My experience was a great one. Everyone was so kind. The Dr. was especially kind and thorough. Although it was very busy at the time of my visit, she did not make me feel rushed or anything. I appreciate that.

Update: I’ve been here 4 times now within the last year and without fail I was always seen and helped in under 10 minutes every time!! The workers are genuinely kind, amazing, and professional individuals! The 2 doctors I’ve seen here have been prompt, helpful, and have great bedside manner! I’ve never felt judged or disrespected but rather always helped and satisfied with the level of care I got from them. Will definitely continue to keep coming here!! I feel confident in letting the attending physicians know which medications and treatments have been the best in past times and they are so kind to listen each time!

The staff was amazing!! Lauren was the nurse taking vitals for my daughters school physical and she was so nice and patient. Thank you! I will always come to this location! They are pretty quick at getting people in and out and on with their day.

5-stars isn’t enough.We’ve been going here for 2 years now and every single time the care has been superior. Every doctor, nurse practitioner, nurse, and medical assistant have been so kind, caring, and professional.However, today was different. Our child was unwell and in need of immediate care so we decided to take her here. Our child was in extreme discomfort and we felt helpless. Lauren, Medical Assistant, saw us walk in and immediately got someone to come up and see us since she was trying to help another patient. Brianne, Nurse Practitioner, saw us and provided our child with the utmost care, as if it was her own child. As an anxious parent, she calmed my nerves, and made my child feel safe. There are not enough words I have to thank Brianne and Lauren for their excellent service.Being in the medical profession, I can’t imagine how different every day is. But as a parent, this is a day I won’t forget. My family and I will continue you to come back and be repeat patients from the consistent quality care.Thank you to the whole team for your continued dedication to your patients and community.

I had to go to the clinic unexpectedly after a procedure I had done and my experience was much better than expected. Lauren was so nice to me and made me feel welcomed which relieved some of the anxiety I felt going in. Thankfully everything was fine with me. I’ll choose Midwest again for all of my unexpected emergencies.

I have been to Midwest Express clinic in Dyer 3 times. Being someone with many years in the customer service industry, I can only applaud the staff after each of my visits. Not only do they truly care about each client and his/her needs, but create an environment so welcoming and organized. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they make sure they communicate clearly and consistently with guests and other staff members. Pricing is very reasonable, and the convenience is superb; even as a walk-in guest, you are seen quickly and with the utmost care. All around wonderful experience!

(recent update)Nope. Not good. I went back less than five months later because I cut myself and could not stop the bleeding. I was going to go to Walgreens to get some stop bleed but figured a facility can assess it better and really help. These .... were once again all about their policy. I have blood running into my hand, wiping with a tissue and a rough pressure wrap to control bleeding enough so I could drive there. They kept trying to get as many useless procedures in before helping me. I had enough and just asked them to focus on my hand. One had the nerve to say that its not like you are bleeding to death. I was livid!! I walked out.(First review)Friendly, clean, and nice and private. Good walk in hours. The online appointment set up did not work for me to pre-send photo of and insurance. I had to just walk in. But good thing.I do NOT like their policy that they must keep your credit card on file and auto charge you to see you. They accept insurance, which is a partial guarantee of payment, but they wont take or accept insurance if you dont leave your card with them. Its a horrible policy. Medical expenses pop up and are various amounts depending on the doctors whim. Now they can just charge you and say it was what was due with no detailed report ahead of time of the costs??? I foresee bounced checks and financial hardships for patients who need to budget for an emergency once they receive a bill. If medical had a transparent list of costs ahead of time, then allowing people to prepare for what they would be charged might make sense for an auto pay. As it is, keeping their hand in our pocket for what they feel like charging is wrong.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicole. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She helped easy my concerns and made the visit a pleasant experience. I would definitely be using this clinic again!

Midwest Clinic is great!! When I walked in the lady behind the desk was very warm and welcoming. After I completed the form, she told me someone would be with me shortly. Within minutes I was in the exam room being examined. Selena is the best! I’m feeling much better today than I did yesterday. Thank you!!

Everyone here was so nice...Lauren did an excellent job with taking blood...im so scared of needles but couldnt even feel it. The Dr I forgot his name new exactly what to give because overnight Im doing much better! Will definitely be back.

I absolutely love Dyer Midwest Express clinic! ❤️ It is my go to location when I’m sick or need B12 shots. They are super friendly and you get in and out quickly which is really nice.I highly recommend MEC!

