Dr. Jordan has an amazing bedside manner! He and the rest of the staff made my toddler and me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. They thoroughly checked everything and developed a clear plan moving forward. The facility is very clean and modern. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

The front desk is always lovely, helpful and attentive. Chris, the PA, really listens, asks thoughtful follow up questions and has great bedside manner. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, was quick to know nuances of an illness I had and implications of pregnancy with it. Great, reliable, efficient spot

I had a very bad cold. Sore throat and runny nose. I was greeted immediately, I had to fill out my information on line. They took me in within 20mins to the room. My vitals were taken. I was then checked by a student PA, followed by PA Jordan, who was marvelous . After all the check-ups, he gave me the prescriptions which I picked up at CVS. Great experience. In and out in less than one hour! Wonderful.

By far the best urgent care I’ve ever gone to. I felt absolutely terrible turns out I had the flu. Waited for maybe and I do mean maybe 10 mins to be taken back, I swabbed, told me it was the flu and they prescribed me a quick acting flu medication, they also prescribed my boyfriend the same meds cause he had already been exposed. They were all amazing from front desk to physician! I will definitely be coming back!

Everything was seamless, from scheduling the appointment to checking in. I would definitely return here. I especially like the fact that you can see how many people are ahead of you when you make your appointment online. The entire staff was very nice.

Loved that I was able to make an appointment in advance before I came down. Got there 10 minutes early was taken early. Friendly staff knowledgeable great experience definitely my new walk-in clinic.

This was my first visit and normally you have to fill out many papers asking the same questions over and over. Everything was done on app on my phone. I honestly thought I was going to be there for hours but with everything streamlined it was very smooth. Even the prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy was taken care of before I got back home.

In a warm and validating way, with deep understanding of the issues, my son was offered a plan and a regimen to tackle the challenges. We were given an approach, as well as recommendations that felt right.Honestly, we left the place with blessings in our hearts for this exceptional care givers. I had a great experience at the AFC urgent care in East Hanover today. I was seen almost immediately and the providers were thorough in their explanations. I had to get blood drawn and it was painless. Adam, who drew my blood, was gentle and accurate and it was over before I knew it. I would highly recommend this location.

Every Urgent Care I’ve been to in the past the staff were always rude. That’s not the case with AFC in East Hanover. The staff were very kind and friendly. The PA was professional and had great bedside manners. I was taken care of and my prescription was immediately called in. I recommend this urgent care facility

First time visited this place. Got a bad cut in one of my fingers the day before. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The doctor on duty is also very professional and caring!

They were very thorough. Very pleasent. I was pleased with the service. They said they would call with the flu and covid test and they did very quickly. They get 5 stars from me and if needed, I will go back there. Ive gone to Optum in the past and they were awful. Never got test results back from Optum, even after calling several times.

AFC in East Hanover first time experience was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It was a quick and precise appointment for my son who had a skin infection. I would definitely use them again.

I forgot to take pictures, but its a spacious interior with a relaxed feel to it. Receptionist is very sweet and his a very unique name ;)No waiting time... For real though. Easy self check-in via website and qr code.The very kind physician helped saved my rear as I waited until the very last day to do my annual checkup for my job!!!Thank you this place is simply fantastic! Do not hesitate to go.

The services were very good. The doctor was professional, nice and took the time to explain things to me. I was satisfied with the treatment. Unfortunatley, the receptionist was unprofessional and rude to the family before me and then to me. Having said that, the owners of the place reached out to me and had a word with the front desk lady. They were very nice and understanding and their phone call was very much appreciated.

Can simply not say enough nice things about this AFC urgent care. As a mom of three boys we’re frequent flyers here from things like strep and viruses to bigger needs like getting injuries glued shut and X-rays. Every single time has been a perfect experience. They’re patient, friendly, quick and we’re so appreciative of how kind they are to our family. I’m extra grateful for Dr Jordan, Dr Bryan and their xray tech Barbara who have all gone above and beyond for our boys on countless occasions.

Ive been to this urgent care twice and did a teledoc with them as well. First visit was for my daughter and the other in person visit and the teledoc were for myself. Had to come on and write a review because I am so happy with the care we both received. Excellent and caring staff and immaculate facility. Definitely earned 5 stars with us!

Was told when called inquiring about injectable antibiotics was informed it would be at doctors discretion, only to find out by PA they access to injectable antibiotics. Told front desk didn’t want to pay for visit because misinformed. Waiting on

The AFC Urgent Care in East Hanover is the best AFC we’ve been to. Barbara at the front desk is super welcoming and friendly. The medical staff are efficient at diagnosing the problem, attentive, and timely. We will be back! Thank you for caring for your patients.

