I was referred her by my gynecologist and will most definitely let her know to find a different office to refer patients to! When I arrived for both of my appointments the door was locked and it was past their open time. When I called to tell them the door was locked and I (along with 2 other women there for appointments) couldn’t get in, the girl I spoke with on the phone had an attitude and told me to go in through the back of the clinic?? When I walked in through the back of the clinic the receptionist laughed and said “oh well no wonder we didn’t have any patients!” As if it was a joke. They schedule everyone for the same appointment time and have you sit and wait for almost an hour or even longer before being seen. I was told I would be “numbed” and not feel much of anything which was extremely untrue. It was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. I was not told prior that the doctor was a male which I would have appreciated. Just left my follow up and they barely spoke to me the whole time I was there. The girl just said “sit here” or “go here” and all they said was “you’re good, you can go.” Definitely don’t recommend coming here if you want to be treated like a human being.

Everything was fine because the nurses were all sweetheart……. until the end! The doctor was an animal, he treated me roughly, talked about how he was trying to leave so he needed to get “rid” of us quickly and then during the procedure he said if you dont shut up you can go somewere else….. i do not recommend this place i am totally traumatized!

I don’t understand the bad reviews but then again everyone is different. Very quick and the staff was great. Felt comfortable and it’s definitely a safe space no protesters at all. It is very private there’s another entrance/exit just makes the whole thing feel safe and secure. Unlike other places where you can get harassed.Staff was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Do not waste your time with this office. The ladies in the front are sweet but it’s ridiculous that every time you call no one answers the phone, the doctor is only in one day of the week. It’s not even a busy center for them to be constantly sending you to voicemail.

Staff was great, the doctor however comes in when he feels like it. To have a 10 am appointment and still be waiting for the doctor 1in the afternoon and he is still not in the office is ridiculous. The establishment will not issue a refund and Im not the only woman waiting for this doctor. I personally would not recommend or refer anyone to their services. A waste of my time and very unprofessional

I’m totally upset with this place! I specifically asked questions and was given false information! This place does not offer IV sedation yet I was told and assured that they do. I call up the day before appointment bc I had a funny feeling oy to be told that the person who booked my appointment was new and basically didn’t know what she was talking about! This is not acceptable especially considering that I was very specific about what kind of sedation I needed. You can’t expect everyone to just be okay with being wide awake for a procedure! Being able to hear noises, see things is traumatizing! The experience in itself is tramatic butvto have to be wide awake is horrifying. Had I known the right information, I would have been able to find somewhere else! I have been extremely sick so waiting a week for the appointment felt like a year and then to be told given false info really messed up! PLEASE don’t make this mistake with someone else. So to be clear, this place does not offer any sedation weather IV or medication. There are other places that do but now I’m stuck waiting... have to find a driver and each day feels like a year.

Terrible place. Made 2 appointments and the offcie was closed both times. Made me take an hour trip twice for no reason. When i tried calling to speak to a supervisor the heffer hung up on my face. This is the most unprofessional office out there and i can not stress this enough. If you want a doctor who cares for u and ur health stay away from this place

Would not reccomend this location. Staff are not polite and very impersonal ! Front desk staff are extremely rude. Doctors come in at whatever time he wishes. My appt was at 4 pm and doctor did not show up until after 5 pm.As I waited there was another patient whom had an issue with scheduling and would not be seen even though it was the offices fault.

Had a fantastic experience here. There was several women there yet It was preety quick, nurses were very nice & supportive. Definitely recommend coming here.

Unfortunately, I had to take 2 rounds of the abortions pills for the abortion to be successful. I had been given a prescription of 20 acetaminophen-cod #3, which I took during the week of the 1st round of abortion pills. I had to go back for my follow up appointment in which I was given a 2nd round of abortion pills because the first round was not successful, and I was refused a refill of my prescription. I am in severe pain and cannot get a refill of a prescription and I am extremely irritable and upset especially when I paid close to $500 out of pocket for this procedure. I am recommending you reconsider your decision. Word of mouth can severely hurt or benefit a clinic.I am giving this a negative 5 stars

I do not recommend this place, the doctor is an animal and they do not sedate you well because I felt all the pain of the procedure…
