Midwest Clinic is the best express experience Ive had when needing immediate medical attention, I cut my finger open. I made an appointment online, which was easy and to the point I went in the next day. I was there under an hour. Best experience ever. Five stars!

Update: I’ve been here 4 times now within the last year and without fail I was always seen and helped in under 10 minutes every time!! The workers are genuinely kind, amazing, and professional individuals! The 2 doctors I’ve seen here have been prompt, helpful, and have great bedside manner! I’ve never felt judged or disrespected but rather always helped and satisfied with the level of care I got from them. Will definitely continue to keep coming here!! I feel confident in letting the attending physicians know which medications and treatments have been the best in past times and they are so kind to listen each time!

Midwest Clinic is great!! When I walked in the lady behind the desk was very warm and welcoming. After I completed the form, she told me someone would be with me shortly. Within minutes I was in the exam room being examined. Selena is the best! I’m feeling much better today than I did yesterday. Thank you!!

I have been to Midwest Express clinic in Dyer 3 times. Being someone with many years in the customer service industry, I can only applaud the staff after each of my visits. Not only do they truly care about each client and his/her needs, but create an environment so welcoming and organized. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they make sure they communicate clearly and consistently with guests and other staff members. Pricing is very reasonable, and the convenience is superb; even as a walk-in guest, you are seen quickly and with the utmost care. All around wonderful experience!

(recent update)Nope. Not good. I went back less than five months later because I cut myself and could not stop the bleeding. I was going to go to Walgreens to get some stop bleed but figured a facility can assess it better and really help. These .... were once again all about their policy. I have blood running into my hand, wiping with a tissue and a rough pressure wrap to control bleeding enough so I could drive there. They kept trying to get as many useless procedures in before helping me. I had enough and just asked them to focus on my hand. One had the nerve to say that its not like you are bleeding to death. I was livid!! I walked out.(First review)Friendly, clean, and nice and private. Good walk in hours. The online appointment set up did not work for me to pre-send photo of and insurance. I had to just walk in. But good thing.I do NOT like their policy that they must keep your credit card on file and auto charge you to see you. They accept insurance, which is a partial guarantee of payment, but they wont take or accept insurance if you dont leave your card with them. Its a horrible policy. Medical expenses pop up and are various amounts depending on the doctors whim. Now they can just charge you and say it was what was due with no detailed report ahead of time of the costs??? I foresee bounced checks and financial hardships for patients who need to budget for an emergency once they receive a bill. If medical had a transparent list of costs ahead of time, then allowing people to prepare for what they would be charged might make sense for an auto pay. As it is, keeping their hand in our pocket for what they feel like charging is wrong.

Lauren was great! I’m afraid of needles and she made my experience pleasant. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to visiting next week. She is definitely a great asset to the facility.

Julie was extremely helpful and very friendly during our visit. She was patient and answered all of our questions. The front staff was kind too.

I have been to this clinic several times and have never had a bad experience. Even during busier times, the staff are always very friendly and work hard to help make our visit as short as possible. Any time I have a question or concern, it is always addressed to my satisfaction. And the entire clinic is always very clean—which to me is a huge deal, especially for a medical clinic. I would never hesitate to send friends or family to Midwest Express Clinic in Dyer.

The staff there completely on 6/1 early afternoon from the receptionist at the front door, she has a beautiful personality, the M-A is super sweet and charming, definitely on her way to being a nurse! Then the FNP very knowledgeable, warm and and they all had “the service with a smile work ethic,” at the forefront of their care and treatment plans. My Fiancée and I work in a hospital and they “wowed” us. This is a top notch crew working in a very clean and efficient facility. 👏👏👏

From the time I entered and was registered to time I was triaged by the MA, the whole process was smoothly and done in a timely manner. This is the best urgent care I been to in which I didn’t have to wait over an hour to see the Nurse Practitioner.

This was my first visit to Midwest Express Clinic. And I found that the staff was freindly. They took all of your medical history. They took all of that to get to the issue of your reason to help you with the reason for your visit. I received outstanding medical service.

