I see Lily Juan at this practice and Ive had cancer surgery, chemo and radiation in the last 8 months. Lily is very knowledgeable about the post treatment drugs that work for me to stave off the side effects. Ive been seeing Lily since she joined this practice many years ago and shes always upbeat and helpful. I highly recommend her.

I had an amazing experience at healthy futures. The front desk and staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole appointment. They offer financial assistance as well which was very helpful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

From Miami, FL traveling to Aurora, Colorado to go get attended by Healthy futures for my procedure is the best and wonderful experience I ever had versus Miami, FL is a terrible service. The OBGYN that I was referred to never even properly received the referral and ultrasound images for my cyst from healthy futures. Healthy futures took two weeks to properly process my ultrasound. I had to call them to get them to remember to check my ultrasound

A smooth, streamlined experience. All of the nurses and the doctor who completed my procedure were friendly. The entire process was explained to me thoroughly beforehand and I felt comfortable to ask questions along the way. I was nervous traveling from Texas, but it was honestly the best decision I could’ve made. I’d recommend Healthy Futures to anyone.

I was seen as a new patient recently. I was seen quickly, my provider was kind and thorough, and answered all my questions. It is also very convenient to be able to take care of basic care, and my GYN care, without having to be referred somewhere else.

My life would have been completely different if it wasn’t for MYSELF. After experiencing changes within my body (female specific) for about a month; I decided it was time to see a doctor. Because female health issues can often be ignored and/or treated conservatively, I opted to see Dr. Severson thinking that I would receive well-rounded care.As my appointment started, Dr. Severson spent 40 out of 45 minutes pushing birth control on me - no matter how many times I told her that this was not the answer I was looking for. This entire time, I sat on the exam table, covered by a drape. As the appointment came to a close, she said, “I can give you a pelvic exam… if you want” I told her that I absolutely DID want this. During the exam she asked, “are you due for a PAP?” I wasn’t but I said I might as well get one anyway due to the symptoms I had been experiencing.Fast forward two months later, I am getting ready to start chemo/radiation for Stage 3 Cervical Cancer. I truly believe that if I wasn’t a nurse and hadn’t advocated for myself that Dr. Severson would have put an IUD in me - further masking my symptoms.Dr. Severson has a cold, know it all bedside manner. Choose someone else, seriously. I can’t say it enough.

What a fantastic place. I called PP previously and was told no walk ins and given zero guidance on anything to do next. Then I called healthy future (the name itself is better than PP) and Brenda was immediately helpful. She told me to come in 2 hours later and she went through all the details, I didn’t even have any further questions she was so thorough. When I arrived at the client the ladies were so welcoming and again, the details were all laid out in the binder the give you. As previously mentioned in a review, you are taken to a few waiting rooms, I personally appreciated the privacy. After waiting a short while i met with Ashley (INCREDIBLE) for an ultrasound and again she reviewed all my options, even the one I didn’t come for, which thankfully she did because it worked out best for me and my situation. She went out of her way to make sure I was treated immediately and with care. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt supported and important. I was out of the office and feeling better in less than 2 hours. Shout out to Dr S. for her amazing bedside manner!Being from FL, Denver is so lucky to have a place like this.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Severson as my primary care physician. Soon after I started seeing her, she found a solution to a blood issue that had not been addressed for nearly two years prior. When I began to research her before she was my primary, it didn’t take long to see that she is an outstanding physician with diverse experience, and I wouldn’t have seen her brief bio if I had not first seen that she is courageous, which made me want to read on. I also want to say that she is a genuinely kind human being who is attentive to all of my concerns. I feel cared for and I’m honored to be her patient.Also, I can’t emphasize enough how efficient and caring the entire staff is at Healthy Futures. This place was a life saver. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They made sure I was comfortable during and after my procedure. Coming from Texas , I didn’t have any options but here they have so many options for the procedure that I chose. The doctor was extremely gentle and listened to all of my concerns. Dr. Seversen is the only doctor I have been able to fully trust. She is incredibly thorough, truly listens, and will be my forever doctor. She also responds quickly and has never gaslit me. The front desk people have also been so amazing. They get back to you when they say, and have been sensitive and kind to me when my anxiety has been high. I love this practice.

This place went DOWN HILL, I’ll say it this way no one wants to be bumps arms at a DMV much less a women’s health clinic. If you want any privacy or a nurse that will treat your emotions like a priority DO NOT GO HERE.Edit: after finding a new doctor I can ensure there are a minimum of three other locations that can see you in an hour compared to Healthy Future’s 3 to 5 HOUR WAITNo jabs just facts :)

I was told by doctor Lily j Juan that I needed to see rheumatologist and a diabetes specialist, and what was really going on my aorta was ripped and I had to have open heart surgery and I told the doctor I thought that it was my heart. Thanks for you special care.

The nurse was professional and to the point which i like there was this one girl with red or pink hair that used the hemoglobin to check my iron she had an attitude like energy i ignored it because i only saw her for that. The doctor made me extremely comfortable she has blonde short hair Im thankful for her. The recovery process i was still loopy but could hear and i heard 2 girls that were preparing for me to leave talking about me and when i opened my eyes they froze and one left to whisper to someone that i caught her and that made me uncomfortable and my body tense. You could’ve waited till i left not in front of me while im in a vulnerable state.

The office is very nice and looks recently renovated. The office staff were welcoming and friendly. Dr Severson spent a good amount of time with me and listened to my issues and discussed various approaches. Definitely recommend Dr Severson as a primary care doc.

