Planned Parenthood - Ellensburg Health Center

Remind ur tech not to give you a shot straight into your shoulder joint. A week later my shoulder still hurts, is bruised at the injection site, and my regular range of motion still isnt back.

I recently had an urgent care visit and I essentially was told they didn’t know what was wrong with me and sent away. Little to no effort was made to alleviate my condition. This week I had a planned parenthood appointment for the same condition and they did everything they possibly could to help me even though they also didn’t know what was wrong. I also felt more comforted and validated there than I had ever felt at KVH Urgent care. If I have a similar situation in the future I’m not wasting my time at urgent care. Im going to go where people care about me.

I was able to make a last minute appointment to have some std testing done. The appointment process online was super fast and easy. When I arrived, the check process was very smooth and my name was called almost immediately for my appointment.My interactions with the nurse were great and the actual testing was very efficient and quick. The doctor who gave me my results, was amazing! They were, friendly, engaged, informed and professional, all while maintaining a very down to earth and judgement free warm tone.It was a very positive and safe feeling set of experiences, for testing that is related to taboo and “dirty” topics and activities.I would highly recommend going here to anyone.

Took my daughter for an appointment here, they made her wait an hour past her scheduled appointment time just to be taken back for her appointment. I was waiting in the car outside the whole time w/ my young disabled son. I called my daughters phone and asked to speak to the receptionist and the receptionist said my daughter would have to wait longer to be brought back for her appointment, or reschedule. I asked her to let the doctor know that my young disabled son who was waiting outside with me in our car this entire time was having difficulty with the long wait due to his disability and she tried to refuse to give the doctor the message saying it wouldn’t change anything. I find the customer service and consideration for others here to be very poor.

Such kind and patient woman!! They explain, and informed me about many things! Amazing service! 💕