Love it here! Fast, efficient, and everyone is so friendly!! I have been here for everything from a sprang..earaches ..toothache ...COVID and flu testing.. sports physical and so much more. I have never had a bad experience and , they truly have the best staff. Love the Dyer location!! Will never go elsewhere.

Midwest Clinic is the best express experience Ive had when needing immediate medical attention, I cut my finger open. I made an appointment online, which was easy and to the point I went in the next day. I was there under an hour. Best experience ever. Five stars!

My wife and I visited for a simple check up and was greet with stellar service from Lauren. She made the process very easy and simple. Alyssa, however, tried to bad mouth Lauren to my wife which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear. I hope Lauren rises above her petty co-workers!! Wishing Lauren an amazing week, my wife said her customer service was excellent and she deserves a promotion for her care.

Lauren Walker is very kind and caring anytime I come in for an appointment. I can tell she really cares for her patients and takes her job seriously! The clinic in Dyer is outstanding and the person that i see is so caring. i eas refered to the ER due to some internal bleeding and when I was discharged, the doctor called me at home to see how I was doing. that is exceptional customer service

Ive been here several times...The nurses and drs are great.. but the reception staff are absolutely atrocious!! Ive dealt with four different ladies. They have all been rude, ignorant and disrespectful. They are miserable and hate their jobs. A majority of your position requires you to have some sort of customer service... I suggest you each learn what that is and if your that self absorbed then quit the job!!

Lauren was great! I’m afraid of needles and she made my experience pleasant. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to visiting next week. She is definitely a great asset to the facility.

Before my appointment, I called and Lauren answered the phone and answered my questions and concerns when I came in for my appointment I just so happen to get Lauren again and she triaged me and she was very sweet. I really love her spirit and her compassion. I recommend going to Midwest Express Clinic in Dyer anytime.

This place is great never had to wait long to be seen. They listen to you and very thorough.

I normally don’t leave review but they deserve it! I came in 10 minutes before they close which I hate doing but not once did they make seem like I was a bother the staff was friendly and deserving of more than 5 stars. For someone who is sick and in need of care they really took care of me!

From the time I entered and was registered to time I was triaged by the MA, the whole process was smoothly and done in a timely manner. This is the best urgent care I been to in which I didn’t have to wait over an hour to see the Nurse Practitioner.

WHEN DR. VEGA ENTERED THE ROOM HER PRESENCE AND ENERGY WAS SO POSITIVE AND UPLIFTING I HAD A INSTANT FEELING OF BEING SAFE AND COMFORTABLE TO SHARE MY DEEPEST CONCERNS ABOUT MY HEALTH. DR. This was my first visit to Midwest Express Clinic. And I found that the staff was freindly. They took all of your medical history. They took all of that to get to the issue of your reason to help you with the reason for your visit. I received outstanding medical service.

Always prompt and courteous as well as reliable. I come here before I go to my primary doctor because I don’t wait for hours.

I have been to this clinic several times and have never had a bad experience. Even during busier times, the staff are always very friendly and work hard to help make our visit as short as possible. Any time I have a question or concern, it is always addressed to my satisfaction. And the entire clinic is always very clean—which to me is a huge deal, especially for a medical clinic. We always receive great care at the Midwest Express in Dyer!! The staff is friendly and the doctors and NPs are very patient with all ages.

Lauren was very helpful, patient and kind she took care of me very well and I will come back and see her next visit.

I love coming to this place the staff is very nice, they listen to any health concerns I have and address them.

Walked in, while checking in saw someone leave a liquid test swab of a patient right on the front countertop. My appointment was at noon. I did the online check in. Even took pictures of my license and insurance card. They “didn’t get “ any of that. Even though I received a confirmation email. So that was useless. Five hours later at my pharmacy, the pharmacy only received one of my two prescriptions. The pharmacy had to call for the second one. They said they would send it over. A hour later it still wasn’t received. I left the pharmacy without it. By the next morning the second prescription still hadn’t been received by the pharmacy. At that point I didn’t know what to do. The pharmacist suggested to call their corporate office and file a complaint, I will be. Do not go here. Go somewhere else.

Service is fast and friendly. Very efficient, and staff was very helpful.