Dr. Britt Severson saved my husband’s life one evening. After his yearly visit and tests, she called our home at night and told us after looking at his blood work numbers that he was going into kidney failure. (Something his oncologist didn’t notice.) She advised me to please take him to the emergency room. Now.She was absolutely correct about her observation and his test results — I was blessed to have my husband with me for 6 more months. He had stage four cancer and every extra day counts. She is a treasure — and I owe her so much gratitude.Yesterday, I visited the Healthy Futures office, after dealing with my loss and grief, I needed a checkup. Dr Severson saw me and I mean really “saw me.” She looked into my eyes and she understood in her calm way what I was experiencing. Then she simply sat with me for a long while. This is a rare occurrence in today’s busy healthcare system. I cannot thank her enough for being the deeply caring and wise doctor she is. 🙏

I was already stressed for being an out of state patient but was treated kindly from clinical staff and doctor. I would just have to say, I was rudely greeted by the front desk receptionist.The first impression and greet I received was “name and dob” and she automatically looked at my nails and was incredibly rude that I was clearly instructed not to have arycylic nails. I was rudely told to have all of my nails removed or two removed or I can’t have my full medical treatment. I was already in distress, broke and stressed. I didn’t know where I was or even been to Colorado in the first place. The nails weren’t a problem, I didn’t mind cutting them off and filling or the damn things in general. That wasn’t the point. I actually had to step outside and cry because she made me feel so unwelcome and stupid. I was already in unknown state, alone, terrified and full of anxiety. I was giving nail clippers and a filer and the medical staff finally told me I was okay. I get you can’t have acrylic nails for the pulse/ox and I of course had a million things going on from traveling and other stress related issues to think about my nails. I finished my paperwork and was told “you need a pharmacy listed” I stated I had no idea where I was and I don’t know what to write so I left it blank. She just pointed out there’s a “Walgreens” and honestly felt more low than I already was because she made me feel like I was animal and I was stupid. Other than the horrible lady at the front. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice, made me feel good, comfortable, spoke with me and they were just amazing. The MA, tech and doctor was amazing and I’m so grateful for the smooth process for a highly stressful out of towner. The end of my visit I was very comfortable and had every answer answered. I highly recommend. Thank you healthy futures ❤️

I experienced the worst day of my life unfortunately in the walls of this clinic. I came in with immense pain and throughout the check up it got progressively worse to the point I began to throw up, cry and get lightheaded. The nurses and techs were quite apathetic and treated me as if I was an inconvenience and being dramatic. Experiencing the most pain I’ve ever been in, I wasn’t believed, and was asked to prove what was going on with me. This was frustrating and heartbreaking, adding to the trauma I experienced that day. The vulnerability I exhibited was met with a cold and condescending staff, that will scar just as deep as the pain I faced.I didn’t want to post this publicly as I believe the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently on a normal day. However, I wanted those that were involved that day to understand the impact their patronizing words and cold demeanor have had on me, that will stick with me the rest of my life.

Healthy Futures was a god send during a trying time for my husband and I. The doctor and nurses went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. The facility is clean and so calm. I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. And they helped me navigate being an out of town patient. I would highly recommend Healthy Futures.

Due to ongoing health issues my husband and I made the hard decision. As soon as I checked in, the front desk worker was incredibly rude and told my husband that since I was opting out of sedation, “You can leave now.” And he would have to sit in the car for my procedure. Multiple times during the filling out of my paperwork the lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude and got very short with me .They do not allow any support person in their office make or female. I understand safety, but during such a hard experience nobody should have to be forced to go through it alone.They took payment before I could be seen and were very pushy about me accepting pain medication I didn’t want that they were going to charge me extra for out of pocket. Once called back I was shuffled between different rooms. Had an ultrasound and sat in the room waiting for a nurse with no kind of cover up or anything. Once finished I wasn’t even given time to clean myself up before being rushed back to the waiting room. Tried my hardest to stick it out but after that I ended up just canceling, leaving, and making an appointment somewhere I knew would be more comfortable and where someone could be with me during the procedure. The entire experience was demeaning and degrading and no matter how one chooses to go about their care, nobody should have to experience what this clinic considers “standard”.DO NOT COME HERE FOR WOMEN’S CARE! There are multiple other clinic options that will make sure you are well taken care of, comfortable, and do everything they can to provide the best quality of care during such a difficult time for the same price as here.

We could not have asked for a more kind, compassionate experience today. After receiving a heartbreaking diagnosis of a fetal anomaly not compatible with life, we went here rather than the hospital we got diagnosed at and received incredible and loving care that was both professional and healing . The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this place a million times over. I was extremely stressed and anxious going in, and the procedure was painless and anxiety free thanks to the wonderful calming staff and the help of modern medicine. I am forever thankful for the generosity and kindness of everyone we worked with here, especially my doctor. She is the new owner and absolutely incredible . I will be recommending this location to everyone I know in need of high quality and compassionate reproductive care and am so thankful these amazing humans provide this service to all women in need. At this time with everything going on with womens reproductive rights, I had to try and find help for my daughter in the state we live in, which is Texas, so go from there. We are financially in a horrible situation at the time and basically homeless. Through Lilith Fund, we were able to get the help we needed instantly. Every bit of it taken care of; including my daughters anxiety about her decision being respected and fulfilled. This clinic and EVERY employee there was unbelievably nice, caring, and so respectful to my daughter and myself. We have not one complaint except there are not enough places and employees like that everywhere. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul for all of you for everything. Especially making my daughter so comfortable, heard, and respected. 🖤🖤🖤

Dr. Rosenfeld was absolutely amazing. I had just met her but she made me feel like she really knew me, my story, and my circumstance which made all the difference in the situation. She was incredibly attentive and caring and she made a world of difference on an incredibly hard day. The overall office experience was fine, the staff was professional and nice and the office space itself was decent overall.

