I honestly thought this might be a scam from their website, but theyre legit! Testing went very quickly and results were back within two days. Its nice to see a testing process thats well organized! Just dont be one of those people that waits until the last minute and wonders why your results arent in before your flight. You cant beat free!

We felt like we were taking a risk but honestly, it was a great experience overall. It was very easy to book an appointment. Communication was good before the appointment and instructions were clear on-site. There was no wait, staff were friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.We were slightly confused by when to expect results since we got tested on Saturday at 2.30 pm. A follow-up email sent immediately after the test said to expect results by 10 pm next day (which was Sunday) but other communication indicated 48 hours (which would be 2.30 pm Monday). After follow-up, we were told to expect results after 5 pm Monday according to one source and 5.30 pm according to another source at the lab. This was the only part that was somewhat confusing but we still had faith we would have our results before our flight on Tuesday, especially due to the positive reviews.Jeff was great and we received the results before 10 pm. One of the names was misspelled and Jeff had it corrected in no time. The results were accepted by the airline for travel to Canada.Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Sethi Medical was a great choice for me to go get a quick and painless covid test. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I used my health insurance, got there around 11am and results got to me the next day by 1pm. The service I received was great and so was the overall experience. Definitely coming back for any other testing needs that might come up!

Great service. Every person I interacted with was very helpful and guided me through the process of getting a pcr test before my international trip. I hadnt received my results by the expected time, but I simply called the number they provided during my visit and Jeff was very helpful in correcting my email address and even updated some additional information for travel purposes. I will be using this service for future travels and will recommend it to friends.

***Update***One of the best customer service experience, EVER! Jeff followed up and made sure we got my dad’s test result next morning. We also got our result in less than 24 hours, THANK YOU GUYS!!My dad had to get a covid-19 test prior to his flight. Every other location was closed but Sethi was still open! From scheduling the phone call to the collection appointment, everything was very smooth and easy. The gentleman helping us schedule made sure we were getting the right test and was very thorough. The lady at the collection appointment was super nice and made everything feel super easy. I think we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The entire experience gave us so much relief to have this done before my dad’s flight. Thank you so much!

My friend and I went to get tested and the staff was amazing. We were greeted with an amazing smiles, so helpful, and was in and out very quickly. I received my results in less than 24 hours, when my friends results did not come across we went back to get them, and Lydia was so very helpful. The whole staff was so friendly and they took such great care of everyone! Watching their cleaning processes as I waited was so reassuring for me as well!

My daughter and I needed the rapid antigen COVID test for travel. Jessica and Srujana were wonderful! They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We were all done in 15 minutes. We so appreciated the quality of client service they gave us. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else but here to have testing done.

Such a great experience! I had to find a place for my mom’s pcr test before her flight. No hassle on booking and very fast to collect the sample as well as very quick result! Couldn’t believe it was free, but it was completely free! Especially, I had to make a call just to make sure the result is out before my mom’s flight and Jeff was very helpful. He was very kind and more than willing to help. Thanks for his help and, of course for the kindness of people at the center too.

Test results were provided within 36 hours even in this high surge case counts. The staff was really nice and cooperative. Hardly have to wait for 5 minutes after the form was filled. I highly recommend Sethi Laboratories. You made my Air trip very smooth.

Please avoid if you need the results in a timely manner. I arranged to have mine done exactly 52 hours before my flight. They advertise for PCR results within 36 hours online on the website but once you arrive they say the results will be available between 24-48 hours. If you try to contact them about results anytime before 48 hours they say to wait till after 48 hours to check the status. Then after 50 hours they said it’s still pending. Then about an hour before my flight they said they won’t be available before my flight. I attached the chat. PLEASE AVOID IF POSSIBLE. They seem to be looking to bill your insurance with no intentions on delivering services in a timely manner

