2 stars for time, but 5 stars for staff.5 hours seems a long time to wait at an urgent care clinic. But, I am new to the area & do not have a local doctor, so this was my option. I went in for a pain & rash. I was checked-in within a decent amount of time, but then just sat in the lobby. For 4 hours. I was eventually taken back to an exam room where it was almost another hour. The PA came in, looked at me, diagnosed me & released me within 10minutes. Honestly, though, the staff was beyond amazing. And I would even be willing to return, if need ever arise, simply to be around the beautiful energy of Michelle W. at the front desk. She is welcoming & caring & completely aware of whats going on in that entire office....and still makes time to acknowledge everyone & make them smile (as best they can).

All staff was courteous and attentive. PA was very thorough. He did not physically examine me until he made notes during a thorough discussion of my symptoms and history that might impact todays symptoms. He was thorough in explaining what the issue(s) could be and next steps I should take if my issues do not resolve with the medication. Very satisfied.

Don’t go to this place if you’re actually sick. Go to the ER where you can actually be diagnosed and treated. I was told they only test for flu and Covid. Anything else, they recommend you go somewhere else. They frequently only have 1 doctor working. If you walk in without an appointment, expect to be there for 5+ hours. You’ll be in the waiting room for over an hour even with an appointment. I don’t know how they have 4.4 stars.

Had a scheduled appointment for daughter to get physical. Staff was courteous and kind. Wait time was adequate as arrival was prior to provider getting in. Assessment and physical was thorough and provider was awesome. Kind, cheerful and polite.

Staff was pleasant and attentive. There were 7 people ahead of me and we only waited 45 minutes (which is a shorter time than I have waited at my Drs office. The rooms were clean. The Dr came right in took care of my problem and got me out the door. This was a great visit. No one in there was angry, grumpy or fussing over their experience there.

I want to start this off with the staff are amazing once you get there. I had an appointment at 5:20pm and I arrived 20 minutes early to account for paperwork. It was 2 hours after my appointment time when I was finally called in with others who had appointments after mine getting called in first.

I dont expect it to be very quick, but 5 hours is a little long. Also the heat was out and it was like a meat locker in there. Again not the fault of the staff, just information. Not a bad visit though. Everyone was professional given the amount of business they had. Thanks.

Waiting time in waiting room and in treatment room was excessive. I’m an elderly male that presented with fever, chills, cough, congestion and weakness. I was told testing was not necessary and that it was just a virus. I went home and did a Covid test which was positive. This of course changed our holiday plans

Waited 4 hours with my baby who was in pain and unhappy for barely 5 minutes with the actual physician. i understand being short staffed but having one physician to see everyone that comes in is not only unfair to the patients but also the physician that has to deal with that.

Mainly...DIRTY. With a lobby that dirty I cannot imagine the rest. 🤢 Second, the check-in process... The chick at the desk, literally, just sits at a table, does nothing and gets a paycheck? All they need is a sign saying Download this bullshit app, set appointment and come back. Needless to say, I left and went to ER at the hospital and was in and out, with x-rays and was back home 2 hours before I got a message from Nexcare asking Are you still here to be seen? at 8:45pm.Good Luck at this place. Bring lysol sanitizer and a hazmat suit to go inside and see anyone.

I arrived just before noon to a full, but small waiting room. As time progressed, the people were becoming angry about the wait time to be seen. The young lady sitting next to me appeared to be in severe pain. She was still waiting when I was called in to see the provider shortly after 2 pm. The medical staff I met with were skilled and concerned.The areas I noted that needed to change were that the waiting room was too crowded, and that there was no triage and so no prioritization of patients. I will not be a return patient.

I do like this medical service and the staff. However they do need more staff. The appointments were overbooked and tons of walkins with only one doctor. I waited 3 hours past my appointment time. The staff were working fast but people were coming in so fast they could never keep up with it.

