just as quick to find the solution(s) you need to get better. Dr Wayne is a rare breed of doctor. Safe to say I trust this facility with my life.

We arrived at 5:20pm with a sick child. Their website, app and sign on the door read that they close at 6pm. When we arrived the parking lot was completely empty. The reception said “we’re not seeing patients.” I replied and said, “the sign reads you’re taking patients until 6pm. If you’re only taking patients until 5pm, then your signage and marketing materials should indicate such.” She proceeded to say that the doctor went into a meeting at 5.I respectfully responded that a doctor is in a career of providing care and serving his community. To schedule a meeting or to participate in an impromptu meeting is a transparent indication of lack of purpose and heart for what he/she is committed to do.I’d give them a zero if it were available.

I called at 8am when they opened to make sure they took my insurance for my daughter, they answered and told me they did. We got ready and showed up at 10am only to find the nurses packing their things and leaving, said they wouldn’t be open until Monday. Why not tell me this when I called?

Friendly personnel that is always cheerful. They will listen, and explain your diagnosis. Great people that will go over and beyond what my previous Drs have.

Wayne the Nurse Practioner is AMAZING!!! he is so sweet and listens to you! The staff is awesome as well. Sendi, the MA is such a sweetheart. Everyone is great!

I was recommended to this facility by my sister n law and at first I was skeptical. Although very quickly my mind was changed, I was greeted with very nice hospitality. The medical assistant that helped me was extremely helpful! Her name was Alexis and she made sure that when I went in I was tended to properly, felt comfortable, and had a smile and positive attitude through the whole visit she had a caring and passionate personality for what she does that brought a lively manner to the patient room I was in. She explained everything perfectly where I was able to understand and made sure to double check all my results. I was in an out quickly but confidently! Recommend and appreciate the assistant who made the visit not feel like a boring and dead urgent care!

Went for a VA appointment recently. Staff was very nice and friendly at the front desk. Ask for Mrs Jaimi, she’s super patient, she listened to everything I was trying to explain, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Would recommend. Staff was amazing. The interior of the building is showing some wear and tear, that’s to be expected if I had to have a gripe. 4.9 I guess.

Called for some info. The first time my call went to a full voicemail box. The second time I got a receptionist who sounded annoyed that I called. She wasnt pleasant at all, maybe she should find a new line of work. Furthermore its by appointment, so they managed to take the URGENT out of urgent care. Needless to say I wont be going there. Healthcare in the United States is abysmal and our Government leaders should be ashamed.

I took my 4yr old here because he was running fever for the third day in a row. His doctor was closed but was previously diagnosed with a virus from them but now it sounded like his throat hurt. Urgent care was great about testing him for everything then checked his throat and it looked awful. The doctor was great to even show me his throat so I knew why he was being given antibiotics. The very next day he already felt better and two days later they called to check on him which was very nice. Definitely a positive experience.

I had a throat infection and I was avoiding hard medication, which made it worse. Thus, I called in and the receptionist quickly arranged me a phone consultation (I was feeling to bad to drive). I spoke with the doctor in less than 30 minutes and she guided me through all the options, making sure that I had all the info and that we can together decide which best adapted to my agenda and situation. Definitely going to make them my to go choice!

I cut my thumb while preparing food to take to work. I had only recently moved to Ennis so I let goggle find a clinic for me. When I arrived I was greeted promptly. The receptionist was above and beyond in helping me get registered as new patient. The Drs assistant was very nice and took care to make me feel at ease. The doctor was attentive to my hand and put me at ease with her gentle manner in describing how to close the wound. I will definitely use this clinic again in an emergency situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they leave their front door locked so you have to call to ask about appointments, what if my phone died for some reason? I showed up at 7:07PM and their business hours state they are open until 8PM, so I called per the sign on the door and they tell me they don’t take patients after 7pm. I am a nurse and I hate going to the doctor and would rather treat at home the best I can, my finger was cut almost to the muscle, enough to need a couple of stitches, I tell them this, and the person on the phone tells me “just come back tomorrow.” I had to hold firm pressure on my finger for a solid 15 minutes before it stopped bleeding, but somehow I need to go home, somehow sleep and “come back tomorrow?”

