The whole staff. The receptionist the nurse and the PA are Very helpful, fast, polite, kid friendly.The PA Kramer is amazing I’d recommend him as a primary care if I could. Thank you for helping us with our needs at such a short time notice . Also very clean.

Always a great experience at Three Peaks Urgent Care. The entire staff is just awesome. They listen to their patients, theyre very respectful, they really care. Their ethics are very strong as well, they have your back. Bird at the front desk, Ive seen her argue for the wellbeing of her patients, very impressive. Amanda and Dr.Kramer are always very kind caring and efficient. Its rare to find a place like this anymore. I feel taken care if everything I leave.

I came to this location with a very stressful problem and was treated with no judgement, kindness and a whole lot of speed, it was 30 minutes till closing & they were kind enough to still take me in despite. Owen & Seth were extremely professional and worked extremely quickly and carefully and had me out the door in just 20 minutes. The provider Kramer was very informational, again not judge mental, let me ask as many questions and answered them truthfully! I really recommend this place! It was clean & quiet and honestly a great experience! 5 stars for me :) will come back

Best urgent care in town! I brought my boyfriend in yesterday while he was severely dehydrated and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was so kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. Owen, one of the staff members, kept my boyfriend laughing and just had a lovely presence. We will definitely be coming back here if or when we ever need more medical attention! Going to Three Peaks Urgent Care was a wonderful experience for me.I had hurt my foot and wanted a x-ray to make sure everything was ok.I called Three Peaks and they told me that they could take the x-ray and to come on in.It was an amazing experience from stepping in the door. Angelica (front desk) was so caring and helpful. I really appreciated that.I was seen very quickly by Edward. I explained my situation and he told me what he thought we needed to do. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable in his care.The X-ray tech was so sweet and we had a great conversation, also putting me at ease.Edward followed up and explained my x-ray. Everything went so smoothly.I highly recommend Three Peaks Urgent Care and their awesome staff.Thank you.

I have had a challenge with my Captain Jack Sparrow they have not only saved him they helped me..I cant thank them enough for saving my pirate my best friend and my first mate I am indebted to the whole team more than once!! I took my 92 year young father in and we were both glad we chose this urgent care facility. The staff there were all so caring and helpful. Special thanks to Sam at the front desk and Amanda and Erin who treated my dad for his illness. Your kindness and concern were appreciated so much!

This is a great place with some very great people. They are nice and very professional. Just dont go there if you have insurance that doesnt match or it will cost you an arm and leg, litterally. It is my fault that my insurance app was down at the time but it was the closest urgent care to my home. Im still getting added bills and payment requests I do not understand and only had a strept, flu and covid test when I was so super sick. Again, they are really nice was a great facility but not worth over $400 for a 30 minute visit. Hard lesson learned.

Staff was incredibly kind and quick!! I was able to get my kiddo in and out for a strep test, and back to school quickly! Thank you very much and well be returning for any other urgent issues in the future! (And accounting for morning traffic ahahah)

The front desk Bird was lovely over the phone and in person. The MA Lexie and PA Kramer were very attentive informative and they made me feel very comfortable. The PA really knows how to make the patient feel heard and cared for. I felt comfortable and this establishment is a perfect example of how a medical facility should be ran keep it up guys 😊

Efficient, friendly team. Everyone was concise with their questions and helpful when I asked about anything. Including registration, I was seen within 20 minutes and the entire visit lasted an hour. Super impressed! Angelica was in training and did an incredible job managing multiple patients coming in and keeping things moving.

This is my second time visiting this location for altitude sickness. The staff here was great! They immediately got me back and started me on IV fluids. They made sure that I felt comfortable during my visit and got me feeling better quickly. They also advised me on what to do to avoid getting altitude sickness again. I highly recommend this place for anyone from out of town who may not be feeling well. Thank you again staff for all that you do!

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! I cut my finger & walked in and Owen at the front put aside everything he was doing and helped me right away. He made sure I was ok and checked in on me multiple times. Owen was hilarious and helped lighten up the intensity of the situation. He showed me how to take care of my wound and provided me materials if it opened up again. Erin the (PA on duty) assessed the situation and provided great direction. Not only does she have a great personality, but she also checked in on me again at the end. The Lakewood staff is top notch and seriously the best team I’ve seen at an urgent care. I will be recommending to local friends and family and will be coming back if anything were to happen again!