Walked in, while checking in saw someone leave a liquid test swab of a patient right on the front countertop. My appointment was at noon. I did the online check in. Even took pictures of my license and insurance card. They “didn’t get “ any of that. Even though I received a confirmation email. So that was useless. Five hours later at my pharmacy, the pharmacy only received one of my two prescriptions. The pharmacy had to call for the second one. They said they would send it over. A hour later it still wasn’t received. I left the pharmacy without it. By the next morning the second prescription still hadn’t been received by the pharmacy. At that point I didn’t know what to do. The pharmacist suggested to call their corporate office and file a complaint, I will be. Do not go here. Go somewhere else.

Customer Service was A1! Im from Illinois and they made me and my son feel welcomed. I highly recommend this location, I went for a sports physical.

Not only did I get right in, but the staff was very professional and welcoming. The doctor had a great bed side manner and was extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my issue and the medication she prescribed took care of a long time problem that I had.I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic and will be back whenever I cant quickly get into my primary care doctor.

As soon as I walked in I was greated with a warm hello and a smile. I learned the receptionist name is Lauren and she really was helpful with so many questions that I had as well as insuring me that I would be ok, thanks Lauren. I seen Nicole to do my BP and weight and she was just very perfessional with how she took care of me and hats off to Nicole because she did the needle stick better than any office I been to no pain Lol thanks . WHEN DR. VEGA ENTERED THE ROOM HER PRESENCE AND ENERGY WAS SO POSITIVE AND UPLIFTING I HAD A INSTANT FEELING OF BEING SAFE AND COMFORTABLE TO SHARE MY DEEPEST CONCERNS ABOUT MY HEALTH. DR. VEGA WAS VERY PERFESSIONAL AND VERY INVOLVED WITH EVERYTHING I MENTIONED. THIS OFFICE GETS A TOTALLY 100% GREAT JOB

I was charged $160 (after insurance) just for the visit. The test they performed cost $15. Tried calling to get a breakdown of what the $160 covered and billing had zero answer. Additionally, the facility was unclean and staff was rude.

I was very happy with my experience. The doctor took the time to explain causes of my daughter’s illness and she gave me handouts to reference later. I will definitely come back if needed!

I absolutely love the Dyer location. The staff is so welcoming, professional, and put you at ease. I know Im in good hands and receiving competent care from the wonderful NPs there. Im a nurse, and I highly recommend this clinic that offers so many services. Check them out*Update from above post* I recently went to the same location, as I have always very much adored the staff and the services. I had went in for a very sore throat. As a nurse myself, I needed to be assessed because I didnt want to spread a possible flu, strep, or covid to the patients I care for. I was checked into the facility by an employee that didnt make eye contact with me, and acted as if I were interrupting her ( I was the only person in waiting room). Ok, fine, Ill give it another chance ( as I had been there after my initial post and had a bad experience). I was called back into a room by a medical assistant who was expressionless and appeared overall, less than happy to be there. She had me sit down as she took my vitals. She made no eye contact. She asked my history, mumbling and hurriedly. May I also add that her appearance was very unprofessional. She had these tall colorful socks pulled up over her pant legs to her mid calf. Real class act. She left the room and a few minutes later came back to do a strep swab on me. She had me open my mouth and she swabbed the back of my tongue. I told her what she did, and she insisted she did the swab correctly. I did not respond rudely, or inappropriately or in disrespect to her. I wasnt, however, as chipper and friendly as I normally am because it really hurt me that I was being treated so badly by staff that are so unprofessional and rude. The nurse practitioner came in and she collected my swab. She too, was not as talkative or friendly as she normally is. I think that shes upset she had to recollect my throat culture? Im sorry, but the medical assistant had no idea what shes doing! In addition to this, I had reported to the same nurse practitioner on my previous visit, how rude and unprofessional this employee was to me. I think maybe the NP is taking sides with her staff. I have no time for this. I was sick and needed help. The entire staff made me feel terrible and really hurt my soul, as I used to rave about them. Last complaint: I have ALWAYS Paid a copay. The staff insisted I owed nothing, as I tried to explain I did. I recently received a bill for my last 2 visits. I paid it, but Im done with this place. I miss the friendly staff who cared. Im so disappointed.

I had a cut that I knew would be difficult to stitch or bandage but definitely needed medical attention. Everyone was super friendly helpful and fast! They took good care of me, I was done in less than an hour, and they made sure I was safe getting back home after feeling a bit light-headed. Wish I could remember the names of the staff but really appreciated them - thank you!