I came back from a trip and needed care due to a uti. I went to NextCare Urgent Care in Elizabeth City after getting a recommendation from the Nextdoor app. I was prepared for a long wait and filling in lots of paperwork, but it went much more smoothly than I expected. Everyone from the front desk to the intake nurse to the PA who saw me was pleasant, helpful, and caring. The lab results were fast, and I left feeling like my care was complete and professional. It’s good to know that there’s urgent care close by that is welcoming and efficient.

I was a walk-in referred from WALMART pharmacy.The wait really wasnt that bad, maybe about 2-3 hours, as a first time client. but where I come from Im used to a eight hour wait so that really wasnt that bad.I really enjoyed the check-in from my phone so I didnt have to be messing with all that paperwork I really enjoyed that part of it!The doctor was amazing his working knowledge of my symptoms was impressive. His bedside manner was amazing. I usually feel uncomfortable with male doctors, but he was very friendly and professional.The lady that checked me in and took my stats, she was very attention to detail really kind and patient and expeditious, especially entering all my medication into the system.It was a very pleasurable experience, considering that I wasnt feeling well!Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone who asked they were definitely top-notch!!!

Showed up at appointment time just to sit in waiting room for 3:11 then get call into room to see Physicians Assistant for 2 minutes tops. If you can, go elsewhere. Ladies at the desk are nice, but 3+ hours after appointment is unacceptable.

I walked in with my son so we both could be seen for coughs. They have radiology on site so they were able to X-ray and find pneumonia in my lungs. Staff was great. Wait til is always long but Im glad I went.

Three-hour wait to see a PA who did a decent exam but didnt seem to care much. Maybe hes overworked. My grandson showed him a cut on his finger after examining him for his cough and he just blew him off and walked out. The woman at front window was sweet and professional though, hence the three stars. The triage nurse was robotic, militaristic.If I can avoid that place in the future, I will.

There weren’t that many people there so that’s why we stayed. The PA took about 10 seconds to look at my brother’s ear and gave us a script for amoxicillin which surprised me. He gets these ear infections more often than he should even though we religiously use ear plugs and a shower cap. Every doctor up to now has prescribed ear drops for a more rapid response to medication. Hey, I’m not a doctor so who am I to question this?

Staff have always been great but my last visit was absolutely terrible. Multiple people walking out because appt times apparently dont matter. I booked an appt ahead of time for 11:30. 1:15 comes around & I plus others are still waiting. Talk to the desk attendant to see how much long & get told theres still a line of people in front of me. Dont set an appt time for people if you cant actually accommodate it.

Read the reviews for this place as I was waiting over an hour AFTER my appointment time has passed, and I can agree on the following. The medical personnel who work at urgent care are phenomenal. Larry was an awesome doctor to be seen by and was super quick, yet super professional. However, the front desk clerks are seemingly inconvenienced by your presence. They’d do anything to just get you to go away.

Wait was extremely long because the only had one PA on staff, but the office staff nurses couldn’t been nicer. The PA took time to explain the procedures and meds, and was very thorough.Although I was there entirely too long, the folks there knew how to make the best of a troublesome wait,!

Absolutely should not be caring for pediatric patients. Especially ones with type 1 diabetes!! A PA or NP is not a replacement for a physician. There needs to be a physician on site.

Your checkin process is dependent on our cellular signal or your WiFi both your WiFi and your App are sluggish at best which lead to most of us waiting to comment one to another on the frustration this combination caused. Earlier I’d called with a question, your team member was delightful. Upon arriving I interacted with the woman at the window who would best be described as surly if not angry. She would not have a client facing role in my organization.

