Dr. Gallegos was able to figure what my health issues were when three other doctors were not able to. She is great! Ms. Monica at the front desk was very nice. Mr. Alex LPN has amazing bedside manner. Overall, my experience (given the circumstances) was very pleasant. I will be returning. Thank you all!

Went on 9/20/24 for a B-12 injection. I was welcomed promptly and informed them of the reason for my visit. After only a very brief wait, I was taken back to the exam room and given the injection. I was seen and back on my way in only about 10-15 minutes. This is not my first time using HCE -De Queen. All visits have been very good.

I would definitely recommend this Healthcare Express. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and effective. They diagnosed me and prescribed the necessary medications to make me feel better. Im not 100% yet, but I feel so much better than I did a week ago. Thanks for being caring and consistent with your patients. You guys are a great asset to the community, keep up the good work.

Everyone here is professional and thorough. Wait time is not long and the experience has been positive. Our family has been seen for Flu, dermatitis and simple infections and all treated promptly. Highly recommend when you need to be seen.

We love having HCE in our town. We made them our PCP when they opened and have always been so pleased with the staff and care we receive. They truly do become friends that you enjoy seeing as soon as you walk in the doors.

Great service. Been trying to go through VA for a problem for over a month and finally got an appointment for another month away. Came here and they seen me immediately and set me up with a MRI for the next day. For veterans, they do accept TriWest patients. Highly recommend.

I always have a great experience when coming here. The receptionist and nusrses are always friendly and helpful and Christy is the best. She always takes the time to listen to what the problem is. She doesnt rush through your visit like most Drs do. She has the best bedside manner and loves to visit.

This was the first time I was seen at this office. The staff front start to finish was beyond welcoming and sweet to me. They were respectful and super thorough on what I was being seen for. Thank you for making me believe in proper health care offices again!

I went cause my little boy was playing in a baseball tournament and had hurt his hand. They were all very sweet nice and caring. They listened to my concern and did xrays to ease my mama heart and mind. Im so glad I took my kid here. They were very fast paced and I wasnt sitting in the waiting room very long. Thank you all

I was hiking at Beavers Bend and ended up twisting my foot really bad! Being away from home and getting hurt is not fun but the people here were great! Very friendly and attentive and showed real concern. Got X-rays and found I had broken a bone. Put a damper on our trip but was very pleased with the care I got. The offices are very nice also, seemed brad new. Coffee available in the lobby and didn’t have to wait very long at all

My wife and I live in Mena which is about an hour drive away. The doctors get us in right away very friendly staff easy to talk to on the phone and help with our health issues as well as our weight issues. I am also a veteran and they take care of all the work for the VA as well, we have made them our primary care.

We had an AMAZING experience with staff and Drs when it came to our 2 year old being sick! Had us back extremely quick. Timely & professional in making a decision that was best for our son. Not to mention it was 45 min til closing and they had the same demeanor as if they had just open. Definitely will be back for any future sicknesses!

They got us in very quickly and got us taken care of during the Saturday before Christmas, which was a huge relief for us since we had covid. Would definitely recommend them for fast care when youre unable to see your normal doctor!

I was in serious pain, and I got the help I needed right away. Everyone there was super helpful and kind. They also take Care Credit if you’re struggling with insurance issues.

Christy, took the time to understand why I came in for. She understood the reasons why I was there after telling her. She came up with a very good treatment plan. Highly recommend Healthcare Express!!!!!! Nothing but THEE BESTEST team there!!!! They treat you like a real patient ought to be treated as not as a patient number. They were wonderful very kind and caring. I had the worst case of the flu ever. Prescribed meds that helped a lot. The only problem was they first said I didnt have the flu or covid, then the Dr followed me out to the car and said yes you do have type a flu, the nurse read the results wrong. Glad to get an accurate diagnosis..

To start, I waited over 2 hours just to get into a room. It’s not unusual to have a long wait time here, but 2 hours seems a bit excessive for not being insanely busy. Second, once I got into the room, I was there for about another hour just for a flu/covid test. The female doctor here is outstanding & I would wait that amount of time for her, but the male doctor was very dismissive & barely listened to my concerns or let me speak. Coming here was literally my last resort because my doctor had 0 appointments, & because my last few experiences here were not great. I would only recommend this place if you were in a pinch & had no other choice, & if you were able to see the female doctor, NOT the male. I am not the type of person to regularly leave negative reviews. In fact, usually if I have a bad experience somewhere I just keep it to myself & try to forget it ever happened. However, when it was this extreme & it pertains to my health, I feel it necessary to share.

From the moment you get there until the time you leave, you feel like they really care about you and your family. Christy is thorough with her exams and takes the time to explain things to you. If you need to see a specialist she will tell you why and makes sure you get the quickest appointment available. I have family members that started seeing her after I told them about the care I got.

I’ve been using HCE for a lot of years. First, in Txk and now the De Queen location. I’ve ALWAYS been impressed with the professionalism of the staff, how quick I can get in, be seen, have whatever procedure is necessary, and be out. HCE is amazing all around! It’s the only OP clinic I always recommend and will continue!

My daughter is chronically ill. We went to the local ER and after being treated very badly and no help, I learned that this office was open which was more of what she needed. She just couldnt get a break from the pain.They were about to close and the front office woman was amazing and Alexis, the LPN actually cared and asked so many questions and since her illness is kind of a mystery, his concern was helping her without giving her complications. I wish I could give them more stars.The provider came in and asked more questions, took a personal interest and is going to help my daughter find the neuro help she needs.I only recall the nurses name and Im so sorry, all of their names matter. They were so caring.

Absolutely awful. Went in with broken knee cap and torn MCL And was given nothing bit crutches. Absolutely no empathy at all. Aside from that, the x ray technician was not even capable of getting clear and correct pictures of the effected area. Terrible with no desire to help and no detectable knowledge. I wouldnt recommend myself or especially for any children. Theyre more likely to kill you or hurt you than help you. By far the worst clinic in Arkansas Ive ever been to

Fantastic, quick service! We were in and out in no time. We were staying in a cabin in Broken Bow when our daughter became ill. The staff was friendly and has our little girl feeling better.

This place is trash with extremely expensive appointments. No Dr on staff and the woman who comes in never checks you. She just automatically refers you to someone else in Texarkana. Everyone else in town will do more than this place. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

The doctors are great but the front desk lady seems to not know what’s going on. I went to get blood work and told her that and she told the doctors I needed a pregnancy test. Then when I called them back she said my test was positive 🤦🏻‍♀️ Yeah I had a hcg blood work that’s not positive that’s a number.