Absolutely everything about this place is friendly, safe, and comfortable. From the initial phone call to the very end of my appointment, everyone that worked there made me feel comfortable and safe. They were super nice. Dr. Hindes was really amazing and personable. He treats you like you are his friend. You can tell that the people that work here genuinely care about you as a person. This was the most amazing and friendly doctors office I have ever been to in my entire life. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I visited Healthy Futures For Women at 7 weeks pregnant for an MAB Abortion. The building is not much to speak of from the outside; however, the inside the Healthy Futures Clinic is beautifully decorated and has a very calming nature. The nurses were incredibly kind to me. I was their second patient of the day, so I only had to wait a few minutes after I finished my paperwork. The staff was thoughtful, furnishing the the exam room with a space heater so the patients wouldn’t be cold. The Doctor was kind, but not overly involved in my own personal business. He was very professional. I was only in the clinic for about an hour, and I left feeling grateful for The Healthy Futures staff and Doctor. Wonderful Place.

If youre looking for a caring staff and a really good doctor, definitely call this office! I was really nervous when I arrived and everyone was so kind...in fact...the assistant stayed by my side for the entire appointment. The doc answered all my questions(really nice guy) and took his time to make me feel really comfortable. Im not the easiest patient:) but they were really professional and Ive already recommended them to friends.

Dr. Hindes and staff are very accommodative and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. He was very patient with all the doubts I had and made sure that I felt confident about the next steps. I do not know if this is a good doctor or not because I did not get to that point. I will say that I cancelled my appointment, as a brand new patient, due to the rudeness of Karina, the woman in the front office, and their discriminatory cancellation policy. I asked to speak to the office manager. I guess she is it. I got up this morning, later than I wanted because I am having problems sleeping, only to find it also dumping snow. I am a disabled person who walks on a cane. I am also from the South and cannot drive in these conditions safely. One of the reasons that I made the appointment is because I have fallen twice in the last couple of months, one being last week, and am having problems. I can reschedule, but I have to pay $35, something she failed to tell me when I made the appointment. I offered to reschedule, but I am not paying that. There are things that come up outside of our control. They have apparently zero flexibility and zero compassion. I am a fall hazard. No one expects a disabled person to get out in these hazardous conditions, especially when I am thirty minutes away from their office. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. I wonder why? I am going to write a letter to the doctor. Often times, these overzealous front office employees do not exemplify the attitude or values of the doctor. It’s unfortunate because this woman ran off a new patient. I don’t normally post my opinion, but I am so angry right now. Shame on her.

Visiting this office was a nerve wracking experience for me, but they made it as easy as it could have been. The staff are very knowledgeable, congenial, and they really discuss every part of your decision with you. Nurse Alex was an amazing support both physically and mentally and the doctor was wonderful as well. For what is obviously a difficult situation, it really could not have been a better experience. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Dr. Hindes was professional and made me feel very comfortable during the experience/procedure. The nurse and rest of the staff was pleasant, informative, and not rude. The girls in the front office were sweet. I like the fact that it was easy to make a next day appointment.I do think they need more chairs, as there were a lot people there.

100% RECOMMEND!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and just call and talk to the receptionist because these ladies are seriously angels on earth. Came from out of state and was obviously very nervous and every single person at this facility made me feel relaxed and safe. I have traveled from out of town and through Denver traffic, early in the morning, more than once, to receive care from Dr. Hindes and his team. The nurses are nice and very helpful. Ive called before to both reschedule an appointment, and also ask questions about side effects and prescriptions. The entire office is calm and clean; information and assistance is readily accessible here. I have been with different nurses on different visits, and everyone is always kind and professional with me. Anyone looking for healthcare tailored to women should really consider this practice.

Dr.Hindes Is the best doctor Ive ever been attended by. His whole team works with you to provide you with financial assistance if you qualify for it. I have been to his office enough to know I wan him to be my primary care Doctor he showed me he cared about me as a human and not just as another number walking into his clinic. His attitude is so uplifting as well as his nurse Alex. I have never met a doctor that gives you his personal number for emergencies or additional questions. My favorite nurse here is Alex she is amazing im very satisfied with the way they treat me. I cant believe there are any negative reviews. This place is amazing and comforting. This facility is so essential to women. They have services for everything!! I will never go to planned parenthood for anything that my ob can’t do from now. I also will make that drive from the Springs to Denver so that he can be my ob. I’ve never been so pleased and so comfortable. Getting woman care can be uncomfortable in the first place right?! I had my first appointment and they were amazing!!!! And it didn’t take an entire day to get something done! Soon as I filled out my paperwork the nurse came to get me who was very nice. Then another nurse came in who was absolutely amazing she was very personable and I really wish I would have gotten her name! Very sweet woman. And then there is dr hindes who was very professional and nice. He explained everything from start to finish. I officially love this place and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My partner and I were able to book an appointment here for the next day! We were both uneasy with the whole situation but Healthy Futures did a great job at making this process as comfortable for us as they could. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, thorough and helpful. Dr. Hindes was amazing!! He gave us all the information we needed to understand the process, potential outcomes and solutions. He was extremely personable, enthusiastic about his job and making us feel comfortable and was happy to answer any questions we had! We left feeling confident about what was done and what still needed to be done. This type of situation is not enjoyable for most. You will be in great hands picking this place to help you through your situation.

I had my first appointment at this office today. I went in to establish primary care/check up. The nurse that took my pulse was very sweet and asked if I wanted to do regular blood testing just to check my levels. She also recommended that because I just got an IUD put in that I wait to have a pap smear as to not further disturb my body. When Lily Juan walked in to carry out my checkup, she greeted me by making me feel really stupid for requesting blood work. She did not introduce herself or tell me her title and she did not ask me for my name or anything. After being gaslit about the blood work she proceeded to tell me a handful of false information about my birth control and acted shocked that I wanted to hold off on my pap smear due to the advice from the first nurse I saw. She also made weird some comments about STD testing, explaining that some people are in stable relationships and dont need to be tested while other people should be getting tested, then asked so do you want to get tested..It felt like there was a right and wrong answer based on her tone. Ive never had a medical professional come off as condescending before, nor have I ever felt unheard in a medical setting. I wish I would have stood up for myself more but the experience was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave.