We have had long waits at this place before and at no fault to the employees, we have not enjoyed it in the past. Went to the office early Saturday a.m. had to wait about a half an hour but thats because I had to fill out paperwork because Im a new patient, front office was very professional, helpful, and courteous, nurse took me into the examination room, she was very nice, very pleasant and then I saw PA Larry Jensen, and he was just wonderful, I felt very good about his taking care of me, he was a very thoughtful, respectful, and a polite gentleman. I would go back to him in a heartbeat he took really good care of me, gave me a prescription I had it filled and within 24 hours I was feeling so much better! Very happy going to this place, its better than going to my own physician who I dislike immensely, LOL

I had a suspicion that I had Covid and my husband made an appointment for me. I was in and out within an hour and a half. The staff is always great, but Steve is just amazing. He is always helpful, answers all my questions to where I can understand them, he is gentle with me and patient with my needs. The Provider Larry was amazing as well. Looong. Provider was efficient and the X-ray tech and all staff were very friendly and professional. But I was given an appt of 5:12 after finding out a provider was not available for the appt made online 2 days before. Arrived @ 5:05 with paperwork completed online, I payed copay upon arrival then sat for 1.5 hours before being seen. Walk-ins should not be prioritized on a day appts were made for patients already stood up on their first “appointment”. Maybe just don’t accept or schedule appointments.

Your LPN with the bad hair has awful bedside manner and should not work in a care facility. Misunderstandings happen and I can see that the front of house and back of house in your facility have poor communication, but there is no way that she conducted herself properly to treat patients especially ones with two small sick children that are crying in the waiting room skipping over them and being incredibly rude is uncalled for. The provider did eventually see & appropriately treat us though. 3 hr wait in total.

This place doesn’t deserve a star.Let me begin with the fact this place has NO ORGANIZATION. They will call the wrong patients name, take all their vitals, set them up in a room. And then TRY to make them sit back in the lobby once they realized they made a mistake.Is that the worst part? Nope. When the mistake is made, the whatever she is who sees you before the dr, wanted to ARGUE with me without accepting accountability for her mistake.At some point it, you have to realize you made a mistake, you called the wrong patient in the room. Okay things happen. But you try to put them back into the lobby after we have been waiting an hour after our booked ahead appt . She argued with me that just because my phone shows one person ahead of me doesn’t mean her computer list shows the same. It took three staff members surrounding a computer to figure out which patient was next and which patient was in which room. They finally “let” me stay in the room after finally realizing how ridiculous they were being. Then after arguing with me how there was three ahead of me, the dr came in five minutes later. Already aggravated I asked him for my diagnosis so I can just leave. He did just that. No apology or empathy. I left informing the lobby all those waiting that we will NEVER be back again chat that I hope their experience was much better as ours was horrible.Also did I mention, they advised me no manager was on duty? Like absent from work? How do you run a medical office with no manager.In addition, when proving to me there was three people ahead of me they showed me their computer screen with patient information on it which showed the names of the patient, the complaint, and how long they have been there. I mean I can literally look the girls name up on Facebook who they switched me with.Disgusting practice.Only the front desk was pleasant.Trifeling and not what someone who’s sick needs!!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! Avoid at ALL COSTLuckily I recorded the entire event. I will use this recording if I need to as well to show the world how disgusting you treat your patients.

Waited an hour and a half for an APPOINTMENT for a very ill child. Asked what was going on because we had to leave soon to get another child off a bus. They told me there was someone who had just gotten there for a DRUG TEST ahead of me. Said when you schedule an appointment, it is NOT an appointment and they put every single walk in ahead of you. The next “appointment” time is the next person to be seen after ALL walkins. This place is a JOKE. The staff is NOT friendly. They just put a random drug test for a grown man who’s been in the building 20 mins ahead of a 6 yr old child who has been waiting for an hour and a half with an appointment who is throwing up into a bag in their waiting room.

Luckily I didn’t break any bones, but they showed me how to use the brace properly in fastening and strapping it on. They kept a positive attitude, despite being shortstaffed, super busy and a Friday night/weekend!

Had a lump on my neck that was red and swollen and the doctor told me that he would not put me on an antibiotic because it would not help a skin infection. Went to dermatologist after the weekend and could believe that I was not given antibiotics. Put me on a strong antibiotic and lanced two cysts. Will never go there again.

