Morgan Fertility and Reproductive Medicine

As a medical professional I am so disappointed with this facility . My whole fertility journey with this facility was a nightmare . My first transfer with the facility I was given the wrong protocol that I had to verify with numerous people to have corrected . If I wasn’t a nurse I wouldn’t have caught the error which is alarming . To then miscarry at 6.5 weeks . I had one phone call with the doctor that lasted all of 5 minutes . After that radio silence no one called to follow up and ask how we were . Only having one embryo left and not wanted to move it due to the expenses since I paid 100 percent out of pocket . We went foward with my last transfer . I was prescribed meds that were not needed stating that I had follicles on my ultrasound which were not there . I was then scheduled with a doctor who I didn’t know without explanation. So transfer day is here . I waited over an hour for my wait time . Then when I’m about to go into the transfer I am told my husband can’t go in . This was not my experience the first time . My husband was there holding my hand the whole time . Nope ! I would have been okay if I received a call or even a conversation while I was waiting that day stating this wouldn’t be possible but I wasn’t even given the courtesy. So with tears down my face I had to get a transfer alone with a doctor who seemed to be over the day she was having . She couldn’t position the Cather correctly and took way to long to do the procedure . The final straw was no ultrasound sound picture . So I had to walk back to my husband with nothing but a terrible feeling in my stomach .This experience has kept me up at night and I can not remain quiet about it . This was an exhausting journey and with clear communication and some care these things could have been prevented. But I was a number to this facility not a person .

Morgan Fertility practices are unethical and unprofessional. They wasted my 1st cycle by giving me such a low dosage. I am 41 years old with low egg reserves and Dr Robin prescribed me Follistim 150 units and Menopur 75ml beginning to end without increasing my dosage. When I asked the nurse why they arent increasing my dosage her response was that they didnt want me to waste my medication. I only know now that it was such a low dosage because I went for a second opinion. My Doctor at RMA prescribed more than double what they prescribed me and he couldnt understand why my dosage were so low giving my age and low egg reserve.I should have ran away when billing changed the pricing on me to almost $3000 more than what originally gave me. They informed me right before I was to start my medication, after I did all the testing, sonogram and blood work. I asked why the price change, Karen from billing stated that because they were currently in negotiations with my insurance. When I called my insurance, they said that morgan fertility is in network and didnt know what they meant negotiations, office is either in or out of network. I then asked to go over with my insurance what is not covered but it was not possible because noone from morgan fertility ever called nor did they submit any prior authorization with my insurance. When I reached out to billing asking who contacted my insurance and when, I received no response. Only after a week or two when my husband reached out to them that they said they were going to honor the original pricing.We ended my 1st ivf cycle without an egg retrieval since my follicles did not grow. I was told by the nurse that this cycle wont count as a cycle with my insurance since we didnt do the egg retrieval. Later, I found out it did count as a cycle from my insurance. More LIES.There was no way i was going to let Morgan Fertility take another cycle from me. I spoke to Amarilis the billing manager in April to cancel my 2nd ivf preauthorization with my insurance. Found out today from my insurance that they still havent canceled it. Morgan fertility is now preventing me from doing another cycle.Its quite obvious Mortgan Fertilitys main concern is their financial gain. They will exhaust all your ivf cycles through insurance and then make you think they have the best price in company to other fertility clinics to pay out of pocket. Hoping my review will save someone else from going through all the deception and frustration Morgan fertility has caused me.

Wishing I could give this place a negative star rating! As a patient in this fertility clinic, Im disappointed with our experience here. Firstly, there are no private rooms for my husband to collect his specimen; were forced to bring it from home, risking inaccurate test results due to weather or time issues. Moreover, the insurance situation has been a nightmare. Over the phone, they assured me that my insurance would cover the study with just a small copayment. However, I received a bill of a thousand dollars after my insurance covered only a fraction. This misleading information has added unnecessary financial stress.To make matters worse, despite a call with the doctor, that we never received the results in their malfunctioning portal. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this place. Look for facilities with private rooms where you can directly provide the specimen to nurses or doctors—especially for these costly tests.