I arrived at 2:45 and the nurse came out and gave me a COVID test within 5 minutes. They called me with the results before I even got home. Thankfully it was just a sinus infection. The PA was so sweet and helpful and she sent a prescription to my pharmacy. This is the 4th time I have been to this Urgent Care Plus and each time I have received great service. I highly recommend!

There is an entirely new staff at this location, and they are just super! I went in for sinus, bronchitis, and a touch of pneumonia. They were extremely nice, caring, and helpful. The next morning, I felt I was going to live :)Thank you Samar, not only for your treatment of me, but for all of the great information you shared with me. Your staff was gentle and kind. I will be back, and am telling all of my friends about how you turned my illness around.

I went here for my daughter who wasn’t feeling well in the weekend. They were very nice and got her seen within an hour. The staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean. They called 2 days later to check on her to see how she was doing. Definitely recommend!

This is absolutely the worst urgent care center I have ever been to! It deserves no stars! Not only is the staff not friendly they are not in any hurry what so ever. They act like they absolutely hate where they work. Also the doctor doesn’t seem to be seeing any patients face to face. They want you to wait out in your car in front of clinic and talk to the doctor on the phone and charge $100 for this! How can you properly diagnose a patient hiding behind the phone?! This leads to missed or improper diagnosis. I also saw several patients leave before being helped. The staff seemed to pay no mind to this or care. I honestly can’t see this place lasting very long! No other clinic, that I am aware of, is this horrible!

This is the second time Ive been here. Both visits were very positive. Friendly staff and short wait times. I would like to make a special comment about Melissa, the nurse that took care of my IV antibiotic. When she stuck my IV I didnt even feel it, which is rare. She was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. It was so refreshing to come accross someone who is competent in their job. She is a keeper.

Great experience!! Staff was so nice and doctors weee amazing. My son was crying in pain and they were so compassionate and made him laugh. Not to mention we were in and out in no time. HIGHLY recommend!

I went by late yesterday after I cut myself and needed to have it checked out. They ended up staying late to treat me. Everyone there was kind, skilled, and very helpful. This is my second time in the last year and I am very pleased with the care Ive received. Im sorry to see bad reviews from people who dont understand the procedures these clinics are required to follow currently due to COVID and how it affects what patients experience. I work in healthcare though so I get it.

I chose this urgent care center when I became really sick over the weekend (2/29). The entire staff was so friendly, and so caring! I was a bit too sick to be able to remember their names, but I really wish I had! They were all very thorough in taking care of me! The Nurse Practitioner really spent the time to ensure she addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic!

Had a great experience here. Got in for a rapid covid test appointment same day and I was able to drive up, be tested in my car, and get home within 15 minutes. And the next day phone call to check in was very nice.

The staff has no understanding and will not go above to help. I was tryin to get seen for a cough, they told me I needed to get a COVID test done. They take my number and I missed their call. I was waiting in the parking lot the whole hour waiting. I went inside to let them know I missed the call and they didn’t care they already went down the next person and I’d have to wait all over again. They have no care if your feeling bad. I asked her to remove me from the list that I would go somewhere else and she freely with sarcasm said okay and hung up. She could have easily just given me the appointment knowing I was waiting for it outside

I had the best experience at this local urgent care.Dr. Quimbayo and her nurse Mellisa took great care of me. And the sweet office Lady Corina!! Excellent care, such wonderful bedside manners. It didn’t feel like a traditional Dr. visit, they were so caring and concerned. I would definitely revisit them again!! Great job Ladies!!!