Had a rash on my right forearm for several days, tried home remedies without prevail. Made an appointment online, completed the paperwork and was seen the next day. The wait time was not long, saw the nurse and the PA. A prescription was called in and I am in the process of taking the medications to clear up this issue. Thanks again. Sometimes you can tell when you’re sick, sometimes some of us can’t because we spend each day fighting our immune systems. I have traveled many roads to see many well known oncologist and rheumatologist. Yesterday was an off day, which happens, more so lately as my illness is progressively worsening. I found my self with a sudden fever and chills, I tried my local doctor but it seems he is extremely busy these days and I know I can’t wait 2 weeks to be seen. I found myself at urgent care next care. I’m always uneasy seeing someone new, as I take a lot of meds and I’m known to go into shock, but this time, I found a dr. Who was compassionate, who was understanding, who took her time to check me over leaving not one thing unseen. The entire team was pleasant and understanding, add they were backed up for hours, and still treated me as if I was important. I want to give a tremendous thank you to the entire staff and to PA-C Arielle IIey. Arielle ,thank you for treating me with kindness and understanding, thank you for listening and working with me. I will forever be grateful for you . It’s nice to see someone who actually loves what they do and I can definitely tell you do. You have know idea how it felt to feel heard and not like a lab rat. I will keep looking in the future to see if you pop up as a local practitioner, I’d love to be a patient of yours if you do. Thank you all again, you’re all so much appreciated by me.

The actual visit was fine. The problem was that I went because I had an issue that needed a Rx. The Rx information was not called in the the pharmacy, and I was one of the last patients seen before they closed. This was AFTER I specifically inquired if they had phoned it in. Which meant that I suffered all night without the necessary medication.I HATE INCOMPETENCE!

2024 updated review. I made an appt online because my throat had been killing me for over a week. Got there and she told me that there were 6 people ahead of me..Im not exactly sure why making an appt is needed if you are still waiting 3 hours. Get back, doctor was like no one did a steep or covid test on you? I was like no. So they did one. Both came back negative. I hear them out there talking about not remembering whose test was whos. Anyway, get sent home with prescription allergy meds and magic mouth wash. A week later I was at my actual doctors office because the pain in my throat is no better. She prescribed an antibiotic and I was feeling better with the first pill.2018 review: We just went to get a sports physical. It took about 2.5-3hrs:( next time I will sign in online or call ahead of time. The online waitlist is pretty awesome. Staff was friendly.

My mother was seen at this location, on July 12th, and the nurse or whatever she was, that came into the room before the doctor, was the rudest that Ive EVER encountered. Very unprofessional, and needs to go back to learn better etiquette!! She needs to learn, if youre having a bad day, leave that mess at home, if not, dont bring your a** to work!!

I went to NextCare in Elizabeth City for the first time Thursday May 30th. I had an 11:00 appointment, the check in was fine. I had a 45 minute wait which is not fine, the reason for appointments is to avoid an excessive wait, I went in the back was placed in a room and waited 15 more minutes. They seem to schedule too many for one time slot. When you also work this kind of wait is unacceptable. The Doctor was quick and pleasant, but most people who make appointments expect them to be honored.

Had a 6.20 pm appt. Finally seen at 8 pm. Only one PA on duty, but he was great. Asked for my prescription be phoned into pharmacy in my town. Didnt happen, so Walgreens had it transferred. Got charged co-pay even though my insurance covers urgent care. Had to get insurance on phone so they could explain my benefits. Co-pay was refunded.

We made an appointment for 1:12 PM We were not seeing until 2:30 pm. If the rules are first come first serve, that should posted. Once taken in the back , the story changed. It took about five minutes after our childs vitals were taken for the PA-C Mr. Jensen To come in and he did a thorough check up of our son.He was courteous professional, and he listened to our concerns. He even engaged with our son to build a reporter before he started exam. His calm demeanor soothed my husband and I as he was able to provide a simple diagnosis for the presenting symptoms. For this visit I would give the The doctor an A+ the outside staff and online tools for scheduling a D-.

