MyDoc Urgent Care - East Meadow, Long Island

The GREATEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was extremely sick and could NOT get better... I went to see Dr Steven , and I can honestly say Im on the way to recovery! Dr Steven and the staff alike were so friendly, informative, and just an all around great bunch! After one Urgent care visit, I have decided to now make him my PCP/Family Doctor!! I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your urgent or otherwise health care needs!!!

I have been to many urgent cares in Nassau county. I went to My Doc urgent care in east meadow. Everyone who I came into contact with was amazing, they were courteous, friendly knowledgeable and kind. I must personally thank Amanda the PA student and Denise the PA. I started feeling better hours after taking the medicine you prescribed. Thank you for diagnosing me correctly! I’m feeling much better

Great visit today. They took good care of me. Was concerned when I was told they are doing telemed. But it all worked out. Got tested for flu and covid and got script to address my cold. Would highly recommend this East Meadow location. Check in was smooth .thank you great care here !!

I’ve been in here before and it was a great experience and quick service. Nice staff but today I waited with my daughter to be rechecked and we were there for over 2 1/2 hours! How do you have one doctor there on a Sunday? That’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I have visited this place many times and Im very impressed with the professionalism and costumer service they provide to their patients.The front desk stuff is very friendly and highly skilled.From my experience, this is the ONE and the BEST urgent care in the town.They are blessed to have doctor Deniz there and I can’t thank her enough for the special, excellent care she has provided to me. First time here today. Front desk was so attentive and kind. Not like other places that brush you off. Can’t say enough about the PA and Doc. So sweet and caring. Genuinely examined me throughly and really listened and care. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a sick visit or any emergency. You’re in good hands🙂

The PA and front staff were incredible. They went above and beyond for my visit. There were some issues with the pharmacy pick up but they gladly called them on my behalf to fix it promptly. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I went to this location 2 weeks ago to take care of a wound and they were remarkable. Dr Homa took care of me with so much attention and detail. I went for a follow up and had the privilege to meet Dr Danielle. Who not only is extremely skilled, and professional, but she also showed me that physicians can have a soft heart and are humans. It just took me 2 visits to change my primary physician to them and all of my other providers. Its so amazing to find a place that has it all, but also have amazing humans working for your best interest with a big heart like Maria and Susan. I genuinely love the care, attention and detail this staff offers. # 4ever yours now haha!

The front desk staff are very friendly, polite & professional. You are greeted as soon as you come in and you are immediately attended to. No long wait time. I barely sat down when I was called to proceed inside. PA Deniz Asiker is very professional. She knows what she is doing and very patient with my concerns. She even made a follow up check with my B/P before I left their office. Shout out to her & her staff at MyDoc Urgent Care East Meadow. I’m a happy, satisfied customer. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended for urgent medical needs.

I called because my boyfriend was very sick. since it’s the New Year’s this one is the only open urgent care I found., So I called and made sure it’s actually open. The agent on the phone told me it was open For walk-ins until 8:30 pm. We drove for 30 minutes and It was closed when we arrived at 7:30. I’m not sure why she did that to us but it’s not kind.

This place treated me extremely well. The front desk has been incredible with making sure insurance issues were resolved, and had coordinated proper follow-up with so much care.The medical staff were also fantastic. The MA who roomed me was very friendly and did a great job obtaining labs. I saw Dr. Salib during my visit, and he did an excellent, thorough job with my examination.Everyone from the front desk to the doctor had great bedside manner, and I have absolutely no reservations recommending this place to anyone looking for medical care.

Staff was great the 2 stars is because of the false advertisement from the owner. It clearly states they have IV fluids and that is a lie they do not offer IV fluids so it was basically a waste of money and time

My experience was good all doctors are so humble and they treat me like a family but what thing I dont like a treatment fees Im a tourist guy and I dont have medical insurance so without insurance they charged me almost $860 which is so expensive for a tourist person

I went in on Saturday afternoon after feeling awful from Friday evening. I was told that we would have a triage appointment, then the doc would call to speak to me by video.. Since this was not my first time at My Doc Urgent Care, I trusted them. After reviewing my symptoms and administering a rapid test and PCR, it was confirmed that I had Covid. I spoke with the doctor and he sent the prescription n instructions.It was a quick visit. Now I am home resting. Hopefully, Ill be feeling better in no time.