This place is absolutely fantastic!!! I am travelling and needed my results back timely and these people did just that! They delivered!!! I felt sorry for them, seeing their workload yesterday with at least 100 people in line for testing and they saw all of us within 45 minutes and then another line formed of about the same size when I was leaving, I noticed. Sam, the manager there, I guess, was incredibly nice, and so was all the rest of the staff there. I would give this place way more than 5 stars if I could. I was lucky to get my results back so quickly, but wouldnt have held it against them if they couldnt have gotten them back to me so quickly, under the circumstances. Anyway, what a great experience! I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I personally had a great experience here. I had an appointment but I went on a Tuesday around 4:15 and didn’t have to wait too long. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was told I’d receive my results in 24-48 hours however I received them in about 36. I actually reached out on their website’s chat just to check on the status (way before the 48 hour mark) and Jeff reached out to the lab and got my results sent to me. He was amazing!

Came here to get a antigen covid test for travel purposes since I dont have insurance. Affordable prices and it is very easy to schedule your appointment online. Jessica and Tay greeted me upon arrival and they were very sweet and provided great, quick service. I received my results quick via e-mail , just how I requested. I would recommend and use their services again if needed.

Very nice staff!!! Helpful in making sure I was leaving the place with all the information about the test and the turnaround time on the results.Was told that because I was paying $200 I was going to get the results in 24 hours.48 hours and 5 very willing and helpful employees passed and the only answer I get is that the results are still pending.Just 15 minutes ago Larissa told me I was going a call from a Supervisor (as one of her colleagues did yesterday).They don’t communicate between each other at all I have spoken with five different people and in every single call I’ve had to repeat the information to the new agent and today they told me there’s no expedite service since November last year. I believe the group that was in the test collection center on Friday the 18th at 3pm is not aware of it.Only reason my dad had the test there was because of the promise of having the results 24 hours later.My dad is flying now and it’s very likely by the looks of it that he might ended up staying in a hotel because of this delay.Very disappointed at the service provided to myself promises weren’t kept

I got tested at the Dallas location. The people at Sethi Labs were nice and very patient, and worked quickly to get many people tested. They are great! When I didn’t get my results, I used the online chat, and Jeff immediately responded and was very helpful. I immediately received my results via email after using the online chat.

There was some mix ups with my email so I had to call to correct the email they had on file because it was recorded incorrectly (which is an honest mistake so its good to call a couple times to confirm your information when waiting for your results). I spoke to Onita (I apologize if I forget the spelling) but she was so helpful and corrected everything in a super understanding way that didnt seem snappy or impatient. Overall the staff is compassionate and understanding and the results came in 35 hours (as suggested by their advertisements) which was timely before my flight leaving the states. Thank you for your work!

I was looking for a spot to potentially take the Rapid test for Covid for traveling purposes and this lab came recommended from a friend of mine who had used them. The appointment availability and drive up service was something she spoke highly of.I spoke with Jeff several times and he is was incredibly helpful and genuinely an encouragement to me! He talked me through the process and insurance, it was so very helpful! He even wished my youngest happy birthday! Ultimately our plans changed and we didn’t need to take the test, but I’m so grateful it was an easy and positive experience.

The staff working at the test site is really nice and helpful. They also have almost 24/7 online chatting and customer service over the phone, which are good. But the problem is you dont get the test result as advertised. The website says they offer 24 hour guarantee, but its very untrue. Ive been waiting for 48 hours, still no results. When I contacted them, I was told that they didnt have my record. (WHAT?) And I was told that I need to go find another testing site. Very unreliable service. Never trust them for COVID-19 testing. UPDATE on 12/11: I havent received any results after two weeks. Its obvious that they lost my sample.

Fantastic chat feature on their web site, and a quick call back for an appointment. Super accommodating and they know how to answer your questions. We have to schedule our appointment out to meet the 72-hour travel requirement, and Sethi Labs set it up for us in a convenient manner. Especially good experience in working with Anita and Jeff during this process.

I went in on Saturday at 330 and was a little worried when I did not have results by Friday at 9pm so I made a call. The gentleman I spoke to said my results would be in by midnight and to please call back if nothing was there by morning. I called at 5am this morning (Monday) as I have a flight in a few hours. Sasha was incredibly helpful and patient. She sent my results via email within 10 minutes!Thanks Sasha & Thanks Sethi labs!