My husband and I went through an IVF and had the pleasure of working with such a professional team in the Englewood office. I was recently discharged after my 8 week, 5 days and all I can say is how happy we are to the Morgan Fertility Team. Thanks so much, Linda for always receiving us with a happy face and Maria for keeping everything organized and always willing to help us. I will never forget the call Ive got from Linda saying, Carolina, are you ready to be a mommy? I was in tears. Please keep this professionalism and especially good attitude which I am sure will help future mothers go to through this hard process in a smooth way. I will be coming back hopefully with my baby in arms! :)

Wish I can provide a negative star, This place does NOT have private rooms for their clients to collect their specimens (sperm), you have to bring it from home with the risk of getting a false test since the weather or time can affect the quality of the specimen. Another thing is that over the phone they told me before my appointment that my insurance will cover the study and I would just have to pay a small copayment etc but not, I got a bill for a thousand dollars after my insurance covered only part of it, and even after the call with the doctor I never got the results in their portal which is trash and doesn’t work at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Always look for a place where they have their own rooms where you can provide the sperm directly to their nurses or doctors. Specially for these expensive tests.

My wife and I had been trying for 2 years when we finally decided to seek treatment. We started, and ended, with Dr. Lesorgen/Morgan and their staff.I cannot say enough good things about the Englewood location staff. Maria is always punctual, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. Kristina, an amazing and extremely efficient ultrasound tech, was always wonderful to us. And Linda... Linda was our nurse, confidant, and friend. Lindas constant reassurance, guidance, and encouragement made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. To put it bluntly, we simply would not have made it through this journey without Linda, who ALWAYS made herself available to answer our questions and put our fears to rest. She feels like our fertility godmother! We are so grateful for everything she has done for us. On the otherwise very difficult road that my wife and I traveled on during this fertility journey, Linda, Maria, and Kris were constant sources of reassurance and we cannot say enough about them. You will be in good hands if you are under their care.Dr. Lesorgen was also phenomenal and very kind. Dr. Morgan was excellent in diagnosing issues, providing treatment recommendations, and ultimately helping us to achieve our years long dream of pregnancy.In sum, highly recommend Dr. Morgan by way of his Englewood location practice. A great experience.

I have to say my experience at Morgan Fertility was bad. My husband and I decided to work with them however, it was a big mistake for us. The communication with the office is not always good. I would call and leave messages with the staff and there were countless times I didnt hear back regarding insurance, procedures, or questions about the process of working with them. Every time you have a procedure and a doctor follows up with you for a call to explain how the procedure went and the results, you end up speaking with a different doctor from each of the 3 offices. I have had at most 2 -3 conversations with Dr. Lesorgen throughout the many months I was at the clinic. You will be interacting mostly with the nurse staff as your primary contact. Lastly, I got a bill 9 months later for a genetic testing procedure they didnt communicate that would not be covered under my insurance. I had to escalate this matter to the operations manager Karen. If you are considering IUI or IVF, I would carefully consider researching your options before you decide where to go.

After so many years of trying we finally decided to see fertility specialist and this office was our choice. Very friendly and supportive staff. Huge thanks to nurse Kelly and Dr. Allen Morgan for helping us making our dream came true! Instructions are very clear, patient portal was easy to use, no waiting line for early morning lab work, we were always being informed and updated with the process. Thank you Team for being patient with us, we appreciate all your help and support, we wish you and all your patients good luck! And yes, highly recommend this office!!!

I cannot recommend Morgan Fertility Clinic highly enough. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attentive staff, my experience was outstanding. Doctors Lesorgen and Morgan took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The nursing and administrative staff: Linda, Maria, Kelly and Rachel are outstanding as well. They were always attentive and responsive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed during each appointment. Their warm and caring demeanor helped to avoid my nerves and made me feel at ease in what can often be a challenging and emotional journey.One standout feature of this clinic is their user-friendly patient portal, which made accessing test results and treatment plans a breeze, making the entire IVF process absolutely transparent.

My husband and I had been trying for a family for two years after having a fibroid removed and 2 miscarriages. We both are nearing 40 and decided to look into fertility treatments to help. After researching clinics in our area, we came across Morgan Fertility and requested a consultation. It was virtual and after our conversation we felt that this was the right choice and where we wanted to be. The staff at the Englewood location were welcoming, kind, and extremely supportive throughout each appointment. With a clear plan ahead of us, we felt comfortable and confident in my treatment. For our family we started a round of IUI and thankfully I became pregnant on the first round. I am 8 weeks pregnant and moving onto my OB-GYN next week. We couldn’t be more thankful for the staff at Morgan Fertility! We’ve started our family because of them and we couldn’t be happier.