Disappointed at best. I scheduled an appt for my 6mo last night and was told to arrive 15 mins prior. Upon arrival, I walked through open doors and was loudly told “WE OPEN AT 8”. Hmm, ok, no problem, but then why leave the doors open? The receptionist, Barbara, uncomfortably made several political comments about my son and about healthcare in general (“Society has ruined boys” and “it’s that gene modifying vaccine making everyone sicker”). She complained about the company and read out loud medical information belonging to several patients from the front desk. As several more people arrived, she began complaining about the Medical Assistants, stating “A is always late and B probably won’t even show up”. Our appt time of 8am came and went and by 830am, there was a full waiting room and no one had been seen yet. At 840am we were roomed by the MA, Courtney, that finally came in. She was lovely and warm but only took my son’s temp and no other vital signs despite being seen for a respiratory problem. The PA, Eric, came in around 9am and was also lovely and warm, though was under the impression a full set of vitals had been taken when they hadn’t. AFC did not have the proper equipment to do a pulse ox on my infant son so we were directed to the emergency department, where we learned his pulse ox is perfectly normal. While the clinician was lovely, I’ll never go back to this location and possibly never return to this company due to their lack of preparedness for a population (pediatrics) that they advertise being able to treat when in fact, they are not. The inappropriateness of the receptionist was deeply uncomfortable as well.

I drove to the 24 hrs cvs on pasaic Ave in Caldwell. The Doctor didnt send my prescription. He told me to tell the receptionist to make that my destination and she did. He forgot to send it. Thanks for nothing. I only went to urgent care for immediate attention. I could of went tomorrow. Please refund me.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this Medical Care Facility!The office staff is so kind and helpful in every regard.The Medical Staff is highly professional, and they take their time in treating you with a positive demeanor. I trust in them my care.I would highly recommend AFC of East Hanover.

First off, the front desk was rather rude. No greetings at all when I stood in front of her for a good 5 min. Then impatient in the entire conversation while there’s no one else waiting there.Nurse and doctor were nice but doctor was incompetent. I took my sick daughter there who had pretty obvious symptoms for walking pneumonia.Doctor listened to her lungs and was very certain if wasn’t walking pneumonia. I asked for an X-ray to confirm, was told X-ray could not be used to diagnose walking pneumonia (which is completely untrue). Doctor tested my daughter for strep instead, although she exhibited zero symptoms for strep. He made her cry so badly during the swab because it was painful (she never cried from a swab before and she’s had a ton of them).Eventually doctor finally agreed to swab for walking pneumonia too after I insisted multiple times. Said the result would come back in 1-2 days, but I didn’t get a call until day 3, so I called him back. Told me I left the wrong number and that he emailed me too with no response (I never received his email). Most importantly, guess what, of course the lab result showed my daughter had walking pneumonia!His incompetence delayed my daughter’s diagnosis and recovery for 3 days, despite it being a common and non-complicated illness. Guess I’m lucky it’s nothing more serious and life threatening.

I returned here today for a follow up since I was told to come back if my symptoms didnt improve from last week. Wanting to make sure an X-ray tech was available, I indicated upon check in that I would like to request a chest X-ray for continued chest congestion. While in the waiting room, I literally could hear the (doctor?) pretty much berate me look at this one requesting a chest X-ray like you just walk in and ask for one....the most unprofessional and frankly DUMB staff to at least not use discretion if youre going to violate HIPAA laws while humiliating your patients at top volume. After walking out, I went to another location where a chest X-ray CONFIRMED I needed further treatment with antibiotics. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated with any kind of dignity.

Telehealth visit was super convenient. My only issue, which I’ve run into a couple of times now with this practitioner, is that apparently they “updated their system about a year ago” so they don’t have any record of my previous encounters. That seems like bad practice. All I wanted today was a prescription that I had gotten before but they had no way to look back at my prior visit for the same issue.

The wait was short, the staff were all very pleasant, the premises were neat and clean. They all show kindness and concern which was very appreciated.

Professional and friendly. I was able to get an ekg and bloodwork done same day which was extremely helpful. Would use their services again. Adam and Eric I believe w the same thing he individuals that helped me and were great

Atlantic Health Urgent Care is damn near walking distance from my house and I still drive 20 minutes to come to this one instead. The staff is so sweet, Dr. Chris is so thorough and knowledgeable.

I was given fast attention, and it was quickly identified that I needed more care to investigate the cause of my elevated glucose levels, so they alerted the ER at Morristown Memorial Hospital and let me know that I was coming.

Experience was very good, but my X-ray report and notes from the visit cannot be accessed on the app, which is a limitation for the patient

Great facility and great doctor and nurses on staff on Thursday Feb 29 2024. I went up to AFC East Hanover as I cut my finger earlier in the day and wanted to get it checked. Made an appointment at the nearest AFC for around 7pm. Staff was great and treated right away. I was expecting for the doctor to check it only but since I needed stitches the facility/doctor was equipped to do it there on the spot. The doctor that put in my stitches was fantastic. He numbed my finger up and put in the stitches pain free. He did a great job. The two nurses on staff were excellent and very nice. They kept the facility clean and tidy.I add all this in as at the West Orange AFC I had a previous cut and they couldn’t do stitches and told me to go to the ER. I highly recommend AFC East Hanover for any urgent issue you may have.