I will be coming to this urgent care till the end of time. Front desk is very attentive and listens to you as soon as you walk in. The medical assistant, the front desk and the doctor are caring, kind, patient and you can tell they care about helping their patients! The office is clean, the wait time is nonexistent. I’ll be recommending all my friends to this urgent care!

This is the best Urgent Care facility I have ever been to. They were able to take me as a late appointment in the evening. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When you are not feeling well you are at your most vulnerable. The staff were incredibly caring and patient. The facilities are kept clean and organized. The presiding medical professional was extremely thorough and sympathetic. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs medical attention in a non-emergency situation.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and organized staff! Patient teaching was incorporated within the medical exam. Treatment options were discussed and mutually agreed upon. The office is meticulously clean! Excellent follow-up and outreach was provided by providers including the medical assistants.

My visit was extremely thorough. The provider’s didn’t rush with me which I appreciate they took the time to hear my concerns and allowed me to have a say in my care as well. The girls at the front desk were extremely sweet. Although, they should be given additional after hours resources for insurance carriers to verify benefits so patient care isn’t delayed unnecessarily. As a healthcare administrator observing it could negatively impact customer service and extend wait times which you want to avoid. The team overall did an amazing job so they deserve five stars. Facility is a couple of months old and it is still quite new looking. All my issues were addressed and the patient care provided was excellent.

The entire experience at this urgent care in Uniondale was positive. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. The assistant doctor was pleasant and clearly loved his work. All my interactions with NP were pleasant and productive. Basically, I want them to be my doctors. Superb!

I walked in without an appointment to get checked out for a respiratory problem.The staff was extremely friendly and most helpful.After a preliminary exam by the medical assistant, the PA on call was an absolute pleasure to deal with.She explained what she felt was the best course of action and reassured me that it would clear up in a few days. She took additional tests and called my pharmacy for prescriptions.This is my third visit to the East Meadow location over the past two years and each time the staff was friendly and professional.The best part of going there is a short or no wait time to be seen! Today was a ZERO wait time!I highly recommend going to MyDoc Urgent Care if you’re looking for a quick examination with professional and courteous help.

I’m so glad I found My Doc Urgent Care. I’ve been to several urgent care centers over the years, and I always felt they didn’t do much for me. It seemed to be a big waste of time and money. Recently I wasn’t feeling good, so I did some research, and I found M.D.U.C. They had over 700 positive reviews, and I know you can’t believe everything you read, but I figured many reviews had to be legit. I’m so glad I went with my gut. After meeting Dr. Tara, I knew the reviews were accurate. She was great, from her bedside manner to her diagnosis that had me feeling better within 24hrs. Thanks again, Dr. Tara and the staff. I hope I won’t see you soon, but if I need medical attention, I’m happy to know I have M.D.U.C.

I went to MyDoc Urgent Care East Meadow, the staff was very helpful. NP- Abuzar made me feel better by answering my questions and got straight to the point. He was caring and knowledgeable. My experience at this urgent care was so good that I recommend it to everyone.

Hidden gem in shopping center. Great staff. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. Even got to watch TV while waiting. Spent less time waiting for doctor compared to my primary care physician’s office. Very spacious, clean, and love the openness. Walk-in. Visited 3 times this year. I have been at other urgent care locations, but I have never met such a friendly person like Nadine, she is the physician’s assistant and she took good care of me, asked questions and was very nice. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you for making me feel so good.

The staff are always very welcoming, even when busy! They never fail to get to every patient in an expeditious yet caring manner. Their bedside manner is absolutely incredible. The PA, Julia, made sure even though I went by late in the evening before closing to see me and address my concerns of pain and discomfort, and to get me a prescription and even call my pharmacy to ensure they received it prior to the staff going home that night. She also followed up with a phone call the follows days to ensure my recovery and check on the progression of my recovery, and if not feeling well still to make my way back into the office that same day. All in all 5 stars for the staff as they go above and beyond. 5 stars simply isn’t enough! MyDoc Urgent care really takes care of you.

