She went out of her way to make sure I was alright evening calling me after I was gone to check on me. Also, very clean facility and very quick. All around a great experience I highly recommend!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this lab. After having to deal with them for multiple times in the past month, today’s encounter has pushed the limit for an awful customer interaction!After completing a urine test, I was informed that the sample was insufficient. The staff did not explain the required amount of sample in advance. I had an urgent meeting to attend to at the time, and I had asked if I can return later during the day—as with early pregnancy (I’m sure a medical lab would know!), a pregnant’s nausea precludes her from too many stuff (such as gulping a huge amount of water, in a short period of time, for example!)—I was told I would need to pay again!The employee completely disregarded my nausea, pregnancy, urgent meeting, showed absolutely no respect and ignored the fact the I did pay the lab in the first place! I would not recommend this lab, particularly if you are pregnant or dealing with health issues.

No wait time. Office is small but clean. I was seen right away. Results were delivered fast via email as requested. You even have the option to pay a small fee for a consultation with a doctor to go over the results. Would recommend.

June 14, 2024 I went to Any Lab Test Now on N. Decatur Rd in Georgia. I was very impressed with the services I received, and without hesitation highly recommend Any Lab Test Now. The place was very clean. There were no other patients there which signified that I would seen swiftly, and indeed I was. Annual wellness check panel. Gabby, the phlebotomist, was amazing because I was stuck once and I could not feel the stick! From check in to check out I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The whole process was outstanding! The website is very informative and current! AnyLabTestNow are able to do do a vast array of lab tests. The website displays the specified test panels and descriptions,as well as individual test. I was able to pay for and add to my test panel selection .The price quoted is no deception! Lab results turnaround time is mainly 1-3 days, and sent to the place of your choice, be it email, doctors office, etc, your selection! Im completely satisfied with their services, and believe that you will be also!

The young lady that waited on me is very nice and very good. However, there’s no sign, saying to return the board to the front desk. So one guy who got there after me was taken before me. Also, my appointment was at 9:30, I got there at 9:20 and I didn’t get waited on till 10 o’clock. It wasn’t her fault. I think it was because she was there by herself. Not to be picky, but for the most part, it was a good experience.

The young lady that was in the office had the door locked prior to 1:15 and my appoint was at 1:00. She looked at me through the window and proceeded to eat her food. After I left because the door remained locked she called me and asked was I the 1 pm appointment then told me that I could come back. After doing my drug screening she said that she was unable to process my urine because she could not detect a temp. She acted as if she did not want to be there . I never have these problems at lab corp. very disappointed

The staff member Linda made all the difference in my case: I had made an appointment for Monday 05/01, but wasnt feeling well that morning. I called and spoke to her, and she reassured me that I could come in the next day as a walk-in, so thats what I did. I had already paid, and she took the time to confirm that fact, so there was no bureaucratic hassle.

Ms Linda is a gem!! She is the face for this place and is beyond pleasant!! She answered every question I had and even recommended a package to get all the tests I wanted done to save me some money. Knowing I needed results back quickly she immediately sent the sample out as I was leaving to insure that I get the results in time. The owner of this place is so lucky to have an employee who is so dedicated to helping people. It shows!!! I saw Linda when I went in to have blood drawn. She was very kind and very gentle. It made what was a scary time for me, not quite so scary. She was really great and is truly an asset to your team.

We drove across the town just to get to Mrs. Linda who I was recommended that she is great with toddlers. My son is an extremely hard stick and we had so many attempts to get his bloodwork but unsuccessful. Mrs. Linda was amazing, so patient took her time and only poked him once. I highly recommend mrs. Linda as well as Gabby who was very nice as well!!

This was my first experience with this company and it was amazing! Linda James was extremely friendly and so helpful with getting me the lowest price. Ms. Annette is the absolute BEST employee at this company. Her energy was so wonderful to be around. I was nervous to be tested but she made me feel very comfortable and cared about. I’m under the impression this lab may only have one employee working there.When I walked in, the same person who is checking people in was the same person doing the labs, etc. She was in the middle of a lab when I came in, so no one was able to help me and I had no idea what I was doing. You would still assume that she would say “be right with you”. I’ve worked for years in the medical field, and I know from being someone who works reception and from just being a patient, that people don’t appreciate feeling ignored when they walk in. If she is the only person who works at this location, that sucks, and I am SURE she feels stress from it. But it is not your patient’s or customer’s issue that you are understaffed, and you still have to keep a level of professionalism. I was there for a drug screening for pre-employment, and although I made an appointment for 11:30, I wasn’t seen for 40 minutes. I mentioned to her I needed to use the restroom and she told me I had to wait because people were ahead of me (I understood) and to drink water after I was done so I could go now. I asked if she had any, and she said “there’s some out there”. At this point I could tell she was just over it, because I could hear that she was being a bit aggressive with the family that was being seen, and then as she got them settled in, she seemed to have calmed down. By the time it was my turn, she was calmer than she’d been. But she mentioned to me that she was the only one there, and I feel for her, I do. But again, it isn’t the fault of anyone there receiving the service. I’m giving it four stars because she did thank me for my patience and I do understand how she must have felt in the moment being alone. The waiting area was also the smallest and saddest area I’ve ever seen in my life. Otherwise, it was fairly quick once I was seen.

