Horrible doctors appointment. The doctor was genuinely rude and dismissive. She even said I refused to answer her question even though I answered her question to the best of my ability. She was asking me to guess and I didnt guess a figure for her and she became upset. She also asked me to step out without even asking my daughter if she was comfortable with that, as physicians usually do. The Dr need a new bedside manner training.
Access Genesis health center is a great medical facility. Very friendly, caring personnel, always great service from Walgreens pharmacy which is located on premises. A very special thank you to my physician, Dr. Nigam Patel, highly professional, compassionate, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Access Genesis.
They have now not submitted a request for pre-authorization for over three (3) weeks. I only found out because I had a minor difficulty with another provider’s similar type of request. That other provider’s problem was resolved within two (2) days.Let’s see how long it takes Access Genesis to solve this failing. I’ve removed a star for this transgression.///The Center has improved but there is room for better practices and policies to be implemented. Time will tell.///Yesterday their phones were out for hours and yet when I finally reached them I encountered a lot of attitude. This is at least the second time within the last few months that their phone systems were rendered non-working.Over the same last few months they make and cancel appointments seemingly at random. Then they get mad when questioned and provide no further explanation let alone a solution to the problems.Even the off site scheduling department cannot get through.I cannot think of an acceptable excuse for a large medical clinic such as this site being allowed by its parent organization to continue having such problems.Patients must have at least phone access to their medical team during working hours.It’s the barest of minimums.It’s all no bueno,No bueno.

If you want to be treated like absolute garbage because you are low income and have nowhere else to go then this is the doctors office for you.Scheduled telahealth appointments for two days in a row and did not get a call either time.Front desk cannot be reached as they do not answer the phone. Me and my kids have been coming to this place for 3 years now. The staff is always friendly, the doctors always address my concerns, and there is a little wait time. More important, that doctors respect my beliefs and dont push too much on vaccines.
I try making appointments for my kids and myself, and they never have any available, and then the people who are supposed to help you are so rude. Today, she treated me like garbage. I think her name was Trisha or something like thats just unacceptable.
The staff here are so disrespectful. I told them the two kids I brought in have 2 moms and they continued to ask about the father. One of the lady’s yelled next patient in the middle of the conversation because she didn’t like my comment “asking about the dad is irrelevant.” Unprofessional smh. I should have believed the reviews. I do not recommend this office.
Access has been my toddler’s primary care for about a year now. While initially somewhat skeptical of Access, their model of care, acute attention to detail that many a pediatric office in more “traditional” type settings would very well overlook, and their holistic understanding of health, among other things, has been a true Godsend. HIGHLY recommend for any parent out there considering a pediatric office.
I wish I could rate this place a -5.I should have read the reviews before I booked an appointment.This place is VERY unprofessional! The lady at the front desk was NOT customer friendly- she ASSumed I was Hispanic and spoke Spanish-Which I am Not!!They wasted my time!!! I expected to get examined for my visit to determine my health concern. They sent in a midwife and NOT the doctor- I AM NOT pregnant! All she did was ask a ton of questions and prescribed medication. THAT is NOT the proper way to handle health concerns!!! My time And gas was wasted going to this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!!!
Worst practitioners around! They never have appointments for emergencies and if you are 5 mins late due to their tiny parking lot you will have to reschedule. Won’t even have opening till a month after! Ridiculous!
Great office that serves a wider range community. Underrated for all the services they offer. Doctors speak both Spanish and Russian. The staff is always working hard to fit all patients and clear with their insurances.
I went there after moving back from another state and all I can say is that theres nothing like a doctor implying that youre a drug seeker and on your 2nd visit after losing almost 20lbs in less than a month instead of encouragement makes unprofessional remarks about your weight. Front desk people always nice. Im not a drug seeker I just want to get my ADHD manageable again so I can focus and become a better contributing member at work.
I never go to this office, I go to the Arlington Heights location. Nurse staff was nice and friendly. Although my experience with the doctor was not great. Dr. Patel came into my room, didn’t even inspect me just sat down on the computer and asked whats wrong. Told him my symptoms and such but like said I wasnt even looked at. Was prescribed some injections but was never instructed how to use them, which I would assume either him or a nurse would show me beforehand. The interaction between me and Dr. Patel lasted about 6 minutes. I am leaving 2 stars because I did get what I was coming for but the experience with the doctor was not very caring.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Like everyone has said before..they are very rude. Especially the pharmacy personnel. My grandmother received asthma medication and only when she got home she realized they gave her the wrong one. We called and asked for a refund and the correct medication. They refused to give her a refund and proceeded to scold/talk to her like a child. They expected her to check the medication before leaving..isnt that their job? I have called walgreens customer service and they APOLOGIZED for not giving us a refund sooner. Your negligence will not be over looked. You will be hearing from corporate and they WILL demand you give us a refund.