Just had a Rapid PCR test here for travel out of the country. With all the restrictions and limitations, it was great to have a reliable lab to provide quick results as promised. Everyone was professional and friendly. Jeff went above and beyond our expectations. He was very helpful and even returned my calls after hours. I highly recommend.

Thank you Janelle, thank you Sethi Labs! My partner and I had to fly with short notice and were super concerned that we wouldn’t be able to as we were sure we wouldn’t be able to get tested and get the results in time. When we contacted Sethi labs, Janelle who works in customer service was so helpful, understanding and kind. She reassured us and guided us through the entire process and even though we were panicking she remained calm the entire time which also meant that we calmed down. Would definitely recommend Sethi Labs and if all the staff are like ms Janelle, then no doubt you will have a good service.

Note - Not for travel purposes. The appointment process was easy. I was tested pretty quickly when I arrived. I waited until the second business day to reach out on their chat line to check on my results. I had a quick response with my test results. I will definitely use them again.

Janelle was absolutely outstanding!! Kudos to her level of customer service. We had a big issue occur which would have completely impacted my international travel!!! Janelle spent the entire 3 hours working with me to make sure (calling back every 30 mins) to make sure we were getting it addressed! Absolutely incredible lady! The staff is truly outstanding at Sethi.

We wanted to get the RT-PCR test for an international flight and while other testing centers were asking for $100+ for quick results, this place tested us for absolutely FREE and we got our results the next day. The lady who collected the sample was really nice and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. I want to give a special shoutout to Jeff his customer service is amazing he booked our appointments and followed up via text and email and made sure that we got our results and we were all set for our flight. I highly recommend this place for covid testing.

Scheduling a same-day test was very convenient. People there were very friendly and the test was done very quickly. I went there around 8:30am and got my test result around 4:15pm. Some other labs may make you wait in a long queue and fail to provide the same-day result as promised. There were some issues about the report, but Jeff helped me solve them very patiently. The overall experience was better than I anticipated.

Do not recommend at all. The website said it takes UP TO two days to receive your COVID test results (which have to be taken with 72 hours of travel). I confirmed this with them when I called to book an appointment, and again when I got there. My appointment was scheduled 50 hours before my flight and the confirmed I would have it on time. I stared calling them the night before and they keep assuring me I would have the results on time. I didn’t and ended up missing my 3 hour direct flight home. Since it was going to expire shortly after receiving it I had to figure out a way to get home (to Canada) that day. With no flights available I had to take two flights to get to New York and a $450 cab ride to cross the border and get home. Which took me 18 hours. I would never use them again.

Great customer service and we received our test results before our flights. They even answer e-mails late at night to make sure customers are satisfied. I used to pay almost $200 for a covid-19 test and still receive bad customer service. But with Sethi Labs its free with no gimmicks and you always have someone to answer your questions, even at midnight. We will definitely be back as we travel quite often.Thank you and God bless.

The people at the clinic are super nice. Receiving the actual results for your COVID test is miserable. They tell you that your test results will be available 24hrs later and on the paper they give you it states test can take as long as 48hrs for results to come back. Well that’s all a lie. The test takes more than 72 hrs to come back. If you need this for work or travel go somewhere else.Tested on: 1.11.22 at 7:45amUpdate on results: Still to be determined…. DON’T BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE! I needed an appointment in preparation for a flight to Europe. I went to the Sethi website and booked a 7:30 PM appointment. I arrived at the facility on Ross Avenue which sat in a very small and rundown shopping center. A number of people were waiting outside, but I went inside because I had an appointment. I was ignored for the first three or four minutes until eventually I got someone’s attention and said I’m here for my appointment. The response from the receptionist was, “we’re not taking anybody else tonight” I said “I have an appointment”. A man named Alex then came over and I explained to him that Sethi had sent me 8 Reminders of my appointment. He said the website keeps making appointments for us but we don’t do appointments. I asked that he please help me to understand what this website is, to which he said well they’re not really part of what we do we’re not affiliated to them. Then he changed his language and said well we are affiliated with them but they don’t represent us. I couldn’t fathom what an earth he was talking about and after several exchanges and me venting my frustration of going 30 minutes across town for this appointment and now find I can’t have my appointment. I left. They have left me in a very difficult position and I may miss my flight. I know testing sites are overwhelmed but they made no effort to help me at all.