This is a wonderful place to come to get whatever medical you stand in the need of they services are great and excellent customer service skills. The wait is not long you can get in and out . The staff is very attentive to your needs.

Everyone was very nice from reception to the nurse to the doctor. The observations were spot on with direct questions askedThe only thing Im not sure about yet is the cost. I have insurance but I wasnt told how much all this will come to. No one would could give me a direct answer, from the reception to the doc. Im guessing this is due to patents having different insurance carriers. But it would be nice to know a ballpark figure before I left there. I was told that I will have to pay what my insurance doesnt cover (you have to sign a document saying so, though it isnt mandatory). My brother has the same insurance that I do and says the cost will be about 100-125$ after ins pays out. Thats not too bad as an emergency room visit is triple thatAnyway, the experience itself was quick and painless and I was given three prescriptions on the spot. I had gastritis and high blood pressure. Also I went on a Sunday. Try that at your local doctor. Nice overall.

Very clean and professional staff at all times. They operate swiftly and promptly. They treat my children very well.

MA allowed my 7year old daughter to do swabs on her own. I wonder if sample was enough since my daughter just did it split second & also at 1 point it was 2 swabs at the same time up 1 nostril. Waiting was around 50mins, very warm room. NP was in a hurry as well, had not found any reason for my daughter’s fever and suggest it’s viral (swabs came back negative) & gave her rx for oral steroids. We are day 5 now of fever, cough, & colds & will take her to pedia. Did not give my daughter the steroids since I did not trust the whole visit. When you rush assessment, you are bound to miss something.Just came from pedia & she has ear infection. Started antibiotic & fever is improving

Did a great job with my work physical and TB test. Prices were reasonable. Wait was nonexistent! Facilities were well taken care of. Staff seemed happy to be there, professional, and answer any questions. Would recommend coming here for any incidental medical needs

I have to tell you that your policy that patients who have an appointment have to wait for all walk ins to go first. It’s ridiculous. I was there Not to be diagnosed, but just to have my stitches checked which took 3 minutes, but I had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes.I liked your personal but I would definitely look elsewhere in the future if this policy continues.

Personnel were polite and helpful. The online check-in worked and there was no one there when I arrived. Shortly, thereafter, a mom and her young son came in (oddly enough for a similar issue as me - ear pain). Not keen on keeping the card on file given data breaches, but I get why they do that.One reason that caused me to drop two stars was the doctors lack of troubleshooting and then the lack of paperwork at the end. Her whole troubleshooting was to ask my why I was there (which I told the triage lady), look in my ears, palpitated the area by my ears, and looked at my throat. Im an engineer, not a doctor so maybe that was sufficient and I am being overly critical. For the paperwork, I figured something would be emailed or they would have handed me something (nothing was handed to me at the end or sent to me). The prescription was ready at my pharmacy as they stated.One other issue that leads to the loss of two stars is that I was never asked about pain meds or if I needed them. I typically dont take pain pill scripts or any pain meds in general, but this pain is horrific. I am managing it with ibuprofen and generic Tylenol...but just barely. I will be transparent and state I am only a little more than 24 hours out so still not sure if the diagnosis is correct (I have no reason to doubt it but she did say if I still have pain in a week to return).Edit: I ended up hospitalized on 2/14 with a dual diagnosis neither of which having to do with an ear ache (just to give a little insight, I was given very strong pain meds). While it was a fast moving situation, ER was a bit stunned that no swabs were done. I don’t know if she had done a better troubleshooting job this could have been prevented, but I suggest if you are unsure about what is wrong do not use this location for urgent care. If you know, and can tell them, I am guessing this location would suit your needs.

Took my son to see his primary for stomach pains and they said there was nothing they could do. Took him here and they did an x ray and turns out he was severely constipated. The staff are super patient and kind to my son every time we come!

I never had such fast amazing service like this from a medical facility before. I was blown away. From the front desk, to the nurse than doctor everyone was so nice polite and professional. They talked to you like a human and they where very attentive. I HIGHLY recommend this location you will not be disappointed.