Phones might be busy, Ive found that at a certain time the rush is over and Im able to make an appointment over the phone. Lot of reviews about poor phone service, yet if they go to the clinic it is obvious that they are always busy... Not so hard to put two and two together. Other than how busy they are, I never had a problem with them. Dr. Patel has been my doctor since childhood and always does an amazing job. Highly recommend him as a go to doctor.
I had a phone appointment with Dr. Patel about intestinal issues. When I told him what was going on he just answered “ so what do you want “ that’s why I’m calling because I have a health problem and I need to know what to do about it . I suggest that if Dr. Patel doesn’t know what do do when patients call for help maybe he should change his line of work. Been going here for 20 years and all the doctors have been professional except for this Dr.
Worst clinic i ever went through!! I made an appointment for me to get for obgyn jasmine munez didnt even check me or look wats going with me. Told her about me wanting to get pregnant and obviously for her to check me wat is going on with but instead she just reffered me to get check at maternal fetal medicine!!! Now i called them to make an appointment they have told me how can they check me if this facility that jasmine munoz never send my history which is she never even check me !!! This is very disapointing!! I have to request a day off for nothing!!!
I had an appointment with Dr. Shah (Podiatry) and I received the best care I have ever recieved , at any clinic(compare to other providers at Advocate, NWHC, Amita, etc). His bedside manner was highly attentive and sensitive to my needs, and his explainations were thorough, thoughtful and careful to address the most immediate and pressing concerns. He was friendly, approachable, and had a strong command/ authority of ALL info relevant to my concerns. Great job ACCESS in hiring such model-doctors. I look forward to receiving all my future medical care from at Access Genesis Health care clinic. Thank you doctor Shah!
I am thankful for access after my divorce I had no insurance and no place to go they helped me tremendously. True the staff has been inexperienced as well as other employees but they try hard. I no longer see Dr Patel but I see Louisa Kolfer who is the RN and she totally gets me and supports me and is concerned regarding my health. They have had telephone issues in the past and I think they resolved them. I wouldnt recommend them for earth-shattering diseases but general health they are well equipped.
Ive been going here for 5yrs now and Dr Gerena has been awesome taking care of my son.But the rest of the staff are not friendly and not helpful. I called to make an appointment for my son who was really sick and I left messages and no one got back to me until I was at the ER.Management there doesnt seem to understand that the staff make the patients wait long wait times and have no sense of care and urgency.
The medical assistant Kathy was extremely rude to me. Very nasty. She did not properly introduce herself when we met she just told me to get on the scale to weigh me. Her tone was very dry almost like she was having the worst day of her life. When she was about to take my temperature she just said “tongue out” which prompted me to ask her title. I also asked if she would be taking my blood and she replied we have a phlebotomist. Then I asked her name, she said Cathy/Kathy and if you want to speak with the manger she is out today! I asked why she assumed I needed a manager and which she began to roll her eyes and said just in case you wanted to speak to the manager. She then walked out and…. Slammed the door. All in all horrible service by medical assistant Kathy/Cathy. God bless her
The front desk receptionist and the MDs here lack any empathy whatsover and never go out of their way to help. My sister has a serious heart condition and has been seen by Dr. Patel before so he knows how sensitive her condition is. She cant stay off her medications even for a day. The doctor was supposed to provide a PRIOR AUTHORIZATION so the insurance would cover it. This particular medication costs thousands of dollars without the PRIOR AUTH. Anyways, I have been calling the clinic for 3 days and everytime i call Im told we sent the message to the doctor but no one calls me back or gets the prior aut resolved. I called them today and they hung up on me. Now my sister is in the ICU because she didnt get her medication on time.
I been a patient for two years now. All my appointments been great from the front desk to the medical assistant to the dr. I dont wait a lot to see my dr. usually Im in and out from the clinic. Place is always clean.
Doctor Patel is the best doctor there, they dont always answer the phone when you call so what you do is wait like two mins on the phone then leave your name, birthday and reason for call and I always almost 95% of the time receive a call back and then you get to speak to someone.Prior to all this Covid-19 stuff the office was nice, everyone there speaks Spanish including Dr Patel and hes Indian.Patel prescribes a certain drug that i wont mention here but he is very easy to talk to about it and if you keep your appointments and follow the simple to understand rules then you can on the medicine.Miguel on the phone is very helpful and a great addition to the team.