Best way to put my experience = I felt cradled in loving, compassionate arms throughout the entire heart wrenching process!The care you will receive at Healthy Futures is professional, polite, gentle, and educational. The staff is so incredibly kind and empathetic! They treated me with the utmost respect.Dr. Hindes was incredible as well. He explained the entire procedure in detail, made sure all my questions were answered, and was very honest about what to expect after my visit. I have been a Patient of Dr Hindes and NP Lily for the past 3 years. The staff are great and always friendly. I see Lily most of the time and she is professional, caring, easy to talk to and has a sense of humor... Amazing.... Dr Hindes is a special doctor.. Hes never in a hurry with me and always writes down what he wants me to do and gives me the list. I have walked out of so many Dr offices in the past forgetting half the stuff they said. Thanks to ALL of you for making my Dr visit painless, thorough with some humor tossed in at no additional cost...

Dr Severson is my primary caregiver and I’ve never had such a caring, thorough doctor. I’ll be coming here until the day I die and (thanks to her) that won’t be for a long time!

My experience took place a year ago. I had a baby in November in 2020 and fast forward a few months I noticed my periods were pretty irregular and Lots of panic attacks, Bad insomnia and irregular heart beats.I felt like a lot of things were wrong with me. I showed up to my appointment and the doctor who came in my room who I dont even remember her name all I remember is she was Asian. All she did was asked a few questions and made me take a pee test. She didnt do nothing else! She didnt even check me or have a follow up appointment with her. All she said was Im probably just tired because of the baby. But like how was she so sure about that? Isnt it her job to check my concerns and not shrug off my worries? Still to this day I have irregular periods, Insomnia and irregular heart beats which are scary. I was so disappointed and upset how it all went down.

I switched over to healthy futures when dr. Steven hindes was there but he retired and im sad to hear that but he did guarantee I would receive the same compassionate concerning care to help me in anyway needed and I have to say he wasnt lying since Dr. Britt Severson took over ive have had an amazing experience and get phenomenol care just like I have the past 3 years 3 1/2 years I have been there andNP. LilyJuanIs also someone who has been there with me through thick and thin and I get the same amazing care from her that I get from the rest of the staff I would recommend this Dr. Office to anyone seeking a Dr. And staff who truly care and want to help in anyways to make you better!

Wonderful clinic. It didnt even feel like a hospital setting. It was more intimate and cozy, and I felt very safe and comfortable there.I went in to terminate a pregnancy. After I filled out my paperwork, it took about 10-15 minutes for the nurse to call me in. She was very kind and informative and did her job thoroughly. After my Rh test, it took only 5 minutes to get my ultrasound. The nurses were gentle and made sure I was comfortable. When the doctor came in (which took about a 10 minute wait) he was upbeat and nice. He gave me all information possible and answered my questions after. Not once during this process was any of the staff rude or accusatory, which is a plus.Overall, I would come back here again for any reason. They do far more than just abortions, family planning, and birth control, and Id trust with them with anything.

Pregnancy termination is a difficult thing for many women to go through, and the people at Healthy Futures made me feel welcome and cared for. Upon entering, I noted that the office was very clean and professional. The nurses that prepped me for my procedure were extremely warm and knowledgeable. I will absolutely recommend any of my friends/colleagues to visit Healthy Futures for all of their services. I went in to this experience feeling nervous and left feeling completely secure. Dr. Hindes made me feel so at home. He was very patient and caring like if he was my own father. That’s to say the least. I dont live out in Englewood anymore but wasnt really a fan or comfortable at this place when I went for a physical a couple of years ago. Office is dirty and not updated. I just didnt feel like I connected with the doctor and she felt condescending and judgmental to me. She didnt seem to take time to answer my questions or concerns. I also got into a car accident and she said I would have to schedule another appointment to get that checked. Im glad I found a doctor elsewhere that I connect with and who is supportive and caring.

Trying to call to get some more information about my options and the facility. The lady I was on the phone with, Shannon was very rude, rushy and inconsiderate. She put me on hold 3 diffrent times for the duration of the call , re-asking me the same information about my last periods date like she wasnt taking me serious at all. She seemed very distracted and kept sighing like she couldnt wait for the call to end, this encounter left me feeling very uncomfortable and like she didnt have time for my questions and concerns, everything about this is new and terrifying and she was not reassuring or very helpful at all. If its like this over a phone consultation I couldnt imagine the type of care Id receive.

I had previously posted a negative review but after revisiting the clinic and visiting with Jasmine, I want to compliment them not only for making up for my complaints, but for going above and beyond to take care of my medical needs. Very sweet and understanding, knowledgeable, and even hugged me goodbye. Whole staff treated me with the utmost respect and smiles. I appreciate their hospitality and willingness to work with me to make me feel welcome and cared for.

A huge shout out to NP Lilly Juan! Her bedside manner, gentle care and compassion makes her the best caregiver I have ever had. She removed my big toenail today which could have been a very painful and traumatic experience (I have had it done before by another doctor), but she really took the time to make it as painless as possible. She talked to me the entire time to keep my mind off of what was happening. Thank you, Lilly, for exceptional care. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Hindes, and is whole team, are truly remarkable. Going into a doctors office for anything is nerve racking, especially when you have to make shameful and tough life decisions. These people have treated me with nothing but care, compassion, and have the correct temperament needed for these life changing procedures. Never once have I felt they were rude, short, or shaming. They even helped me with my financial situation, which of course, made me cry. I will forever be so grateful for everyone who works in that office!!