So I was skeptical at first but signed up online, showed up, gave my info, and got my pcr test results within 48 hours just like they said. Apparently it’s a government subsidized test and that’s how they offer it for free for anyone. My wife has a foreign passport but there weren’t any issues. Highly recommend, office front staff were professional and very kind, and Jeff from support online was available to answer any questions and work out some small issues. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for family due to international travel requirements. They received numerous text reminders and replied to all confirming that they will be at the appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early and at check-in, Olivia Garcia Swares informed them that she had decided to “cancel all appointments and help everyone, so it was now a first come, first serve and it was at least a two hour wait.” When asked about her reason for doing this, Olivia decided to ignore me. I phoned around in an attempt to get an appointment elsewhere and was informed by everyone that they were “fully booked!” I’m not sure why the other testing sites did not cancel all their appointments, perhaps it’s due to the staff being professional and understanding what an appointment is. HONOUR THE APPOINTMENTS OR IF ITS “WALK-IN”, DON’T ALLOW APPOINTMENTS TO BE BOOKED.

Made an appt 4 days prior for a travel COVID test. Received emails every day reminding me of my appt. Went to the clinic an hour early only to find out that they closed early. No warning, no call. I fly out tomorrow first thing in the morning and needed this test to fly. Absolutely horrible company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Once I arranged the testing date and time, I received follow-up emails and texts. I got in there, and I wrote a form. The people in that office were very friendly. No waiting time and the test was quick and easy. I talked to Ani several times on the phone, and she was always helpful. I am traveling outside of the US and needed to take a Covid PCR test 72 hours before my arrival date in the country Im traveling to, so I booked an appointment with Sethi Laboratories.I had a fantastic experience with them I got the results back within 24 hours.The staff and the customer support team were absolutely fantastic. It was a quick seamless easy process ....no self-testing here where you have to stick your swab up your own nose.Thanks for making this so easy

I made the appointment online for covid test, we had to wait 30 minutes at the site but the staff were really helpful ! They asked us to wait in the car and helped us by letting us fill the forms in the car . They came to the car and let us know to come in when its out turn. We got the results within 24 hours ! Jessica and srijana ( hope I spelled that right) we’re above and beyond! They were first off very friendly greeting me with joy as I arrived. They are excellent listeners and communicators and helped me get all the things done I needed flawlessly. They were so helpful that when my email wouldn’t work for my insurance card they helped me work it out with little to no effort! To say it was a pleasant experience isnt kind enough words for the excellence these two women provided me today! Highly highly recommend this location! So many thank yous for the ease of this process so I can travel internationally!

Friendly staff made experience a pleasure. Very informative also. What I liked the most is the gentle use of the swab when the agent took a sample from my nose. She was careful not to hurt my inner nose and be extra gentle. Def recommend for your test.

Very efficient. I had to catch a plane and only had a few hours. I was able to come by right away, get tested right away and had my results a free minutes later. The team is very nice, and very fast. Thanks to them, I was able to see my family in Germany again!

The online and phone booking was easy. Next day result was indeed free. The facility was easy to park at and clean. HOWEVER, the result does NOT include time stamp so if you are using the results for travel (like on American who uses VeriFLY) it requires actual time stamp of collection otherwise it assumes 8am that day. I could not use this labs result to meet the 72 hour requirement. Be sure to book and test accordingly.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jeff and the team for my covid PCR test. I had a little time crunch and needed my results returned faster, Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I get my results back on time. He followed up on the request late at night during the weekend to make results available. A big thank you and really recommend this place!!!