This place surprised me. Usually I have a mediocre to poor experiences with the urgent cares, and I am used to it as I have no expectations. However, this place really took good care of us. Short wait times, staff knowledgeable in guiding you with the check in process, and clean/ organized waiting area. The doctor himself was very attentive to my concerns and did not feel dismissed! Shocking. Hands down recommend this place to anyone needing a visit! Thank you!

I’ve visited here multiple times in the last week and everyone has treated me with nothing but kindness, patience, and understanding. Checking in online is quick and easy and they are prompt with seeing patients. The nurses and doctors are great listeners and have shown real care for me and my recovery. The overall experience with AFC is pretty bad, I will not choose AFC anymore unless there is no other option.1. my eye not comfortable, and the doctor just see me in 2 mins and order my some eye drops, cost me $90!2. The money you need pay not transparent before you get treatment, I provided insurance info and pay co-pay, and after a month I received a bill with $271 after insurance coverage of total amount around $440.3. the bill only have one entry, no any details.4. I called to ask why this expensive, the phone system will only redirect you to the bill department and the department only ask you to pay the money, no any details for why charge me these much money, and keep send email to me to let me pay.5. After I leave a 1 star comment in google, the store manager call me to ofter me a $160 - non-insurance bill, how redicular that insurance cost more.When you visit this center, make sure you ask how much they will charge you before you get any treatment, otherwise you will not able to get any anwser when you see the bill, and there is a bill system will email you, call you forever.

Our son was sick and we took him in the late hours. Place was neat. Nurse and doctor took good care of him.Doctor prescribed him medicine and he said that they would send it to 24hrs CVS as it’s late already.We confirmed it twice with the receptionist if the prescription has been sent already before leaving their office. We went to CVS just to find out that the prescription was not sent.We had to wait till the next day to talk to the office which we did and ended up with total disappointment.When we called their office the next day to ask them to send the prescription, the receptionist lady said that she doesn’t see any prescription in the system. She encouraged us to get the OTC medication despite of visiting their office in need for the prescription. She wasn’t willing to listen to our concerns and not even apologetic about it as it’s their fault entirely.

I just moved to the area, found this urgent care through google and I am more than pleased with the service I received. The physician and staff were wonderful!!!

Today I decided to go to this place for a ingrown toe nail. Dr Saenz was completely useless. My treatment for this issue was anti biotics. It was visible to the dr and myself that the toe nail was severely digging into my skin. I basically paid 30.00 copay to be told they cannot remove the ingrown nail area & to take anti biotics which was nothing to do with my issue. The place was clean but it is definitely not worth the visit. Tha KS for waiting my time & forcing me to sit in a er waiting room for 4 hrs.

Definitely wouldnt recommend going to this clinic, it seems like the receptionist is always clueless or just miserable with her life and doesnt want to be there. The times Ive been there they pick and choose who goes in regardless of an appointment. I went there once before for one of my kids WITH an appointment, arrived on time and was still an hour wait because the people that came before me without an appointment went in before me.Today my husband decided to not make an appointment and go in as a walk in. A patient came almost 20 mins after us, was late for their appointment, she made it very clear to the office that they were 15 mins late and laughed, but was still seen before my husband. When question she looked clueless and said idk. Also her lack of knowledge in regards to how germs can spread is comical.

Worst urgent care Ive ever visited. Wait staff calls you in saying it will be quick in and out whereas even after scheduled appointment, its been over an hour and no one is calling us in. The main purpose of the call was to charge you as soon as you get in, so you cannot bail out.Edit: director of this facility called the following day and used an intimidating tone and called out our kid who was crying due to the pain. He quoted, yes i know the loud kid who was disturbing everyone. This was after the fact that I didnt budge on taking down the review.

The young man at reception was pleasant and helpful and checked to see if they could bill my insurance. Clinical staff, both RN and NP were pleasant and professional. Great experience. Second time that I have visited this urgent care and it has been exceptional. The person out front was helpful with a glitch in the app for my benefit info. Just took it over and transferred it herself so I didnt have to re-renter anything. The person who took me in was friendly and efficient. And the PA, Brook, was wonderful. I ended up at AFC Urgent Care in East Hanover (with my six year old daughter) after being turned away from a pediatric urgent care down the street. I called them about 15 minutes before they closed and they were happy to help. Our experience here was exceptional. The front desk staff and doctor were so friendly. My daughter had a head injury & was terrified. They did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. Very responsive when you have questions/ concerns after your visit. Overall, the best urgent care we have ever been to. We will definitely be returning!

Walked in already checked in online. It was seamless. We were in and out in an hour. The PA was amazing and was great. I was incredibly stressed from having a very sick toddler. He even magically got her to take medicine. I will go back.

It was my first time there. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. When you don’t feel good it is wonderful to be surrounded by happy people. The nurse and I were laughing about Theater and Reed the physician assistant saw me. She was amazing I had so many questions and she took her time with me. I even forgot to ask something about ear drops when I got home and I called and she called right back and assured me no question is silly! Would definitely recommend!