I have been a patient to Dr. Hindes and his staff several times over the past 3 years. I have not one complaint and can only rave for the care I received. He has had the same staff that are very sweet and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Hindes has always spent as much time with me each time as needed and put my worries to rest. Mean Doctor! HORRIBLE and DIRTY! Reception was very nice, Nurses were very nice. Doctor was very unfriendly and room was NOT clean! There was blood all over the lamp, blood on the blue things us women put our legs on, and blood on the floor! The doctor gave me my shot in the cervix and I started to cry, and then he told me to calm down in a mean voice, and said to Relax! The doctor had the nerve to raise his voice at me! I started crying more and then the doctor refused service cause my anxiety flared up, my anxiety flared up CAUSE Dr Hindes was so cold hearted! after he was unfriendly from the get go I knew it was going to be a bad procedure I have never had such a horrible exp. in my life do not go here!!!Unless you can handle a doctor treating you like you are an object that has know feelings about abortion. Maybe other women can get abortions and not be emotional about it, but I can not!

The staff here is awesome. They know what theyre doing and they seem to love doing it. Dr. Hindes is one of the most knowledgeable doctors Ive seen and he really cares about his patients. I would recommend anyone to him any day.

I found the staff very friendly and professional. They were very good at informing you of what and why they were doing tasks. Dr.Hindes was so nice and made me feel very comfortable cracking jokes while my IV kicked in. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! I also loved the privacy of the location.

Apparently leaving early during less then an inch of snow is WAY more important then keeping an appointment for a lump in my breast that I had to make a week and a half ago, and take off work. Then when they tried to cancel on me, they couldnt get me a reschedule for 2 more weeks. I loved Dr Hindes. But I really think he should reevaluate his front desk help.

Go here!! I’m not exaggerating when i say this place is amazing! From the front desk to the nurses and doctor, everyone was very informative and very kind! Dom and ashley were the sweetest and they really helped me get through the entire process.

Im from Boston, Ma. So Im used to the best of healthcare. This was 100% all around better than planned parenthood. I felt no pain I swear. I dont tolerate pain well.My Planned parenthood experience had me so nervous, I didnt sleep last night. When I got here the setting was calm, not crowded. It was great under these sensitive situation Its a small clinic with big care. Please ladies dont go for the big names that will have you sitting and waiting for hours a all day process. Healthy futures walked me thru the process not rushed but timely i have better things to do than sit in a clinic for four hours. The pain management was excellent. I cant stress the best pain management enough. Thanks Dr. Hindes. Keep up excellent care.

My son scheduled a New Patient appointment in the morning at this office. He had a situation in the morning and couldn’t make it there on time. I called the office and explained the situation. The answer I got that my son will not be able ever to be a patient there and schedule an appointment with that office. I have never heard that before in my life. This is terrible for a medical office to have this policy. This is a red flag does the doctor and stuff care about people who are looking doe medical attention or it’s a principal they go by ! Horrible experience!Your answer is a poor justification or comment on it. You are not psychologist office to determine someone patterns and what not. You canceled on us when you felt sick. So I would assume you are not reliable doctor and you have a pattern to cancel as well ! Best of luck treating patients with no patterns!

I can share in the negative feedback listed below. I went in concerned about a sore throat that i had for over 2 months. Dr Hindes never even visibly checked my throat on this visit. He looked briefly a full week prior to said visit and just assumed all is well. The following day I had an appointment for a specialist, for which Dr Hindes saw no reason to give me a reference to. I had to go around him to get one. Turns out I have Thrush and another throat issue which Im currently on medication to fix. Dr Hindes repair for my throat was take clariton, that it was clearly allergies. I didnt agree with him since ive had the sore throat for over 2 months. After he proceeded to tell me my ailments were a figment of my imagination, Dr Hindes stands up and says clearly ive offened you and walks out of the room and never returns. Guess my visit was over?? Totally unprofessional.The below listed reviews about being rushed out the door are spot on.I actually was required by Dr. Hindes to schedule a new appointment to simply ask him a question at the end of one of my 15 minute visits. Dr. Hindes (part time psychiatrist) will rush you out the door with no concern for your well-being. Please seek help elsewhere. I suffered for weeks with my ailment because i believed what this person told me. Dont make the same mistake i did. Customer (because thats what people are to you) lost Sir. Got all my scripts filled ahead of this review so you cant use that against me again!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Hindes and I have to say, it was perhaps the most positive experience Ive had with a doctor in my entire life. He took plenty of time to sit and talk with me, make me feel like a human who would be heard and cared for, suggested various things to attack the issues Im experiencing and single-handedly revitalized my belief in western medicine. I couldnt be more grateful to have found him.

Worst doctors office Ive been to in the state of Colorado. The office staff, who have no medical qualifications, think they are qualified to determine if your condition is urgent or not--over the phone without even seeing the patient. And theyre have a really snotty attitude too.

I went for my yearly, did not get a physical. I did get a blood draw that left a bruise. The technician left the turnicate on too long and my hand began to hurt and swell. After I left the poor review I was telephoned and told that if I didnt take the review down I would no longer be their patient. They told me I could only have 15 days of service and medication.I took the review down and they told me all was fine. When I picked up my prescription, they only filled it for 15 days anyway.An update, I received a text yesterday that my medicine was ready for pickup. The doctors office did finish filling my medicines.

The nurse that was with me most of the appointment was very sweet and the doctor was very reassuring and prompt. Appointment only took half the time allotted, which was appreciated. I was given a personal phone number to call with any questions, I do recommend this clinic. Experience went as well as I could have hoped.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hindes for over 3 years and havent had one complaint with either him or his staff. The staff are very professional and the atmosphere is relaxed. He answers all my questions and is very methodical when it comes to any prescription that is prescribed to me. Out of all the MDs Ive been to, he is the one that Ive stayed with. We need more practicing MDs in the field like Dr. Hindes.