Sam was amazing. He made me feel welcome and had such a great attitude it made feel better already. Erin was fantastic. Her calm and casual demeanor was both comforting and very professional. Quick and easy check in process. Short wait time. Super friendly staff! We went in because my daughter was experiencing an ear infection, and we were getting prescribed antibiotics in less than 30 mins. Will definitely patron this urgent care again if the need arises.

Arrived with left ear blocked with wax, which was driving me crazy. Check-in (as a new customer - painless). Tech, Tyrell assisted me. He was friendly and efficient. And I left, a happy camper, hearing clearly out of both ears again. Thanks all.

Owen was fantastic as always. We have gone there before. They get you in quickly and are very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Still not feeling well but know I will. The doctor was also excellent - Kramer. I apologize if I got the name wrong.

Best urgent care experience! Thank you!I used the online scheduling system and filled out my information the night prior. We were in and out within15 minutes, with the prescription sent to pharmacy right away. We are from out of state, and it was our first day of vacation when my daughter’s ear pain started getting worse. I used yelp to find twin peaks, and decided to go here based on reviews. I was prepared to pay out of pocket if my insurance didn’t cover, thankfully it did (but again based on reviews I wouldn’t have minded paying for good and fast service). Our experience with urgent care has always been waiting 3-4 hours, and on one experience it was waiting 4 hours only to be told to go to ER (to wait another 3-4 hours). Our experience at Twin Peaks surpassed all expectations and would recommend to anyone looking for urgent care services. We were back home within 45 minutes with filled prescription in hand. Thank you thank you for saving our family vacation and providing my daughter the relief she desperately needed!!

Easy on line, same day, office visit schedule, friendly helpful front desk person.Nurse practioner was prompt and pleasant and efficient with questions and testing. Doctors assistant was seemed very well trained in her field and was able to make quick accurate diagnosis and treatment.All in all a very good medical treatment experience.Thank you.

From door to door the patient care was outstanding. Angelica at the front desk was incredibly polite and walked me through the sign up process smoothly. I came in for acute altitude sickness and Seth suggested Zofram and an IV which was 100% the best move. Even made me feel not embarrassed for having a fear of needles. It was painless too. Nailed it on the first try. The provider Erin was extremely knowledgable and didnt make me feel rushed at all, and i felt had a true dedication towards treating the proper condition as effectivly as possible. Owen visited me last to help along the iv and take it out, quickly, and gently. If i could give them all a million stars i would. Thank you for saving my birthday!

I really love this place! Heather at the front desk has always been kind, fast and helpful. Amanda, our MA was very sweet and patient with my young kiddo. It has always been super fast and I’ve always left feeling so much better about whatever it is going on with myself or my family. We have been here 3 times and all times have been in and out in about 1/2 hour!

This was a great experience compared to the first time we had used an urgent care. Tyrrell listened and asked questions to narrow the issue down. PA Kramer was very knowledgeable and figured out my issue right away. Janet at the front desk was very helpful in getting the information down. All in all, it was a great experience and I will return here if needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The online registration was a little goofy, but worked. Made an appointment and didnt have to wait very long. Had a good radiologist who explained why we did a number of xrays. Overall good experience.

Tyrell at the front desk gave excellent customer service with great welcome, patient instructions and conversational. Amanda the assistant was patient, compassionate and not hiring the patient. Dr Bryant came in with a friendly face and intruded himself with his first name and was very easy to talk to and listened. Excellent clinic!! The whole visit took me less than 30 minutes!

Hopefully, I’ll get a response quickly! I was Curious that if I went in for a tuberculosis test, if I would be able to get the results over the weekend or do you guys not read results until the following week? So for example, if I did my test tomorrow would I get my results within the 48 to 72 hours or not until Monday?