My experience at MyDoc Urgent Care in East Meadow was nothing short of perfect. From the time I walked in, until the time I left, the entire staff at the East Meadow location were very professional and courteous. I came in because my ears were clogged after swimming all weekend. I saw the Nurse Practitioner named Meagan, and she couldnt have been more professional. She explained in detail all the tests she was going to perform, and all the possible solutions she had in mind. She made me feel very comfortable from the start. Her bedside manor is top notch!!!! The office is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are huge!! The girls at the front desk were delightful as well!! I would 100% return for any of my medical needs!!!

Nurse Practitioner Meagan Sullivan was extremely compassionate towards me in addition to her assistant Nadine during my visit. I never felt rushed — they both addressed all of my concerns and I left the office satisfied. There are urgent care centers out there that try to pass you off to the next person — this wasn’t the case with them. My drive from Ronkonkoma to East Meadow was not in vain. I’m very grateful.

The staff at the East Meadow location is AMAZING! From the doctor, to the front desk , medical assistant were the kindest people , my mother had bronchitis and rushed there at last minute they kept the place open to help her ; and we were on the phone translating the whole consultation ; they were all so patient that we want to go visit them ; it was an unbelievable experience it’s very hard to actually find staff like Mydoc Urgent care these days - These guys are legends !!! THANK YOU ALL !!!

Really nice experience from start to finish. Reception staff were friendly, professional and expedient. Medical Assistant was warm, friendly and I got the vibe that he really loves his work. NP was super, and down to earth. My only wish is that I could have them as PCPs.Fabulous people!

This is my second time visiting the MyDoc in East Meadow, and my experience today compelled me to write this review. I usually dread going to urgent care as it feels very uncomfortable and impersonal, but this office is different. Deniz and Nadine immediately welcomed me into the office and made me feel extremely comfortable. Both times i’ve been sick and visited MyDoc, I was in a terrible mood but the girls were able to put a smile on my face while also providing me a course of action to get better. Their directions on next steps were clear and easy to follow, allowing me leave feeling much better than i came in. I have been to so many urgent cares and doctors offices over my life, and i can confidently say this location is by far the best. Not only does the staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs, but the office is impressively clean and cozy. If Deniz or Nadine helps you out, just know that you are in the best of hands!

My boyfriend and I had dinner plans with my parents but had recently been traveling so we wanted to make sure that we were negative before following through with our plans.From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was clean and quiet and not too busy. The girls at the desk were able to squeeze us in at the last minute right before closing and made the testing process speedy & painless.We had tried other options prior to arriving here for testing, but they were not nearly as helpful and the staff was not flexible or accommodating what-so-ever.I think this place was fantastic and I highly recommend coming here for your covid testing needs. 10/10

Byfar the best urgent care Ive ever walked into. The ladies at the desk and the physician I saw, did everything in their power to help figure out my insurance issues so I could get seen asap. They were all so caring and helpful and went above and beyond.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Nadine who took my vivid test was awesome! I wasn’t nervous and felt very comfortable. The clinic was clean, practiced social distancing and wasn’t crowded which was as also a major plus for me. I was in and out and back to work on no time.

I went today to UrgentCare at East Meadows with sever itch on both my arms & the neck area. And they attended to my health needs so courteously. It was amazing. I got the meds that they recommended the itching is gone already. Let’s hope I get better soon. Thank you dear staff at UrgentCare. They were very friendly staff. Staff were very polite and helpful. They were also very quick to respond to us. And, myself and wife had our PCR done in a jiffy. The Nurse was very professional in doing our test. Normally, I does be very edgy, when sticking the swab in my nose. But, this time, it was very carefully done. I had no fear. Enjoy our short time there.

My first at MyDoc Urgent Care and I was impressed. There were 2 ladies at the front, both made eye contact with me when I walked in... some places won’t look at you which is a huge turn off to me, anyway, Lakeyia was extremely helpful and personable. She made me laugh while I wasn’t feeling well. The provider Julie, PA was very personable as well. She was thorough throughout my entire exam, listened to my concerns, and did not rush me at all. I will definitely return back to this urgent center and I highly recommend them to others in need of urgent care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way!

This is the best urgent care I have been too. They are all so nice and they were all so patient with me. I came in to get COVID tested and it was quick and easy. They made my experience amazing because it was quick and easy. Nadine was my medical assistant and she answered all of my questions I had about the COVID test. She was very nice and very professional! I will definitely will be coming back to this urgent care!!

