My experience with Rocky Mountain Mens Clinic was easy from scheduling my appoint, completing forms online, and everyone was informative, helpful, and nothing was rushed. They answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with the plan I have in place. I highly recommend the Central Denver Location and their professional staff.

Read all the 5* reviews and how similar they all sound. Hmmm? I know RMMC has low scores on Yelp and you really want to believe it will work but Im telling you it doesnt. listen to these reviews. The drs are nonexistent, when you go in a sales person will tell you specifically that on their medicine if your house caught on fire then the fire department will see you erect. This is a flat out lie. 90% success rate? then why such low ratings? Im sure if this worked as good as they say it would be 5* Ive been going since February its now July and Ive spoken to a dr. once! they give you shot after shot and all it does is give you mild pain. Just talk to you regular MD and see a Urologist. Trust me I wanted this to work and have been very patient. The office staff and nurses do are friendly and do a fine job, however the drs are absentee and the medicine just isnt effective. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Signed up for trt then ended up trying to move to a different dr. It’s been a nightmare. They won’t refund me, they won’t speak with the company they financed the treatment through. I’ve had to get a lawyer involved and my credit is still taking a hit. Months later and I can’t even get ahold of the office. Don’t touch this place with a 39 1/2 ft pole.

They were very friendly and helpful for both of the visits I’ve had so far. Visiting a men’s doctor can be awkward, but they handled it with humor and knew their stuff. Haven’t tried the medication yet, but looking forward to it when I do.

Do not get your TRT here! They are a total rip off! Their business model is predatory.Rocky Mountain men’s health makes you pay at least a year of treatment upfront which is over $2500! You can’t cancel your plan or get a refund for unused treatments if you decide to stop or go to a different place for your treatments. If you can’t pay the full amount upfront the high pressure sales people will sign you up for a high interest loan.Castle Rock Hormone Health, who has locations in all the areas as RMMC, will do it for half the monthly cost! And you don’t have to pay for a year upfront! You can just pay month-to-month and you can stop your treatment at anytime.Rocky Mountain men’s clinic has super high pressure sales people. It’s a very uncomfortable set up they have going on. It’s just a predatory, money hungry business. It’s not a medical office at all!You’ve been warned.

Have had a great experience every time I come in. Very professional at all times. Caleb always makes sure I’m taken care of. They always make me feel comfortable and cared for.

The great crew at the men’s clinic is always outstanding with their service. Caleb especially always goes above and beyond to quickly get your information and get the process moving so you get through fast.

They’re nice and accommodating, however they want to fix everything with medicine in a subscription based plan which is extremely expensive. I know they’re trying to help but Not ever a natural or other methods are offered or suggested, they want to get you into their medicine plans no matter what, i said “No” i would think about it, and the lady kept insisting asking for my social, all my info, filling applications as if i said yes, they were very pushy about joining their plans…

I was really worried at first. But after my first visit I felt like I was right at home. Everyone here is great. They really make you feel like a part of the family. I actually enjoy coming in and seeing everyone now. They are extremely professional. Always in a great mood and super positive. And if I have any questions or issues, they are more than happy to help. Id give them a 10 or of 10, everytime.

This place is the biggest scam! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will charge you for prescriptions they never send and continue to add on extra “admin fees” and make canceling impossible. They seem kind and knowledgeable but in reality it’s a giant money hoax. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE! Wish we would have read other reviews with the same warnings ahead of time before my husband first gave it a shot.

I have been trying to cancel my plan with RMCC since July 2023.I have talked to the office multiple times in the past 5 months. I have talked to Erin and to Tiffany. Every time they have mentioned they noted my cancellation request and would forward this to Mark Shaw, who has to process the paperwork.I was told this could take up to 2 months, which is already a lot, but over 5 months is unacceptable, while I continue to be charged $368.75 every month for medicine that has not even been delivered anymore.I do not recommend this clinic. There are place much more affordable out there (just look it up before you sign up with them) and if you ever decide to cancel, good luck.