Great experience had primary care giver tell me to go to urgent care as he had no appointments. Got right in was there early in the morning and X-ray of my sore/bad knee I’d fallen on and both Beth and dr Edward were helpful and awesome - great quick service.Left feeling good with results

The x ray tech made the whole process a joy. He was extremely welcoming and I know he loved his job. He had a few jokes that had us cracking up. My physician was also very sweet and took the time to educate me on exactly what was going on with my injury. Overall, this was the most pleasant urgent care visit Ive ever had, I will be returning in the future next time I get a MTB injury.

This is the second time I have visited this facility and I could not be more pleased with the staff and the care I received! From Angelica, who fielded my phone call and then helped me at the front desk, to Estefeny, the medical assistant who started with me, to Edward, the physician who diagnosed and prescribed treatment for me, I was quickly and professionally cared for! Eric and Owen were incredible today! My son came in with a fish hook in his foot and they were quick and professional about removing it-my son didn’t even need the numbing agent with how efficient they were. Highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this urgent care. Erin, who is the PA that dealt with my diagnosis and offered me remedies, is TOP SHELF. And there is Owen and Bird. There is no doubt in my mind that the whole office staff lives up to the same level of exceptionalism. They were speedy, expedient, helpful, personable, had fantastic patient rapport, and were over the top, professional and speedy.Erin is REMARKABLE at her job. If only everybody in every trade or every field did their job like Erin does, there would be no service or no construction or no employment industry on the planet that would not absolutely and phenomenally succeed. I have never had an experience at any urgent care on this level, and I’m the type of guy that only goes to the doctor if I absolutely HAVE TO be in the hospital.Pretty much the best experience I’ve ever had had an urgent care, (and I pretty much live, when I need to be, relying on the services of urgent cares because I do not go to hospitals). Simple factor the matter is: nobody could do better than to go to this urgent care. They are effective, efficient, personable, human, compassionate, and genuinely give a damn about what’s going on with you. Even, after my prescriptions and it didn’t show up at the Walmart, I was looking for, I got a hold of SETH, who made sure my prescriptions got transferred to a Walgreens, more than 100 miles away from where I initially reported the problem. I could go on and on about how amazing these people are at this urgent care but when you’ve had history of life like mine, and you have a dental abscess rupture like mine, and these people help you the way that they did, you can’t possibly thank them enough. I just wish I could give six or seven or 7500 stars.Go to this place. There is no chance that you will have any kind of complaint or problem or disappointment with the service that you get.And, please, offer them the review and the credit for their professionalism and their compassion that they deserve.There’s a bunch of numbers mill, productivity based urgent cares all over Northern Colorado, and the Denver metro area. They don’t care at all about the welfare of the people that walk into their clinics. Three peaks urgent care gives a damn. They are personable, personal, attentive, professional, and absolutely ARE invested in the welfare of their patients . They deserve every possible review that I can give them and they deserve all the credit in the world. Small people count, these people count more than the rest. When you’ve got bad pain and infection and problems that you can’t even take to an emergency room yet, they make the difference, please support your local three peaks urgent care. They DESERVE IT, and you WONT be disappointed.

Amazing customer service, had a first time visit yesterday and was in and out in around 45 minutes. Im sick often and hate doctors visit especially when I feel awful and they take forever. That was the total opposite of the case here, super friendly, super quick, and I felt better by the end of the day. I missed work and my husband had to leave work to take me and we were both provided with doctors notes. A coworker called in with the same symptoms today and I recommended they come here, it was that good! Thank you all for your service. 10/10

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Erin M! I don’t currently have a PCP and have been struggling after covid for weeks so needed help and I had quick, intentional service at this office. She answered all my questions, provided comfort and clarity and helped me find a pharmacy that would be great as well. I’ll definitely come back!

Been coming here for all my issues and they have always helped me. Today I was in some insane pain and the er took to long so I came here, pain free within an hour. The providers are funny and nice, and they just know how to treat a fellow human. Amazing people work here and they will make your life better!

Every time I go in it’s always in and out and all the staff are extremely kind. Owen and Erin are are amazing and helpful every time. Everyone that works there genuinely care about the patients and you can tell that they love what they do!

Everyone on the staff was great. We actually came in because of the guy who answered the phone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Youd be surprised how many people who answer the phones at this type of place dont know what a camp physical is! He made the whole thing feel normal and easy which it was & should be. Your costs were reasonable & your location easy to find.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Owen took such good care of me when I had a pretty intense health scare. The entire staff was so professional and prompt, I cant thank 3 peaks urgent care enough. Hopefully I wont have to return to urgent care. But if I do, it will be at 3 peaks.