To begin with the front office staff is abysmal....Very rude ...very nonchalant and VERY VERY unhelpful....1st time I came in was on a Friday finally after lobbying my case to be seen with total disregard for how the ailment impacted my very bein or along with looking down on me as a complete hindrance to more important phone activities ...finally was seen the head nurse who was the only person at the facility with any common sense, candor, personality and willingness to listen/ help....I ended up coming back regrettably for a 2nd visit or follow up for my initial visit on Monday after the same symptoms persisted slightly...I knew what I was getting into and ABSOLUTELY DREADED returning and true to form when I arrived the exact same horrible abysmal front desk service greeted me.....my issue could have been handled via telephone for a simple prescription however the staff would NOT relay my message to the head nurse nor return a phone call message that I asked to be relayed so I had to return to the facility....There is no Urgency OR Care at urgent care plus so if you are in pain or ailing or simply need a physical or COVID TEST prepare for the addition STRAIN of abysmal, horrible incoherent front office staff to go with your visit! Good luck ....a highly unpleasant experience to say the VERY VERY least

Brought my 8 year old son in because he had the crud! Even though they were short handed, my son was seen immediately. Kaitlyn diagnosed him and made a scared little boy feel at home! She went above and beyond and I appreciate it! I Would also like to thank our NP (Summer). She is an extremely confident and intelligent Physician! She knew exactly what to do to make my son feel better. Lastly, I’ve visited this Urgent Care maybe 4 times in the last 4 years and this is by far the best crew they ever had up there.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a flu test and the doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough with instructions on how to manage symptoms. 10/10

Had a good experience will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly. I went to get my covid test. I got my results back the same day. When the nurse called with the results she asked what symptoms i was having. And told me what would be good to take. Thank you

Great local facility for the Ennis area. Came here to do my DOT physical. Staff was super friendly and got me in and out very quickly.So much better than having to drive up towards Dallas or somewhere.They also did provide me with copies of the paperwork and a HARD copy of my DOT card. 👍

I had a case of strep throat diagnosed here, and took the penicillin shot they gave me. Got over it quick, everything was fine. However, I did have to wait 20 minutes just for the receptionist to check me in and another 30 till the nurse practitioner saw me. These times seem pretty normal, but I was also the ONLY PERSON in the lobby. They likely had others in separate rooms already, but it still felt longer than necessary for how busy they were.

On our family vacation my daughter was not feeling well. We happened to be staying at a hotel which had this facility across the street. I am thankful for the urgency and promptness of the team. I want to thank them for all the hard work and diligence that was provided to us.

The Dr was great. Great bedside, manor. The nurse tried to draw my blood with no gloves, and the restroom was worse than a gas station bathroom.

Took my husband to be seen for a spider bite. They were super nice and professional. Asked me if I wanted water while I waited. Just overall a great place. Very satisfied and will return.

Highly recommend. I was able to go in for a rapid test that same day I call. My test was done on time and I received the results later that same day. They continue to check on me through the week making sure I felt better.

I had a really great experience at Urgent Care Plus! I went in for a COVID rapid test and was tested in the comfort of my car. Each staff member I encountered was extremely accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

Ok Im from California so going to the urgent care is a mission in its self but when I checked in here the receptionist was super, super helpful and sympathetic to my situation. The nurses here were quick, professional and the whole process was easy peasy even though I was in a bit of pain. The best part was the low price for entire visit. Thank you Doc and nurses for making this a easy painless process.

I became sick very suddenly the morning after Thanksgiving and could not find a clinic open in Corsicana (where I was visiting my Mother). I drove 15 minutes to Ennis when I found out Urgent Plus Care was open. They were so kind. Katelyn (my nurse) was great. She was friendly, kind, thorough and even got a blanket for me when I couldnt stop shivering from the chills. The PA ordered a flu and strep test to rule them out. When the PA came in she was equally as friendly and kind. She did a thorough examination and was very professional. She called in prescriptions for me and ended by giving me a breathing treatment before I left.I would definitely recommend Urgent Plus Care in Ennis.

Yesterday I went in for some pain I was having. The nurses and doctor were great. When their machine wouldnt give me an accurate answ0er they suggested going elsewhere to get results. At first I was frustrated. Then this morning the doctor called to check on me. She was so glad I got the right answers. Cant say it enough, ennis urgent care is a great place. They absolutely go above and beyond!

I came in to do my COVID TEST at 830 but they open at 9. There was a sing in sheet. Everything was good they called me the same day with my results. I was really nervous but the person that did my test was really nice and answered all my questions. The only thing I will recommend to take your own pen to sign in. I will definitely come back.