I felt awful and knew my GP was either unavailable or would be of no help. MyDoc is convenient to where I live and Im glad I stopped there. They took time and seemed to care. Thank you.

Walked in sick with possible flu not feeling well. Ive been here several times so everything is on file and not changed as far as info and insurance. They decide today they want to reverify my insurance and call the insurance company while I feel like I am dying in the waiting room. 30 minutes later they tell me the person on the phone says MyDoc is out of network (which turned out to be false). Refused to process the visit as they normally do and bill me for whatever insurance states once claim is processed, and they wanted $185 up front. I wouldnt have cared if they didnt make me wait 40 minutes to clear this nonsense up while I was not feeling well. Profits over people clearly. Went to AFC down the block and got seen in minutes no issues, nothing out of pocket. Neither provider is out of network for me.

Everyone working at this location was so sweet and professional. Just something isn’t sitting well with me in regards to decisions made with medications. I went in with 3 days of severe sinus issues, on and off fever, and severe sore throat. They swabbed me for a number of different tests which came back negative. After 4 days of being seen ( I was seen on 4/9, results came in on 4/12) strep test comes back positive and I’m given antibiotics. However why wasn’t I just given the antibiotics from the first day I went? So I stayed home and suffered in bed, lacked sleep, and my symptoms got worse from Thursday 4/6/2023 to 4/12 when strep results came in and was finally given antibiotics. I’m in horrible shape, my muscles in my face and head hurt from all the sinus pressure of my body working so hard to fight this, when it could have been avoided with the antibiotics I clearly needed since I was seen on Sunday 4/9. Oh and I’m 36 weeks pregnant, Im not a doctor but is this okay??

I was seen by Nadine, a medical assistant, and she was extremely welcoming, professional, and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. This urgent care is clean and my visit there went smooth (the wait was also not long at all) Moving forward, I will be recommending this urgent care, in specific, to all of my family and friends. Went there for a couple stitches and have never been there before. The forms to fill out were simple and fast. The people there are very nice and they were very gentle with the stitches.

Went to have my ear irrigated because it was completely blocked and I could not hear. I needed immediate attention but the doctor recommended to me by my primary care physician was unavailable or couldnt be seen for weeks. Everyone at this location was very kind and pleasant. The doctor worked hard on my ears for I had a lot of build up. I am happy to say that even though I am not at 100% with my ear, still being muffled, that I am now able to hear. I will keep using the drops as the dr recommends

I went to mydoc for a OB/GYN Related examination and from the moment I walked through the doors the front desk lady is Nadine especially were very friendly and warm the nurse practitioner was so nice and thorough at when asking me questions about my prior health status they were very informative and gave me great solutions for my little problem. The service with the people there was so good that I went and made an appointment for my next OB/GYN exam to be at this location

Always very professional.Office is new and clean. The staff is top notch all around. They actually remember their patients upon return visits. You are not just a number even though it is an urgent care facility. Highly suggest.

This place is fantastic. My family and I were traveling internationally so we had to get COVID tests within 48 hours of leaving which left little time to get results back as most clinics take 2-3 days for results. They got our results back the next day, and unlike a lot of clinics which offer expedited PCR results, they took our insurance which meant it was affordable for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. If we ever need to travel again we will definitely be getting tested here.

PT & Doctor were both not available - both needed Urgent Care, and they are running the Urgent Care - God Save us

So, I have been going to this location for quite some time now to get my COVID testing and let me say, I am very fond of this location and how they have treated me. One woman particular I believe her name is Nadene but her service is spectacular. She is very quick but at the same time very kind, professional and most importantly understanding . I will keep coming here because of her!

Took my son for a PCR thankfully it was a snow day so we were in and out in ten to 20 minutes. The staff is super kind and friendly even on days when I called for general inquires they are always kind. I highly recommend My Do. Keep up the good work.

This location is immaculate. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. MyDoc will differently be my go to Urgent Care. They even called to follow up the next day on how I was feeling.