What a great place! I called ahead after I hurt my foot. I completed the paperwork online and didn’t have to wait to be seen. Owen, Erin, and Sam were awesome! My injury was thoroughly evaluated (broke my foot) and they put together a great treatment plan. If you need an urgent care, this is definitely the place to go.

Super cool bunch never been here and was in and out pretty quick. Amanda and Heather were awesome made sure k was comfortable and took time to get my billing stuff correct it was a challenge but she got it done and Dr was very nice and confident and made sure I understood what was going on and what was not. I had one sprained ankle and one broken ankle. All the staff were great. I had X-rays and saw the PA and given a boot and crutches all in 1 hour. I definitely recommend this urgent care!!!

Had a really great first experience here this week. Woke up sick and was able to make an appointment for the same morning. No wait, quick tests, friendly kind staff, and clean as could be! Amazing facility! Came in & drove 20 minutes to the urgent care. They were understaffed and PA Edward assisted me immediately. Fast, empathetic and extremely thorough during my visit. Didn’t know I was running a fever & he administered oral meds right away. Was tested for everything possible. Within 45 mins got a call that I had covid. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone here. Such an amazing experience.

Our Five year-old son split his chin open in the backyard and we ran into three peaks on wadsworth. The front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful and our medical assistant Amanda & PA Kramer did a great job getting our son all fixed up. They were prompt and had good bedside manner, especially for a kid and would definitely recommend this placeto anybody.

Went in January for a basic lab test. Paid a co-pay and lab fee at the time of my appointment (around $200 total). Received a bill for an additional $144 2 months later, I called the billing department and they said there was an issue with my insurance that they will look into. My insurance was billed an additional $576 in March. In May I received ANOTHER bill for $658. I have spoken to billing 2 additional times to get that charge resolved, they continuously tell me to call back in 7-10 business days and that they are looking into the bill however I keep getting messages reminding me of my bill being due. Over $1200 in charges for an appointment that took 15 minutes is insanity. Please be cautious in going here unless you are open to 5 months of bills coming in with no explanation of what they are for.

Everyone was helpful, the front desk to the providers were all wonderful. I was so sick I couldnt breathe, high fever, achy, and disoriented. I started panicking in the lobby because I couldnt breath but Sam at the front desk was able to get me back right away and take basic vitals. Erin put me on put me on a nebulizer and steroids right away. It took a few hours to kick in but once they did my high fever started breaking. I also dont have insurance so I paid only about $170 for the entire visit including the steroids and nebulizer. Oh thats another thing they were very transparent about pricing. It was definitely worth it Im so glad I went.

Dr Edward and everyone this morning were amazing. I appreciated the comedy with my strep test this morning. Everyone treated me so well and were very helpful. Magdalena answered the phone this afternoon when I called about switching locations for my prescription and she was so sweet. Definitely the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Highly recommend!

My wife had severe allergic reaction on drug. We went to this urgent care. The wait time to see doctor was short. The doctor and nurse were very attentive and professional. We have received my wife’s prescription right in the office, which was very convenient.

You guys were great! Got me in and solved everything on a Saturday. It was quick and easy to get the care I needed. They helped me find a place that was still open on the weekend to fill my prescription and took my insurance. I highly recommend this place when you need it!

This is hands down the best urgent care/ medical facility I have been to! I am a very anxious person at doctor offices and when I accidentally cut my finger I was freaking out but EVERYONE there from reception to the nurses+doctors were extremely kind, helpful, comforting, and laughed with me/ cracked jokes to put me at ease! When I went back to get my sutures out I got to meet a 4th person who works there and he was just as great as the rest of the crew too! I joked with my family after both visits that this place cured my white coat anxiety lol. Could not recommend this place any more! 10/10

My experience at Three Peaks Urgent Care in Lakewood was phenomenal!! I was quickly checked in, seen by awesome staff that were knowledgeable and so very helpful. I was feeling bad for weeks, and after my visit there and being given the antibiotics I needed, I started feeling better in days. The facility was clean, and I highly recommended this urgent care! I’m very grateful to have been seen here :)