Its always hard to find a new doctor when moving to a new area. The staff here is phenomenal. They got me in for an appointment the same week even as a new patient. I had the most plesent experience today in the clinic . All of the staff greeted me kindly and made sure I was comfortable . In the situation of having an abortion , emotions and anxiety are at an all tome high . You often wonder if you are making the right choice . Dr Hindes truly made me feel comfortable and I chose to do the procedure with out sedation because I was so early in the pregnancy . The procedure was short and not as painful as I would of imagined . I want to thank the doctor and the staff for all their hard work .

I came here a few years ago and had a really great experience so I made this my primary care doctor. Recently I felt there was something wrong with me so I made an appointment. The female doctor at this location treated me with 0 dignity at my appointment and didn’t listen to what I was saying at all. She dismissed everything I felt was wrong and blamed it on my iud saying it was normal. Obviously not normal if I felt the need to see a doctor. It wasn’t until I kept insisting she needed to look further that she suggested I needed a pap since I had not had one for years. This was the most painful pap I’ve ever experienced in my life and guess what… she couldn’t find my iud strings.. the way she was talking to me and treating me literally had me in tears. I was bawling my eyes out and when she asked if I wanted to talk about it I said absolutely not…I was referred to another clinic for an ultrasound and when the results came back I didn’t get a call for 5 days. I expressed a few times to the others in the office that she treated me with 0 dignity and they didn’t even acknowledge what I said. They gave me no details about my ultrasound and said I needed to replace my iud. I said I wanted to talk to an obgyn and asked for a referral letter and they said I had to come in for an appointment…. Which makes no sense considering I was JUST in the office…I had so much anxiety about the appointment due to how I was treated that I didn’t even show up which means I am probably no longer a patient there… I advise you to find another doctor if you’re coming here for any kind of issue pertaining to being a woman cause Dr hindes doesn’t even take appointments. The other lady he has working with him clearly is inconvenienced by you being there and doesn’t listen to to an adult who knows their own body. This whole experience is so dehumanizing and now Im waiting on a whole new appointment at another office and gonna have to go through this all again

Dr Hines is a very compassionate man. His staff as well. Was referred here for a tragic situation that was utterly heart breaking for us. The entire time I was there I was shaking and sobbing. When the Dr came in he couldnt have been more compassionate. He talked to us for a long time about our feelings, what to expect, he understood I was scared and so so so sad. The way he spoke and the extra comfort he gave made all the difference to us. Dr Hines I dont know if you read your reviews, but thank you from our hearts. Thank you for your kind heart and patience with what must be an awful part of your job.

2 stars only because my wait time was short and everyone was nice. However, I felt my concerns were brushed aside. Lily came into the room with the idea that I had the flu, in spite of me saying nothing about flu symptoms. I was not heard when I told them that my head is a different shape than it was 2 days earlier due to swelling. Dr Hindes laughed and told me that it was from the flu, that I dont have, and that it will blow over and Ill be fine. I will not be coming back to this practice and will be seeking a second opinion.

I ended up having to cancel due to my 9 year old daughter being in the ER with a 104 temp. That day, they asked me if I would like to reschedule. I did not know my work schedule yet and was unable to make a commitment to a time and stated I would call back to reschedule. Not once did any one tell me that they would completely write me off as a patient from there on out. I called back today to reschedule as I have a set schedule of my own, I was told they are no longer allowing me to be a patient there!! I explained that day and that my daughter was in the ER and how they said I could reschedule. The lady on the phone said word around the office is they wont reschedule for same day cancelations. Word around the office??? I could understand if I was just canceling to cancel, but my daughter was in the ER!!!I hope you guys feel real great about yourself and your lack of concern for patients and their families!!

I met Dr. Hindes after I had a small stroke. He is a young in shape doctor who has enormous knowledge regarding tests, results, health foods, what to do after a stroke, etc. He is health oriented, listens to everything you say, & he helps you through it all. This is a great choice for a Personal care doctor. I recommend him to all & any families.

Dreadful experience both times I came here. Ended up in the hospital close to death because the nurses refused to take me seriously when I called with concerns about blood loss several times. I went back because after I told them what happened the Dr finally took my call. He seemed remorseful and wanted to help in any way in the future. I went back for a surgical procedure and everyone was cold, he didn’t greet me before the procedure, I was sedated, in pain but couldn’t move, and then the several people in the room after just pulled me up and took me to another room without a word. Another poor young girl was led into the room after me, she vomited and asked for help and was completely ignored. I left regretting ever stepping foot into this building. These places exist because women should have options but their options should be treated seriously, not just cold shouldered with no sense of care. Don’t get into a profession like this if you can’t smile, make people feel comfortable and calm, and take their medical concerns seriously. Paying thousands in medical bills because these nurses and medical staff are clueless.

This clinic truly cares & respects their patients. Being a single mother of 2 children already, I knew I could not support another child. I went to another big name clinic a few years ago & had a very impersonal experience which left me feeling ashamed & embarrassed. This clinic had a 100% more positive experience which left me knowing I made the right choice for my future. Not to mention, they are much cheaper than other clinics. Dr Hindes & his staff are amazing. All of them, from the front desk staff to the doctor, were personal, caring, comforting, supportive, & non judge mental. All of the staff truly care about their patients. You even get Dr Hindes personal cell phone number to call after the procedure should you need anything at all. What other doctor would do that for his patients? The office was clean & comfortable. Would I recommend this clinic? Without a doubt I would. If you need personalized care that leaves you feeling confident about your decision, go see Dr Hindes & his amazing staff. I promise you will not be disappointed. Please disregard the negative reviews on this site. There is no way these are legit. Im sorry these pro-life people are trying to tarnish this business reputation. My experience at Healthy Futures was great. My procedure was quick and pain was slightly uncomfortable, but not too bad. I didnt have to wait around the clinic for hours, its clean and very easy to find. Staff is friendly and professional.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I dont have insurance and had to pay out of pocket, but I thought the rates for seeing me and various blood work I need was very reasonable. Im happy I found Dr. Hindes and feel comfortable knowing Im in good hands if any health related issue arise.

