Dr Guerami is simply the best. He sees you for every appointment if you schedule it that way, which is unheard of in this field. He aims to do procedure on his schedule but is always flexible based on the needs of the patient. He even did mr retrieval on a Sunday morning because that was what was best for me. He is super evidence based, but willing to try some things where appropriate that are still in the earlier stages of being studied. He is up front, honest, and kind. I trust that he always has my best interest at heart and would never steer me wrong. I cannot recommend him highly enough