Had a great experience here with a last minute panel needed for work all because of Linda! She was great and made the process really simple and fast!

Office staff is great and they are super helpful and nice. Unfortunately the hair follicle drug test results themselves were inaccurate. There was nobody to talk to because there are no doctors involved. I felt helpless and wasted $600. (Did the tests 2x after the first test came back positive. Got significantly different results each time, but both came back positive.) Ended up throwing away the hair follicle results and spent another $230 to get a blood test). One day, when I have enough money saved, I’m going to go to LabCorp, Any Lab Test Now, and Quest and send a sample to all three labs to see what results come back. I don’t recommend using any lab for hair follicle drug tests unless the provide a service for follow up sample analysis. I feel bad for anyone who falsely tested positive and had no recourse of action. I’m 7 years sober this month. But you wouldn’t know it by my Any Lab Test Now hair follicle results.

They recently completed renovations to the Emory location which provided a better waiting area. The process was simple to make an appointment. The staff was efficient and professional in drawing blood. I received my results in a timely manner.

Showed up on a Saturday and was greeted by the friendly and warm Linda. Everyone has a hard time getting blood from me but not Linda. She got it on the 1st shot, (pun intended lol )with no pain. Thank you, Linda ❤️

This was the worst experience every came in to complete a sibling ship Dna test the young lady was rude she did not explain the process nor the follow up. She gave us the wrong information regarding follow up and told us that our mothers could come give a sample when we were trying to find out if we shared a father. we paid 397 for them to not call or explain the results i called and spoke with linda who told meto come back and she would call and go the lab and go over the results with me but when i got there i wasn’t even given an opportunity to speak or say why i was there she just had me seated everyone’s approach at this place is rude. I waited for 45 just for Linda to keep taking other people before me and when i asked about it she said i act like i couldn’t see all the people in there when she was only making a phone call i had already waited for three people before me and she thought she was going to service someone else that just walked in i asked for a manager and corporate nothing was given to me she called the so called manager on the phone who hung up. The worst experience ever they don’t explain anything.. Still haven’t received a call fromthe supervisor don’t waste your time or money on this unprofessional place

This was my first experience getting a blood test. I did my paper work online, which was a straightforward thing. I arrived early to a clean lab. Linda, the lab person who assisted me, was very professional and considerate. She answered my questions patiently, and I felt the most at ease Ive felt in a long time with someone handling a needle, lol. Ill be going back to this location for sure for future blood work. The actual appointment was fine/standard. However when I received the results & called with a few questions, everything went downhill. The lady on the phone (Cynthia) seemed nice enough at first, but started to give me an attitude when I asked questions about my results. You are OBVIOUSLY not my doctor, so I wasn’t asking for a detailed analysis or anything. I literally just had questions about the symbols they use on their OWN results. Instead of nicely telling me she didn’t have the answers, she started becoming super passive aggressive. When I pointed out her growing attitude it only got worse. In the end, she cut me off with a “Haveaniceday” and then hung up the phone. I’m baffled that someone else said they had a good experience with Cynthia. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day. Either way I won’t be back.Side note: I never write reviews but this interaction rubbed me the wrong way. And if they respond trying to discredit me in any way, my only response is: Leak the phone call. Lol

I have used Any Lab Test for maybe 20 years. It is quick and easy ~ in one day; get the results the next day.I suggest it to everyone. Why go through the hassle of waiting for a docs appointment; then waiting for results; then having to make sure you actually get the report??Being super proactive about Health, I prefer monitoring my own body, and doing the Research that requires.THANKS to Any Lab Test for helping me do this!!

Linda was the best phlebotomist Ive had in years. I usually get nervous and expect pain from being stuck with a needle, but Linda did it without me even feeling it. The friendly conversation was just icing on the cake!

I like it for convince and the process was very fast, but Annette is who I was working with she was very unfriendly and rude in a way and she was very short with her words I feel like if you dont like your job then get another one idk maybe it was a bad day for her, but she had a nasty attitude. She only seemed sweet and pleasant when she handed me the card with her name to leave a review. Also on my paperwork I wrote to pickup my results and I called a couple days later to see if they were back whoever I spoke with said they been back, and I asked why didnt you all call and she said thats not her job, so I like the convince of it all Ill just try another location. Oh and I went to the Decatur location.