I was treated by Dr Juan for anxiety who was always gracious. Today she wasn’t able to see me and I had to see Dr Steven Hindes instead. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor. He was neither reassuring or helpful in any way and actually made me feel bad and like I was crazy for seeking the help I need for my issues when I have already taken every other step possible. He was sarcastic, outlandishly rude, and spoke in the most insincere, condescending tone. I’ve never been denied medical assistance before or been made to feel so alien for my issues. I will not be going back and I hope for anyone else’s sake - you don’t go. I walked in the office hopeful for my future and came out utterly shocked at how I’d been treated and then the realization of now having to go and find a new doctor and start this whole process over again brought on a massive panic attack.

The staff was so nice and made me completely feel safe and comfortable. I know they get a lot of back lash because of the services they offer. However we need to look at this world and if terminating a baby to prevent another child born into- abusive family, neglect, drugs, collecting more money from government, foster home and so on. Sometimes this is saving a life at the same time it’s just the way you view and what your believes are. I totally understand why some think it’s wrong and shouldn’t be used as a form of birth control. Whatever your believes are this doctors office are wonderful and nice hardworking individuals. I am absolutely grateful that Colorado allows you to still do these procedures. This was the first time I had to do a procedure like this. I was terrified and I was in a battle with myself. Alex, Maggie, and the Doctor were absolutely amazing. I emailed them that I was flying from Highland Park, Texas for this procedure. My trust fund baby ex-fiancé beat me up so badly that I ended up in the ER, and that’s how I found out I was pregnant. I was placed in bed rest and with much prayer and thought, I chose to find freedom. I am heartbroken that states like my beautiful Texas, are TAKING AWAY woman’s rights. Sadly, not everyone can afford to travel for a procedure of this matter. I am beyond thankful for this clinic, its professionalism and kindness. Abortions are normal and sometimes medically necessary. Now that I am a professional, I was open to a procedure like this. It’s the ignorant that are against rights. Ignorance is bliss, so please educate yourself. I prefer ending an early pregnancy than turn into an addict or a bad mother any day.

Several hundred dollars more expensive than other clinics Ive been to and the care and treatment was sub par, abrupt and shocking to my system.I feel like I have to shake off trauma from the clinic now.I highly reccomend womens valley health in Boulder where they have counselors, hold your hand and walk you through every step of your process so you know what to expect and treat you with gentle love and kindness.

Nurses are very rude and they had bad scheduling. My fiancé had an appointment and the next day she was in a lot of pain. I called and he didn’t even remember who she was. Later on, the nurses called us saying she needed to go to the emergency room right then and sent us into a panic. After spending 6 hours at the ER, the doctors said she was just fine she was going thru the opposite of what the clinic said she was

I get the best care possible every time

I live in Littleton Colorado and was nervous about seeking help with certain female issues. I had been a patient of planned parenthood for years getting birth control and what not but needed somewhere that wasnt so clinical. So looking online I found healthy futures and was glad i did. They are so understanding, cheaper, and more helpful than I ever experienced at planned parenthood. I will be going to them for any future needs i have.

I had to cancel my appointment because I ended up having to stay at work later than I intended. Stuff happens how am I to control the universe. Upon canceling did NO ONE tell me that if I canceled they wouldnt accept me as a patient anymore. So I called to make another appointment a couple days later bc I needed my birth control refilled immediately and they said they wouldnt let me come in...might I add that I have had 2 previous appointments with them that I not only showed up to but payed for in full upfront. Its just pretty ridiculous. They obviously do not care for their patients. I have never been so upset and I NEVER write reviews. But for this I had to.

First off, I can guarantee that any of the scary, negative reviews were written by anti-choice people who have never set foot in this clinic!! This makes no sense to me as their platform for the anti-choice movement is religious yet last I checked, its against their religion to lie...I can assure you that the scary reviews are absolutely lies!I am 32 years old and have always been pro-choice but said that for my own life I would never abort...then suddenly I was faced with this difficult decision where the well-being of myself, my partner and his small children came into play...I went to Healthy Futures in Feb 2014 to carry out a well-thought out, deeply considered, very difficult decision to terminate pregnancy at 5 weeks, which meant I was able to take the “pill” vs the procedure. I entered the office, with my significant other, feeling a variety of emotions from deep sadness to fear. I had never imagined I would be in this position and I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Hindes and his staff were amazing!! The front desk made sure everything was as confidential and quiet as possible. Every area I accessed was very clean, sanitary and tidy. There were even space heaters in the rooms to assure the comfort of each patient. Every staff member was friendly and encouraged me to come out of my dark shell that I felt like I was in...they did not take the situation lightly but they also didnt treat me like my life was over. In other words, they were not laughing and joking but they were also not somber and gloomy. They never questioned my ability to make this difficult decision but did provide opportunities for me to express my reasoning and how I felt about it. When I expressed myself I received nurturing, encouraging responses, which validated how I was feeling and were respectful of my decision. Even though the fertilized egg was unable to be seen yet, in my case, I thought it was good that their practice is to turn the ultrasound away from the woman. Everything they do is well-thought out and planned, all in respect of the woman. They didnt allow my significant other to come back with me, which I was upset about at first but soon realized that this was for them to assure that the man is not forcing the woman to make this decision.Dr. Hindes is an amazing man! He truly and deeply respects women, their health and their right to make choices about their bodies, regardless of whether he agrees or not! He is the true meaning of a health care provider. And, contrary to popular belief, he does A LOT more than abortions (I believe only 3% of what he does includes termination or pregnancies, maybe less). He exhibited great concern, spent a good amount of time with me, answered all questions in understandable, clear terms, he had an upbeat personality, which greatly assisted me in this process and most importantly, he 100% respects my intelligence, rights, abilities, and my body! After this visit I decided to make Dr. Hines my permanent PCP, whom I plan to someday use for my pre-natal care when the time is right. Considering that I have never had a male play this role in my life, this says a lot! He is a wonderful, caring man whom cares deeply about and has a high level of respect for his patients!I highly suggest Dr. Hindes and Healthy Futures for termination of pregnancies AND any other health care needs!

