I am glad that I had started my long journey with Dr.Kuo and nurse Blue! I cant imagine my life without my two beautiful babies. Long story short- I had done two rounds of embryo transferring only and resulted two healthy babies. I guess Dr. Kuo had high success rate on me because I am compliant and he is very detailed oriented. I also work at medical field. Dr. Kuo is very confident and top edge of his speciality. Nurse Blue is awesome! She remembers all very little things about my labs, medications and etc. it saves a lot of time for Dr. Kuo to make adjustments for my plan. I remember that night I had a true emergency for my second pregnancy. I was so horrified and Dr. Kuo responded me right away to save my baby. I trust him more than other doctors. Cons about the ivf treatments is the price but we are on the same boat. The prices in Dr. Kuo office are transparent and I look back it is totally worth it. My kiddos are priceless! Plus I am glad that didnt go thru extra more cycles. Ivf is hard; look forward to your outcomes and just hang in there if you pick this route.

After switching to this clinic from another one, I was immediately impressed by Dr. Kuos fertility expertise and thoughtful approach to care. Dr. Kuos remarkable work in the field of fertility treatments, from egg retrieval to embryo transfers, was evident in the detailed explanations and customized profiles provided, including precise volumes of each medicine used. We were deeply touched by Dr. Kuos responsiveness and professional advice during our emergency moments, even after our graduation.Dr. Kuos unwavering dedication, exceptional expertise, and patient-centered approach were instrumental in helping my family and me achieve our long-awaited dream. Throughout the journey, our nurse Blue went above and beyond by not only arranging all the necessary appointments and pharmacy orders but also providing invaluable emotional support and heartfelt suggestions during difficult decision-making moments. Their work extended far beyond medical treatments, encompassing a holistic approach that prioritized emotional well-being, which was crucial in our IVF journey. It is difficult to imagine how we would have navigated through those challenging moments without Dr. Kuo and Blues unwavering support. Dr. Kuo was always prompt in responding to our messages with professional suggestions, which further reinforced our trust in their expertise. Their exceptional work and support have truly made a profound difference in our lives, and we are forever grateful.

My husband and I had consults with a few IVF doctors before our consult with Dr. Kuo and immediately decided that he was the one for us. His consultation was thorough and he answered all our questions. We did 2 IVF cycles with him and both times got multiple highly-graded embryos for banking. Throughout the cycle, everything was handled promptly. Blue was our assigned coordinator and she made sure I was fully taken care of. Whether it was paperwork, calling in prescriptions, answering text messages any time of day, supplying work notes or emails, she was on top of everything. She was kind, sympathetic and kind of like my big sister who held my hand throughout. She even gave me medication reminders to ensure I did not forget anything. As we were out of town patients, she made sure to work our appointment times around our flights without even asking. I often tell her she is the best and I mean it.The clinic is extremely punctual, never making you wait more than 3 minutes before being seen by the doctor from your scheduled appointment time. The clinic is also extremely clean and well equipped. We saw Dr. Kuo at each ultrasound which he personally performed and all questions were answered on the same day, unlike other clinics where you wait to hear from the clinic on the portal or only speak to the doctor via the nurse who are not hands on with your case.After the retrieval, I had no pain at all and I believe that was because of the expertise and skills of Dr. Kuo. The kind of experience he brings to the table is unmatched. He is highly qualified, meticulous and dedicated to his job and works seven days a week. His medication and transfer protocols are tailor made for each patient and not cookie cutter protocols like other clinics. My first transfer worked and as I sit here writing this review while pregnant with my baby, I can only wish Dr. Kuo did deliveries as well. We travelled from NC across the country to CA for both our cycles and transfer and it was one of the best decisions we have made. Don’t think twice before booking the consultation.