I came in around 4:30 for a COVID test and was seen immediately. The nurse who did the test was very quick and professional. I had my results within an hour. The nurse practitioner who spoke to me about my results was kind enough to send a doctor note to my email immediately, rather than making me wait like most doctors offices do. This is the place to go if you need the results on your COVID test as quickly as possible for work or school.

Great first visit to Urgent Care in Ennis, TX. I had to bring 2 of my littles with and the fish tank in the lobby was a pleasant distraction. They had us in and out quickly. Much appreciated!

When you are having a hard time getting seen by your pcp this staff will go above and beyond to assist you ASAP.I called to get covid tested and the assistant Karina made the process easy and scheduled me in, in a kindly manner..I received a call with my results same day. The provider Samar was nice and seemed concerned about my health and made a few suggestions.. Highly Recommend Urgent Plus!!!

Slower than slow. They were behind and locked the doors 2 hours early. My husband had to have a drug screen done and they locked the doors and wouldnt let us in, even after our company had sent them notification of his arrival. I called and they told us they were behind with a new record keeping system and they couldnt possibly get to us today. Fortunately, a woman unlocked the door to let her husband in and we came in with him. They didnt care that my husband could lose his job if we didnt get the random done within the time frame laid out. I hope they suspend this business from doing our screens in the future. Cant count on being able to get it even when YOU arrive 2 hours before their posted closing time. I even called to make sure what time they closed. They said they were behind, but never said a word about locking people out. We drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told to go away. Id never voluntarily go to this location ever again! Pay your people overtime to do your stupid paperwork, but live up to your contract with companies to do their drug screens! Our jobs depend upon it!

This is a wonderful place to go for minor emergency care. I heard they even take some work injuries and work exams. They took my paperwork and called when they were ready. This Urgent care in Ennis is one of the best and gives a complete spectrum of care with lab testing.

I have been to this facility several times with my husband (since this is who his employer uses) but we have both had to go in for ourselves personally since the Friday before Christmas (of 2019) and they were amazing both times! With my husbands visit they got him back within 15 minutes, tested him for the flu & strep and diagnosed with type A flu and out within 45 minutes! I had to go in last Saturday (February 8th) and even having to fill out the new patient paperwork they had me in a room and tested for both the flu & strep within 20 minutes. The MA, Carina and the PA were absolutely amazing! I came back negative for both the flu & strep, so it was either a viral infection or my allergies. But since I have asthma and my husbands currently fighting stage 3 Renal Cell Carcinoma the PA went ahead and gave me a steroid shot and an antibiotic. Thank God for that because without that I wouldve definitely been back within a few days with a full blown infection! When I was leaving (around 6:15) it was starting to get dark and the MA Carina walked me out to my truck (which was parked in handicap parking halfway down in the parking lot), gave me a hug and told me to call or come back if anything gets worse. We will definitely be coming back! Its hard to find MAs and PAs that are this compassionate about their patients and treat you like people and not just another random person who they dont know if theyll ever meet/see again!! Thanks again for everything you do Carina and Dr. S (since I dont know how to spell her name correctly)!!

I was able to stay in my car and be tested for the flu and speak to the doctor over the phone. Office was prompt and very nice. I will return when I need it!

I have been going to Urgent Care Plus for some time when my GP would not be available. I have had good results and friendly service from check in to check out. Most recently I saw NP Summer and NP Sheila , Nurse Lily, as well as Manager Marvella, and Manager assistant, Cassandra. Each person has been so pleasant and I must say through !! They are able to take and read xrays. Newly added is their ability to administer an IV treatment if necessary. Im happy to avoid an emergency room any day. Patsy BThank you to each of you!God bless.

My regular doctor was on vacation so, I went to UC for an ear problem. Filled out the forms then had a little of a wait. The nurse called me in and took my vitals. I have Parkinsons disease so, my speech is very bad and because of the ear problem,my hearing wasnt good either. Melissa, the young lady was needing information and she was very patient and understanding with me so things went well. Samar came in and checked my ears, told me what was wrong, then Melissa came back with info on presciptions and, also gave me a shot, no problem. She seemed very genuine in wanting to make sure that I would get better! Overall, a good experience.