The only urgent care facility I rely on in NJ. Dr. Jordan has significantly enhanced my recovery, ensuring its both swift and successful. I genuinely wish he could be my primary care physician!

Today was my first time visiting the AFC urgent care facility in East Hanover. It was for a simple travel PCR test so I did not need a lot of “attention” but I got it anyway. Every interaction was courteous and professional and also really pleasant. The receptionist was really friendly and communicated what I ought to expect. The health tech was polite and approachable, and treated me with kindness. She was also very efficient. When I waited for my results, a very happy and friendly doctor stopped in to make sure everything was ok and to ask if I had any questions. The whole experience was quick, efficient and I felt like I was treated like a person and not a medical problem.

This facility and its staff are more than 5 stars!I visited this location after a hard fall last week and they were phenomenal. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable, making an appointment (although you dont need one to be seen) was EASY, and the care and kindness I was shown was unmatched. I met with 1 of the doctors who is also part owner and you can tell he cares for his patients and is full invested in this Healthcare facility. My medical assistant Ashley even called to follow up and see how I was feeling! If you need a place for quality care...this is it!

Beautiful, CLEAN facility. The staff is wonderful, friendly, very reassuring and calming. Have been here twice and had wonderful experiences both times! Most recently I took my father here after he tested positive for Covid: they were very kind and patient with us, he is older and tends to ramble. they checked his lungs and all his stats. Provided us with a prescription and we were in and out within 20 minutes, yet never felt rushed! The doctor even followed up the next day with a phone call to check in and see how he was doing. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I hope they have a long and successful practice here in east Hanover!

** UPDATE- my husband was reached out to from management, we appreciate the effort to rectify this experience with rescheduling his appointment but this review will stay up as it is still relevant to our experience with the office staff. **I have always gone to AFC for my illnesses and for their non existence wait times and friendly knowledgeable doctors, so it was only natural I sent my husband there. We knew he had an ear infection so we opted for telehealth, an option on AFC of east hanovers website because my husband was in pain and coming in wasn’t an option for us.The appointment was for 10:44 and at 11:30 my husband called asking for an update, only to be met with a very rude receptionist telling my husband how telehealth patient’s have the lowest priority and there are patients in person who need to be seen more urgently. Which I understand, but my husband is also a patient, in pain with a scheduled appointment time. Whether he is in person or virtually, he needed care. My husband was repeatedly cut off and talked over, extremely unprofessional behavior from front desk. I think after an hour of waiting with no updates, we have a right to ask what’s going on and to be upset.Cancelled our appointment after almost an hour of my husband waiting, in pain. I am so disappointed and I will no longer be referring anyone to this practice or coming here myself. Do better.If telehealth is the “lowest priority” don’t offer it as an option for sick patients. Or maybe disclose that your appointment time means nothing.

By far the best medical experience of my life. I was feeling sick. My primary doctor couldn’t see me for a few days. I went on google and found a new urgent care in East Hanover. Immediately when I walked in I couldn’t help noticing how modern, warm, and welcoming the office was. I was greeted by the front desk personnel and the patient intake was the easiest I have ever done. My wait time as a walk in was 3 minutes. I was treated by Dr Joseph who owns the place. He took so much time asking me the right questions, and to really understand my symptoms. He told me he has been a doctor for 15 years. I could feel his genuine and caring bedside manners. He gave me a plan to help me get back to good health combined with antibiotics, liquids, and a specific diet to help with my condition.Im so happy that AFC Urgent care is here, they are best urgent care near me and the best out of any I have been to. Thank you for opening up. Please do not hesitate to go here, or take your loved ones here, if you are sick and need immediate urgent care.

Child was coughing for several days and so I decided to bring him in for a check up to see if it might be something more than just seasonal allergies. Not surprising upon his diagnosis that he had gotten a case of the strep and required antibiotics. The doctor and staff were very accommodating and friendly towards my child so he had an overall good experience visiting the doctor despite most kids dreading it. Would recommend to any parents if their little ones are sick.

These guys are extremely rude and unprofessional.The person who identified himself as the director (Robert at East Hanover), apparently didn’t even receive a simple training on how to speak with patients on the phone. He doesn’t let patients speak and answer questions properly.Also don’t rely on what they tell you or read on the website about how long it take to get test results (verbally 2 to 3 days. Even it says the same day. In the website). It is simply a lie.Just an edit - it is the fifth day still waiting. I am not a customer of the lab but of AFC. Also your associate yelled at the patient, not the other way around.Great job and customer service!! If your manager is like this ,nobody should wait better from the associates. Again fifth day and no response yet. I will update this every day so everybody can see.LAST EDIT - I called again on the 6th day. I guess after my google comment, he decided to check their system and noticed that my test results were there since day 2. I never received the link in my email.PS: I don’t believe that any business can get a 4.9 rating with this attitude and level of customer service!! Fake reviews won’t save you, you will get what you deserve in time.

The provider Jordan Greenberg was so friendly and patient. He took the time to listen to my issue and acknowledge it without feeling rushed.