IF you only pass rude receptionist!!! Waited 3 days to have prescription sent to a pharmacy after multiple calls with medical assistants Jessica, Andrea, Cathy. I met with doctor Petel who was very understanding of my past medical history. He mentioned that there was NP who spoke my native language and that I should meet. I was extremely happy to discuss my health issues with someone who speaks my native language. He ordered complete lab test to be able to understand better my condition. Next day I met with the phlebotomist who was also excellent. However, on my way out I asked to meet the nurse who Dr. Patel mentioned to discuss more in detail a vaccination that was pending.The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. I was asked what was the reason I wanted to meet with the nurse. Dont you know English I was told that the day of the labs I can not see anyone! I think my health is important and I should be able to be given access to talk to someone in Bulgarian especially if they have that person already there. I even did not see any effort from the receptionist TO BOTHER and ASK the nurse if she had couple of minutes for me. I could have waited there with a smile on my face. If you pass the rudeness of the receptionist you are up for a great check up!
Doctor Carlos Arrieta is amazing, outstanding, and caring doctor. I never had such Great doctor for my children before. I am extremely happy I found him. He always goes above and beyond!!
I am a patient of Dr. Nigel Patel. I was referred to him when I lost my job. Dr Patel and Latonda treats me as if I was their family member. When I couldn’t pay for my medication he made provisions for me. I comply to all the rules and regulations from Dr. Patel. He trust me and I will not let him down. All of my concerns are met and for filled by Dr Patel. You are the greatest I have ever seen. You trusted me when you didn’t have to and I was a women of my word. You helped me in more ways than words can express. Continue to be the good example of how Doctor should care for their patients. Keep Latonda close by because you all make a great team in Desplaines. Horrible place. Dr Papasavass was my pcp and she was great she is no longer there so I will be leaving this clinic soon. They never answer their phones or call back. They are so unprofessional and lack customer service skills. You never get a friendly greeting. Once I saw Dr.Patel and he pulled his book out of his pocket to diagnose me. Little did he know I had already googled and I told him what I had. I will never see him again.
Place is a joke. no one that works in that office cares about anyone but themselves. I have seen 3 different pre-natal doctors to see if I find one that cares but they dont. They literally see me for 10 minutes-Ive timed it on multiple occasions. Awesome right considering this is my first child and hoping to have a doctor to coach you through it. And the wait time is ridiculous, they even ask you to get there 20 minutes before your appointment but for what reason I have no clue because then Im there waiting 20 min or longer after my apt was to start. And if you need to call the office, GOOD LUCK-can never get through and your lucky if someone returns your call. The only reason I go there is because I was on All Kids and waiting for my husbands insurance to kick in but now the govt has denied me that too.
Front desk staffs are nice, some physicians are nice but awful general doctors specially male doctors. Had my fiancés check up for about 7 weeks with spottings,but had this general doctor who said its normal for pregnant women and keeps her rescheduling for check ups and still no results yet. Ridiculous!!! We went to other clinic for rush result then we found out shes passing her pregnancy..Who in the world ignores a pregnant patient like that?! Its a life matter here! I would absolutely recommend not to be in this clinic.