When we first started the IVF process we consulted with multiple IVF doctors around the country to see how the process works, what types of protocols they suggested using, and what kind of care we could expect while in their care. The vast majority of clinics we spoke with were much more concerned with the number of patients they handled, rather than the quality of care they provided. This is where Dr. Kuo and his IVF Fertility Center in Encino, CA stood out among the rest. The first consultation was more expensive than any of the others, but rest assured, from that one consult we knew we had found our doctor. He was meticulous and thorough taking all our questions and concerns seriously and without hesitation, showing his years of experience and expertise.From the time of consult to starting our first round of IVF, we waited less than 2 months. He performs many tests to rule out any conditions that may lead to an unsuccessful IVF cycle prior to commencing and recommends vitamins and practices that many other clinics seem to gloss over. This was much more comprehensive than any other IVF clinics we interviewed in the US and gave us assurance that we wouldn’t waste time and money using a protocol that would not result in success. His protocol follows your cycle rather than trying to make your cycle adjust to his schedule. He doesn’t recommend treatments that will save money if he doesn’t feel they will result in success. He does transfers 7 days a week. He is the only doctor in the clinic, so you work one-on-one with him and your assigned coordinator (We had Blue, the best coordinator!) every visit. He does every ultrasound, and every retrieval and transfer, so he knows everything about you and how your cycle is going. A typical visit during the cycle went as follows. You enter the doctor’s office 5 minutes before your appointment. At appointment time, never late, they take you back for blood work (every 2 days), then go into the exam room for a personal ultrasound by Dr. Kuo (every time with Dr. Kuo) and your coordinator (for us, Blue). Immediately after the ultrasound you go to Dr. Kuo’s office to discuss the results of the ultrasound and make adjustments to the medications. He also answers any and all questions you have every visit. There is no sense of rush, this is your time. Later in the afternoon Dr. Kuo will text you personally to go over the results of the blood work from that day and give you any further adjustments to your medications. This is by far the best service you could ask for! The Coordinator is available for questions any time of day and night via text, email and phone. No frustrating portal or nurse to deal with that isn’t personally familiar with your cycle and situation.After two successful rounds of IVF, we banked many more embryos than we expected, especially given our conditions and what we were told to expect from other clinics. Our first transfer was a success and we are now expecting our first baby in just a few months. We could not more highly recommend a doctor for IVF than Dr. Kuo and his team.

I was referred to Dr. Kuo by a friend who also had a successful experience from his clinic. I am incredibly grateful to Dr.Kuo for helping me go through the IVF process and achieve pregnancy. From the very first consulation, Dr. Kuo demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. He responds to my questions promptly and explains things very clearly. He analyzes pros and cons for me and his team was great! Nurse Blue was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed at every step. Their dedication and persionalized approach made all the difference in my journey.

We are happy to have embarked on our IVF journey with Dr. Kuo. Dr. Kuo and his entire teams conscientiousness has left a lasting impression on us. Their professionalism, guidance, and competencies are second to none.We went through egg retrieval and embryo transfer processes with Dr. Kuo. Dr. Kuo always provides clear and thorough explanations of treatment options and procedures. He customizes treatment plan for each patient individually based on their body and circle. When we message him with our questions, his response is always in lightning speed. Our fertility nurse Blue consistently follows up to remind us of upcoming appointments, medications need to be taken, the necessary cares after procedures and a lot of other miscellaneous but important items. Going through the process can be emotionally draining. Blue has always showed empathy and understanding towards our needs and concerns. She is always there to cheer us up through all the ups and downs. We were also touched by Martin (Papa Kuo) who left his phone number to us and answered our call very late in the day when we had a question about injections.We cannot thank Dr. Kuo and his team enough. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make sure each patient is treated as their VIP. They prioritize quality over quantity. We highly recommend Dr. Kuo and his team to anyone who is seeking fertility treatments.

Before coming to Dr. Guos clinic, I had switched between two other IVF clinics. The doctors there followed formal procedures that left me very dissatisfied. Until I found Dr. Guo. The first time I met Dr. Guo, I felt a sense of security because of his strong professional abilities. He is serious and meticulous about his work. Dr. Guo responds to every patients information promptly and pays close attention to every word from his patients. His one-on-one service provides great reassurance. He customizes suitable plans for patients and conducts extensive examinations before the transfer to ensure success rates.During the IVF process, Nurse Blue played a crucial role as a bridge between me and Dr. Guo. Blue is cheerful and straightforward, which greatly helped ease my frequent anxieties during IVF. From a professional standpoint, Blue is highly efficient. She patiently and clearly explains any details you dont understand, no matter how many times it takes for you to comprehend. I believe she alone can replace ten nurses in taking good care of patients. Thanks to this professional and dedicated team, I succeeded on my first transfer. I sincerely thank every medical staff member in Dr. Guos team. I wish the clinic prosperity and continued growth.

My wife and I started our journey to have a child at another facility but we were happy with our transfer to Dr. Kuo. We were doing IUI with one fallopian tube so we knew our chances depended on accuracy and timing. The office is clean and comfortable, and the equipment is top of the line.Luckily our Fairfax Cryobank was 5 minutes away (which I highly recommend) so we were able to pick up vial and bring it with us to our appointments to avoid the shipping costs. Essentially the overall process for our IUI was timing our ovulation window at home with at home LH strips (we used Pregmate off amazon). I used the app Premom which allowed us to organize our strips very easily and allowed us to send to Dr. Kuo to share our progress. When we believed we were ovulating we would message Dr. Kuo and Eliana to confirm, and come in the next morning.Our appointments were always on time, Dr. Kuo was always professional, honest, and looking out for our best interest.Eliana was just amazing, she provided the emotional support and was always so kind to us especially when the news wasnt what we wanted to hear.We are now 17 weeks pregnant off of our 3rd IUI try. The whole experience was emotional. Best advice I can give is be kind to you and your partner, and things will happen, just be patient.We would recommend Dr. Kuo and his office to anyone.