I went in for a COVID test it was quick and easy. No long wait, the staff was hospitable, and very friendly. I got my results the same day and the nurse practitioner was very attentive!

Dr. Samar and the nurse Caitlin were both AMAZING! We took in our five year old who was extremely sick and they took extremely good care of her and were very attentive. Lobe this place and will continue to go back in the future!

Would not recommend this place at all! I had s TB test done a few months ago because I was starting work at a daycare. I’m pretty sure the woman who did the TB test was not a licensed medical professional because she didn’t even know how to do the test nor fill out the paperwork she was having to report everything on. She had to stop multiple times and go ask for help. I had all of this done in the beginning of April and last week I called and asked them for a copy of the results because I am changing jobs to a new daycare and I will need it for my new job. When I asked them for the results they told me that whoever checked my TB test when I came back didn’t put it in the notes so they had no proof of weather or not it was negative or positive. Luckily my previous employer was nice enough to let me make a copy of the paper work they originally gave me saying that it was negative. Whenever I asked for a supervisor they said that there supervisor was not in that office and that they would take my number and have him call me back. She would not give me the name or number of the location he was at either.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter and I walked in at 4:30 and I said my daughter has been running fever and I would like to get her checked out. The receptionist says “Ma’am. We close at 5 and have a lot of customers back there so we probably won’t be able to see her by 5”. There were only 2 cars out front so I knew that was a lie. Needless to say we walked out and came straight to Waxahachie where we should have come in the first place. We will never go back again.

I do NOT recommend this urgent care to anyone!!!!!I tried taking my dad there, and the rude receptionist put me on hold for 20 minutes! I called again and she put me on hold for another 20 minutes!!!!Okay, I understand EVERY urgent facility is busy;But darn why can’t that receptionist communicate and let me know something!Instead she kept on putting me on hold and then CLICK !!! I got disconnected!!!!Well I took the darn hint, and called another urgent care in Waxahachie, named “ Expedian Urgent Care “They were so much Professional and handled my call with care and scheduled an appointment for my dad!

Was able to get in same day and have my whole family tested for Covid. Staff was very nice and professional. I received follow up calls from the dr and staff next day.

I called on the phone, told them I live with two people who tested positive for COVID-19 and am having symptoms, and they told me to come by before 4. They did not give me a specific time or ask for my name. When I showed up and said hey I’m here what do I do now they said “sorry, we’re all booked for today and you didn’t make an appointment” I probably have it, but I have to continue working unless I get a test that says I’m positive. Hopefully it doesn’t spread. Thanks a lot.

Came here a little after 5 , they got me checked in and taken care of within an hour. This is what you need when you’re not feeling well. Quicker and more reasonably priced than the ER. Staff was great 👌

I got ripped off while using my insurance for a doctor visit. Always check your cash pay price before using your insurance. They will not make changes once your insurance is presented. I was charged over $210 for a 25 minute doctor visit, plus they collected over $95 more from my insurance company. Paying out of pocket would have only cost $110 total. I tried to stop the claim and just pay cash after I found it was a rip-off, but no help from urgent plus care. They wouldnt return my phone calls. Would not recommend unless you like being over charged.

Summer was kind and took the time to explain what was going on with me. Plus it was such a relief there was no wait. Ive had an ear ache and no voice for days and I am so glad I stopped in. Plus if you need a shot ask for Kaitlyn, she is very gentle and its over before you know it.

Very professional staff and courteous. I called to get tested. Appointment made for same day. Received a call with my results same day. Provider that called was nice and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Everytime I come here everyone is friendly and welcoming. They also get you in and out, no long waits. Their facility is always clean and quiet. Would defiently recommend over any hospital for all your urgent health needs.

Im a veteran went to the Ennis office. they took very good care of me, didnt have a long wait time. Nice and polite. Definitely will go back... If needed.