Do not use this facility. They will say they are there to help you, continue to get you to do more appointments, and just want you to keep coming in. Its the only goal they have. They dont care that the program isnt working. I would write down on my review that things were not working and the clinic would be like thats ok just keep coming back we can make this work. They only care about getting that $$. Go to hims or use another facility. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! PLEASE

Rocky Mountain Mens Clinic has a very professional staff and provided me with a tailored solution to my needs. The experience is not unlike concierge service at a resort or hotel where your needs are discussed in detail. This is not a one size fits all clinic where everyone gets the same bag of pills. Premium service does come with a premium price so be prepared to commit to a 2 or 2 year contract for a few thousand dollars.

An absolute amazing experience! Treated very well as soon as I walked into the department and stayed that way until I left. Michael the Dr was very descriptive and helpful with teaching and understanding different issues and Ty, the man in charge of the treatments was very helpful in explaining how things would go. I had an awesome experience during my visit. The entire staff that visited with me and my wife were very personable and witty. They made my wife feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Moisant was incredible with his presentation and making sure that we had a clear understanding about how treatment would go and what to expect. Also, you guys were great in making your services financially obtainable. You guys are a top rate specialty service.

My experience was good and they made sure that I was comfortable and at ease. The only thing is there contract prices are quite high I would have given 5 stars if it werent for the cost but I guess they figure that if you have a problem that affects your life you will pay whatever to fix it

I had an appointment, but after reading the reviews I decided to go see my regular doctor instead.

This is a professional clinical environment where patient (customer) service is clearly a paramount concern of the business. Pharmacological knowledge is highly evident. Staff competancies are also easily observed. My care team - Michael Berke, Ty Tymovich, Jay Guillot and Caleb and Adam (sorry - I dont remember their last names) made my patient experience a positive one.

I have been a patient at R.M.M.C for 2 years and Im going on my 3rd. I had the pleasure of working with Jared who was a delight to work with. He was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. The staff at the clinic are all kind and great at their job. I would recommend R.M.M.C to anyone looking for a great medical practice.

After talking with multiple clinics I decided to make Rocky Mountain Mens Clinic my clinic. So many reasons why, but to name a few: the staff was laid back and easy to talk to and with, felt no judgement what so ever, My team was very patient as we worked through the proper dosage. My main contact is Ty and dude is SOLID, I can call or text anytime and he gets me taken care as soon as he can. Nothing better than feeling your needs, questions and concerns are not a burden on the medical staff.

Very pleasant and professional staff. Facilities and the waiting area are relaxing. That provide quality medical care for Mens Health. Very satisfied. All a man should seek assistance on those matters. The staff puts you at ease and they have numerous modalities of treatments that work for most men regardless of age

I have been treated by RMMC for low t for nearly four years now. They are professional, capable, and great to work with. The testosterone treatments have truly changed my life and Im blown away at the difference. Now, it is absolutely concierge medicine and there is a cost, but for me it is totally worth it.

The staff there is very professional and friendly. The testosterone treatment has been a God send! I have more energy, sleep better and going to the gym is enjoyable again. I would recommend this treatment to anyone with low T.

This place is a fraud! All they will do is take your money and waste your time. I would give then negative stars if it would let me. I spent over 3 hours in there office and spent $190 and never heard from them again! I called then after 3 weeks and it took 2 phone calls and waiting on hold for a combine 30+minutes to even talk to someone. Then all he wanted was more money! Oh Im sorry, to discuss treatment options. When I told Eric I was dissatified and wanted a refund he said refunds were against company policy. So is good customer service I guess! Again, dont waste your time or money.

Sometimes it is difficult to talk about your own personal health. But at RMMC, the staff were really easy to talk with which made me feel very comfortable by answering a lot of questions. RMMC, were knowledgeable and professional and process was easy!

The Rocky Mountain Mens Clinic was and is just what Ive been looking for. Since I had Covid19 things simply have not worked. They are treating the whole me.

The first time I signed up for HRT, I had pellets inserted under my skin. They worked great, I felt a huge difference. Rocky Mountain Mens Clinic, simply does not prescribe enough testosterone. I didnt sign up so that they could raise my testosterone level to normal for a 65 year old man, I want the testosterone level of a 19 year old. I cannot feel any difference whatsoever, taking the dose RMMC prescribed. Nothing whatsoever. Ill never sign another contract with these people, its a ripoff.

One word that described my visit is value . The staff were very friendly and welcoming.It depends on what mindset one comes to the clinic with and a positive mindset will let you see things differently from a value view point and not financial view point.

