Dr. Herzlich, Aviv

Dr Herzlich is amazing! She’s warm, friendly, and comforting during even the toughest conversations. She’s informative and talks through questions and concerns without being dismissive. She stays on top of modern studies to provide the best, most up to date care for her patients. Highly recommend!

This is not a review on Dr. Herzlich (she’s a good doctor!), but rather the proceedings after my visit, which were immensely frustrating.I had not received a follow up on my imaging results for a good deal longer than I was told to expect. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was given two different answers regarding the interpretation of the results. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker.When I had finally gotten an appointment with Dr. Aviv to review the results, she couldn’t join the video conferencing system, so my visit was cut extremely short. Again, frustrating, but it happens.The real issue I have is that 2 of 3 of my visits were coded inappropriately, therefore billing a much larger amount to insurance (and by way of that, me, for the patient responsibility) than is legitimate. This includes billing my insurance a 30 minute in-office visit for the 3 minute telehealth visit I actually received (to review my imaging results). Those 3 minutes cost me $155 in patient responsibility, just as an example.It’s super unfortunate that this is the approach the hospital system takes to billing and that, as a patient, I have to lump that in with my review of the provider, as it is all, ultimately, part of the patient experience.

Dr Herzlich is the most approachable and friendly OB-GYN I’ve ever had! She is so knowledgeable and does a great job addressing my questions and concerns. Dr Herzlich makes you feel so comfortable every step of the way — what I’m trying to say is, she’s good at what she does!

I had been to a bunch of different doctors for a recurring problem and was getting pretty down not being able to figure out what was causing it.After one visit with Dr Herzlich, we had progress, identified the problem and solved it. She is so great and easy to work with. I am so happy to have found her. Thank you, Dr!

Dr. Herzlich is by far one of the best OBs I’ve ever come across. I originally had a different OB during my first trimester but after a trip to the hospital I was told to make a follow up appt and my OB wasn’t available so their office scheduled me with Dr. Herzlich and let me just say that was the best thing that could have ever happened. Instantly when meeting her I seen how genius she was, her professionalism and bedside manner was immaculate it was the little things like helping me up after an ultrasound that I appreciated, she was very open honest and transparent with me my entire pregnancy and we had a great game plan. While my goal was a vaginal delivery that’s not the plans God had and we delivered my baby boy via a c section and Dr Herzlich was amazing scar healed great and I’m just happy to have her as my doctor overall. Sad I won’t see her as often but excited to have come across her and can’t wait for my women wellness checks

Dr. Herzlich was professional and personable at the same time. We had an open conversation about my health and she knew exactly what options would fit my needs. She personally followed up with me and genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable with my decisions. The office staff was kind and efficient. I am thrilled I found her and now will be my doctor going forward.
