Scared me into doing IVF right away without any priming whatsoever, which set me up for failure from the very beginning. Did not do any of the preliminary testing for infertility at all, no HSG to ensure tubes were open, no Hysteroscopy, nothing for PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, notta. Found out too late I had the last three causing infertility. Did not allow eggs to mature enough prior to egg retrieval and lost many of my eggs, resulting in little to no fertilization. Basically wasted my youth here and was unable to have a baby under her care. Her nurse staff were the very worst Ive dealt with in my entire life and did not obey HIPPA rules. Her practice blew right through my insurance in one cycle, which I later found much better pricing elsewhere after the fact.

DR. Chu and all the staff at the englewood location are really good always giving you the best attitude so you can have the best experience in your process, my nurse Rhonda always was the sweetest person with good attitude and always taking care of you, They make sure all your process is easy and smooth so you can have the best results. I will definitely recommend RMA to anyone who needs help getting pregnant for any reason.

Dr. Chu, and her team are nothing short of a team of miracle workers. They professionally and sensitivity handled our case, and were available if we needed something at all times. We are incredibly Grateful for their service.Ps. nurse Rachel Bethune is amazing.

Dr. Chu is a nice enough doctor, but truly lacks in bedside manor (she let me know 2 hours prior to my scheduled transfer that she wouldn’t be doing it, and that I had lost one of my embryos in the thawing process). Both were such shocks and really put me in a terrible mental space going into my transfer. I would use a different doctor at RMA if you can.

Dr. Chu is very kind and knowledgeable. She listens very well and is very thorough. Dr. Chu is great with following up and provides the right treatment. She really cares about her patients and loves to get to know them personally. When you talk to her she really makes me feel comfortable and welcome and she takes her time with any questions I have and explaining things to me. I have known Dr. Chu for about 3 years now and I absolutely love and adore her. Rhonda is great also. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Chu.

Doctor Ms. MichelieC.Chu is great doctor that help people with having trouble to Conceive to have a baby.And me and my wife being trying for 3 years and my wife is pregnant with are child and she is 12 weeks pregnant .

Thanks to Dr.Chu my dream came true after 3 fails at other offices! She listened to my concerns and adjusted my treatment plan and I got pregnant on my 1st try with RMA! I cannot say thank you enough!

The team was very helpful and always available to answer questions and clarify information. The portal is great for reminders, keeping up with medication regiments, appointments and procedures.