Went to the Colorado Springs Location. Amazing crew there. Ted the doc makes the 99$ special worth every penny. Ive never been to a doctors office and spent so much time with the actual doctor. Let me break down a visit at this place....You walk in and are greeted by the nicest, most personable front desk staff. Jose welcomed me in with a great big smile and a handshake, thats a big deal to men my age. I immediately was taken into a room and shortly after was greeted by Billy. Once again a smile and very friendly person. He checked my vitals and asked simple questions and then brought Ted in. Ted, like I said earlier, was super professional. He went over everything with me, which made me feel more comfortable. We talked for more than 15 minutes and I greatly appreciate him taking time out of his BUSY schedule(the clinic was full, and he still gave me MY time) to talk to me. I signed up to become a patient for life, they just dont know it yet. These guys went out of their way to make me feel right at home.BEST part about the visit.....THEY FIXED MY PROBLEM!!!! after having my problem for a few years and almost giving up, since Viagra is a scam, these PROFESSIONALS made me feel 20 again. I could never had expected this to happen. I walked out with a smile, my confidence, and maybe even some friends. Im really looking forward to coming in again and maybe even bring in my happy wife to meet the men who might have SAVED our marriage.I see people on here being negative about this clinic... They just dont want the problem fixed. would you put low grade gas in your Ferrari? No! then why would you put Viagra or low grade medication in your body. Put Rocky Mountain Mens Clinic and their medication in you and you will be running better than you could remember.

Get there now!! I am a diabetic who had 2 heart surgeries in the past 18 months.Had been literally 3 years since I had an erection, and on the 1st visit I couldnt believe my eyes. My girlfriend is thrilled to say the least, and I last longer than I have ever had before.Dont believe the haters........no - this treatment is not free, but the best $$ I have ever spent.

I felt like they were trying to hustle me wanting more then 1300.00 for a month supply. The first time I was there what they gave me in the office was effective but what they sent me home with was not the same. They try to sell a person much more then what a person usually will use before the medicine becomes old. I used to live in California where I was able to buy by the dose or get a vial so I could use what I needed. I will not deal with these guys again I have found more professional people to deal with that have a much better price. Its a shame that scam artists are allowed to practice stay away from these guys.These guys called me back to talk with me the guy I talked with asked me to come in and they would set things right I am going to try and get in this week and will update this review after I see them.

Tye knows how to listen and then uses the exceptional capabilities of the organization to develop a personalized plan of action. Jake and Miles, two fine young men, provided the onsite service. And Brandon provides a measure of oversight and expertise that ensures quality execution. Brenda, a high-end common-sense practitioner concludes the process, which for me was a shot. Its rare these days to find expertise, a team approach, and honest commitment to problem resolution in one organization. RMMC is the exception. My highest recommendation to an organization that delivers on its promises and realistically makes a profound difference for old dogs like me.

Their number one concern is signing you to a long term expensive contract for their drugs. I completed the survey, they took blood and before any discussion concerning my issue or even what my testosterone level was(still dont know) a guy comes in the exam room with a yellow note pad and starts showing the cost of the different drug contracts which were all for one year and cost $1,000s. The experience was worst than buying a used car at a shady car lot. I could not get out of there quick enough. Save your money and try one of the online companies.

The doctor did nothing for us. We thought our love life was hopeless. We are so thankful that was not true. I heard the ad and encouraged my husband to make an appointment. He is now feeling strong and his performance is back to normal...and better!

Have you ever been in a high pressure sales situation. This is a joke of a company go to your regular doctor and get a prescription for $10 instead of getting ripped off for thousands of dollars by these scam artists. they will put you in a room try to force you to buy some super expensive subscription then have someone else come in and offer you a better deal if you wont take the first deal its stupid I promise you

Moved to CO from another state where I was on testosterone with my primary care doctor, which was helping me very little. I visited RMMC, became a patient and could not be happier! The improvements under their care vs what my Primary could do for me are incredible.

