Literally the best service I’ve received since I was a teen and now I’m 38. Best service received from any of my deliveries and this was my 4th child! They really care about their patients no matter the demographic. Or how many kids/pregnancies/age… really love and would recommend HSNT to anyone I knew. With or without insurance!!

Nurse/ Midwife Sonny is amazing! I love how she cares about each and every one of her patients. This is my first pregnancy, and I’m so thankful I have her as my midwife. She makes me feel safe, is very informative, and eases my mind about any and all worries I have. I highly recommend her!

Very knowledageble OBGYNs. Gentle nursing staff! Helpful clerical staff as well! They get you in/out but they still handle you with care! Keep it up ladies! 💪

I brought my daughter here to have her birth control removed from her arm. Long story short, Ive been trying to find a Dr that will take her insurance and do the removal, for 8 months. The first call to HSNT, they had us scheduled! Thank you so much! Dr Sherman is wonderful!👍👍👍

This is a great option for health care whether you have comprehensive medical coverage via insurance or not. The entire team is very professional and compassionate regardless of your financial means. I started with them before I had insurance through my employer and the care has been consistently great regardless of my circumstances. I really appreciate them!

I had a great experience with Brittney. She was helpful with me having my 2 year old. The wait was not long if you are a first time patient you do need to be there 30 min early. I felt comfortable and I’m confident about coming back.

Please, everyone, if you schedule an online appointment, make sure you answer your phone or call the office before going to the appointment. The online appointments have to be verified first, even though it says booked. Always call the office to confirm!

My doctor, Nicole Sherman was really helpful with everything I needed done. I have also had great experiences with another doctor, named Janice, all very kind people. They have interest in what they do and care for their patients.

Mary Loya was very attentive and met all of my needs. Appointment wasnt long at all, highly recommend her!

When I first had to come here the doctor and nurses were very nice and I could handle them, but the disrespect the front desk women give me is ridicules and always has been. I had an appointment today for a follow up from my last appointment and I had a nurse and my doctor as me 5-6 times each if I wanted to take out my birth control because its causing my irregular periods. That is the same thing they said last time, and I said the same thing then that i had to repeat today which was no. When I walked in there today and stood at the front desk gave them my info and this rude lady who always has an attitude very rudely told me that I needed to be there 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. Mind you Ive been there multiple times before and nothing has really changed about what I wrote back then. They always have something rude to say or they just say everything with an attitude, and I am so fed up with it. I also have to wait at least a month for my next appointments. I hate going to the doctor because of having to deal with men that love acting like women dont have any real problems that why I go to female doctors, but this place gives a whole other meaning to laziness and disrespect. I also told them I needed paperwork filled out to return back to work and she literally scoffed at me like she couldnt be bothered. Instead of giving me an email like I asked I was handed a piece of paper with their stupid website on it. I CAN LOSE MY JOB BECAUSE OF THIS PLACES IGNORIENCE AND LACK OF RECPECT!!!! I am fed up with being treated like I dont matter especially when I already suffer from major depression and anxiety.

This place is very comforting. They are there when you need them, they will work with you financially, and they are very empathetic to whatever situation you might be coming in with. I have never had a bad experience here. I actually found this place when I was homeless two years ago and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help.

I recommend this place so much! I had my prenatal care there it was always a great experience! Mrs. Beverley was extremely helpful through everything. Always answered my questions and made me feel great! The doctor that I delivered with Dr. Asis was amazing!!! He made my delivery and experience amazing! So 10/10 recommend Mrs. Beverly! She is amazing!!! We love her very much! For always making sure I felt good during my pregnancy!

Yesterday I had a visit at the doctors office I was extremely nervous but this changed very quickly , The entire staff was very welcoming and caring with a lot of knowledge .Nurse Mary definitely had a great impact on my visit she went above and beyond in assuring me my health was important to her I’ve never had this experience before where I leave the doctors office feeling better about myself with the medical attention that was provided.

I always look forward to my appointments with Ms. Loya. She’s so friendly & has an amazing personality. She always makes me feel at ease with any concerns I have and takes them seriously. It’s always great feeling relaxed and stress free at my appointments. The staff is great, the rooms are clean & the wait is never unreasonable.

My Provider is Ms Mary Loya, she’s friendly , kind and has an amazing personality. She makes me feel confident to any question that I have during my prenatal appointments . I always ask for her .Angie her assistant is a great person too .

I wont go anywhere else for my womens wellness checkups. The staff by far some of the best I have experienced. Janice, is amazing. Im always uncomfortable going for doctor visits but she made it super quick and easy going.