What a great experience this morning! From the front desk at entering until we left! Sam was quick and friendly. He discussed the issues my wife was having, charted all the info and made us aware that the PA would be in shortly. Erin the PA was fantastic. I wish all medical providers would have the friendly attitude displayed by these two! Erin discussed with my wife what she thought was the best treatment options and made it a very easy and enjoyable visit. As most people who visit a Urgent Care facility find out there is anything but urgency when you are there!!! We were in and out within an hour!! I would recommend Three Peaks Urgent Care -Lakewood to everyone. Thank you for making it a awesome experience! We will be back!

After being denied post-operative wound care at the surgeons practice and at my primary care providers, Three Peaks staff were welcoming and provided expeditious professional wound Care on a walk-in basis. Germ theory is indifferent to scheduling conflicts and management indicators. Thank you.

Unfortunately had to go to an urgent care but my visit went really well. My provider Edward, was outstanding got me in and out quickly and answered all my questions and concerns.

We had a great experience yesterday! Pretty quiet in there so we were helped quickly with not much waiting at all. All the Drs and staff were amazing, their bedside manner with my son couldnt have been better- they made his first injury/urgent care experience as good as it could be. Grateful for all of them, thank you!

Receptionist was rude the second i walked in hada very bad attitude and wouldn’t even let me speak. Then medical assistant asked me “do you have your flu shot” i answered with “no” then he continues to ask “do you think struggling brings your closer to god” I DO NOT think it’s okay for him to be asking about god/ religion. The doctor was amazing but i will NOT recommend neither ever come back !

I had a pretty intense injury on my my elbow and I had searing pain. I called a different urgent care that was closer to me but they didnt even answer the phone. I then called three peaks urgent care they answered immediately and had availability.When I arrived I was in so much pain I couldnt even grab my wallet out of my jacket. Asara was incredibly helpful. Not only did she help me get my ID and everything out of my wallet, she helped me fill out the online registration information.I then met with Sam who was very patient with me and really helpful as he got my vitals.Asara help me with my x-rays and was super patient. I had to take my time to reposition for the x-ray and she treated me very well.I then met with Kramer who was really insightful and explained his observations clearly.The entire process went very fast and smooth. I walked in very vulnerable and in a lot of pain. By the time I left I was feeling much much better knowing the status of my injury. They were all very hospitable and patient with me.They were a great, caring, and knowledgeable team. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

Owen was my medical assistant and he was the most personable provider I’ve had in the past 6 years. He not only listened to me, he HEARD me and empathized with me; I can’t express how much that matters.

Visited urgent care for an allergic reaction my mom had - was impressed at the attentive staff and care they provided. Our NP Erin was wonderful.

So far my two visits here were great. Easy to get an appointment staff is friendly and helpful. Nurses and doctors are great and caring. Always in and out. I will be coming here for now on.

This place has a completely different vibe than any other urgent care I’ve ever been to, and I can’t help but love that! All the guys are extremely friendly and down to earth, I feel like I’m being treated like a person and patient instead of a number in line. I came in for (what I thought) was a standard case of strep throat and later came to find that it was something more on top of that. When I called them to come back in, the doctor was the one that answered, he remembered me and told me to come back in right away! Then actually remembered me and my case from days prior. They took great care of me and I would highly recommend coming here over other urgent cares.

I came in on a Sunday from four days of trying to beat some serious conditions. They welcomed me with open arms and real concerns for my health....They are great people who here and after a couple hours I was heading home and feeling better by the minute..I wrote this the next morning and i feel great....as much as i dont want to say this but my conditions will never be gone completely and things will effect me in not a good way. The absolute best medical care I have ever received. Very fast. Super kind and understanding staff. They really listened to what I needed and considered my knowledge and opinions in making a plan for treatment. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I will never go to another urgent care!

My family has been coming here for colds, strep, and smaller sicknesses throughout the past two years. Excellent, quick, and efficient care every single time. I would recommend if you are in a pinch!The only disappointment is that this center previously charged $75-150 per visit. It’s shot up to $150-$350 per visit with insurance. One of our bills for a sore throat diagnosis and steroid shot was obsessive… $200 with insurance.Unfortunately, my these prices are well above average urgent care fees. Strep throat diagnosis and treatment is typically $75-$100 without insurance, while this practice is now charging $200+ per visit depending on treatment (2x the urgent care average).If you are okay paying excessive prices for great service, then this is the place for you!