So these people do not care about the patient. They are the only pcp I could get being new around here and they are so far away I cant get there often. Even though Ive been there plenty of time they still refuse to send in refills for life altering meds needed to function and stay alive. They do not take time to get to know their patients of even attempt to act like they care.

I dont usually post reviews but this is an exception. I have been a patient of Steve Hindes for 3 yrs now and in that time, I have experienced outstanding patient care with sometimes some fairly complex issues to treat. First, Dr Hindes stays current on the latest in medical research and treatment thx in part to his instructor role at CU School of Medicine. This role is a prerequisite for me in choosing any PCP. Yet because he has been practicing for more than a couple of decades now, he is discerning enough to know when to act on the latest in procedures and evidence-based medicine and when to wait for further proof of positive medical outcomes. While I did not seek him out for pregnancy related issues, I happen to know of his multi-state reputation as an abortion provider and that he indeed has performed thousands of such procedures. And at a cost below Planned Parenthood and at a fraction of the wait time. The staff is always empathic, very responsive, and highly professional. He is an authentic, genuinely caring man who is passionate about his life’s work and patient (and staff) care. If one is searching for a PCP or seeking a pregnancy termination, Steve Hindes and his team are a rare gem.

Great, met the doctor before my appointment, he was very nice and made what could be a horrible experience very comfortable. He was also very kind and let my man stay with me throughout the whole procedure. Very wonderful, though i needed extra procedures done as i was from out of town they did them all in my one appointment saving me time and money

I had a negative experience here. I was scheduled for the wrong appointment, the NP barely looked at my health history paperwork, didnt listen to what I had to say, and then provided me with assumptive, condescending feedback. I will not be returning to this clinic.Update: after the provider posted that someone would reach out to me, 3 weeks later no one has. NP also did not submit my prescription refill, its been 6 weeks and I had to call to follow up on it.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU READ HERE. Dishonest reviews are fabricated to covertly impose ideological beliefs and steer would-be patients away from necessary care. I am glad and proud that establishments such as this exist. We have the freedom to make a choice, a choice that is one of the toughest a human being could ever face.They were all very nice, doctor and all. Even thou having an abortion was not my plan. Healthy Futures made it feel like a normal procedure. Thanks Dr Hindes and staff, keep the good job

Everyone was really nice and respectful and mature and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and safe. No judgments, no attitudes. I would recommend this place to anyone. It did feel a little rushed but maybe thats a good thing considering my situation. Big thanks to all the staff and clinic!

I did NOT enjoy going here, I had questions on getting pregnant. So they told me that they needed to take blood test to see if my harmon levels are good. They told me that they had lost all 4 of my blood work and to come back in and re-do the blood work again which I did NOT do. As informing them that I do have severe anxiety and I don’t wish to return there anymore.

Dr. Hinds was inpatient, rash, and demeaning to a person I care about. They were experiencing pain from a procedure he was attempting. His response was to sedate them to accomplish the act then moved to a judgmental tone of questioning about mental health and stability. As if to infer that their pain and reaction was somatic. Then he mentioned the cost of the procedure and billing insurance and left abruptly not to return. This left them in tears and feeling ashamed and humiliated. I should mention this person is an accomplished military officer and combat veteran not someone to fall apart easily. We are working with the department of regulatory agencies to explore or legal or formal options for grievance and possibly malpractice as they are and remain in pain due to the failed procedure. If you are looking or an understanding and compassionate doctor for any procedure, keep looking.

Dr. Hinds and his staff were wonderful. I was treated with absolute compassion and Dr Hinds make sure he explained everything in detail that made me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place as everyone is so friendly and professional and no judgements

Do not believe any negative reviews. From the first call to meeting the doctor and everything in between, the doctor and nurses here are kind, professional and clean. I am happy that I found this office and very happy with their services

Horrendous. This doctor should be locked away. The most unsympathetic, evil human being. Instead of making the patient feel safe, and comfortable, he makes you feel like a monster, and a terrible person. DO NOT GIVE THIS EVIL MONSTER your money!!! He is turn and burn, how many women can I get in and out of my practice and not take proper care of them! What a terrible human!

I use them as my primary care clinic. Im a firm supporter of the services they provide to women. I go here for my routine healthcare to help reiterate with folks that they provide phenomenal health care despite any individuals who dont share my views of pro-choice for women. A friend of mine when to Dr. Hines and he failed to document his treatment plan in his records, kept horrible records of what he did document and then tired to charge double for a copayment. It felt like he was only in it to make a buck and not actually help.* I will be keeping my eye on this review as his was deleted from here.

Every visit Ive had with Lily Juan, she has answered all my questions and has been very attentive. The staff have also been very nice and courteous to all of my needs.

Have to be a patient and no free pregnancy test. Called just now because I searched free pregnancy tests and this clinic showed up as an result. Dont know about the services though.

I have never experienced customer service as terrible as when I called here. The lady I spoke with was completely rude and insensitive and interrupted me multiple times. I was even put on hold in the middle of trying to answer questions. Extremely disappointing