I absolutely love the Dyer location. The staff is so welcoming, professional, and put you at ease. I know Im in good hands and receiving competent care from the wonderful NPs there. Im a nurse, and I highly recommend this clinic that offers so many services. Check them out*Update from above post* I recently went to the same location, as I have always very much adored the staff and the services. I had went in for a very sore throat. As a nurse myself, I needed to be assessed because I didnt want to spread a possible flu, strep, or covid to the patients I care for. I was checked into the facility by an employee that didnt make eye contact with me, and acted as if I were interrupting her ( I was the only person in waiting room). Ok, fine, Ill give it another chance ( as I had been there after my initial post and had a bad experience). I was called back into a room by a medical assistant who was expressionless and appeared overall, less than happy to be there. She had me sit down as she took my vitals. She made no eye contact. She asked my history, mumbling and hurriedly. May I also add that her appearance was very unprofessional. She had these tall colorful socks pulled up over her pant legs to her mid calf. Real class act. She left the room and a few minutes later came back to do a strep swab on me. She had me open my mouth and she swabbed the back of my tongue. I told her what she did, and she insisted she did the swab correctly. I did not respond rudely, or inappropriately or in disrespect to her. I wasnt, however, as chipper and friendly as I normally am because it really hurt me that I was being treated so badly by staff that are so unprofessional and rude. The nurse practitioner came in and she collected my swab. She too, was not as talkative or friendly as she normally is. I think that shes upset she had to recollect my throat culture? Im sorry, but the medical assistant had no idea what shes doing! In addition to this, I had reported to the same nurse practitioner on my previous visit, how rude and unprofessional this employee was to me. I think maybe the NP is taking sides with her staff. I have no time for this. I was sick and needed help. The entire staff made me feel terrible and really hurt my soul, as I used to rave about them. Last complaint: I have ALWAYS Paid a copay. The staff insisted I owed nothing, as I tried to explain I did. I recently received a bill for my last 2 visits. I paid it, but Im done with this place. I miss the friendly staff who cared. Im so disappointed.

The staff there completely on 6/1 early afternoon from the receptionist at the front door, she has a beautiful personality, the M-A is super sweet and charming, definitely on her way to being a nurse! Then the FNP very knowledgeable, warm and and they all had “the service with a smile work ethic,” at the forefront of their care and treatment plans. My Fiancée and I work in a hospital and they “wowed” us. This is a top notch crew working in a very clean and efficient facility. 👏👏👏

I had a cut that I knew would be difficult to stitch or bandage but definitely needed medical attention. Everyone was super friendly helpful and fast! They took good care of me, I was done in less than an hour, and they made sure I was safe getting back home after feeling a bit light-headed. I was charged $160 (after insurance) just for the visit. The test they performed cost $15. Tried calling to get a breakdown of what the $160 covered and billing had zero answer. Additionally, the facility was unclean and staff was rude.

I was in and out. They made it quick and easy for me. I was comforted by the doctors friendly and easy going demeanor. I will definitely be back.

Everyone was very nice from reception to the nurse to the doctor. The observations were spot on with direct questions askedThe only thing Im not sure about yet is the cost. I have insurance but I wasnt told how much all this will come to. No one would could give me a direct answer, from the reception to the doc. Im guessing this is due to patents having different insurance carriers. But it would be nice to know a ballpark figure before I left there. I was told that I will have to pay what my insurance doesnt cover (you have to sign a document saying so, though it isnt mandatory). My brother has the same insurance that I do and says the cost will be about 100-125$ after ins pays out. Thats not too bad as an emergency room visit is triple thatAnyway, the experience itself was quick and painless and I was given three prescriptions on the spot. I had gastritis and high blood pressure. Also I went on a Sunday. Try that at your local doctor. Nice overall.

I have to tell you that your policy that patients who have an appointment have to wait for all walk ins to go first. It’s ridiculous. I was there Not to be diagnosed, but just to have my stitches checked which took 3 minutes, but I had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes.I liked your personal but I would definitely look elsewhere in the future if this policy continues.

This is a wonderful place to come to get whatever medical you stand in the need of they services are great and excellent customer service skills. The wait is not long you can get in and out . The staff is very attentive to your needs.

Very friendly, went in to get my hand looked at, no real concerns. They cleaned my wound, wrapped it, got me antibiotics, and I was out within 15 minutes. Exactly what you would hope for with a small injury.

I never had such fast amazing service like this from a medical facility before. I was blown away. From the front desk, to the nurse than doctor everyone was so nice polite and professional. They talked to you like a human and they where very attentive. I HIGHLY recommend this location you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience, the staff was great, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Midwest Express Clinic to my friends. Did I mention that the visit was less than an hour in total? 5 stars!