Our NP is always exceptional when we see her. Whenever one of us is under the weather, we prefer Midwest over our primary care (who always seems to be ‘double booked’ wanting us to wait up to 4 days for an appointment). The extended hours and weekends have helped us quite a few times. The wait time is never very long. However, the fantastic care always gives me peace of mind. Thank you!

Had minor emergency over the weekend. Was referred by my insurance company to Midwest Express. Service was great from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Staff were very personable, professional and really upbeat. Wait time was minimal for a weekend visit. I would recommend to family & friends and I would go there again myself.P.S. They get an extra star for putting up with my silly humor and jokes.

Love this location, they are always kind and quick with their turn around time to be seen and cared for. They follow up as promise also regarding any test results and I feel like a personal patient of theirs. I appreciate all the staff nurses and doctors.

Extremely happy with how my visit yesterday went. For the first time ever I got nauseas after having blood drawn and they were so fast with cooling me down getting me stable again. Everyone was really nice and professional and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. I left with a prescription for antibiotics while I wait for some test results. Thanks again!

My daughter got her first spring/summer ouchie and we had to go in for what I expected to be a stitch or two. Instead she was able to get glue. Thank Goodness. She was nervous and chatter box but the ladies in the office were so sweet to her as well as Dr. Olga. In which my daughter referred to as a superhero. They patched her up and she was in and out in no time. Great staff!

I have had only positive experiences with the medical providers there, but two huge problems with the billing. First, a few months ago they sent my deceased grandmother to collections for a bill for a visit that occurred after her date of death and continued to send notices even after several phone calls and letters showing they had her confused with someone else. Then, today they inexplicably sent ME to collections over a few dollars, although I never received a bill. I will go to the CVS clinic from now on because something is fishy here.

This facility rocks it as far as I am concerned. My daughter and I came to Midwest Epress Clinic on the suggestion of a nurse from the hospital from a ER nurse I am familiar with. I needed somewhere to go to get tested and was seeking an urgent care facility that was efficient and professional in which I have had problems finding. This place is professional, respectful, they listen to issues you may be having. Overall, they seem to handle their patients with the TLC that most of us need. Vitals, were taken, a complete and I mean a complete history you will provide before any medication is dispensed without exception. In my case Idid not need medication in which I was pleased because I take enough pills. Feeling comfortable with the NP and being able to vent and express how I was feeling and what I was expecting from them that made me feel at ease. I will most assuredly would recommend their medical services. You will not be disappointed, unless you just want to complain about perfection. LOL

Great urgent care! We live right down the street, and use these guys often when we need something checked out. They are fast and helpful and professional!

I brought my daughter to Midwest Express Clinic for a sports physical. We were very impressed with how quickly she was seen by the NP. Exam was thorough and completed quickly. Everyone at Midwest Express were very nice and did a great job!

I’m a huge fan of this clinic. After experiencing back spasms, I stopped by for assistance. Check-in was quick and everyone I encountered was not only professional but very caring and sympathetic. The facility is super clean and everyone was required to wear a mask which made sense since it’s flu season. If you have an urgent care need, I hope you’ll consider giving this clinic an opportunity to help you, too.

I wanted to add to my review. I saw Raquel, Laura, and Alyssa. They were amazing. I was freaked out because of back and leg pain. Raquel had a very friendly demeanor. Laura was very empathetic and helpful. Alyssa gave me more information than the orthopedic doctor and foot doctor together They are a great team there and I go to them anytime I need a doctor.

Maddie was very pleasant and welcoming, Taylor was very nice. In and out in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend this clinic!!

First time at the Dyer location and everyone I spoke to was helpful, kind, and patient. The NP who saw me was Miss Kerry and she went above and beyond in my appointment, fixed up my lungs and got me a referral for other things I’ve been nervous to handle because I don’t like doctors. I regretfully can’t remember the name of medical assistant she had with her this Sunday, but she was also very sweet and patient with all my questions. There was even another woman at the front desk who stopped to ask for updated info, and she was kind too. I prefer Midwest, have been to multiple locations, and recommend to all my friends. This Midwest urgent care clinic is outstanding in service, knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. My 10 year old daughter had an experience at another type of clinic NOT a Midwest one and asked to go back to this one.