Best, easiest experience for an urgent care - friendly as soon as I walked in the door and processes were simple and quick. Everything was clean and organized and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful about everything from insurance/ costs to medical expertise. Owen, Magdalena, Heather, and Kramer were all so great in each of their areas and even kept me laughing through a less than ideal experience. Hope I don’t have to be back but glad I know it and these people are here for unlucky situations!

This is probably the best and most hassle free UC in the Lakewood area. There is always a minimal wait time in lobby and prompt service from provider once taken to a room. Overall, the entire staff is helpful and friendly staff. I also find the pre-deductible copay to be very reasonable compared to other UC practices in the area (YMMV based on insurance).

Ive had to go here a few times for myself and/or children. Good experiences each time. I would recommend it to anyone needing urgent care who lives in the area. We will continue to go there, as needed. Thanks to all of the staff, theyre great.

The best experience I have ever had when going to an ER or Urgent care by far! Every single person that I interacted with from the intake process to the discharge process was very professional and genuine (genuinely kind, caring, helpful, and honest).I showed up to this location an hour and a half before they closed on a Monday evening after a bad mountain biking accident and the staff got me right in an went to work. I was there about 2 hours and ended up receiving 19 stitches in my face. The female Dr. that treated me did an amazing job as well as PA that assisted her.This is probably the first time I have ever left a review for anything as I do not take the time to write a review but this time my experience was so positive I felt it necessary to write a review. If you need to go to an urgent care I highly recommended going to this location! You will not regret it!

This is the first time Ive experienced health care providers who were excellent communicators. Their workup/exam and diagnosis was spot-on, and they even gave me a great pharmacy recommendation so that I wouldnt be dealing with long lines or an out-of-stock prescription.New patient intake was super-simple. Parking is close. They work with my insurance, too.I walked in the door in pain and a little worried about what was happening; I walked out with knowledge and an avenue for relief, and could leave the worry behind. Edward and Owen, thank you for your relatable manner and for taking great care of me.

Dr. Kramer is wonderful and really cares about every patient who walks into that Urgent Care. Owen (hes on the nurses) is incredibly kind and makes sure you feel 100% comfortable with what is going on and that you understand the next steps and so forth. The girl at the front desk is very welcoming and gives off calm and safe energy within the first few seconds of walking through the door. 10 out of 10, I would recommend this Urgent Care to my friends and family over any Urgent Care in the area!

I was seen a few weeks ago by Paramedic Mike and PA Diane McDonald..both were fantastic. Both answered my several questions and I never felt rushed. Blood was drawn as I had requested a few tests to be done at Labcorp. The entire process was smooth and easy. They were both professional and polite. I will surely go back to this urgent Care facility again.Today I returned to West Metro Urgent Care in Lakewood and once again..stellar service..the absolute best for certain. I was seen by paramedic Owen and PA Diane McDonald. They both listened to my concerns. I had a blood draw and an EKG performed. Not only were my concerns discussed, overall health topics were mentioned as well. Overall a great experience with an easy going open vibe with some humor injected as well. I strongly recommend this health care facility.

From someone who works in a medical office, I appreciated this entire team and office more than words could describe! The whole experience from the front staff to Tyler, the assistant, to Diana, the doctor, was top notch level service. I have never felt more comfortable and more cared for at any urgent care. They actually care about you feeling better and getting the answers to your problem without scare tactics and charging you an arm and a leg. 50/10 stars!! I will be recommending this place to my patients and friends.

The staff was kind and the online paperwork did not take long despite us coming in as a walk-in. The doctor had very reassuring words for my son, who was nervous about the procedure. In the end, the doctor made my son laugh when he told him a joke. I wish there were more doctors like him.

