My visit did not start off smoothly as I received some incorrect information over the phone and drove an hour only to be turned away initially. However, after speaking with a manager, she promptly addressed the issue and arranged for my appointment. I am very grateful for her assistance. The clinic staff were exceptional and went above and beyond in their service. Thanks to them, I am now on my way home without having wasted the day. Thank you all so much, and I hope you have a great week.Not only that I got to charge my car while visiting the clinic that’s a win win!

Dr Klemow was kind and supportive and explained complex medical terms and practices with compassion and effectiveness. He made everything easy to understand and was affirming of my gender and pronouns. Overall, the clinic has helped my gender journey feel much less stressful and has always helped with prices when I am in a difficult spot. 11/10 would recommend to anyone in any stage of their gender transition or any sexual health needs!

These people were the best! They also have an EV charger incase you need to charge up while you’re visiting!!

Kind Clinic is the most accepting, patient-centered clinic I’ve ever attended.Facilities - 5 stars, staff - 5 stars, treatment - 5 stars, advocacy - five stars.If every medical facility operated like the clinic, the world would be a much better place.

This place doesnt listen to customer requests.Ive made a total of two inquiries of have not received the information that I was requesting.The call menu on their phone system is not well made and is too confusing for new patients.Ill be willing to change the review and its status if the right care is provided regarding the inquiries.

This place is great the staff are kind and I will continue all my sexual health checkups with them!

Discrimination is healthcare is still an issue that confronts the LGBT Community. While I dont live in a gay bubble or need validation from strangers, it is nice to have a healthcare organization that sincerely supports us. Too many organizations are just using the LGBT cause for marketing, branding, and window dressing. I recently walked away from such a place.I highly recommend Dr. Klemow. He is both sincere and highly professional. The staff here is also highly impressive: Johnathan, Michael, Nathan, and the rest are all just amazing. I am so glad to have them as my provider.

This place is unethical. They turned me away because I’ve been tested recently. Incredible irresponsible. If I want to get tested I should be able to come in and get tested. They said getting tested after every new partner is not what you are supposed to do but a simple google search will tell you that you only have to wait a few days after having s*x with someone new. This place is a nightmare. A waste of 2 hours of my life. Go somewhere else.

The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My daughter was there for an HRT consult and we couldnt have asked for better visit.