I will never leave this place. I will never get a primary doctor. They are my primary doctor. The most greatest people there . They have no ideal what I been through, and what they mean to me love you guys. I will be moving that way. Also the prices with my insurance is amazing. Nice!!!!

Customer service was great, I was in and out in if not 30 less than 30 minutes, they made sure that I had everything I needed, and that all my questions were answered before I left.

I was extremely impressed with the Dyer Indiana location. The staff was wonderful from the receptionist to the Nurse (?) that did our triage to the Nurse Practitioner (?) who diagnosed us and submitted our prescriptions. I put question marks behind the titles because I am not 100% sure.I was amazed at how quickly we were seen but all our questions were answered and we did not feel rushed.Will definitely go back if needed.

Came in with an oral emergency and was greeted with a smile and kindness at the front desk filled out the paperwork and was immediately called in by a Dr within a minute in and out in less than 10 minutes best urgent care facility Ive ever been to.

Most excellent staff all the way around. Each staff member was so kind and caring.Very little wait time. The practitioner and attending nurse were very thorough. My husband had been to the clinic before. Since I could not get in to see my Dr. that day, he recommended Midwest Express Clinic. We were out in a short amount of time. Most highly appreciated and recommended Clinic.

Never fun to go to an urgent care clinic. Midwest express Dyer was efficient and I was able to get in and out without being rushed

This isnt new but I had forgotten to post it. I did an E-registration. When I arrived at the clinic, I was taken care of immediately. The front staff was courteous and kind. Dr. Vega explained my condition and prescribed medication. She instructed me to take medication as prescribed and I will be fine. She mentioned side effects and symptoms to look for and to be aware of. I felt as if I had been well taken careOf by a medical professional.

Receptionist very friendly and remained calm and professional when people kept coming in. At least 10 people at one time. NP very empathetic and thorough. She even called later in the day to check on me. This is the only midwest clinic I go to, and I have 2 other ones closer to my house.

They’re extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They get you in and out. Samantha the receptionist deserves a big bonus…She dealt with a lady that was having an issue with the greatest of ease. It could NOT have been me!!!! She was NEVER rude, but extremely courteous. My SHE-RO❤️

We saw the provider Amena Khazaran. The office was full and we were still seen in a timely manner for being the only provider. She was very attentive and extremely nice. She showed true care for how we felt. We will definitely return.

We went to the Dyer location for a last minute sports physical. Everyone was very nice and super efficient. We were treated kindly and everything was explained well. We were seen quickly and the office was very clean. Quick in and out. No issues 👏👏👏

I went to two doctors before Midwest Express explaining my symptoms, to which both of them just gave me antibiotics to put a bandaid on my problem. As soon as I told Rebekah my symptoms, she knew right away what it probably was. Took some tests and sure enough. After a week and a half of frustration not knowing, she was able to give me the knowledge I was looking for. My husband has also been helped here before and was very happy with his experience as well.

Went in yesterday feeling like complete death with shortness of breath, nausea and headache, they were able to get me in with a very little wait time after my walk in to the office got me tested for the flu and Covid and to my surprise both were negative but they were able to get me medicine for the bronchitis and with it only been 12 hours I’m already feeling better, the staff was super nice and helpful and the doctor was awesome

This is my 2nd visit to this clinic and just like my first visit, I was impressed by the warm welcome and prompt action of the staffs. It took only few minutes of waiting and I was attended to and tested. The clinic is clean, and staff were in face masks and gloves.I feel safe. Thank you for the very good service.

Walked in with no appt. Seen w/I 10 mins or maybe even less. Very personable staff from front desk, nurse to Dr. I felt very comfortable & my issue was addressed. Very happy & definitely will return as needed. I usually use Minute Clinic but this was better & faster.

The office was very clean and everyone was so welcoming. Chelsea was very informative and patient. I had a few questions that could easily overwhelm a doctor who isn’t familiar with my history. My Husband and I were there when the doors 1st opened up at 8 AM. It was about 5 people ahead of us but everything moved quickly and smoothly. Im glad it did because I was feeling awful. Just as I suspected I was diagnosed with covid 19. Test were results were back in less than 15 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful.