Our NP is always exceptional when we see her. Whenever one of us is under the weather, we prefer Midwest over our primary care (who always seems to be ‘double booked’ wanting us to wait up to 4 days for an appointment). The extended hours and weekends have helped us quite a few times. The wait time is never very long. However, the fantastic care always gives me peace of mind. Thank you!

Personnel were polite and helpful. The online check-in worked and there was no one there when I arrived. Shortly, thereafter, a mom and her young son came in (oddly enough for a similar issue as me - ear pain). Not keen on keeping the card on file given data breaches, but I get why they do that.One reason that caused me to drop two stars was the doctors lack of troubleshooting and then the lack of paperwork at the end. Her whole troubleshooting was to ask my why I was there (which I told the triage lady), look in my ears, palpitated the area by my ears, and looked at my throat. Im an engineer, not a doctor so maybe that was sufficient and I am being overly critical. For the paperwork, I figured something would be emailed or they would have handed me something (nothing was handed to me at the end or sent to me). The prescription was ready at my pharmacy as they stated.One other issue that leads to the loss of two stars is that I was never asked about pain meds or if I needed them. I typically dont take pain pill scripts or any pain meds in general, but this pain is horrific. I am managing it with ibuprofen and generic Tylenol...but just barely. I will be transparent and state I am only a little more than 24 hours out so still not sure if the diagnosis is correct (I have no reason to doubt it but she did say if I still have pain in a week to return).Edit: I ended up hospitalized on 2/14 with a dual diagnosis neither of which having to do with an ear ache (just to give a little insight, I was given very strong pain meds). While it was a fast moving situation, ER was a bit stunned that no swabs were done. I don’t know if she had done a better troubleshooting job this could have been prevented, but I suggest if you are unsure about what is wrong do not use this location for urgent care. If you know, and can tell them, I am guessing this location would suit your needs.

Had a excellent experience at the Dyer location. Normally I go there for my sons yearly school checkup, but he wasnt feeling well, it was late my doctors office was closed and decided to give them a try. The entire staff was very caring and we got the help we needed. Thank you!

I went to this location since it was right down the street from my house yesterday for strep throat. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. She had me see Nicole, which who was also amazing as well. I was in and out in about a half an hour. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will definitely refer you to everyone I know. You guys rock!

MA allowed my 7year old daughter to do swabs on her own. I wonder if sample was enough since my daughter just did it split second & also at 1 point it was 2 swabs at the same time up 1 nostril. Waiting was around 50mins, very warm room. NP was in a hurry as well, had not found any reason for my daughter’s fever and suggest it’s viral (swabs came back negative) & gave her rx for oral steroids. We are day 5 now of fever, cough, & colds & will take her to pedia. Did not give my daughter the steroids since I did not trust the whole visit. When you rush assessment, you are bound to miss something.Just came from pedia & she has ear infection. Started antibiotic & fever is improving

Took my son to see his primary for stomach pains and they said there was nothing they could do. Took him here and they did an x ray and turns out he was severely constipated. The staff are super patient and kind to my son every time we come!

My daughter got her first spring/summer ouchie and we had to go in for what I expected to be a stitch or two. Instead she was able to get glue. Thank Goodness. She was nervous and chatter box but the ladies in the office were so sweet to her as well as Dr. Olga. In which my daughter referred to as a superhero. They patched her up and she was in and out in no time. Great staff!

Love this location, they are always kind and quick with their turn around time to be seen and cared for. They follow up as promise also regarding any test results and I feel like a personal patient of theirs. I appreciate all the staff nurses and doctors.

We love this place! We got an appointment within 30 minutes and didn’t have to wait in the waiting room at all. All 4 of the ladies who took care of us were very friendly and professional, especially Rebecca. We highly recommend them!!!

I checked in yesterday Lauren was fantastic very polite. She did what she supposed to do. Check me in. I was in and out in total of half hour after diagnostic my case, thank you.

I’m a huge fan of this clinic. After experiencing back spasms, I stopped by for assistance. Check-in was quick and everyone I encountered was not only professional but very caring and sympathetic. The facility is super clean and everyone was required to wear a mask which made sense since it’s flu season. If you have an urgent care need, I hope you’ll consider giving this clinic an opportunity to help you, too.