I had such a nice experience at this location. The lady at the front desk was so friendly. The nurses and doctor were also friendly. They also were very professional and thorough. They answered all questions I had. The whole process was quick!

The staff here is truly wonderful. When I came in Ashley was at the front desk and completed my registration. She even looked up my pharmacy to make sure my scripts were sent correctly. Selena was the MA that took my vitals and was so nice and reassuring. She advised me that Reid, the provider on site would ensure that I was taken care of and she was not wrong. Reid was amazing! She hooked me up to an IV that instantly made me feel better. She was super attentive and addressed all my symptoms. This center really does it all and I did not have to make a trip to the ER. I will for sure be coming back!

As soon as I walked in door I was greeted and assisted by kind staff! The wait was not long at all. The front desk Nurse/X-ray Technician, Nurse on intake of vitals, Physician Assistant and Physician were all EXCELLENT! VERY GREAT ENERGY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL! EXPERIENCED! CAME OUT FEELING HELPED AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT! I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE! THEY ROCKED!!!!

It was first time there yesterday and I was just so exhausted from nursing my sick kids and sick myself. The receptionist was extremely kind and efficient which means a lot in the world of healthcare. Theyre the first people we deal with walking in and calling on our worst days so a kind actually caring worker is appreciative.The provider was nice, knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to me. This location will be the only urgent care I ever go to moving forward.

Quick, clean, and efficient.This is my favorite urgent care to go to. It incredibly clean. I never wait longer than 5 minutes, and it’s the only urgent care I know of that I can take my kids and myself instead of going to two different doctors for the same thing. (My son and I went today and we both got a strep test. highly recommend!!!

Its interesting.. when you need one of these places You never know how its going to go... let me tell you: this couldnt have gone smoother. I had cut my index finger a few days back and wanted to be sure it wasnt infected.I arrived a few minutes late for my am appointment last Tues.. there was nobody waiting. I finished my online registration and within 3 minutes I was being seen. The nurse inside was sweet, funny and made me feel at ease.She took my vitals and 10 minutes later the attending Doctor saw me. He checked my injury and said everything looked good. I left relaxed knowing I didnt have an infection.I was back at work an hour later.. now thats service!

Wait time was little extra, May be due to i walked in without appointment .. But i amVery much satisfied with treatment and behavior of staff. Would prefer over some other urgent care centers in parsippany as i visited one of them before i visited AFC.

I recently visited AFC urgent care, they recently opened in town and are conveniently located in the shopping center that I frequent. I was not feeling so great and wanted to get checked out. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff. I checked in and Dr. Joseph took me in within a few minutes. He was so friendly, kind and straight to the point with what my issues were. I had a great experience and will be using this urgent care in the future if any emergencies come up.

Brook, PA is absolutely wonderful. She clearly communicates and has great listening skills. I highly recommend Brook. It is rare to find such a wonderful provider such as Brook. 5 stars all the way!! Also the staff, Denise is very pleasant and made sure I had my paperwork before I left the office , she is great as well

Best Urgi-Care in Northern NJ and the only one our family goes to!!! I have always walk-in appointments with minimal wait. The office is super clean and the staff is always very helpful, friendly and nice. Went recently for myself and youngest son and always enjoy the experience there.

After researching tons of urgent care centers around me,This one was the best option.About 20 minute wait upon arrival.Very friendly staff!!!receptionist was a beautiful courteous young lady. The assistant Rosa was very professional and efficient( i loved her scrubs). The worst AFC I have ever been to. The PA Jordan might know close to absolutely nothing. I showed up with a low grade fever, what was described as the worst throat pain of my life and was shooed off saying it’s allergies and take some Claritin over the counter. Asked if I should take Guafinesin to loosen the mucus in my throat and was told “no it won’t do anything for you” Had chills the same night, worst headache of my life and went to a different AFC who immediately gave me prescription medication and sent out a respiratory panel because they cared more then to just shoo me away. Turns out I had covid. I made the dumb mistake of calling this AFC back instead of the other AFC that did more for me and asking if they could write me a stronger Ibuprofen for my body aches and headache and was told that they would have to definitely see me to write that for me (mind you i have covid so im in quarantine) as if it was a narcotic… Realized my mistake of calling the wrong AFC, called my other AFC and they immediately sent the prescription for me. Be wary of dealing with a PA they tell you that COVID-19 is allergies and should be treated with Claritin.

This is by far the best urgent care I’ve been to. The staff was efficient and friendly. It was very clean. And the doctor nailed my condition and prescribed an effective treatment plan. Definitely recommend.

I went here because of the good reviews. My experience was horrible. I had 2 babies with fevers over 100, I made an appointment and arrived on time. Our time kept getting pushed back, we were told to ignore the texts that we were taken off the list, after an hour I went in. I was told by Brooke Evans that AFC is an urgent care, I asked what was the point of an appointment? Obviously we couldn’t get into our pediatricians office so the visit was urgent. I then asked her how much longer, she said she didn’t know, I then asked if she could check. She hesitantly went to the back and I heard her say “these people are ridiculous” to a fellow employee. Rude.She told me it could be another hour, all rooms were full and there was only one PA. We left and went to PM Pediatrics and had ab excellent experience. I will not be returning here.