I paid my bill the day after I received it. They cashed the check my insurance company sent, but now 2 months later are sending me texts that I owe them money. Called them and they said they never got my check (confirmed cashed).Ive been trying for weeks to get this resolved and its been impossible. When I do finally get a hold of someone from their billing department they just tell me theyll send me an email within 24-48 hours and I can send proof that the payment cleared to that email. The email never comes (and yes Ive checked my spam).Incredibly frustrated and I cant think of what to do other than just pay the bill twice so I dont get sent to collections.

This is my second time coming here and I had a great experience aside from a little blip. Heather at the front desk has an attitude but dont let that deter you because the rest of the staff is amazing!I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me and making me feel comfortable and cared for.

I had low expectations going in but the nurse and the doctor were some of the kindest, most attentive providers I have EVER encountered and weee so knowledgeable and helpful. I will come here over any other office forever!My labs weee returned within 24hrs and the doctor called me personally to go over the results with me. I am extremely impressed with the level of service.

This urgent care is fantastic. I have seen them for medical care two different times and had a great experience with both providers. I was seen right away and treated with kindness and validation, which seem hard to find in the medical world these days. Grateful to have this spot in my neighborhood!

Everything was very clean, everyone was friendly. I made an apt 30 minutes before I showed up and was seen on time.

I was in and out in 45 minutes with a script to heal my condition on a holiday no less 🙌 they listened to everything I had to say and explained why they were doing the testing they did and what they were looking for and to follow up with a specialist based on the condition. I rate this urgent care 10 stars. Exceptional care! My nurse, Sam, was incredible. I went in with a UTI and slightly embarrassed to discuss my urinary issues. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, KIND and immediately I felt at ease! My Provider entered the room with a welcoming smile. He educated me about my condition and offered several suggestions to stay healthy. He was easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversation. WOW a doctor that actually listened to me!!! Wonderful experience! I will definately return with my health care issues!!!

The staff here are all amazing! They are so quick, friendly, and thorough. My entire visit for a fractured foot took less than an hour. They gave me a referral for a podiatrist in the area and provided me several options to care for my foot. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff for anyone in need. I have used Three Peaks Urgent Care on multiple occasions when visiting my daughter. I have nothing but good things to report. Check in is easy and quick and my problem taken care of professionally. The whole staff go over and beyond to make the experience not only professional but personable as well. Pat, Owen, Ed, Tyler and the front desk staff, Harrison and Magdalena all earn A+ grades from me. A big bonus is Teddy the clinic dog who makes sure you are doing ok and everyone is doing their job. Been here three times and I’m always blown away how quick I’m treated, I almost never have to wait and all the staff is so nice. Ended up in the ER thursday night from unimaginable abdominal pain where I feel like they didn’t do anything for me and just discharged me without many answers or treatment once they assessed I wasn’t immediately dying. Came here the next day after still experiencing a fair amount of pain where I was seen by Dr. Brant. He got me a referral to specialists and meds to treat all my symptoms and after days of pain I’m finally feeling back to normal and can go back to work until I get more tests done. I’ll never go to another urgent care, can’t recommend these guys enough.

This team treated my 4-year old son last week for strep throat, and they also treated me yesterday for what I thought was strep but turned out to be the Flu. Both visits were AMAZING. Each time we were in and out within 30 minutes with our prescriptions in hand. We are both feeling much better and I am so grateful for the excellent service we received from the whole team. 10/10 would recommend!

We were visiting from Memphis, TN when my 5 year old woke up with fever, a sore throat and a stomach ache. We were in Conifer but decided to go to West Metro because it had good reviews and it was 100% worth it. I cannot remember their names but the receptionist, paramedic and PA that took care of my son were all incredible. They were so kind and patient with him. I am a nurse and somewhat hard to please when it comes to people taking care of my kids but I absolutely recommend them. We were in and out, with a diagnosis of strep, in less than 45 minutes! They even gave us multiple recommendations of things to do with kids once he’s feeling better. Thank you all for taking care of our little guy and helping him feel better asap!

Always a bummer when you need care for an immediate health issue, but this is the best Urgent Care team Ive had the experience to be treated by. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed and treated and all of my questions answered. Everyone was very knowledgeable and with my insurance it was affordable. They will be my go-to should I have any health issues come up again.