I like the treatment you get at Midwest Express. They need help with getting their billing together because sometimes I’m charged and get a bill In the mail for service that I paid in cash at visit. But you are guaranteed good service every time. I appreciate the nurse practitioners who take care of us when we visit.the nurses are pleasant and informative of the diagnosis.

I have visited this clinic several times. Each time the facility is clean. The front desk staff are friendly and the medical staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Theres never a long wait to be seen. I world definitely return. And I recommend this facility to anyone who needs immediate care.

I went to Midwest Clinic for the first time. The clinic was very clean, the check in process was fast and easy. The nurse was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The only thing that should be done differently is to offer a copy of documents I said, particularly the document that listed side effects. Luckily I took a photo of the documents.

I sought medical attention for medical treatment on 4/10/21 between the hours of 6-7:30 pm and was treated with such professionalism and patience by the reseptionist, the nurse and Dr. Angie. They were all very empathetic about my needs and concerns and they made me feel like they really cared. I had several shots while I was there and the nurse was very gentle and informative to me about what to expect after the injections. Dr.Angie was truly a God send, because she effectively went above and beyond to provide me with what I needed to ensure that I would fully recover from my medical complaint. On today 4/11/21 I feel a lot better and looking forward to getting back to 100%. I will be doing a follow with Dr. Angie next week. Thank you ladies for being awesome ❤️

My husband and I came back for another B12 shot. Although it wasnt free, we still needed it. The staff is always nice and friendly. I forgot the name of the nurse that gave us our injections, but she is quick and it doesnt even hurt. I love Midwest Clinic, just hate they dont accept my BCBS HMO Insurance!

I wish I didn’t need a regular urgent care, but this winter was brutal and had a variety of colds, flu and sinus infections. I just went to Midwest Express again yesterday and was able to all my registration online, was seen quickly by doing the online queue, and received very good care from the provider Olga. I highly recommend for consistent and fast urgent care.

Very very friendly people and I say that because some are more just get you in and out and your not treated well. We were in and out and it were treated great! It’s was very clean and out visit was later at night, long day for them I’m sure, but yet still everyone was so nice .

I usually have a lovely experience however the staff was very rude and unpleasant today. There card system was down which was an issue on their part and instead of being accommodating to customers who are coming in for sickness or pain related issues they stated they can’t help or assist and if you don’t have physical cash on hand you cannot be serviced. As a place of business this is completely wrong and in acceptable especially when an appointment is scheduled in advance and they have a physical card of mine on hand as well. When i asked to speak with the supervisor or team lead i was told that they are not in and i could not be supplied with her name in order to address my concerns with a very rude attitude and disposition. Four of us went for a flu shot and even though kids were being difficult the nurse did great and laughed about it. It was an understandable wait time rather than going to a pharmacy and wait for hrs. I really recommend Midwest clinic and specifically the Dyer location they try to get everyone in and out.

Went in for medical help which I don’t feel I received. I had a terrible sore throat without other symptoms. I have had strep many times and was pretty sure I had it again. My rapid test was negative. I told them I was exposed to strep and they told me to wait for the culture to come back in 2-5 days. The next day I woke up extremely worse. I had to leave work early because I felt so terrible. By this time my throat was so red it looked purple. I decided to go to the Schererville office instead. The rapid test came back negative again, and this time I had a fever as well. I was told they have a lot of false negatives for the rapid test and the doctor called in a prescription for when my culture comes back from Dyer. The next day I woke up with a swollen throat and could barely swallow. I went and got the prescription because I didn’t want to keep getting worse. That afternoon I received a text message to call the dyer office for my test results. When I called, Katie said she would email me my results. She emailed me the rapid results from two days ago. I called back and told her I had those results already but was waiting for my culture. She started to get an attitude and said that those weren’t in yet. I told her I had a message to call and she said she didn’t know anything about it. I kept asking to find someone who could give me the results and she hung up on me. Less than a minute later, the doctor called with my results of very heavy strep growth. Overall a terrible experience with terrible service from the front desk. If I hadn’t gone to Schererville, who knows how sick I would’ve been by this time.

I cant remember the names of the ladies that saw us. But they were amazing with my kids. Best doc visit Ive had. Dealing with very young children is difficult on its own but these two women knocked it out of the park.