Alright Men, time for a REAL review. As most on Google here are Pseudo and most likely placed here by a company marketing rep. I read on most of these reviews the staff was AWESOME. It was neither bad nor good. They were pleasant, respectful, but not overly involved with making you feel at ease. Let me say this. I read A LOT of really negative reviews and I do not think most of them are justified. I think it is more along the lines of high expectations without research (stupid consumers). I read A LOT of negative reviews about wait times. I wasn in and out in an hour and a half. Exactly what was mentioned in my apt email. You dont just walk in and wham, bam, you are done. There is a short health screen (BP and OXY), the consult with the PA (just like a doctors office), the consult with the provider (there is no doctor here), the test dose, the sales pitch, the reversal shot, then you are done. Yes men, you will get 2 shots in the junk. #1, it does not hurt. One is the test dose, the other is to get you down. That is the process. So the Provider (again, not a Doctor) comes in and talks to you. It was a very rushed presentation, not to detail oriented. He did answer questions but carried an attitude like he did not want to. He possessed a good bit of arrogance, but was not disrespectful and did answer my questions (very quickly). Then, poof, he is gone and you will not see him again. If you agree to the test dose, the PA will come in and give you the shot. It is quick and painless. Like a blood sugar check. They say you will see results in 7-10 minutes. Mine took about 15-20. Does it work......YES, unequivocally! They will come in and verify it works...then, here comes the sales pitch. They will hit you with the different plan options. They are VERY expensive and not covered under insurance (all disclosed up front if you read their website). Its up to you! Sure, they try and sell it, back off on the initial price, but they do not hound you are try to force you into anything. Then they will come in and give you a reversal dose (again, does not hurt at all)Bottom line: If you are looking for a DRs opinion, if you want the reason for your ED, etc.....Dont go here. That is not what this is at all. These are not Drs, they are basically pharmaceutical distributors and providers mixed in with a little bit of sales on a product that offers a solution. Entirely up to you if you want to drop the coin. I suppose if the problem is big enough, you may. I did not care for the provider, personally. But I went in fully aware of what to expect. I did not choose to purchase because the current problem did not justify the expense. I will examine some other avenues and consult my Drs. However, if the problem did get to that level, I certainly would go back to RMMC. You get EXACTLY what is promise at the clinic. Read the paperwork, read the website. Do your research. The visit was worth the 100 bucks. It gave me options, which is what I wanted. Period.

First off they made a uncomfortable subject as comfortable as I could ever except then the out come was more then what I ever could have expected they had addressed a condition that has affected me for years and finally am able to obtain an erection

This is a great service for men! The staff is very helpful and takes their time explaining options. They even check in periodically to make sure I feel good and I’m following up as planned. Many other healthcare practices could use a tip from these guys.

I am so outrageously livid with Rocky Mountain men’s clinic that I am ready to find the most ruthless malpractice attorney out there and clean this company out. They straight out lied to my face and put my health at risk! Do not, I repeat do not trust these people. They will take advantage of you even if that means you are stuck paying $1600 every 6months for the rest of your life.

Complete asholes!!! We are 2 clients who have called in saying that we are running late due to traffic. I called at 4pm and the second person at 4:30. Standing outside their office at 5:05pm and its locked down both feeling as fools. Had 1:30h drive and the other 2h.We knock Hard on the door and a manager pops out to insulting​us for knocking and did not care that someone made a promise. Its after 5pm and not his problem he states. After what turns into an argument he finally gives and helps us with a bitter face.Products are also questionable. Some batches just dont work. Its not the original pills but a own made. So yes, they replace but do we know what we truly get? Not that its any cheaper. Just the contrary and having to pay almost a grand up front you are stuck with them for a while.Private practice at its worst.

I wouldnt recommend them. I would look at another place for low T and ED. They didnt follow through with appts and then wouldnt stop payments when I lost too much weight. Not a very good experience.

JUST TO START THE ONLY THING THEY WILL OFFER YOU IS AN INJECTION INTO YOUR PENIS, EVERYTIME YOU HAVE SEX.They should be shut down. It is not a doctors office and it is not even a clinic. There is not even a doctor in the building! They are a drug company based out of Florida selling you their drugs and only their drugs. If you demand to see a doctor or ask for a prescription you are more or less asked to leave the building. Dont believe me? Ask the people working there for full names. They look like scared children Because they are.If you have erectile distinction go to your doctor, get a prescription and buy your medicine online.
