Dr Garcia was extremely kind and helpful. I felt extremely comfortable and in good hands! She seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve never been overly impressed with my gynecologists in the pasted, but I really liked this office, the doctor, nurses, front desk all were lovely!

Dr. Garcia is very knowledgeable, attentive, personable, and caring. I drive 45 minutes to see her, because I would not want to have my OB/GYN care in the hands of any other provider. (Unless its another physician in the office who I may need to see on an urgent bases because Dr. Garcia is out.) Even Dr. Garcias nurse Olivia is fabulous. Overall the front office staff is good, Ive had my issues with some, but the office manager has been responsive when I had my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Garcia.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Garcia, the office staff at womens health group and the staff at North Suburban Medical Center. Dr. Garcia was incredibly helpful throughout my pregnancy. Everyone made me feel very confident leading up too and during labor. Dr Garcia laid out my options very clearly, and I was able to deliver my daughter VBAC like I wanted. I would recommend Dr. Garcia in a heartbeat!

I got a tubal ligation with Dr. Garcia. My ENTIRE team was amazing. Literally everyone. There was a mix up with scheduling and the man at front desk eagerly got everything sorted out. He was so kind. Then, the nurses prepping me were also so kind and concise. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Plonski, was empathetic and clear when answering all my questions and concerns. And then Dr. Garcia, awesome. Clear with everything and NEVER EVER was I heckled for my decision. She educated me on the risks and trusted my cognitive ability to make this decision for myself. My aftercare nurse was awesome. He made me as comfortable as possible and monitored me to ensure I was recovering well.10/10 recommend Dr. Garcia and everyone on her team. I was in great hands.

Dr. Garcia is a phenomenal doctor. I had a baby 19 months ago. Today I went in to see her because I was not feeling myself. The way she treated me with respect and care made me feel like I wasn’t going crazy. To: Dr. Garcia Thank you for being genuine and connecting and resonating with your patience Thank you.

Dr.Garcia and her entire staff are absolutely phenomenal. They always make me feel as if I am their favorite and only patient. From checking in to checking out, I know that I am in the best of hands with Dr.Garcia and her Staff. The quality and thoroughness of care in this office should be the standard for all medical practices.

Didn’t seem like she really cared about me as a patient to be honest. She was always very busy, in and out quickly none of my appointments with her were more than about 10 min and I didn’t ever get a follow up call about bloodwork or anything like that. She was nice and seemed like she cared but could have been more caring I feel like.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Garcia. She has helped me as much as she can and answers all my questions and concerns.Ultrasound tech was very nice and gentle as well.Staff is great!Great experience all in all

I always feel comfortable when I visit Doctor Garcia. She and her two assistants, Olivia and Emily, are very nice and efficient. Everything is clean and I always have all my questions answered.

Dr Garcia is wonderful, as well as her medical assistant. Very kind and compassionate. However, the person who does the ultrasound was awful! She was arrogant and not very nice!

I always seem to catch Dr. Garcia on a bad or extra busy day. I originally made an appointment because of fertility issues. After waiting in the patient room for 40 mins before being seen by Dr. Garcia to discuss what I actually came in for, she rushed through my options, did not explain anything, was unable to focus on my answers when she asked me questions which I repeated for her multiple times and tried to get out of there as fast as she could. Our interaction was less than 5 mins. which was frustrating after waiting for 40 mins. I understand she is busy, but it was obvious she did not want to be there. The nurse with her was very kind and explained the next steps and answered my questions, so thank god for nurses.

Medical care is based on how much money you can pay them everytime you visit. I was treated like I didnt belong in the office once they found out I couldnt pay when I checked in. It was an issue with my bank not an issue with having the funds but the woman that checked me in was completely unprofessional and did nothing to work with me. Not only did she treat me that way I could hear her making fun of a patient that called in to talk to a doctor. The patient simply wanted to know if the doctor could send a script over to the pharmacy asap because she was in a lot of discomfort after what the doctor already prescribed her didnt work. The front desk woman and the doctor were making jokes about that loud enough for me to hear in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional and disgusting.

Dr K Garcia made a usually uncomfortable doctors visit pleasant.Informative and friendly. I will be returning next year for my annual checkup.

Dr Garcia was knowledgeable and compassionate. The rest of the office staff were also very warm and caring.