Very small, family-oriented setting. I felt like Dr. Lesorgen listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly and knew me on a first-name basis. I was surprised to get pregnant on my first cycle with twins without a lot of intervention. I liked the fact that Dr. Lesorgen did not push aggressive therapies right away like other centers would. We started with modest treatments and that’s all it took.The team obviously knew what they were doing. Still in shock over the twins, but I’m happy with the care I received.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Lesorgen after trying numerous clinics on Long Island, Syracuse, Albany and we had no success until a few friends of ours recommended Dr. Lesorgen we went and met with them and after the first procedure we were pregnant with our little girl. We were very happy with the staff and communication of the doctors and nurses. Linda was amazing for answering all my questions whenever I called as well as calling me for reminders. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. Me and my husband tried having a baby for 3 years before going here and wish we went sooner.

I cannot thank Dr. Lesorgen and his staff particularly Linda enough for helping me start out my pregnancy journey. Although I didn’t undergo fertility treatment I needed some early monitoring of my pregnancy and Dr. Lesorgen was a blessing at a time that is filled with anxiety for a lot of newly pregnant women. Thoroughly professional with an excellent and warm bedside manner Dr. Lesorgen’s years of experience shine through in his treatment of his patients. I can tell from the photos in their clinic that many people who want to become parents have had success in their journey with Dr. Lesorgen. Thank you Doctor and Linda :)

I just dont know how this place got so many good reviews. Its poorly run in terms of communication. We had many instances of miscommunication with respect to appointment times and testing requirements. I tried to be patient with them with all poor communication just to finally hear that we are completely out of coverage for all of our tests and procedures we have been doing there for 2-3 months. Wait, what? Especially after confirming with the person in-charge (Karen), multiple times over phone that we are covered.Even taking that out, they advanced the appointment by 30 minutes with only an email notice(sent 8am in the morning for 9am appointment) i.e. without my actual consent.

I cannot recommend Dr Lesorgen and his fantastic team enough. The individualized attention I received was incredible. They made me feel like their only patient- something you don’t normally see in the infertility process! The whole team of nurses is amazing- they treat you like family. Huge huge huge thank you to Linda, Valerie, and Chris. Not only my nurses/ultrasound techs but people I relied on so deeply during the whole process for emotional support. They care so much. I am holding my baby boy now because of them. The care I received was just top notch. They are true experts in their field. I will forever be in deep gratitude to all of the amazing people in this office and I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr lesorgen and his staff are the best . They have been with us through a difficult journey in trying to conceive. Now we are pregnant !!! I owe so much to his team. He never gave up on us. His team always treated us with so much empathy and kindness. I can say we never had one negative experience there. I decided to contact them because I was trying to get pregnant for one year and nothing happened, with only 3 months of treatment they finally got me the best Christmas present I can not thank you Enough for this happiness god bless you all for the beautiful job you guys do

The best doctor with the best team! Infertility is such a hard journey and you need to be surrounded by caring, patient and helpful people. I was surrounded by those qualities each time I walked into the office! I was struggling with unexplained infertility for about a year and I half. I was only with Dr. Lesorgen for about six months before I was blessed with conceiving my twins. They never gave up and kept me staying as positive as I could. Today was my last day at the office before I move on to my regular OB. We laughed, we hugged and we said our bittersweet goodbyes. If you are having trouble conceiving, do not hesitate to call. You will be talking to the best! =)

My experience with Dr. Lesorgens office was excellent. I struggled with infertility before starting treatment. We explored different treatment options and adapted as we went on. I felt like my options were clearly explained. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I truly miss seeing them! They really made me feel welcome and not just a patient. After 8 months of treatment I was able to get pregnant! I highly recommend seeking treatment with Dr. L!

I don’t really know where to to start. From my very first visit with Dr. Lesorgen, my husband and I were confident that we were at the right place. We actually had two other appointments as well with RMA and another very well known facility. However, we just got a better feeling at the office. I want to say that the staff is BEYOND amazing and unlike any other group of amazing women in a doctors office you can find. They actually know you by name, and you end up growing a bond with all of the three amazing women, that you once you graduate from the office, you feel so sad (actually tearing up now)! I love how flexible they are, extremely compassionate and they’re just so understanding. All the qualities big offices lack. I would recommend the office to anyone who looks or is in need to possibly wanting to expand their family that may need some help. Dr. Lesorgen is also so knowledgeable and really works with you. I couldn’t be more grateful to him and Linda, Valerie and Christine for all they have done for my husband and I. If you’re looking for an office that will spoil you, treat you like an actual person, and wholeheartedly want to help you and not after your money all the time, this is the place for you! Couldn’t thank Dr. Lesorgen and the ladies enough.