Best Urgent Care ever! Jordan and Brook are amazing providers who take the time to listen to your concerns & the staff is so caring. Jordan wrote me a letter to clear me to travel! I recommend 100% to go to this facility.

This place was amazing. They provided great quality and fast care. They attend to my care immediately. They educated me in my illness and gave instructions on when to return to the urgent care. The site was extremely clean and organized. The employees were kind and patient in listening to our concerns and questions. I would 100% recommend this place and return to this urgent care.

My first and last time here! I was greeted by a rude receptionist who asked me what I was in for and I started to tell him that I had foot surgery recently and was now having severe pain in my thigh and he abruptly cut me off by saying “you just said you had foot surgery and now you’re saying pain in your leg” if he wasn’t so rude he would have let me finish by saying that I have been a bit immobile and just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a blood clot. To which he answered with “so you want to be seen?” No Robert I came on. Sunday at 5:30 to catch attitude from you! Then he tells me to scan the QR code and register myself on my phone. Ok so his job I guess is to just be rude to patients. When I was taken in the exam room both the nurse and doctor were wonderful! The doctor felt it was muscular and told me he was going to send over a rx to the CVS in West Caldwell since it was a 24hr pharmacy. We then left and drove right to CVS my husband went in waited almost a half hour on line to be told there was no rx for me. He told me to call the office to see why it wasn’t sent. I called at 7:51 and they closed at 8pm. I got a voicemail saying the office was now closed and left a message. We left CVS and as I pulled into my driveway I get a call back from Rude Robert who claimed he was the director no less. I told him no rx was sent over and he said that it was and told me it was sent to the pharmacy I registered with. I told him that was CVS in East Hanover and without the dr asking me he was the one that said he would send it to West Caldwell Bc he knew that was the only one open at that time. The dr never even asked me what my pharmacy was. I tried to tell Rude Robert this but he was too busy arguing with me that the dr just sent it to the pharmacy on my profile which was closed. Robert said he would call it in to the West Caldwell one and as I had already gotten home I said no thank you! Coincidentally the pharmacist at CVS in West Caldwell told my husband there was no rx for me in their system not even in EH. So Robert after reading many reviews here which I should have done before coming here YOU seem to be the common denominator of all the bad reviews. I will NEVER go back here and will make sure I post on our town page that this is NOT the place to go to if you need care. Because while the dr was great Robert the apparent director is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!EDIT- clearly it is Robert responding to my review! TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t blame the glass partition for your nastiness! And don’t dismiss your rudeness Robert bc your condescending reply on here is loud and clear! You can reply with lies all you want but when quite a few reviews specifically point to you as a problem that speaks volumes! And the reviews on our local FB pages will speak even more Bc you’re not on there replying with absolutely false information!

There’s an update!Excellent professional caring very efficient. I had an abscessed cyst. They were great. I was scared but the way they handled it, I was fine. 3 hrs have passed. I was taken car of by Selena, Ashley, and Dr. Joseph! Great and efficient staff. Nice online check-in process, especially if your getting a Covid test done, reduces the amount of time you are in the waiting area where you could possibly expose others. While in the room, did not feel like the doctor was in and out even though the whole process went by pretty quickly. All in all great experience!

This was my first visit to AFC Urgent Care. My first interaction was a call from Kelly informing me of Doctor status. I could not believe how personable she was.Upon arriving, I was greeted by the same Kelly with the same upbeat personality. My exam was completed in part by Rosa, Kelly and Reid. While each one performed a separate function, they were all thorough, professional and very caring. Reid conducted the primary portion of my exam and checked things no one has ever checked.I think the nicest thing I can say about this group is I would bring my daughter here for care.Thank you for great care.Steve Nelson

What kind of place is this…..Very unprofessionalTho 2 other people in waiting room and 1 person inside. The wait was long. Then after they took me in an 1 hour wait in the exam room. The medical assistant takes vitals but don’t tell you the results. Only PA working.They look as if they didn’t know what their was doing. I’m in worst condition then when I came in. I have to follow with an actually Dr now. Dirty floorsDo not go here

Jordan is an all around great healthcare provider. He is patient, approachable, explains his process at an appropriate level, helped me weigh my options. Service was super fast, too. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Nice and clean urgent care! Went for an infection on my ear but felt overlooked by the first doctor I saw. He talked over/ cut me off a lot as I spoke but I don’t think it was intentional, that must just be him. He spoke to me probably for a max of 5 minutes and even put ‘improving’ on my discharge sheet even though I wasnt. It felt a lot like mansplaining. Got worse and was in so much pain I went back after a week of medication. The second doctor was a bit better but still didn’t have an answer for me. She was nice in listening to more of my health background though, that was appreciated. I ended up having to find an old steroid cream I used that fixed my ear in one night. I love the nurses and the front desk workers, they all made my experience very accommodating and nice.

