If I could leave more than five stars I would. I first signed up with CACRM in 2021. My journey went amazing I had the best experience I could imagine. I knew I wanted to do another journey so I signed up for my second. I love Dr. Arnold You can definitely tell that she cares a lot and that shes the best at what she does. Ashley, the surrogate coordinator has been another reason that Im glad I signed up for a second journey. She has been such a pleasure to work with. She is always there for me when I need her. Marlena is also great to work with as well ☺️ I could go on and on about how wonderful I think they are.Take my advice and look no farther for all your reproductive needs. You will not be disappointed ❤️

The California Center For Reproductive Medicine was our partner to fulfill the dreams of my wife and I to be parents. What we could not accomplish through nature was address by skill and advanced medicine. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the crew there, and especially with Dr Arnold for the years we have been under their care. They stuck with us until we met with success (twice!)

I cannot thank Dr. Arnold and her team enough for helping me to become a Mom of a beautiful baby boy. She has an excellent team of professionals who always went the extra mile to help me realise my dream and I always felt very comfortable whenever I was in their office. Everyone WAS friendly and helpful. The CACRM team is a very dedicated group of women and you can really feel that they care about your well being. I am very happy that I made the decision to work with Dr. Arnold. She is full of knowledge, empathetic and very approachable. My special thanks go to Maggie, Marlena and Fei who were extremely helpful. I am eternally grateful for your support, your encouragement and your kindness! Keep up the good work.

After doing various research for an IVF doctor in San Diego and asking my OBGYN for any referral, I found CACRM was one of the best for my IVF journey. When I was narrowing my doctor list down, I found some other amazing IVF doctors, but they charge for consultation. For me, I felt that infertility is already a sensitive topic. To charge someone a fee to talk to is just a little bit much and a little bit more concerned about the money than the patient. I did all my comparisons from the cost, background on the doctors, and success rates. Dr. Arnolds office is staffed with friendly and caring staff. My nurse Amy, I worked with the whole IVF process made things smooth and easy. She was always there for the good news or the bad news. I waited until the end of my IVF journey to write this review because I wanted to give my full and honest opinion on my process. Im so happy that I chose Dr. Arnolds office to help our family grow, she truly cares about her patients success and well-being. Im sad and happy to say I have graduated from Dr. Arnolds office to my OBGYN. Im currently 11 weeks pregnant with identical twins, and this couldnt be possible without CACRM staff. Thank you CACRM for helping our family grow and I can say I felt so cared for by staff members that I consider them my second family!

My husband and I cannot thank CACRM enough for making our dream of having a family of our own come true. We just welcomed our first son home, an answer to a prayer we’d been praying for years and a blessing which would not have been possible without Dr. Arnold and her skilled team at CACRM.After trying naturally to conceive on our own and a multitude of testing thereafter, we were advised to seek out IVF. We researched and interviewed countless doctors and fertility clinics and were impressed with the myriad of positive reviews for Dr. Arnold/CACRM. We had our initial consultation through a Zoom call due to Covid restrictions at the time and Dr Arnold’s mastery of the subject and deep commitment to helping those struggling to create a family were palpable. Her expertise and warmth won us over and we got started with CACRM right away.We worked with the CACRM team through two egg retrievals and two frozen embryo transfers before becoming pregnant with our son. The CACRM team was there to help answer my numerous questions every step of the way. Their all-female staff made me feel comfortable, like I was a part of their family, and had my best interests at heart throughout my time working with them. The individualized care that Dr. Arnold provided and her attention to detail made me feel confident throughout the process of working with her. She has built a top-notch facility and surrounded herself with an exceptional team. Berenice Silva, the Front Office Administrator, always made me feel welcome at the office. She was wonderful to work with and made scheduling appointments a breeze. Karen Lopez, the Practice Manager, is incredibly organized. She processed all of my billings and was always quick to respond with answers when needed. Fei Yu drew my blood painlessly and efficiently at the start of each morning appointment (not an easy task with my veins!) and organized all of my Covid testing. Jess, the ultrasound technician, was warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed during the many invasive ultrasounds needed. Amy Johnson, the IVF Coordinator, was a rockstar throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and organization provided structure so that I always understood exactly what was taking place. She did an amazing job of simplifying a complicated process helping me to understand what was going on at each new step. She’s kind, supportive and empathetic and treated me like a dear friend throughout the process, which I can’t express enough gratitude for. Having to seek out IVF to create a family was physically, financially and emotionally demanding. Having Amy hold my hand throughout the process helped tremendously and made me feel like I could handle each step along the way.We are eternally grateful to Dr. Arnold and the talented team at CACRM for helping us conceive our miracle baby, and I can’t wait to work with them again on a sibling for him!

Dr. Arnold and her team have been friendly, professional, and caring every step of the way. I appreciated that this is a small office, and I know everyone there so no matter who I end up talking to, they actually know me and my unique experiences. They made me feel comfortable to ask questions and get the information I needed to be able to make informed decisions about our cycles. I would highly recommend this clinic for your IVF needs.