Only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because when I walked in there was at least 12 other people in a small lobby and not 6 feet apart. Yes they were all wearing masks but some would take theirs off or pull them down. Brittany who examined me was AMAZING. She gave great feedback and explained stuff very well to me.Not their fault that masks were being taken off but while masks are enforced I felt the patients in the lobby were being rude to everyone else by not wearing them or following the rules!Ask for Brittany if you go. Shes amazing.

If I could give zero stars I would, the receptionist was as sweet as could be as well as the first nurse that took me back to take vitals however the nurse practitioner that I saw, Brittany, made me feel like I didn’t have a reason to be there.. she was very uninformative and made me feel like her only job was getting me out of the office. She called back with my labs next day and couldn’t explain to me why my labs came back the way they did and she is very inconsiderate of others feelings. She had no explanation and only wanted me off of the phone. I will not be returning

I had a yearly check up. My NP Nicole was great very educational. She make you feel at ease doing your visit. Highly recommend this place.

Besides waiting for about 30-45 minutes after the scheduled appointment it was a really friendly place. Got what was needed done and left in 10 minutes. They help you if you dont have enough money to pay the full fee with payments that you can make. Id recommend coming here if you have no insurance and have only a handful of money to spend to be seen.

If I could leave a rating higher than 5 stars I would. I don’t think my review can properly convey how highly I regard the staff at Health Services of North Texas. My provider is Dr. Beverly Johnson and in every single interaction with her I’ve felt that I was fully listened to and treated with a level of respect, compassion and autonomy that I have never experienced before. The same can be said of everyone at this office, the entire staff truly goes above and beyond. Additionally, this office tries really heard to ensure you’re linked with all the resources you’re qualified for. I’m uninsured and very low income and that can make navigating the healthcare system very overwhelming at times but though the Title X program I’ve been able to receive all birth control and family planning related visits here for free.They are also LGBTQ friendly and much of the staff is fluent in both English and Spanish.

I dont recommend.Brittney has made me feel invalidated since I started going there, so I skipped my apts with her. Some of the rooms are dirty, and alot if the staff is rude. My first time there the ladies at the front desk were speaking amongst eachother in Spanish instead of handing me my paperwork.Often time the on call nurses are extremely rude. I just spoke to one about a concern of mine, and she told me I was just about to go to bed, and you called. Thats extremely unprofessional.The only person there that was worth seeing was Dr. Assis, Im not sure how to spell his name.Save yourself the time here.

The truth is I really like this place the nurses and the doctors are all good only the office staff are sometimes in a bad mood and they treat you very badly with their faces you ask them a question and they answer you grudgingly the staff are very ugly when you go and tell them you have an appointment

Dr. Mary Loya is amazing! She listened to my problems and was very understanding and willing to work with me. She made the entire thing easy and stress free. Love this place. Definitely where I will be going from now on.

Wouldnt let me go back with my wife who was there for confirmation of pregnancy!Told her I couldnt stay in the lobby either. I had to go sit in the car like some kind of criminal.This was supposed to be a special moment for my family and a great memory. I would never go back here, ever.

All the staff were super nice. The Nurse practitioner Brittany was wonderful and patient and took all the time to answer all my questions.

This place is a good choice, the staff and doctors are well educated in their field. They provide great services to their patients. And best of all, Its always relatively quick visits. Ive never had to wait for a long time for a visit.

The girls in the front are the rudest.The doctor is ok. She seems like she cares a little . It took me a month to get in here cause they werent getting my information right. I always go last an hr in the waiting room maybe cause of my documents ?in the stateWhen I always tried to get on birth control they never had appoiments now for the doctor to see me cause Im preg I have to wait 3 to 2 weeks for her to see me its ridiculous!I ended here cause my first 2 kids pregnancys were here and thought it would be easier

As a patient, everyone was amazing. As someone who has to fill out the new patient paperwork, it seems that no one bothers to read it; the same questions were asked in the room with the nurse. Constant repetition doesnt make for faster for care. If not for that, Id give it 5 stars.

This is a joke right? I have sat on hold for 3 hours this morning to get an appointment… I wait for an hour and then it rings and says “good bye” and hangs up. So I tried again, SAME EXACT THING! Absolutely awful. I am trying to become a new patient. I will go somewhere else. Don’t even bother trying to call this place.