I wish i could put NO STARS.. WORSE EXPERIENCE! I have never been to a clinic with such rude staff at the front desk. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The unprofessionalism goes all the way to the manager of the clinic who is alway busy or not available. This is the fist stop to my complaint next I have to put in a formal complaint with HIPPA.Ill give 2 examples out of many. I know, I should have changed Clinics a LONGGGG time agoIt was maybe 2 weeks ago, I had to take my daughter out of school early to go to this appointment to get the results of blood work. It was raining really bad (so bad if you were out for a second you would look like you showered with your clothes on). The rain started once I got to the school and was waiting for her to get to the office. I called my husband and told him to call the clinic and let them know we were going to be late and to ask if they would still be able to see her because if they would refuse to see her I would just let her finish her day in school and reschedule an appointment. The lady on the phone said it should be fine, we can still see her... just come in asap. So waited about 10mins at the school for a break in the rain. I got the to clinic at 12:33 for a 12:30 appointment. I dropped off my daughter and told her to check in while i parked the car and got my infant daughter out her carseat. I walked in at 12:35 ( I proud at how quickly i got there considering everything). I stood in front of a receptionist as she stalled (i could tell). she got on the phone and was talking to a RNA; she hung up and told me Im sorry your late your appointment, we have to reschedule. I told her let me tell you something, if you have customers or people who call to tell you they will be a few minutes late tell them not to come in. Dont tell them its ok I let her know how i had to take her out of school and the rain but she basically let me know she didnt care and just asked me to reschedule.SecondBack 2 weeks later for the same original reason as the appointment above. I come in 10 mins early, yay right? no. The receptionist asks me for an insurance card for my daughter. I tell her I have to get a picture of it from my husband because the her insurance is thru him. She asks me for my id, which is not unusual; they ask for my i.d. at every appointment ive been to for her. After contacting my husband for the insurance card she tells me to have a seat and wait to be called. she calls me 2mins later to tell me that I can not go in to get the results for her blood work because I am not the biological mother. She then goes on to tell me she has a daughter and does not want to lose her job because its a violation of HIPPA. So i tell her Ive been the one to bring her to almost all of her visits at this office, so if youre telling me you guys dont want to violate HIPPA this time out of EVERYYYY other time Ive been here. She then tells me she is going to get her manager. Comes back and tells me shes busy, I told her ill wait for her not to be busy. As Im waiting I decided to call the clinic (yes the same clinic Im currently sitting in) and see if I could talk to the manager. So, after 5mins explaining my story to someone (because no one tells you their name with they answer) she puts the manager on. After telling the manager the story she goes on to tell me she hopes I dont file a complaint and hopes I dont get in trouble (WHATTTT) Im just blown away at this point. I call my husband at work tell him I cant get the results of the blood test and he calls to talk to the manager. And to our surprise (sarcasm), shes not available.Save yourselves the times and frustration.. find a different clinic to go to.Youll thank me later.

I would give them no stars if I could. My doctor, Davida Gerena is great, but the place in general is horrible. If you call them to reschedule or cancel, first of all you wait for 40 mins on the phone, and then get sent to voicemail, only to never get a call back. I dont understand what they ever do, NOTHING!
When I went there Dr. Papasavas and then Dr. Patel took too many blood tests to often to the point where I couldnt function. Their staff was very unprofessional too. My results didnt fluctuate enough for so many. Now Im going to CTCA and was told blood tests only last a week and they take my primary care bloodwork too often. Then a nurse their said it lasts a month now theyre saying at CTCA that it only lasts 3 days. I think the staff went there. This is terrible. Im going to ask for my blood back.
My and my pregnant girlfriend went there in high hopes for our 1st child. Yea I would avoid this plac3 completely. The secretaries are nice and friendly which was awesome but the doctor we had was an idiot. He couldnt give us any knowledge at all. Its our 1st child we have lots of questions. Then since we are 7 weeks in we were hoping to hear the heartbeat seeing how though any pregnancy website says you can hear the heartbeat startinf from weeks 6 and up. Our doctor told us it was too soon. So he has no know knowledge on appropriate meds to take nor does he know when you can hear a heartbeat of a baby. So now he has us do a blood test and urine test. Tell me why my pregnant girlfriend had to pee in an unclean bathroom. She said there was urine on the toilet seat and floor. Does anyone clean. Im pretty sure I dont want any random germs, diseases, or bacteria near my pregnant girlfriend. In short this place was horrible. We will he looking for a new facility ASAP.
First I have horrible ptsd/anxiety whenever I have to go to any Dr. esp. a new Dr. I have no ins. right now, however Monday morning I called Genesis ctr. in Des Plaines. I explained to woman on phone, I never been there before. That I had a bad infection, poss. contagious and I really need to see a Dr. asap. She was so nice, gave me appt. for 1pm. same day, said charge would be $30.00 for everything. I arrived at 12:45, filled out ppwk. was called in to see Dr. at 1pm! place was busy too. Nurse Maria, was so helpful, explained everything. I saw Luiza K. np. she is the sweetest, proffessional, thorough Ever! I am so happy I am going to apply for access care to be able to keep her as my Dr. The office was very clean, bright and cheerful. They also have a Walgreens right there, and The pharmacist is as nice as everyone else! Did I mention this was a Monday. I feel hope now, that I can get healthier with Genesis access care. I also have been to Addison, Il. office in past, they were just as wonderful.
All the front desk and assistants are super rude, doctors cant get you out of the room any faster, barely interested to treat you. The waiting time in the room before someone will see you it is always long. Most if the staff doesnt speak proper English its like talking on the street with their friends usibg slang language. Just disgusting!