Very helpful staff, my daughter and I were having a rough morning, come to find out we both had strep throat. The nurses and doctor were very fast in trying to figure out what was going on. I had gone to my naval medical facility the day before, and was told it’s just a cold and was turned away because I came outside of their sick call hours. If I ever have any other medical issues or need medical help I will just come to urgent care, here I know I will be taken care of as fast as possible.

Was told at intake to consider a tele-health visit. Waited two hours and paid $100 to see the PA-C for 5 minutes to tell me to follow up with my primary care physician and that labs may be needed. He give me the diagnosis that I listed on the intake form.

Did not have an appointment. Check in was via an application on the phone. I had issues and did a paper check in. Front desk staff were present but not very friendly. Nursing staff and physician were efficient and had me out the door with appropriate medication about 10 minutes after being put into a room. Did however have to wait about 2 hours in the waiting room which wasnt unreasonable since I did not have an appointment and my medical issue was a painful skin rash.

The front desk were more interested in their lunch order than their patients! The Pa stated he would be right back with my paperwork and after an hour and me having to go to the restroom again, I asked where he was and how much longer he would be.INSTEAD of checking on my paperwork they answer me by stating We only have one provider.The staff had no concerns that I was in pain, had been there for hours, or if I should be checked out, they just went back to giggling, having their lunch and talking with each other. Since, Im a mental heath therapist, run the Elizabeth City office and the Clinical Director for the agency I know how an office should be managed and your Elizabeth City office is lacking in companion for the client and needs to be trained in professional conduct.

Front desk, NP and PA were polite, pleasant and listened patiently, they called my prescription and I was out of there.. The offices and waiting rooms were clean and well lighted. ThanksThe only thing I felt sorry for some senior citizens over 79 -80 somethings that were there and had to wait that long and longer...I would have let them go in front of me if needed. . They sent my prescriptions to the Food Lion pharmacy right across the parking lot. Followed up today with a call saying that I may also need an anabiotic and they called that in. A bit of a wait, not bad at all and they warned with a sign at the door that they were short staffed.Still the visit was shorter than the time it took to get my RXs. But Hey! The wait was long. I had an appointment for 3:20 and wasn’t taken back until 5:45ish. With that being said I was informed at checkin that there was only one provider and there would be an extended wait. Every staff member from checkin, to triage, to my provider(I believe her name was Ari) was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and did everything to give the most positive patient experience. It’s unfair to hold a clinic to wait times if they aren’t staffed and it’s extra hard for the staff who is there to provide such an excellent care with unhappy and tired patients. Good experience. Check in, wait time, Physician’s time wasn’t too long and rather prompt. The front desk receptionist, attending nurse and the Physician were all very pleasant. Atmosphere was also pleasant and peaceful. My issue was acknowledged and I received the necessary treatment. My visit was on the morning of March 19, 2024. I arrived shortly before they opened and was the third person in line to check in a little after 8:00. I was so sick I could barely figure out how to check in... after fumbling around with my phone, one of the receptionists said I was checked in. I sat down near the check-in window and watched similar things happen to people with people trying to figure out how to check in. I wonder why there were several people at the reception window and they couldnt help people.I asked to use the bathroom after 10 AM. Upon returning to my seat, I learned that I hadnt checked in. I was so sick that I didnt realize that my phone had no service and no way of checking in.Once I got checked in. The process went much quicker. It was after noon my the time I was able to get my antibiotics filled and onto slow recovery.Several days passed, and I wasnt feeling better, so I made an appointment to see my primary care provider. I learned that I was underdosed with antibiotics, and blood work revealed that I had an infection.I understand that there was only one PA on duty that day, and he can only do so much. However, I dont get why you need several people to tell patients to scan the barcode.