Went there feeling miserable after two days of no voice and coughing. The NP examined me, listened to my lungs, a had a chest x-ray done. She sent it to radiology who confirmed I had pneumonia in my left lower lobe of my lungs. Gave me prescriptions for what I needed, and I recovered. Feel much better.

I went in for a puffy eye and came out fully understanding how my recent Covid illness is playing a part in the cause of my eye infection. Along with the reason why I still am experiencing a few other lingering symptoms. The staff was so friendly.

Went there to get checked out after a car accident. Got checked out pretty much instantly and they were all so awesome. Megan in particular had me cracking up. Will definitely go back if ever needed again.

I have never left a review at a doctor, but after my experience last night, I felt I needed to. The staff here were the most amazing Ive ever experienced in a medical setting. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and special. We were one of the last patients and didnt feel rushed and they even got my daughters prescription right over to cvs with only minutes to spare beford they closed.

Patient handling was quite professional. The office is upfront with you about wait time and communicates with you throughout your wait. Staff were friendly, personable, answered questions and exhibited care about my comfort. The waiting room and treatment rooms were clean and uncluttered.

I decided to take my son to the Dyer location since they just opened & it’s very close to us. It was the best choice I made. The front desk representative I wish I asked for her name, was so sweet & very helpful. The rooms in the back were bigger than any of the other locations I have been too. I was very happy with our visit. They even gave my son a Batman mask once he left! So cute. Definitely recommend this location. The provider my son saw is named Maureen Salinas & she was seriously the best!

I was given immediate attention to my injury! Everyone was extremely helpful and very courteous. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and quality of the repair on the wound above my eye!The attendant and Doctor were great to deal with and I was extremely pleased with what was dont to clean and close wound with very little wait time!

I took my 3 children here who were ill and needed testing. The staff were all very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful; from the individual who registered us, to the lab technician that tested all of my kids, to the doctor that came in and examined them. Also, the entire process was smooth and speedy. If I need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I will be returning here because they were amazing!

This visit was my second time at Midwest Express Clinic in Dyer, Indiana. My last visit in November was good. But, this visit was even better. My 12 year old had some anxiety about the visit and the young lady whose name escapes me. She took our vitals was so comforting to her. I really appreciate that kindness shown. A person that loves there job. As a nurse myself I was impressed. The NP or nurse not sure which she was who assisted afterwards was very nice also. I would like to say well done.!!!

I hadn’t been feeling well for a week and decided to get checked out. Not being able to get into my own doctor, I had to get checked out and found Midwest Express. They were FANTASTIC! Easy process to get in, not a bad wait, and the doctor was beyond fantastic! Very personable, showed she cared, I would see her again if I get sick or send a family member. Very Impressed!

Very effective facility. They make sure people are getting in and out within at least 30mins to an 1hr. Staff is very nice as well.

My daughter needed a physical to start kindergarten but ended up getting sick right before school started and the OTC medication was not working so I read the reviews and walked in on Monday. They were busy, but very efficient with getting to everyone in a timely fashion. Misty was our intake nurse and she was so sweet to my daughter! Dr. Crystal was great as well. She was very personable and took the time to listen to my concerns and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I will DEFINITELY be back to this location and will recommend them to anyone I know!

I was able to schedule an appointment online with many time slots available. That was rather impressive since it was Sunday. I registered online quickly, arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as suggested and phoned in to check in and was asked some medical information and was taken care of quickly but I did not feel rushed. The young lady was very nice and explained everything to me even when I had questions. I would recommend using Midwest Express Clinic in Dyer 🙂.

The facility is immaculate and perfectly decorated. Vicky at the front desk was beyond helpful and has the most positive upbeat attitude. The physician my daughter was seen by was very personal and professional in her work, which made the appointment stress free for my child. Highly recommended office, absolute loved it.

This clinic is the BEST! I brought my daughter in for sticking a peanut up her nose. All the staff were wonderful! They gave her gifts to make her comfortable. Every one that works here is a true gem!