The entire CACRM staff goes above and beyond for us. Office opens at 9am but on a few occasions when I found myself in a pinch needing to go into work early, the staff came in early to accommodate my work day. They are always extremely flexible. Everyone is so knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, compassionate, and have great bedside manner. Truly, they are the best of the best! Communication has been OUTSTANDING. IVF is new for us and we wanted a more personal touch - which we get from Dr. Arnold and her staff. You will have one IVF Nurse Coordinator from beginning to end who is your point of contact throughout this process, and you get to know each other very well which we found really comforting. Amy, our RN coordinator throughout the process, is AMAZING! Honestly - we cannot say enough positive things about this facility and all of the CACRM staff. When it came to the medication injections, Amy really takes the time to go through it all so it doesn’t feel as overwhelming, even demonstrating how to give the shots. They also take into consideration the unprecedented times we are in with the pandemic and will accommodate involving loved ones in the plan of care with you so your partner can virtually be on the journey with you. We have never felt like we are a number here. They all truly take the time to get to know their patients and show that they care. We are an LGBT couple and the office staff is so supportive of our journey to become mommies. Thank you to Dr. Arnold, Amy, Faye, Jessie, Gail, Jannelle, Berenice, Karen, and the entire CACRM team for all you have done to help us build upon our family! With Gratitude, N&N :)

CACRM is best fertility center you will find. I am currently pregnant with my second child thanks to Dr. Arnold and her team. This is the second fertility clinic weve experienced, so I can truly speak to the professionalism and knowledge that Dr. Arnold and her staff exhibits. Dr. Arnold got us pregnant in both transfers weve had with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and personable. She will tell you the science and research behind what she recommends for you in your specialized care plan, while guiding you through the process in a way that makes you feel comfortable and secure. It is a small office, which is very convenient, but you will also get to know all of the staff and they are just the best, most caring people you will find. Theyve gone above and beyond for me and my family and I strongly recommend CACRM to anyone thinking about going through fertility treatments. My only regret throughout my whole IVF journey is not going with CACRM first. You wont find better care anywhere else.

Dr. Arnold originally helped us get pregnant with our beautiful daughter 4 years ago and that experience was wonderful. I felt very informed with the whole process from start to finish. When we attempted an embryo transfer this past September, we unfortunately didnt have the same experience. I felt not heard or informed through the process. I understand how things were going since I had done this before BUT when asked about how many embryos to transfer, I initially said just one since we didnt want twins BUT if Dr. Arnold thought it would be better odds and better at my age to transfer two, then I would do that. My problem with this is that I dont think this was ever communicated to Dr. Arnold. When it came to my transfer day, the nurse hardly knew much about what was going on with me or how many embryos were being transferred. I definitely felt then that this transfer may not work. I obviously cant blame everything on a failed transfer on her office since there are so many things that could have been wrong with the embryo, but not feeling informed or heard possibly may have added to stress on that day. I have to say honestly that the coordinator we had when we started the IVF process was so much more caring, informative and listened than the current coordinator now. When trying to make the decision on whether to try another transfer or not, it felt very sales pitchy to me than someone who actually cared about our decision for our wants and needs. Also, when sending in our disposition on what we want to do with our embryos in storage and after making the difficult decision to discard them, the response I get is Received. Have a wonderful day! I definitely felt like I was just a number and money at the office. Which I guess is the business and you cant always help that.

This place is so much more than you can imagine. I literally had my egg retrieval surgery this morning and I’m feeling like I can return to work tomorrow. I’m happy sitting and watching Grace and Frankie feeling little to no pain! They treated me so well and Dr. Arnold is a gem. I will tell all my friends, family, and anyone needing a good fertility clinic/surrogacy/IVF center that this is the best place. We researched and met with multiple other places that made us feel like this was too much of a business transaction instead of the sensitivity of building our family and bringing our baby to life! Thank you, Dr. Arnold and your super nice staff!

Beware of Dr Arnold making a statement such as “we will have you pregnant by Christmas!” Testimonials will only talk about success stories. I am confident that CACRM took $50,000 from us when they knew it would not work with them. I did become pregnant with a magnificent boy but completely regret the time and money I spent with CACRM. It’s been 7 years and I still recall how her baiting statement overcame my hopeful skepticism, and all this time later I feel the need to warn others. She was very manipulative at a very painful and vulnerable point in time. Be sure to be skeptical and ask questions.

I strongly warn people : stay away from this clinic. First instinct is, no IVF clinics get straight 5 stars reviews. I suspected something fishy but still went ahead with a try with my case. What I found out is that they are a group of money hungry predators with no working ethics. I had a discussion with Dr Arnold, she tried to end the call before it even started. I insisted keep talking about my case, and then she promised to provide some solution plan and tests, and end the call as quickly as she can. I trusted her and waited for the response. Nothing came. Then I called this office manager Karen. She rejected me from even passing a message to the doctor and ask what’s going on. I asked to have a doctor consult to discuss before I finalize my decision on whether to go with them or not. Karen acted like she controls everything and said we cannot accept you a patient. - I didn’t even finish my research with how the doctor is! My insurance was in network with them. They could charge legitimate doctor visits. However, this office manager acted like a money gate keeper - the reason she blocks any communication with the doctor is because she saw my address is not nearby, so she thinks they won’t be able make money off of me with expensive IVF cycles. It wasn’t a good deal for them. Therefor they deny a perfect legitimate doctor visit. With so many money hungry doctors, we as patients really needed to do our own research to make sure we are in good hands. I have never seen such clinic with such straightforward and obvious money-oriented mindset and objective. I guess I should feel lucky that I didn’t go with them. Just think about how many cycles they will exploit out of people - all they care about is MONEY.Further more evidence - they actually want to charge $500 self pay vs getting $200 from insurance for Doctor visit. So it is not about whether the case will work or not. So in matter of $300, they will change their altitude from not accepting to yes we can do this now for extra $300. This is beyond my imagination.

Being a donor for them twice was the greatest experience, recently having another cycle through a different office I realized what a difference in staff. The office is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention so on top of it if you need anything. They make you feel as if you are a part of a family not just the next one to come in. If I could recommend any of the 3 clinics I have been to this one would definitely be my first choice.