If it werent for the fact I was able to at least laugh while being seen, I would give a one star rating. I fell on Wednesday while rollerskating and broke my wrist and opposite elbow. Unfortunately NextCare was closed at the time of my accident, so I made an appointment for the following morning. Paid my copay and waited about 45 minutes after check in to be seen, which was fine, there were several people in front of me. The visit went well, I was given a sling and told to keep the brace on that I already had. I was prescribed meds for pain, given a copy of my x-rays, told to follow up with orthopedics, and given a note that I could return to work on Monday (today as I write this).The office called me later Thursday afternoon to send over a referral to the orthopedic surgeon. Found out this morning (again, Monday, four days after), that my referral was never sent over. Please get it together, NextCare. This isnt the first issue Ive had at that office.

This morning, I woke up around 3 and couldnt get back to sleep for a long while because I could feel something in my throat that wouldnt go down; this condition had been going on for about 2 weeks. I made an appointment at the local Nextcare for the afternoon and showed up a little early. The waiting room wasnt too crowded through our time there. We saw a PA; he listened to my account and after checking a few things, concluded that I should see an ENT because he wasnt able to see the area that was causing the condition. He also gave me a list of ENT offices, in Elizabeth City as well as Chesapeake. Over-all, I was pleased with the visit, and relieved that there was a practical next step. Highly recommend; patience is needed but well worth it.

We arrived 10 minutes early, It was 25 degrees outside with several people in line by 8. Horrible horrible experience, I would have rather drove 45 minutes to Chesapeake for medical treatment. I would not recommend this place at all. The PA was very very rude and had no personality whatsoever, after my initial examination he walked back in 10 minutes later and “shoved” my discharge paperwork in my hand without any explanation. Checked in at 11:20 for and 11:40 appointment, didn’t walk out until after 1:00 pm . The waiting room is so so outdated, made me feel sicker than I was before I walked in! Great support staff despite a 4 hour long wait, but I just wasted my time and money with one of the most unprofessional Nurse Practitioners I have ever met. The exam although maybe five minutes was not pleasant. My daughter said she could tell that the NP was not in a good mood and the NP clearly didn’t care about my daughter or what the NP was doing ie her job. After my daughter received a chest X-ray I was handed a couple sheets of paperwork and told I could leave. No one bothered to follow up with a diagnosis, explanation of expected treatment, that a prescription was even ordered, or even what the prescription was, how it should be taken and what it was for. When I asked the person who handed paperwork- an admin staff I guess I was never told- the NP came out of somewhere with her voice raised as she was taken aback that I questioned the situation. She wanted to intimidate me, however it didn’t work. The NP- a supposed medical “professional” was rude, unwilling to answer any questions calmly but instead did this quite loud in the middle of the hallway embarrassing my daughter. I will not be picking up the medication because I still was never given any medication instructions or the help I asked for but I will be taking my daughter tomorrow to a real professional medical provider. One that doesn’t raise her voice when asking about the results of a chest X-ray and what diagnosis and prognosis will be for my child.

I came in for two urgent care visits this week. During my first visit staff took 1.5 hours, during which they paid direct attention to my needs, and prescribed, appropriately. On my second visit, where, it was apparent that other symptoms were appearing, staff redoubled their efforts, tested extensively, and spent closer to 3 hours with me. The physician assistant I had had a horrible bedside manner. First off he did not render the care I desperately needed. In fact I ended up at the ER at Chesapeake Regional Hospital. I have epiglottis and had a bad infection in which I could not eat or drink and the pain was very very server. I was aspirating a lot . He talked down to me and it made me feel less than how a patient should have been cared for. He stood there arms crossed in which no caring or compassion was given. I was in pain so bad from the throat infection and swelling and burning was unbearable and left having to suffer until the next day I went to the Chesapeake hospital and they were wonderful and helped me greatly. I felt I was judged by the PA because when I asked for pain meds his prompt answer was harshly spoken as NO. He could have responded politely by saying How about we wait and you can try the prescriptions I have put in and see if you get some relief. If not then come back and we can see what else we can try and try a couple days of pain meds until you can talk with your primary care doctor. And let him know the pain your are having and he will help you. he could have even said that we have to be very careful on giving them out because of new regulations. And I know others suffer because of others abusing it and we can get into trouble. Its all in how you respond to your patients. Plan out and teach yourself on what to say on situations such as this. But the rest of the staff were great. He needs more bedside training for the sake of the patients he sees.