Just had a terrible visit here for my 4-year-olds ear pain! Jeannette Rackham saw us and the only good thing she did was be nice to my kids. She walked into the room arrogantly demanding why we didnt have my daughter on allergy medicine already. We said this is the first time shes had this issue and she cited a visit we had for a burst eardrum last year, which was unrelated to allergies. When my husband told her that my daughter has a bad reaction to antibiotics, she said, Oh she WILL be on antibiotics for a full course. I had assumed the script was for antibiotic ear drops since thats what weve gotten here before. When the pharmacist found out it was oral, they called her to ask if she would prescribe ear drops instead because of my daughters reaction, but she refused. So in addition to the antibiotics we cant use, she prescribed a pain reliever thats no longer being made and the pharmacy was unable to fill. I called the office and she wouldnt even speak to me but had a different person in the office refuse on her behalf to prescribe what we need. She said antibiotic ear drops would have no effect on this ear infection, even though its worked for us before. When I said my daughter cant take oral antibiotics she asked me why I didnt mention that in the office and then questioned if shes ever even had a reaction. Even knowing my daughter cant take the antibiotics, she offered no alternatives. She said we can go to the ER but theyll refuse us too since its not serious. I am livid! I hate it when the doctors IM PAYING TO WORK FOR MY BEST INTEREST dont even care enough to offer help. Wish there was a way to get this worthless PA fired and out of the way to make room for knowledgeable, caring medical professionals.

I have been to this urgent care multiple times for multiple things for me and my daughter and husband and they have been the absolute best ! They have great customer service and are friendly and great with kids ! I definitely recommend then for sure!!

Im from out of town and I called and let them know I was in need of medical treatment they where helpful and did an ph interview within 15 minutes of taking my information over the ph. The RNP reviewed my symptoms over the ph and sent in my rx. I received my rx within 30. They where so helpful and efficient. I even recommend them to a friend.

Very disappointed. Was suffering with a UTI. A urine specimen was given to be sent off for a Urine Culture to determine type of bacteria. It usually takes 5-7 days for results. I keep calling and 11 Days later they tell be the Lab says they received the Specimen late. The specimen was too old. The antibiotic initially prescribed did not work. This is not acceptable. That crew there are very incompetent. ER’s do a better job. Major changes need to be made.

I came to this urgent care for stitches and the nurse practitioner seemed as if she had never done them before. She broke her sterile field multiple times including adjusting her stethoscope while wearing her sterile gloves, placing her unsterile syringe of lidocaine on the sterile field, and even getting her long hair that wasn’t tied back in my open wound. I would never return to this urgent care and would love to get in contact with the owner, so if I get a hospital (urgent care) acquired infection we can hold the right party responsible. Would give a zero for healthcare and the stitches, but the nurse and front staff were kind.

I am sad to say but this has been the worst experience ever, yesterday my son tested positive for the flu and then today I started feeling bad so I called and asked if I could get a prescription as well and they said I had to come in, well I went and sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to come out and swab me and had to call to find out they didn’t even know they had not tested me yet, this was at 2 pm and then I called at 4 to see if they had the results yet and they said the doctor would have to call me, called again at 6 because I hadn’t heard anything and felt awful and then had to call AGAIN at 7:45 because they close at 8 for them to finally transfer me to the doctor for him to tell me I had the flu… by this time the pharmacy was closed so now have to wait until tomorrow to even start taking medicine.

The staff were so kind and helpful and even though I know they are dealing with so much right now with all the testing it didn’t seem to effect the way they treat people! A very good experience and I will be going there for my urgent care needs!

Went in for some covid testing and all of the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Getting follow up calls a few days later to check up on me was nice as well.

Slow is an understatement. It took 1.5 hrs just to get checked in. I have worked in urgent care both in reception and as xray/MA and never would we have been this slow. I cant even fatham what they could have been doing. Should have just driven to Dallas, it would have been worth it.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient on my visit. I was called back after a short wait. The staff treated me well and took care of my issue. I definitely would go back again.

I have used urgent plus care for years, myself, husband and kids, they offer everything, if your sick, hurt are need a DOT physical, very nice and normally u dont have to wait long.

I took a covid test a couple days ago. The staff was quick and professional with testing me, getting my results, then testing me for antibodies and those results. Summer handled everything for me and was a complete professional! Thanks Summer!