Dr. Patel is terrible I went here to get birth control when I was about 15 or 16 and dr. Patel was so rude and asked me why I needed it and I told him just Incase and he responded Incase if what I said anything I’m usually in the house all day but it’s good to have it and he responded with if your in the house all day why do you need it then! So very unprofessional and made me feel bad for trying to get birth control

Broadway St. Des Plaines, IL. 60016 is such a great healthcare facility because of the awesome nurses, councilors, caretakers, secretaries, and physicians like Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel really cares about every client he sees. Dr. Patel is very friendly and the clients feel very comfortable with him and appreciates the hard work and the care that he gives. Dr. Patel will address every issue or problem you might have whether it’s a physical problem or a mental problem. I feel so comfortable with him and I am able to let my guard down and speak freely about any issues I might have and not have to worry about any type of judgment made towards me. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit the Access Genesis center for Health and empowerment at 1 N. Broadway St. Des Plaines, IL. 60016 facility and you will be very satisfied with the entire faculty especially Dr. Patel. It’s for family, children, and friends. You will not be disappointed.

I love coming here always very friendly to all of there patients. Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor! Always listens and is always there to help! And I have been coming here for 6 years and never experienced a problem. Thankyou!
Clinic is busy but they get it done. one star off for gnarly road construction and rotten parking situation. highlight: NP Stamatova is fantastic. listens and shares. as a new patient got a general exam, got some tests and a referral and believe I will be satisfied with Access in Des Plaines.
Bad service. Dr Patel is a qwack. Telling my daughter to get off Klonipin right now or else he wont help her with suboxone. So cold turkey with klonipin and suboxone. She already had a seizure once before when trying to get off klonipin too quickly. Imagine going off both cold turkey. He is cold hearted and doesnt care. Recommend not going here at all. Feel sorry for people that have no choice. He needs his lisence taken away.
Dr Butler is the best! She kept me very calm and relaxed. Its about trust and that she did! I highly recommend her 👌. She is the greatest ever.
This is a very busy clinic and the staff is sometimes in a rush, but they do a good job. Dr Patel is very good and he takes care of his patients with knowledge and understanding.
Staff here is very unprofessional; Ive made up to seven phone calls in a week during DIFFERENT times in which they are supposed to be open and available to contact. I havent gotten a single call back nor have I gotten a response when calling. Its so irritating when patients have to be patient because the employee cant comply with THEIR duty.
They never answer the phone when you need to make appointments then you leave the message they dont call back when I go there the to make appointments at the office there people are one the cellphone and wont answer the phone so you can make appointments to see the doctor
Access Genesis Center in Des Plaines Illinois is one of the greatest medical establishment I have ever been to. The medical staff, office staff, and other employees who help out at the facility always bring joy to all the clients who are there for their appointments. Before I started going to Access Genesis Center in Des Plaines Illinois I was a little weary since I’ve never heard of it, but is soon as I walk through the door I was treated with such affection and devotedness. One doctor in particular named Dr. Nigam Patel is a very well educated medical personnel who knows everything you can think of. I feel like he is a walking Medical Encyclopedia because of his knowledge towards great treatment plans and the knowledge of prescription drugs. Another benefit of Access Genesis Center in Des Plaines Illinois is The counseling section. They have such a great counseling service that deals with various issues like substance abuse problems and mental behavioral issues. In particular there are two counselors by the names of Alexis and Blanca who are such sweethearts and help everybody and anybody in need of help whether it’s something small and simple or something major. Overall Access Genesis Center in Des Plaines Illinois Is the top medical facility to go to in my book. I highly recommend it to everybody including your family and children.Sincerely,Jakob Dombrowski

Receptionist is horrible and has a very unprofessional approach with new patients!!! Maybe I should call someone that could replace or train her on customer service because heres yet another patient that wont ever return or recommend this location! Maybe immigration needs to pay this place a visit

Dont even bother coming here, the staff takes so long its not even worth it. Im currently timing the amount of time it takes for them to see us and its been 30 minutes. Honestly if you dont want to be basically waiting an hour to be checked on dont even bother coming here.
I like my daughters doctor but the front desk staff can be rude the wait times can be bad (20 minutes sometimes just to check in not counting actual waiting time ) and its almost impossible for me to ever reach them on the phone, and if I leave patient info they never call back anyway.

Don’t go here, worst place ever, fake doctors have no clue what they are doing, DR. Patel fake doctor didn’t know a thing about my health and just keeps lying probably fake degree.