The staff are good people- I have no quarrel with them. However, I do have a problem with whomever is in charge of hiring people over there. Our appointment was at 3:50. My fiancé and I got home at 7:20. It is no longer an urgent care when it takes four hours to be seen. This isnt just a problem for patients- its a problem for the poor staff who are overworked and who im sure get fussed at constantly by impatient people who have no idea its gonna take that long to be seen. For the sake of the staff, please hire more people.

The provider was very nice and knowledgeable. The care received was great. My only complaint is that even with making an appointment and showing up 30mins early for my appointment I still had to wait 3 hours to be seen. Not sure the reasoning behind having appointments if you still have to wait 3hrs past your appointment time.

I went here March 20th, and I wont be coming back. The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait time was very long, even with an appointment, but it would have been a long wait at the hospital too. The only difference is Urgent Care is a lot cheaper. Thats why I went to get a chest x-ray there. If I went to my primary care doctor for what was wrong with me, he just would have sent me to the hospital.The reason I wont be back would be the nurse practitioner I saw. She had a condescending attitude, she was rude and she literally rolled her eyes at me. She is definitely in the wrong kind of work with a attitude like that. I was hoping I could go to Urgent Care when I needed a x-ray to save money because I have medical bills out the wazoo, but I guess not. I definitely do not recommend this place. Oh, there was a woman across from me coughing up a storm, blowing her nose in the air, sneezing and she had no mask on. Everyone else who was sick did. NO ONE told her to wear a mask to protect the wellbeing of everyone else in the room. If youre not sick when you come here, you probably wont leave that way.

Because things are so different now they had to change how everyone is treated. Waiting in my car wasnt so bad since I got to sleep while waiting for them to call me for my visit. Super sweet, respectful, professional nurses! I saw the NP and I was so impressed! Again super sweet, respectful, and professional! Was very pleased with my visit!!

We were seen quickly, diagnosed quickly and on our way home. Quickly deduced that the UTI from a previous visit wasnt responding to original antibiotics, so quickly prescribed an alternative. We did have a long wait, but it was worth it.

Customer service is great, but they will let you schedule an appointment time then take the walk ins first. You will watch your self go from 3rd to 7th. Then when you ask they will tell you sorry they don’t know why the system does that!!! Never going or recommending to anyone!! Rather go to hospital!

I could tell she had thoroughly read through my records before she walk into the room. She took time to sit down and make sure I was comfortable with the diagnosis and protocol .

I would give it a zero star if I could. Complete mismanagement of appointments and patients. Really no point at all to have patients schedule appointments then have them arrive and say sorry we only have one provider so we’re backed up three hours.Did you honestly not know that you only had one provider on the schedule, and if you did why the hell would anyone continue allowing people to book appointments.If there was a patient first facility or literally ANY other Urgent Care facility that was run competently this place would be out of business.

I was first and foremost impressed with the facilities commitment to its precautions while handling a heavy influx of patient needs. I was then impressed by the consistent kindness and friendliness that the staff displayed not only over the phone but also in person. The wait was long although that is to be expected and the care I was shown more than made up for it! I would highly recommend this facility and its physicians!

I tried to go on a Saturday morning around 10 am they were already booked up for the day so I made an appointment for Sunday morning. They took me in on time, was promptly seen, X-rays taken , diagnosed, treated and on my way in under 2 hours. Jessica is amazing and very thorough.