The office was extremely clean and empty when my family of 4 went in for our Covid test to travel this week! They had us in and out.Shade performed the tests and as soon as she saw the kids getting antsy she put Encanto on for them and saved the day! She’s fantastic!Best Urgent care we’ve ever been to! I am a teacher and was exposed to Covid at school this morning. I was sent home and told to take the necessary tests.The two young men who saw me first were very personable and calming. The doctor that came in was thorough and compassionate, very skilled. I felt like I was in the best of hands… couldn’t ask for better care! Thank you everyone!

It was my first time at this office and I was very pleased with the service and the staff . Everyone was very courteous. Especially the Nurse Practitioner , Meagan Sullivan She was very informative and answered all of my concerns.

I had a great experience at the east meadow location. The PA Deniz was exceptionally helpful and helped me with my issue. She was caring and was able to quickly find a solution for my problem. The whole staff was very nice and was a great experience walking into that urgent care! Would definitely recommend Mydoc Urgent care for any problems!

NP Megan Sullivan - ( I forget her hyphenated name hahah) sewed my finger up very nicely last week and she kept me calm throughout the procedure. I would be very comfortable going back there again for other issues in the future.I was surprised that my finger did not even hurt the next day after getting 7 stitches.Also Chande and the whole support team ( but Chande especially was just Sooooo on top of everything ) were super as well. A great combination of professional, expedient and just very Nice!!!

Excellent, Professional, polite and kind. Only thing I did not understand is why you can make an appointment online for COVID Testing but when you get there you have to make the line like everyone else. Only plus from making the appointment online is that you can register and fill out all paperwork in the comfort at your own home instead of at MyDoc Urgent Care

As I am sitting here the front reception told a new patient that walk ins are prioritized over appointments!Fast forward, online appointments are not honored because they do not feed through to the front office. FALSE advertising, take the appointment scheduler down if it holds NO VALUE!!! Be upfront and honest to your patients!!!

I have been to the the East Meadow location several times for COVID tests. Everyone has always been extremely patient and kind, despite how busy and overwhelming things have gotten for them. I’m very thankful for their staff.

We went in the morning to register for covide testing. We were number 53 on the list. We waited 5 hours and called regularly to make sure that everything was okay. When I called back around 5 o clock, 7 hours after I had registered and had been waiting for a call, they said they had intended to call me. When for woman who took our number in the morning reiterated our phone number, she read it back correctly to us. Whoever was on the line called the wrong number and we missed our time, and wasted our day. All she could say was ,well I called and we took the last patient, come back tomorrow. Yeah so I can waste Christmas eve and Christmas because of one persons mistake.

The PA Tara was very helpful and explanatory. Seen by a PA student as well who was also helpful. Was seen only a few minutes after my appointment and was out quick.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The entire experience was very pleasant and done professionally. I definitely will reccomend going to E. Meadow My Doc Urgent Care.

I have had a great experience every time I have come to this location. And that is quite a few times over the last two years. The medical staff is always caring and thorough.

I made an appointment online several days ago and when I got here the line is literally over two hours and they claim there is “a glitch in their system“ and they are not honoring any online appointments. Incredibly frustrating. I would’ve gone elsewhere days ago but waited for this appointment. Terrible business practice. Further, the waiting room is packed and although people are masked, the business is making no effort to respect social distancing.

Meagan Sullivan is one of the most professional, patience and knowledgeable person I have ever met in my entire life. She deserves billions of stars if I could leave more.🙏🙏🙏

Came today at 10am to get a vivid test. Guy at front door told me to put my name and number on a piece of paper and they would call me. It is now 4pm so I called. Woman who picked up the phone told me they are no longer taking patients. No one called me. I’m very upset. If I had not called I would of still been waiting.

I didnt have to wait long and the exam was through. Only a PA student and a PA saw me. This was fine for what I had ( soar throat).

Ive gone here in the past, they were so helpful although this was in the early afternoon. I tried going in again for a rapid covid test, I got there around 5 no one was there all the doors were locked second time I went I even called ahead they said they closed @6 I went in same time @5 the door was locked, wasted my time again.

Saw the NP, Meagan Sullivan and had a wonder experience. She took her time to explain everything patiently and asked to follow up at any time with any questions or concerns.

I have been to other urgent cares but this one they take their time with you and truly listen to you with what’s wrong and they take their time. I def plan on coming back to this one and telling my friends and family. Thank you for being there in my time of need.
