Dr. Miller saved my life in 2021 and delivered my daughter via emergency C section after I developed preclampsia and Hellp syndrome. I will not go to any other gynecologists as long as she is operating. She is straight to the point and tells it like it is.

If youre not pregnant and looking for gynecology go somewhere else. No interest in helping patients with chronic issues, rude, and insensitive. If you are overweight, you will be ridiculed and told thats the source of all of your issues. Dont waste your time like I did.

The doctors are all outstanding but unfortunately their reception and billing are not. All they care about is money.Cindy and Marilyn in billing specifically. They do not know what insurances they accept for one. And they hound you to try and get $400+ payments per month. Who can afford this crazy amount a month ? Especially while pregnant. We dont get paid maternity leave.I was searching for new insurances a few months back and confirmed with the insurance that this office is accepted. Before signing with them I called billing to confirm and was told they dont accept that insurance because it was Public aid . It was NOT public aid. She clearly doesnt have her information straight. So I passed up a $400 a month insurance because I wanted to go here. Come to find out later that Cindy and Marilyn had their information wrong and they in fact did take that insurance. Well now I was stuck in a plan for $800 a month for my son and I (yes, double) and guess what? Same insurance they supposedly didnt take.This is my second pregnancy here . The first one I was not hounded with payments and rejected to schedule. This time around each time they throw a payment plan of their choice in my face and ask to me to put a credit card on file. I dont know about everyone else but we cannot afford $489 a month at this time. I offered a lower monthly payment but they rejected . I was told they changed to collecting payment like this because too many people didnt pay and too many accounts were going to collections. So instead of working something out they want to chase you around for payments of that amount and make your anxiety and blood pressure go through the roof.Oh and when I was explaining how I couldnt do that amount a month , Marilyn said youre the one who switched insurances multiple times .Hmm who was the one who said they didnt take the one I was going to be on before ? If she would have done her job and knew which insurances were accepted I wouldnt have had to switch again.Again, the doctors are all amazing!!! But for the way their billing staff is, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Maybe an office who cares about their patients . I wish I could switch but I am too far in my pregnancy to do so.

Great practice. Love the staff and the doctors. They really do work with you to make sure you have great care. This is my second pregnancy with them and they are fabulous. Completely recommend everyone there.

Ive been going to Suburban Womens in Elgin since I was about 18. I have Dr Michael and he is by far the best Gyno/OBGYN Ive had. He is always very direct, kind and detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. My sister and mom actually go to him as well and thats how I got referred to this practice. The staff there are also always very kind and professional with me. Ive never had any issues and highly recommend this office and Dr Michael!

This office is wonderful. The doctors and staff are fantastic. They are very kind, helpful and informative. They actually take the time to see you and talk to you. They are there for you and any heath concerns that you may have. They blessed me with caring for me and my extremely difficult pregnancies that would be in the books for sure and saved me and my babies. My only nag would be the financial department could use some working with the patient and trying better for resolutions. I would highly recommend this practice

Love Dr Miller but I decided to go to another Dr because of Missy very unprofessional always sending you away does not want to help. Not just me my daughters too. Had to take my daughter to CVS for a UTI because Missy wouldn’t let her come in for a test.

I loved my first pregnancy experience with SWH. The entire staff, from the front desk/billing, to the nurses, and other doctors were always so welcoming and kind. Dr. Michael was my go to and handled most of my prenatal appointments. He was very calming, caring, and informative. The SWH team genuinely care for mother and child. There is no doubt I will be returning for baby #2!

I have to give a one star. If there was a choice to give 0 I would. Dr Miller is rude, unprofessional, and short. The first time I saw her was for a consult and I thought she was having an off day so I went back a second time hoping that the bedside manner would have improved, but it did not. She didn’t answer any of my questions. When I asked questions, sometimes she was silent, or gave me a snotty answer. I had a procedure that was EXTREMELY painful. She didn’t warn me prior to the procedure and I ended up screaming in the office. When I asked her to give me a minute after, she just talked over me, finished up the appointment, and walked out the door. She told me countless times when I tried to tell her about my symptoms “that’s what happens when you start getting old”. AVOID “DR” MILLER AT ALL COSTS PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Ive been a patient for more than 20 years and have had nothing but great experiences with this office. Appointment reminders are emailed and sent via text, so no confusion there. All staff that I have ever dealt with was courteous and followed through.

I am going on three years with this practice, referred multiple people and will continue to refer! Everyone from the front staff, nurses and physicians are amazing. I have never felt more comfortable or important in a physician office as I do here. EVERY doctor is great!

I’m in the process of looking for a new office honestly. Whenever I need to call them, the receptionists always just transfer me straight to the nurses phone line where NOBODY ever picks up. I understand they’re busy, so I leave a voicemail with my information and my phone number so they can return my call - yet I never receive a call back. I’ve tried calling multiple times (within a span of a few days of course) and always gets sent to voicemail and never a call back. It’s getting frustrating especially since I’m not getting any answers to questions that are causing me high anxiety. I do not recommend this office at all.

They are extremely unprofessional. They dropped me as a patient because I was 30 minutes late due to a car breakdown. The girl on the phone then proceeded to rant at me and my daughter, not only making her cry, but also embarrassing her in front of everyone for the dress she was wearing.

Very compassionate and many many years of experience between the three drs. Highly recommended by other established and respected PCP’s in the area. Easy to get a hold of. You are a person, not just another patient on the table. Recommend for OB and GYN! All three Drs are amazing as well as nurses and other staff.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 5+ years now and I absolutely love them. The staff has always been kind, and fast. I see all these mixed reviews but I honestly never had a bad experience with them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This place doesnt care for their patients they only care about money. Employees were so unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone, I even had the manager callede a liar. I was never prescribed any medicine or given a solution for my problem.

Dr. Epstein is so genuinely caring and is an excellent surgeon, I refuse to see anyone else. I highly recommend him!

Dr Epsten and Dr Miller are great. They really care about their patients and the staff is very friendly and helpful all the time.

Had 2 kids through here, nothing but smooth sailing and kind/knowledgeable staff

This facility is extremely disrespectful to its patients and drops them for an array of ridiculous reasons. please find somewhere else to go, ESPECIALLY if you are pregnant.

Midwife Christina and front staff are horrible and rude didn’t tell me I was high risk, anemic and how my son was too small for how far along I was
