Staff is super friendly and professional. Wait-time is minimal, under 10 mins for my visits once checked in. Courtesy calls to help with reminders, prescriptions, labs, and transportation assistance is offered for qualified patients who may need assistance getting to appointments. Dr. Nguyen is very accommodating, and his staff helps to ensure all visits work for your schedule to prevent canceling or rescheduling. Overall a great patient experience with you in mind throughout your visit.

I have to start by saying that I am not a patient here, but I did have a recent encounter with this location and its staff. I had an amazing experience with everyone here, especially Danny.I had received some misinformation from the CDC website which directed me to this location, however this Center was unable to assist with what I was seeking. This is where Danny comes into the picture. I am not particularly familiar with the area or complex that this Center is located in, so I had to look around to try and figure out where I was going. No more than 20 seconds had passed when Danny actually came outside to see if I needed any help. After explaining who/what I was looking for, he easily could have just told me I was at the wrong place and sent me on my way, instead he went well above and beyond what he needed to do in order to help me out. Not only did he help me figure out the correct business I needed to go to, he took the initiative to actually call them and verify they were the place I needed. The best part of this interaction is that Danny, as well as the other staff inside, genuinely seemed happy to help me any way they could, even though I was not a patient of theirs.If youre someone that needs the services this Center offers, I would highly recommend this location. They are quite knowledgeable and more importantly a true pleasure to interact with.