Have some shame!I visited this clinic well over a year ago for a free, scheduled COVID test during the peak of the pandemic and they coerced me without my knowledge to take other tests. Not only that, they claim they dont accept my insurance. Ive been billed again from this location after disputing it over the phone the first time. This is absolutely reckless and predatory behavior from these places. Do NOT go here.cont: If you were truly sorry for the awful experiences I had you would waive my multiple hundred-dollar charge since you can acknowledge your staff did the morally wrong thing instead of sending me on a wild goose chase through multiple phone calls and organizations to get it taken care of. An absolute spineless organization that feeds off of the lower class, especially during sensitive, dangerous times such as the COVID-19 pandemic? Where people are/were already not only losing a lot of money but losing their lives? Shame on you.

Updated review: My husband went to Midwest Express Clinic a few months ago. The results too two days. Although we were told he could originally stay in the car, he did have to go in to be swabbed.Just recently, we brought in my daughter who is almost 3 years old.Prior to arriving, I called with a few questions:- Do they take children this young? Yes, but many pediatricians prefer to do their own tests because it is possible to cause damage with the nasals swab. However, they can do the tests there. That said, they can do a throat swab instead and we can ask for it.- Do they do rapid tests and the two day ones? Yes. They do both.I got off the phone and made my not appointment online. (Its not technically an appointment - its a place in line.)I asked to be notified via text 15 minutes before the appointment.Sure enough, on the day of my choosing, we got the test and went there.Sophia greeted us (she was AMAZING) and I asked about the throat swab. She was confused and said if she has symptoms they can do a throat swab. I said my daughter did not have symptoms, she was in a classroom with another child that tested positive. They said they dont do throat swabs as tests. I said okay, well still go ahead and do the rapid test.Then we went to another room and the doctor there (Im sorry, I didnt get her name) was fantastic too. She swabbed my daughter and said wed get the results in 2 days. I said we needed the rapid test so she then had to swab my daughter again (with a smaller swab). We were told that wed get an email and text within 20 minutes.I should also note that Sophia reappeared with a plastic crown and stickers for my daughter who was ELATED. Perhaps this is why she was so calm during the tests.We went home and waited. And waited. And after an hour and a half, I called the clinic. I was told their machine went down and they needed to drive their tests elsewhere to get the results. It would have been nice if that information was told to us.-- > Overall, I would go back.Its unfortunate that whomever I spoke with on the phone initially gave me incorrect information but everyone we contacted there were very kind and great with my daughter.Oddly, now, Im being slightly stalked by them to enter reviews, create accounts, etc. Im getting repeated emails and texts which I dont love but hopefully those will subside soon.

I came to the clinic 30 minutes before closing time and they took care of me without any complaints of my late arrival time.I was examined and given a prescription for my illness.Everyone was extremely nice.Would definitely return if my primary care doctor was not available!

Typically I receive professional service from this health facility. Unfortunately after my visit on 2/28/2022, I definitely wont return to the Dyer, IN location. I came in around 9:30am and was seen by an African American female Doctor. She seemed professional at first but I could immediately tell that she doesnt appreciate when a patient asks questions concerning their health issues and requesting more information concerning her diagnosis. It truly seemed as though she felt threatened by my questions as if I was attacking her which was not the case at all. I truly didnt appreciate some of her slick responses. I hope she gets a better bed side manner and soon. Maybe try not to be so sensitive to patients questions especially after asking a patient if they have questions!

My experience visiting both Midwest clinic’s Hammond and Dyer were superb!! Dr. Angela Purcell being my Physician, she’s a very patient and kind person, I’m so very excited to make her my primary now, Midwest staff and the atmosphere makes you feel better even if you went in feeling not so good! Keep up the good work team🙂

Office staff was really nice, nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and very caring got right to the root of the problem called in an antibiotic which she said was she was going to overall just a great experience. Oh I was in and out no wait time loved that too !!!!

The experience started out with a miscommunication that the test for Covid-19 was free. So as I wasn’t feeling well I got upset. I was instructed to call my insurance and check to see if it is covered. It was covered!!! As I came into the clinic all of the staff receptionist, medical assistant and of course the doctor all were pleasant and very kind.! The doctor was so awesome friendly patient and informative. My experience helped me to feel better. Thank you!

My first time at an urgent care, and I was very pleased! Amanda and Rebecca were amazing. I was taken back right away and both were so friendly. I didn’t really know what to expect since I’ve never been to an urgent care, but I will most certainly be back to this location. I felt so comfortable the entire visit.