Worst place to come to! No one makes you feel validated. I had to express my concerns about bleeding for 6 months STRAIGHT and kept getting brushed off that I “JUST “ needed to update my birth control.(Depo shot) Demanded an ultrasound of my stomach to find out I had PCOS. SADLY it’s one of the places that will take you in without insurance.. Seen this place on indeed hiring with the requirement of being bilingual... -_- I came back to this place and it’s my first ultrasound and they depriving me out my memories w people i love because they can’t in during covid while the lady slides her mask up while i walk in here... NEVER look forward to coming here. I wish the one on Mesa dr did more than what they do offer

The best women care is at Health services of North Texas , Denton South center. There Dr. Janice Hill will help you just the best way She Knows . She is the best, if She doesnt help there is not anyone else can do it.Thank you so much Dr. Janice I appreciate so much your medical attention it has always been the best.

The facility has an awesome staff of Healthcare physicians. Professional and the nicest people you could meet from the first face you meet at the door! Talk about life savers! They are the best from the very second I walked in it was professional friendly service they care about your health first and fee later! I didn’t have insurance and I got to see a Dr and did y test and only paid $15. Thank you everyone at this office

If I could give it less stars I would. I went to the obgyn for womens issues that were ignored and had to be given an aprox $200 test before they would think about prescribing me anything. Had to go to a minute clinic that have me better care.

I was extremely please with the service...The ladies in the front area are so nice especially the lady at the window she is the nicest person ive met so far in Texas... i just moved texas and she was so helpful and kind...they schedule appointment and called me in on time😊 and its very clean well maintained...My doctor is amamzing!! I called around 3 after work to reschedule my pregnancy appointment and not only was I placed on hold twice but my line was never answered. I waited on the line for almost 2hours (until 5:47) still on hold. This is ridiculous!

Doctor Smith was a very excellent doctor she provided me with understanding and made me feel very comfortable talking with her I think she did excellent work I will recommend her and Health Services of North Texas to anybody family and friends

Very Unprofessional. I sat on the phone 40mins. & they hung up on me!!! So I drove 33 mins to the location …. For them to only be on the phone with their family . She literally told her sister , she had to call her back .

Worst visit ever they have me wait for 4 hours. I really dont know why if I had an appointment which I switched because last time I was there a doctor tried to convince me that I WAS NOT pregnant so maybe because I didnt want to go see her face again not my lofault even if I wasnt pregnant she shouldnt add anything else other than the result that was wrong in this case with no touch at all!

I was told i had ultrasound today and i was so excited. Been stressed out lately and knowing the sex of my baby would bring me peace. I asked ms daniella about my ultrasound and she told me it wasnt today and i remember them telling me april 18th is when i would have it. I got fustsrated and told her i didnt like how things were ran around there. She got upset and said well go to another doctor who says that to there pregnant patients. It made me so mad. Im already stressed about my pregnancy and everything else in life. And you talk to me like that. I always get bad vibes when i come here. Heard alot of bad thing about this place, people telling me not to go here, but i wanted to give them a chance.dont go here

I would give negative stars, I requested a case manager multiple times because I don’t understand the insurance aspects of my insurance plan. Have yet to see one or have help and I’m out of medication. Medication that keeps me alive because I’m not getting any help with anything. Don’t go here

The worst service I’ve ever had. Currently on the phone with them to get my information switched to another obgyn and I’ve been caller #1 for exactly 35 minutes now. This is not the first time this has happened either.

Really friendly but the pay sliding scale is still expensive for how little money I make.

They are not based off of you income. I dont even make 20,000 a year and they said I have to pay the full price office visit which is $75 than another $70 for the doctor. This place is a joke.

I called twice and was put on hold for an hour each and when it finally started ringing no one picked up. Then the call hung up on me.

I have been to this place twice and they always take great care of me.

They would not help me with what I need to do to help my period get regular . Their wemons clinic is a joke.

Excellent service in general, fast and efficient.I was treated by the nurse Mary Loya, very professional, she answered all my questions and suggested that I undergo the necessary tests according to my age. My appointment was in English but Im sure she also speaks Spanish as do most of the staff who work there. I highly recommend visiting this office.

Mary Loya attended my last pregnancy and now my annual checkups and she is an excellent Dr. The entire staff is very friendly. Now I was treated for two pregnancies, the first 8 years ago and everything was excellent.

Their waiting room is spacious, very nice and they accept you taking your children. Its great because sometimes you dont have anyone to leave them with. The staff is very friendly, everyone always has a good attitude. Doctor Samantha is very kind and sweet.

It is a very good place. I feel well cared for by the doctor and the nurses... I have not had any problems with my pregnancy. I recommend them. I arrived with my pregnancy already advanced and thank God and the doctor everything has been going very well.

I have been attending this clinic for years, and the truth is that both the girls at the reception and in the doctorate have treated me very well. Sometimes it is a little slow but I understand that they have a lot of people to attend to....but they are very responsible and very kind, they care. for the well-being of the patients.