This was my first experience with urgent care because Ive heard terrible stories about wait times and treatment. This facility and staff blew that concept away. I pre-registered online, and when I arrived, I went from counter check in straight into a room. Sam, the EMT, who took my vitals, history, and tests, was friendly, all smiles, and very courteous. Dr. Diane McDonald was very calm and reassuring as she performed my exam and discussed my illness. This was a very comfortable experience with knowledgeable folks and one I usually only have when seeing my regular PCP. It is so reassuring that this resource is so readily available.

Have never had such a pleasant Urgent Care visit while dealing with so much pain. Everyone working were as kind and caring as can be. You can tell that they all truly care to make you feel better. I’m lucky this place is four minutes from my house, but even if it was far I’d make the drive. They truly earn their 5 star rating.Thanks y’all

This is the 2nd time Ive been there and Ive been very pleased with the care Ive received: prompt, professional, and very friendly staff.

My 8 year old son cut himself and neeed stitches. Kramer and Owen took great care to fix his wound. Im especially grateful and impressed with Owen since he was able to calm my son, reduce his fear, and even make him laugh during a stressful situation. We didnt have a long wait. Been here multiple times (unfortunately lol) and every time they are amazing. I’ve had to come in without insurance and they make it very reasonable and still take care of me. Glad to have this place in the area.

I really want to like this place. It is close to my house and the visit is usually quick. However, I have had billing issues both times that I visited here.The first time was about a year and half ago and the visit went well, and I paid cash; however, I received a bill in a month. Their billing department confirmed it was an error so I didnt worry about it.However, I visited the clinic again in February 2024, and it felt rushed and impersonal. After the visit, I received yet another bill VIA TEXT. I have never received a bill from a healthcare provider via text. I was looking for something itemized but the link in the text message just led me to their website. All of this was AFTER I received notification that the visit was covered by insurance and they should have received a check. I tried calling the billing department to straighten things out. I couldnt get in touch with anyone so I am waiting on them to call me back.After all of this, Ill probably choose either my primary care physician or the emergency room for my healthcare needs in the future.

I had an awesome experience here!! The staff were all incredibly friendly and so kind. They got me in right away and were actively listening to my symptoms and needs. They helped me with some IV fluids due to dehydration and the EMT that administered my IV was very professional and did a great job finding a good vein on my arm! Barely even hurt! I felt really safe and comfortable being taken care of by these people! Thank you all SO much!I would recommend this urgent care to anyone thats able to make it there! WAY better than the last ER visit I had elsewhere.

Great experience! My kid broke their finger at school and needed X-rays. Sam was welcoming and calming! We were in and out in under 30 minutes! The Provider Diane was awesome and talked through the X-rays and injuries and things to do at length. Everyone was so great.

We were seen quickly and tests performed with fast results. Owen and Diane were both very friendly and knowledgeable and made my girl feel comfortable and welcomed. My daughter told me she really liked them both. Even though they were joking to make her feel better, and me too, they were very professional. Nice to have this clinic so close to home and be seen immediately. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Highly recommend! They are new, but I went twice in the past month - once for my injury and a follow-up visit for suture removal. I even called in between visits about a concern. They were amazing throughout my entire experience. They were always attentive and seemed to genuinely care about giving me the best care and my healing. The best experience Ive had at an urgent care. Our family will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I think this was the best urgent care I have been to.They took care of me right away . I saw Dr McDonald and she was very easy to talk to friendly and professional.I’ll definitely be back when these days it’s hard to get an appointment with my Doctor..

This is the best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care! I was seen almost instantly, and they had me out of there in 30min! The PA took her time to fully understand my situation and was very thorough. I felt completely taken care of and wish healthcare was like this more often!

Didnt catch the doctors name but he was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly. Wont hesitate to visit again. Nice new office too

Dr.Edward and PA Owen are exceptional. They are highly informative, considerate and consistent. Three Peaks Urgent care is an incredible option to explore if one is unable to see a GP or pediatrician.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind with my young daughter who made a mess with her cheese crackers and the water in the lobby. The EMT check in guy was very friendly and had a relatable personal friendliness. Both PAs helped us. Im so thankful for the treatment plan given for my poison oak so that I will be able to spend quality time with my new grand baby while I am visiting here in CO.Thank you so much!!