I believe I was their first patient! Facility had just opened up, easily the nicest and cleanest urgent care I’ve ever been too. The staff was extremely welcoming, zero wait time and the providers really took the time to listen instead of rushing me out like some other urgent cares in NY. 10/10 would recommend!

Best experience I’ve ever had an an urgent care. No wait time friendly staff and necessary meds prescribed. My daughter is sick now and I plan on taking her today.

I will not go here again. Poor quality of care, no thoughtful evaluation, and a complete waste of time. After receiving the bill I found a series of ridiculous additional charges. Forget about getting anywhere with the billing department, I spoke with them on several occasions over several weeks and had to explain the issue. They did not do what they said they would do, did not follow up, did not follow through.

I highly recommend this urgent care. The front desk staff were great and the Doctors exceptional (Dr. Joseph). He was very friendly and professional, took time and patiently explained his findings and greatly alleviated my anxiety with his diagnosis and treatment.

It was overall a very satisfying experience, the staff is great, place is clean and there was absolutely no wait time. The PA, Jordan had great bed side manner and was very attentive. He was quick and accurate in the diagnosis and I was out in no time.

The staff are there very rude and unprofessional. The doctor is not professional either, they often overtreat patients and prescribe you the medication and doses you actually do not need it. Even you call them, ask for a change because of side effect of gastric pain, they do not listen to you at all, they just stick to their management, not listen to patients at all!!!

Reid Singer - PA -I must say she was one of the best Doctors I have seen! Wonderful personality right on with my issue and definitely took her time! Smart young lady …. Now for the office- spotless clean! front desk was amazingly helpful with me along with caring personalities … I do not live close by but I will make it a point to visit this office when needed!

Jordan is a great practitioner at AFC! He is personable and he always makes my kids feel at ease. He explains things thoroughly and is willing to answer any and all questions. I love going to AFC. Highly recommend this urgent care! Had stubbed my toe in the middle of the night while caring for my newborn! I needed to know if it was fractured. AFC urgent care got me in quick to be seen and X-rays taken. Thank God no fracture. The experience from the front desk, examine room with the provider to exit was an overall pleasant experience. Got me back home in time and feeling medically managed well. Thank you AFC !!!!Will be returning back if I encounter any other problems.

I had a Stomach issue And was treated by the AttendingDoctor Who quickly ordered blood work and a scan . The next day my blood work was in and he called me with the results . While talking with him it was revealed that he was an emergency room Doctor as was his Partner and I thought to myself how lucky I was to have access to two emergency room doctors when visiting an Urgent care ! The place was spotless and the care was great . The follow up made me feel great as well . Six stars !!!!

I came to AFC urgent care recently with a case of food poisoning. I wasn’t sure what was going on and I was very scared and uncomfortable. I was treated by Dr. Parizh. Not only was he was very comforting, and put my mind at ease while treating me. I was able to see a doctor relatively quickly, even with a number of patients ahead of me. Would recommend this location above any of the other urgent cares in the area. Great staff, great overall experience

Was diagnosed with the flu, 4 days later experienced wheezing and chest congestion. Came in and had a chest X-ray done, was treated for bronchitis and it cleared up within days. Received quick, thorough and excellent care. Highly recommend scheduling a visit here!

Between us and our kiddos, we have been here 4 times. Every time, it was easy to get a visit, and we felt comfortable during the visit and confident in the outcome. We are glad to know we have a reliable urgent care close by.

Horrible customer service. My son was seen on Sunday afternoon, a Rx was SUPPOSE to have been sent in. On Monday when I called to find out where the Rx was, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. First she adamantly claimed the Rx was sent in , then questioned me on where it was suppose to go, then informed me that without a street address for the pharmacy they can’t fill the rx. So which is it….it was sent or you can’t fill it! A phone call would have been appreciated and a kinder customer service representative is a must. I now have a child with a broken nose that still has no medication.I’m so glad we don’t live in that area and don’t have to depend on them for future medical care! My opinion stay clear of East Hanover AFC Urgent Care!!!

Amazing service and staff! i barely waited 10 minutes to check out my ankle for a quick x-ray and i was out within an hour☺️ They all were super sweet and very understanding. Clean facility i would recommend to anyone needing immediate service with some nice company !

I had a very good telehealth visit. The Dr was very attentive and prescribed me the medicine I needed to get better. There was hardly any wait at all for a last minute appointment.

