My initial appointment experience with this company was very positive. They were very thorough in their gathering of information and documentation in advance, and very clear on their instructions. The actual office was a little difficult to find once arriving at the building, but once I figured out where it was, the staff members were welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere of the office was clean and comfortable. The doctor was wonderful and very clearly laid out the information and options. When I am ready to proceed, I will definitely continue working with this practice.

I recently had an appointment at the Johns creek location with Dr Sue Carpenter. I can not say enough about how great of an experience I had with the office. I had a 1:00 appointment and I arrived early not knowing exactly where it was. I was greeted by a fantastic front desk associate. They were on lunch break but she quickly checked me in and offered chocolates in the waiting room BONUS!! The front lobby is clean and tidy with very inviting furniture and tons of good reading material. I was then called promptly back for my appointment at 1:00 by the physician herself, which as a medical professional this never happens. She took time in her office going over my case and discussing options. She even reviewed my blood work honestly better than my OB did. I was then escorted by the physician(again I am in shock this never happens!!) to a sub waiting where I then met with my nurse coordinator. She also took her time and explained the next steps in detail. She handed me a folder that had all the contact information for not only the office but her personal phone number as well. I can not thank this team enough for making a very stressful situation better with all the steps taken to make me comfortable. I left with a plan and excitement for future appointments! This place is a complete waste of time. First of all they have incompetent staff that is there just to bill you as much as they can and leave you hanging afterwards. Due to lost doctors order ID that was misplaced/forgotten by the staff I had to pay out of pocket on the spot with the promise of getting my money back as soon as I supply them with the ID again - the one I already gave them at the time of the appointment set up so that insurance would cover it. After multiple calls with many of their incompetent employees, I never received their payment so theyve double charged me. The worst to the worst is that my test results were not good and clear and had to re-do them because they cannot even do that. Avoid this place!Update:Upon this review theyve contacted me and start the process on making it right. I will add an additional star for that. (Total 2 stars)

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. They are so disorganized and everything is super chaotic.