Waited in the waiting room for two hours and ten minutes, only to be let in to the back consultation area where your blood pressure, height and weight are taken, to be told someone would be with you shortly - another 20 minutes pass... my eleven year old daughter and myself are seriously sick with flu and I have bronchitis - Ive never heard of a test to be done to see you have strep and the flu - thats an extra 80$ for us ontop of our consultation fee - never again in my life will I go there. The Np was sweet but I just dont think this is value for money - youre left alone and nothing is explained to you it just seems like guessing !

I want to thank Dr Summer P.A. and nurse Melissa for the awesome care they have me. They stayed after hours to decrease my pain and get me going again. Melissa is a awesome nurse she had sonlittlw to work with for my IV but she waa delicate and made it work ans no bruise. That means the world to me. I was there on Monday with my husband he hurt his foot. The nurse Dee was super sweet, kind, and caring and the NP Summer was super nice. We will be back!

They were really nice and helped me quickly. They also helped me find a general care practitioner. They were able to give prescribe medication to take immediately. I am very grateful.

Daughter was seen there Tuesday afternoon and the Katelyn was super sweet. And Samar was quick and explained everything great. Was great experience and will come visit there again

Jeannette Rackham Is a worthless argumentative know it all PA>I went in for swimmers ear infection she insisted it was allergy which i have never had in my life and and im 41. She prescribed allergy medication Steroids & antibiotics I was advised only to fill antibiotics if mucus changed from white to yellow or green.I have been on a roller coaster with my ear swelling to the point of total closure for 2 weeks after visit. I went to Baylor and saw a real doctor who told me it was the Worst swimmers ear infection he had seen in his 20 years and everything she gave me was wrong. After 3 days with the ear drops and antibiotics he gave me im almost 100%.Bottom line do not go here unless you want An uneducated PAs opinion witch will be wrong because shes to obtuse to LISTEN.This seems to be a pattern look at Rachel Zmolik review.

Havent felt well and decided to go to urgant care, had a great experience everyone was so nice and caring thanks to Karina Contreras and the pediatrician for theyre help and making me feel better❤

Urgent care of Ennis has great staff and friendly personal. They were fast and ready to take care of my test for COVID-19.

Receptionist was incredibly RUDE and dismissive. This is NOT a place to go if you have a medical issue. AVOID AVOID AVOID. My daughter was diagnosed at another urgent care and sent to this one for follow up. She was literally told GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM. Horrible ppl.

They will lie to get you to pay for testing you dont need. Dont go there if you need X-rays, they cant read them. Will take your money and you will leave not knowing anything more than when you came. And you will be out $250 dollarsThen when you call to discuss the series of events they choose to handle it by ignoring your phone calls and voicemails.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was seen very quickly and nurse practitioner went above and beyond to help me. Would recommend to anyone!

Got treated and prescriptions although my primary had already closed for the day, twice now. Definitely an asset to my health care. Thank you, Doctors and staff at Ennis Urgent Plus Care.

My wife took me here when I had an asthma attack. I was able to get a inhaler prescription and get my asthma eased until I was able to get to my primary care physician

Doctors have not heard of typical medications and need to go back to medical school. Get out of your bubble of medications from the 1980s. AVOID! They dont want to help you! Dont let them take your money. These doctors would be fired in a big City.

Terrible customer service! I have been trying to get an over payment reimbursed since January 19, 2017. The office manager, Diane Harder refuses to return phone calls despite numerous messages I have left for her. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere but Urgent Plus Care!

Gotta say it, avoid like the plague if you can help it. Be noted Dr Sheila may try to tell you what you can and cant feel with pain and is not open to researching medications before prescribing them to you. That noted she doesnt even know the possible side effects it can cause and guesses high on what you actually need

It takes forever, I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take bc I had to take a drug test and physical for a job and cant wait forever i have to pee they said to come on Ill go ahead of all the waiters bc Im with a company i was there in 10 minutes it took over an hour for me to do the drug test part trying not to pee all over myself than took me back to the waiting room waited another 45 minutes to do the physical but than waited in the backroom for the nurse to do the physical for four another 45 minutes this place is a joke