I had extreme shortness of breath and somehow managed to get myself to AFC at East Hanover. I highly highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in without an appointment till I left, I was attended quite closely at all times. The wait was minimal and no time was lost in getting me checked thoroughly. I was outwardly appearing quite normal. Doctor Jordan knew his stuff, he figured within first few minutes that I am going through a breakdown. I was hesitant to accept that since I have never experienced shortness of breath. Extensive Physical Tests that followed came out all good, so it should be breakdown (thank you Dr Jordan!). I was uncomfortable with how I was at the time. The doctor and nurses are extremely nice, assuring , hands on and proactively suggested things to make me feel better. I was worried it might be asymptomatic covid. They even had a rapid PCR machine on premise (covered only by Aetna and Medicare). I knew I didn’t have covid in 20 mins through an assuring PCR (I didn’t have to wait for the overnight results from CVS PCR I submitted before getting to AFC. Dr Jordan prescribed medications that really helped overnight and I was out of the door feeling better. What I loved is that entire staff was so personable which is never the experience with urgent cares and I have been to many before. This facility is extremely clean, looks modern, and there is some nice fragrance going around. These things matter when someone isn’t feeling well specially in stress. This is going to be our go to place for any urgencies or covid tests. I can only say thank you to the staff, you are doing service to people genuinely which shows through.

Last week my mother had an earache and I have visited AFC @ East Hanover.Dr. Jordan Greenberg was on duty Physician. He listened to us very patiently and provided best care to my mother. He addressed all our concerns and helped us with the Good Rx card as well which reduced our out of pocket expanse on prescriptions. Front office and nursing staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the American Family Care Urgent Care located at East Hanover.

AFC Urgent Care was truly there when i needed them. I had just started a new job and was unable to miss any training. I was able to see a doctor remotely who sent one month of my regular prescriptions to my pharmacy. In addition i was having trouble registering online and Kelly went above and beyond to help me. I was greeted by a friendly helping staff who quickly got us registered and into see the physican. I explained my father had Dementia and might be difficult and the technician went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. I would recommend everyone to go and see for yourself what I am talking about. My families urgent care will be from here only.

I had been couple of times to this urgent care, Appointments are very easy and quick , less waiting time, clean facility … top of all that everyone work here is so kind and make you feel comfortable ! I recommend anyone make visit for any urgent health care.

Best service ever they took me as soon as I needed help with my sickness this will be my new go to doctors when I’m feeling sick

Nice people and very fast, but not sharp. I went in this morning to get some Covid medicine (tested positive) but was told they cannot recommend it if you’re a healthy adult. Ok, fair. So they said they would prescribe a 1) cough suppressant and a 2) nasal spray for symptoms.I call the pharmacy 2-3 hrs later, they said they never received the prescription. So I called the urgent care again to re-send and I find out later again they sent a single prescription for amoxicillin. Makes no sense. How many times are we going to mess up here?

I would highly recommend East Hanover Urgent Care. No wait time and much less expensive than CITYMD. Staff was so easy to deal with, helpful and courteous. I also tried making an appointment with CVS Minute Clinic and couldn’t get an appointment online for 2 days. When I went in person, no one there and they still wouldn’t take me but made appointment for next afternoon. Any time I have tried going to CVS Minute Clinic, it has been a difficult experience and staff are never nice or helpful.

Stephanie and Selena were both amazing. They made this experience a pleasure. Now we can all go on our cruise with the peace of knowing that we were all tested by professionals in their jobs. We will celebrate on the cruise with a drink for both of you.🛳🥂👏🏻

It took us 2 hours to see a doctor ( we had an appointment ), 6 days to get lab results, receptionists do not pick up the phone or hang up on you when you call. Seriously? - Never again!!!!!

Severe neck pain. Ms. Brook and Ms. Natalie took great care of me and was very knowledgeable. Explained the different reasons why I am feeling the pain on my neck.Ms. Natalie explained to me the blood pressure levels when I asked. Love this place will come back if need be.

This AFC misdiagnoses and lacks of medical common sense: they tell patients to use EAR drops in eyes!Went to this facility Sunday afternoon for my painful tearing eye. The physician assistant, (on the prescription label the name is Brook Evans), misdiagnosed as scratch on the eyeball and said shed prescribe eye drops. But the prescription I picked up at Walgreens was EAR drops. I called this AFC to ask if its a mistake and told them the box of the EAR drops says for use in ears only. The receptionist checked with the staff and told me its used interchangeably and I should use it in my eye. So I did and it burnt my eye. Had to go to another urgent care that evening because this one already closed. The second urgent care doctor was shocked that AFC told me to use EAR drops in the EYE and also didnt find any scratch. Later I had to see an ophthalmologist whos shocked and found no scratch neither.The bills (after insurance):AFC $155, the ear drops $85.Second urgent care $234 (they prescribed eye drops), two kinds of eye drops $13Ophthalmologist $71, eye drops and ointment $25If I did not believe the 5-star review and went to another place, I would avoid the burning pain from their prescribed EAR drops and wasting hundreds of bucks.

My PA, Chris was awesome and talked through everything with me . Didn’t rush my appointment , gave me options for medications , very calm and welcoming.

Absolutely horrendous patient care team - treated like trash do not go here.Delayed reception of appt’s waiting for hours being told Doctor can’t see anyone but seeing patients come and go - absolutely useless

A whole staff is kind. The doctor is knowledgable. Also explains and answers questions thoroughly. Very efficient and not much wait time usually.