Dr. Lesorgen and his staff were professional, courteous, and pleasant. I didnt think that practices like this still exist. We were treated with compassion and individuality. Dr. Lesorgen prescribed the correct treatment for me to conceive after I completed the diagnostic testing. I would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation. It is nice to be able to call the office and actually speak to a person and not voicemail. One of the finest doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I am so glad I chose this particular team. This isnt just one of the best offices in NJ, the team is truly amazing and the doctor is very nice and professional. The treatment is the best anyone could have in town, more importantly they are very knowledgeable and they will explain everything to you and help you throughout any process. Linda particularly was exceptionally amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything on my side was going smoothly while I was comfortable. She even contacted me after hours when I had a question! Obviously she loves her job! She is one excellent team member and I truly thank God for meeting her. The whole team is just great! I never had to wait too long in lobby, even when I did (rarely beyond 10 minutes) they assured me it wasnt going to be much longer. The team is in perfect harmony, always smiley and very positive. Just love it!

This facility made me feel more than a number, I was greater by my name every time I went in and the phlebotomy named Linda is a absolute GEM! Would definitely recommend. Didnt get to interact with my doc much but the other staff made up for it.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Lesorgen and the entire staff. I always felt welcomed and taken care of from the minute I called and talked to Linda to make my appointment. I immediately felt at ease and assured that I had made the right decision to leave my previous fertility center. You won’t feel like you are just a number, which can make all the difference when struggling with fertility. Appointments are flexible and very accommodating to fit your schedule. They’ll answer any questions you have no matter how many times you call. My time at Women’s Fertility Center was relatively short lived (thankfully) but I will forever be grateful to every person who worked there for giving us our daughter.

After years of trying, we went to a reputable fertility office and were blatantly told we would be unable to get pregnant unless we did IVF. I went to Dr. Lesorgen for a second opinion and stressed how I didnt want to go that route first especially since it would have been the first plan of action. He listened to us and the concerns we had. I successfully got pregnant under his care and welcomed a beautiful healthy baby girl all within a year of seeing him. His staff is absolutely incredible and were there for me every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough and will forever be grateful to them.

My wife and I appreciate Dr. Lesorgen and his team more than words can express! We trusted them with Growing our family which was the one thing we wanted more than anything. We began our relationship with them back in 2017 when we started trying for our first child. We were scared and had no idea what to expect. They took the time to answer all of our questions and formulate a plan we were comfortable with. Despite some obstacles we faced they never let us feel hopeless. After only two cycles (one medicated) we conceived my now two year old daughter in May of 2018! We have kept in touch with everyone and was able to visit a few times with the baby. We really feel like they are a part of our family. We began trying again in June and just found out we are expecting our second child February 2021! We could feel their excitement for us! We were worried about starting the process during the pandemic but we felt safe the entire time. They never forgot to take my temperature or ask me to sanitize and everyone wore a mask the entire time. I recommend Dr. Lesorgen and his team - though be warned you will love them all so much you’ll want to keep coming back! We already can’t wait to start trying for number 3!

I am beyond blessed to have met Dr. Lesorgen and the wonderful ladies (Linda, Kathy, Valerie, Chris) who have helped me during the most difficult and emotional times of my life. After going through recurrent pregnancy losses I didnt think I was able to have a healthy pregnancy and it was truly a miracle that led me to Dr. Lesorgen’s office. Not only did they treat me so kind they treated me like their own family. I never been so reassured and confident before and the ladies made me feel like I was able to overcome my fears of becoming pregnant again. I am now graduating from his office at 10 weeks and moving onto a OBGYN so I am praying for continued healthy pregnancy. So far baby is healthy! I will continue to visit Dr. Lesorgen in the future when it comes to conceiving again. If you are looking for a kind, patient, and compassionate doctor and team to help, look no further. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dr. Lesorgen’s office. He and his staff are the most professional, kindest individuals who managed to somehow make what could have been an extremely emotionally and physically challenging process as painless as possible. I was lucky enough to achieve a successful pregnancy with them and they kept an eye on things weekly until my 9th week. They were extremely thorough dotting all I’s and crossing all t’s. I will actually miss them throughout this process and will definitely use their practice again if we decide to continue to expand our family.Thank you Dr. Lesorgen and Staff! My family and I will be forever grateful!