Extremely happy with how my visit yesterday went. For the first time ever I got nauseas after having blood drawn and they were so fast with cooling me down getting me stable again. Everyone was really nice and professional and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. I left with a prescription for antibiotics while I wait for some test results. Thanks again!

First time at the Dyer location and everyone I spoke to was helpful, kind, and patient. The NP who saw me was Miss Kerry and she went above and beyond in my appointment, fixed up my lungs and got me a referral for other things I’ve been nervous to handle because I don’t like doctors. I regretfully can’t remember the name of medical assistant she had with her this Sunday, but she was also very sweet and patient with all my questions. There was even another woman at the front desk who stopped to ask for updated info, and she was kind too. I prefer Midwest, have been to multiple locations, and recommend to all my friends. Thank you guys.

My husband had been to the clinic before. Since I could not get in to see my Dr. that day, he recommended Midwest Express Clinic. We were out in a short amount of time. I brought my daughter to Midwest Express Clinic for a sports physical. We were very impressed with how quickly she was seen by the NP. Exam was thorough and completed quickly. Everyone at Midwest Express were very nice and did a great job!

This Midwest urgent care clinic is outstanding in service, knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. My 10 year old daughter had an experience at another type of clinic NOT a Midwest one and asked to go back to this one.

I have had only positive experiences with the medical providers there, but two huge problems with the billing. First, a few months ago they sent my deceased grandmother to collections for a bill for a visit that occurred after her date of death and continued to send notices even after several phone calls and letters showing they had her confused with someone else. Then, today they inexplicably sent ME to collections over a few dollars, although I never received a bill. I will go to the CVS clinic from now on because something is fishy here.

Wait time was less than 10 minutes and Dr Markle was professional and informative...

Every time I come here everyone is sp attentive and I walk out feeling better. Prescriptions are given and Im on my way to healing my ailments. Great staff!

I wanted to add to my review. I saw Raquel, Laura, and Alyssa. They were amazing. I was freaked out because of back and leg pain. Raquel had a very friendly demeanor. Laura was very empathetic and helpful. Alyssa gave me more information than the orthopedic doctor and foot doctor together They are a great team there and I go to them anytime I need a doctor.

They are so much faster than the ER! Very courteous, friendly, and attentive! Total visit was approximately 35 minutes and I had to have X-rays done!

This facility rocks it as far as I am concerned. My daughter and I came to Midwest Epress Clinic on the suggestion of a nurse from the hospital from a ER nurse I am familiar with. I needed somewhere to go to get tested and was seeking an urgent care facility that was efficient and professional in which I have had problems finding. This place is professional, respectful, they listen to issues you may be having. Overall, they seem to handle their patients with the TLC that most of us need. Vitals, were taken, a complete and I mean a complete history you will provide before any medication is dispensed without exception. In my case Idid not need medication in which I was pleased because I take enough pills. Feeling comfortable with the NP and being able to vent and express how I was feeling and what I was expecting from them that made me feel at ease. I will most assuredly would recommend their medical services. You will not be disappointed, unless you just want to complain about perfection. LOL

Receptionist very friendly and remained calm and professional when people kept coming in. At least 10 people at one time. NP very empathetic and thorough. She even called later in the day to check on me. This is the only midwest clinic I go to, and I have 2 other ones closer to my house.

This isnt new but I had forgotten to post it. I did an E-registration. When I arrived at the clinic, I was taken care of immediately. The front staff was courteous and kind. Dr. Vega explained my condition and prescribed medication. She instructed me to take medication as prescribed and I will be fine. She mentioned side effects and symptoms to look for and to be aware of. I felt as if I had been well taken careOf by a medical professional.

Came in with an oral emergency and was greeted with a smile and kindness at the front desk filled out the paperwork and was immediately called in by a Dr within a minute in and out in less than 10 minutes best urgent care facility Ive ever been to.

I went to two doctors before Midwest Express explaining my symptoms, to which both of them just gave me antibiotics to put a bandaid on my problem. As soon as I told Rebekah my symptoms, she knew right away what it probably was. Took some tests and sure enough. After a week and a half of frustration not knowing, she was able to give me the knowledge I was looking for. My husband has also been helped here before and was very happy with his experience as well.

The office was very clean and everyone was so welcoming. Chelsea was very informative and patient. I had a few questions that could easily overwhelm a doctor who isn’t familiar with my history. Very professional staff. Radiology technician was excellent and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile for me when they were having trouble putting my X-ray on a disc. They really care about helping people.