Every time that I try to call they never answer and they never return my calls, so I have to go to the center to get my appointment. Then why you guys have the phone number in the website if you never answer.
Dr Nigram Patel and Blanca Lopez are so good and listen to the patients needs and never judge

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, drove 1:30 hrs to get there, the pseudo-secretary was super rude to all the people who came to ask something at the window, yelling at the patients who were waiting in line, when it was finally my turn to go to register, he looks for me on his list and cant find me, he looks for me again and tells me that my appointment was canceled and that they had tried to leave me a voice note but the morning but that my mailbox was full, which was a complete lie, that the doctors had decided to leave because the power went out for a while in that place.And he still tells me that when I want to reschedule, I would obviously never go back there after the terrible treatment they have at the reception, and the informality and lack of commitment from their doctors.I should have listened to all the reviews.
The man at the reception, terrible service, requires that you wear masks, if you go to clinics, know that there are sick people and you are at your own risk and if he is afraid of getting sick, he should not work here because of him, they will lose patients from years ago.
The medical staff is very good but we had a bad experience with one of the receptionists named ROCIO LOPEZ, my 4-month-old baby had just left a hospitalization and we had to take him for his check-up and vaccinations, we had the appointment and the medical center is within walking distance. 45 minutes from home, they closed the tracks because a freight train passed by and that delayed us so I called to ask them to wait for us and the report was that there would be no problem, it was 20 minutes.Finally we arrived and she answered my husband at the window in Spanish, apparently she believed that he did not speak English or did not understand what she was saying about “her call”, in fact we believe that she did not even really make it since she had a smiling gesture He didnt even ask the pediatrician if he would see us or take the trouble to review our note from the previous call we made notifying us of the delay. He only said that he wouldnt do it and that we had to come back another day.It was a total lack of respect for our time and for my husband by making fun of him and consideration for our little baby who had just come out of intensive care on oxygen.I was even more upset when I learned that we are not the first users affected by this same case with her and that in cases like that the specialists should give priority and make the consultation!!!A person like this gives a very bad image of the medical center, being the first impression of it for people since there are very good specialists who have treated both my baby and me very well.
What bad service they never answer, I have been calling for 3 hours and they do not answer and you leave messages and they never return the call 😡😡😡it is the worst clinic the employees are jerks especially a man who is at reception will be my last time there Here Dr. Gerena is an excellent doctor but because of the workers she will lose two patients

A few weeks ago I went to have annual exams and consultation, the first time with a doctor who practically only referred me to another doctor and told me that they couldnt do the annual exams that day because they were not covered by insurance, with the second doctor, I took those studies-exams and she was kind, but about a week and a half later, they did not call me to inform me of the results of those tests. I called and the secretary or receptionist told me that they had not called me because everything was fine, I went back to call a few days later and they told me again that they did not call patients when everything went well in those exams, today, November 16, more than 4 weeks later, I called to inquire about a charge that the insurance was making and the lady told me that it appeared in the information on my tests that I was about to be diabetic and that the doctor had called me, to which I responded that neither the doctor nor anyone from the clinic ever called me to tell me that, that I had been the one who had called this call twice before, what a bad experience because I was reassured that my exams or studies had gone well, today it turns out that this is not the case, what a lack of concern for their patients who place little value on health of a patient.
Definitely very bad service compared to previous years.They will only assist you by phone as they do not want to receive anyone in person.So if you need any review it will be via phone.Heart, blood, lungs not even to weigh or measure you if youre lucky.
Unfortunately this place is getting worse every day, terrible service with the receptionists when calling, not all of them, but most of them should change the staff, they have no empathy with the patients and they regularly cancel at the last minute or it is a problem to make an appointment. I hope they take action in the matter because they are getting worse
Terrible service!! The receptionists have bad treatment, a lot of requirements, one goes with the hope that they will help you with your problem and they put a lot of obstacles in order to serve you!!
Better look for another option.This place is going from bad to worse.Now they only assist you by phone if you want and in a totally despotic manner even if you need any type of review or exam.They wont even take your pulse.Well, everything is by phone.
Lately they have become very informal, they have returned me from my appointments because the doctors do not want to see me, they have no interest in the patients and they cancel appointments without caring about their well-being. If it werent for some good doctors, I dont know what would happen to that clinic, they give very bad service.
Dr. Christina Butler is the best...if I could give her more than 5 stars I would...and the clinic in general has improved a lot in recent years...
I love the pediatricians attention to my baby. The pediatrician is bilingual and very professional. She cleared up all my doubts regarding my son.