I have been a successful patient of Dr. Lesorgen for about 6 months. Walking into Dr. Lesorgen’s office you automatically feel like a daughter. One to be taken care of, one that is cared for, and one that is loved. There is no one like them. Linda, Valerie, and Chris are all angels dressed in disguise. From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out you have their undivided attention, even when you need to call them. They treat you like their own. They are kind, warm, compassionate and the most supportive group of individuals that I have ever met. From 6:30-4:30 and then some, you are theirs. They will answer all your questions, listen to your concerns, and give you a hug when needed. I was blessed to to have met such a wonderful group of people and I will miss them greatly.

Dr. Lesorgen is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. Appointments are never rushed and he takes as much time as needed to explain all treatments and procedures. His office staff is equally as amazing and accommodating, and all go above and beyond everyday for the sake of Dr. Lesorgen’s patients. We are forever grateful and appreciative for Dr. Lesorgen and his A-Team!

Dr. Lesorgen and his team Chris, Valerie and Linda are extremely compassionate and provide individualized treatment.I would highly recommend them especially over places like RMA where your feel like your just a number. I had a consultation with 4 other places including RMA before I choose Dr. Lesorgen.I am thankful to have found him and his team. They were were patient, answered my questions and explained all the options and treatments thoroughly.

I had the most wonderful experience during the entire process of infertility. They were quick, attentive, reassuring. I am happy to say that after 3 cycles I was able to get pregnant and I am forever grateful for Dr. Lesorgen and his team. You guys are the best!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Dr Morgan medication plan is so good , I have been trying to be a pregnant from 18 years ago and finally I did IVF with Dr morgan and I’m a pregnant . Also Englewood office staff members are so so good I love all of them. ❤️❤️

After welcoming our second child a week ago I am overwhelmed with gratitude towards Dr. Lesorgen and his staff. Linda and Cristina you have been so supportive throughout this journey. Thank you for being so attentive and available. I highly recommend this practice especially if you want the one on one cafe that they provide.

I didnt feel very welcomed by any person from the staff. Also, they were supposed to call me to explain the costs on the treatment and they never did it. I had to call 3 times. I felt like they were doing me a favor.I didnt like the accomodations and organization of the rooms. Procedures and exams were not satisfactory either.I only had 1 visit but cannot say I am or was a patient. And yes, I have 3 last names, maybe your records shows something else.

One of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Dr. Lesorgen is quiet and has a calm demeanor, and his office staff is personable and very supportive. I have referred many of my friends and family members to him.

Dr seemed to be ok, only saw him once.Front desk needs to be a little more organized as far as insurance processing.I was asked for my insurance information 3 times, not once did they mention they were a tier 2 Provider, even after I asked if this insurance was accepted. This was only mentioned to me after being seen by the doctor. When I asked what exactly it meant to be tier2 they said “ just have a SMALL amount to pay, nothing crazy”. Well, I’m now $750 in. Not to mention, had they took the time to go through my records from 6months ago, I wouldn’t have to pay do all the same exact testing. Just make sure you know what you’re covered for because, as most doctors do, this office will not tell you.

Love Dr. Lesorgen and his staff. Linda, Christina and Cathy are the best. Very compassionate and caring. God placed them in my path and I’m very glad. Thanks to Dr. Lesorgen I’m now the proud mother of a baby boy.

Thanks, Dr. Lesorgen, for your help conceiving our baby! Very knowledgeable and experienced. He told me at the beginning that he didnt think we would need IVF, and he was right. We conceived on the 4th IUI attempt, after a procedure to clear my blocked tube. Kind and friendly staff.

Cathy the front desk shes very rude and so no professional , she dont want to bother helping you and she dont want even to hear what u talking or asking a question Her answer is no no no for everything the most rude person I ever see , I lost 2 of my days at work trying to make appt , after I did the appt she cancel on me , without no excuse .

This office is very unprofessional and do not check insurance coverage prior to appt. They are rude over the phone. Would not trust them at all.