Made an appointment on line and filled out all paperwork . Showed up with the confirmation number and they were unable to access anything. I had to fill out all paperwork again from scratch. Very antiquated.The employee was very good and it has to be frustrating for her also to have to enter everything again

”Linda” was awful. The entire experience from the moment we entered until the moment we left was nothing short of unprofessional. Also what is the point of wearing a mask if you are going to pull it down and cough anyway? Way to help stop the spread of Covid. Go anywhere else for you testing needs. This location needs to be shut down, thats how terrible our interaction with ”Linda” was. Im pretty sure she was lying about her name also as she was reluctant to tell me her name because she knew that she should be reported. Thats how bad the service was from this human being. If there is not an employee there by the name of Linda, it is the older AA lady with dreads. Absolutely awful. Wish I could give it negative 10 stars.

0 stars if I could. Be careful when scheduling an appointment first thing in the morning. My appointment was at 8:45 am and the office was closed. Apparently they are supposed to open at 8:30 am. Yes, this may be a rare occurrence however they clearly have no regard for your time or money (lab tests are expensive). Don’t expect any communication if they fail to open that morning.

Posted hours are 8:30 - 6:30 Mon - FriI arrive a few minutes before 8:30. I wait until 8:30 and walk in. No one is here. I wait 10 minutes. No one shows up. Why have posted hours and the door unlocked if youre not there on time?!?I called their number. Prerecorded message. I press the option to schedule an appointment and wait for a few minutes before I can speak to someone. She answers and says that sometimes they step out. How are you stepping out when you just opened?!?Just ridiculous.

Honestly reading all of these 5 star reviews is astonishing to me. Maybe I had a different person. Like many others I looked online, called a representative to confirm the type of testing I wanted done was available and then made my way to a branch. I treated the sole employee at the front desk with respect and communicated clearly the type of test I wanted done and every bit of the interaction was terrible. Loud music playing at the desk, the huffing and puffing when ever I asked a question etc..At one point I was chastised and told “See here’s the problem! Y’all think what we have online is what we offer! WE DONT! We’re a franchise”!...Keep in mind I didn’t come off as combative or engage in any arguments, the entire tone and energy from the moment I stepped in was adversarial. After all of that and finally receiving an estimate on the test I wanted done I realized I wouldn’t be able to move forward with this rep. I wasn’t and wouldn’t allow her to stick any needles in my arm with so pent of anger and animosity towards customers. I glad I saved a few hundred by not staying there and I’ll be schedule an appointment with an actually physician instead ✋🏾

I scheduled an appointment for 8:45am and even got an email for confirmation of my appointment. I arrived at 8:30am which is when the lab opens and no one was there. I called the company after 30 minutes of waiting and was told they dont know why no one is there and that they must be pulling up soon. I drove back 2 and a half hours later and no one was there still and it was not open. I check my email and the company rescheduled me for 12:30pm without even asking me or calling and leaving a message on my phone. Where are the employees that are supposed to be working here? It is fine if something comes up, but if you know no one is coming to work that day you need to contact the patients and tell them instead of them waiting and wasting their time.

I called days before my client appointment to confirm the right test and etc... this company lacks communication and when my client arrives to the appointment they had no record of her appointment or what test she was coming in for. Satisfied with the results and pricing but after spending 20minutes on the phone with a rude lab tech.. I will not ever send a client again there.

Awful customer service. The staff are slow, unhelpful, and incompetent. At my first visiit, the attendant couldnt find my doctors order even though my physician confirmed sending it. On my second visit, a different lab attendant couldnt even be bothered to check the system for my doctors order, telling me the doctor had to CALL her. Seriously.

HORRIBLE. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!. This is long overdue as I had my experience 5/24/18. I am physician and referred my patients to this lab site previously. Stephanie was the person on site and I had my lab order form for myself to perform some Spectracell tests. I was told that since I was not purchasing the kits from ALTN that they would not be able to perform the phlebotomy services for me, which I have never heard as I have patients from a different states use their facilities without this issues.Then I asked for her to call her manager since I had to state that I was a doctor and never had this problem. (Spectracell is contracted with their labs for services. ) She then called Harley and Harley was the acting manager for the day since the official manager was on a vacation for 2 weeks. These were 2 young girls out of high school trying to show authority. I even had the Regional Spectracell Manager offer to compensate them more than enough kits for the 2 they were going to use on me to be shipped OVERNIGHT TO THEIR FACILITY. No! Harley then said we NEVER do this- Ive been working here for 2+yrs. Okay I leave and I call a sister location in TUCKER and explained would she be able to draw my blood for the requested tests and she said yes. The phlebotomist at the Tucker location was so friendly and professional; She did mention how poorly the service by these women are at this location. They get complaints all the time and when they work her location they even mess up the paperwork and test kits. I witnessed this as she looked at the test kit and saw tubes were missing and had to use additional test kits to assist with my order. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Any good reviews are to be questioned.

They inconvenienced my boyfriend 5 days after he was supposed to receive his DNA results. No one called to follow up, just left the situation undone. Now we’re going into the holidays with no results (that we were told way before hand that we would receive before Christmas) and now no one knows anything. This is ridiculous!