Appointment reservation was easy. we had reservations for 825am, there was a slight confusion whether we stay in the car or go to the suite. Once it was all cleared, the paper work and actual test was easy.We received the results in the window mentioned, however we were anxious till the last minute as there is no good way to track the processing of results.The results are accepted by the airline so that’s a huge positive.

I was in need of a PCR test within 48 hours for travel. Several places was talking about $125 to 250.. Sethi Lab $0. This please was heaven sent and they had great Customer Service! Andrew took care of me.. he explained everything before he did it & most of all he was gentle! 😷

Great company and very easy process. I have been traveling internationally quite a bit during the pandemic and have had to take at least 9 covid-PCR tests. This was definitely the easiest and quickest. The service was exceptional, it was nice being able to pay upon arrival and I received the results exactly as promised in 5 hours. I highly recommend.

Staff were professional and prompt with the services. The technician taking the sample, Journey, made it as painless as possible. My only critique is the carbon copy form does not line up and leads to data entry errors. My full email address didn’t transfer, which lead to a delay in receiving results. However, Jeff was very prompt in helping me resolve this and get my results in time for my trip.

I would have given more stars if it would be possible. They helped me out when no one else would. Not only they didn’t charge me a penny for my kids PCR test but Jeff made sure I would get the results a day earlier than I needed them. Emirates airline accepted the report right on spot. I have to give a shout out to Jeff , his customer service and his sympathies to customer need and situation was amazing, he is life saver. He followed up for me constantly to make sure I get the result fast and correctly. It was worth the drive up to Dallas for sure and I would recommend them 110 percent. For those of you guys out there needing to travel or need a PCR test for your job, you find the spot, you don’t have to go anywhere anymore. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. They mentioned a 24 hour turn around during testing. But turns out it was a no turn around. I called twice after 72 hours and they mentioned they were backed up and that my results are still pending. I called a third time and the lady on the phone stated my results are still pending and that I should find a another testing site. Of course I needed results 72 hours before my flight and had to spend $250 at the airport. Please stay away from this spot and do yourself justice by going to place that can be held accountable. The fact that I paid $250 at the airport should let you know that you can pay something to get results and still save.

The PCR covid test was pleasantly administered smooth and easy. The service was very helpful and pleasant. It was fast to get in and out. Jeff stayed late to make sure I got my results in time to fly out of the country. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that needs testing. It was also free for both the insured and uninsured! Thank you Jeff and everyone at Sethi Laboratories!

I would recommend this laboratory with no reservations. I made an appt 48 hours in advance -however due to flight delays my testing time had to be rescheduled several times ( everything done online). Instead of 9 AM I was able to get a test at 2 PM about 35 hours prior to departure.Despite the above my test results were uploaded onto the portal as promised and I was able to fly with peace of mind.

Absolutely great. I got my result on time as promised.Many testing places in Dallas are closed.due to bad weather. But Sethi Laboratories were still working and they got my result in time. Jeff did a wonderful job in assisting me to get my testing done on time and provide the results back within 24 hours

I went on Friday to be tested. I was told I would receive it in 24 hrs which was fine because I was not flying out until Monday morning. I did not receive the results by Saturday evening so I called them. I was told I should receive it by midnight. Sunday morning I checked again and I still did not receive it. I was in town for the cowboys game so I called back late afternoon on Sunday and was told I would receive it within the next hour or 2. Later that night I still did not receive it and was very stressed at this point. I called in the morning to try to see if someone could help me figure it out. They then told me they have no record of me coming. THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE HOW COME KNOW ONE SAID THIS BEFORE. I told them I had a receipt and was told that they dont have my file and I would have to be test somewhere else. IF YOU CANT FIND THE RECORD THEN TELL ME. I ended up finding a test centre at the airport that I would be able to get back within the hour that cost me $250 USD. I hardly made it to the test.They were not even willing to help me figure it out and how it could be resolved. There are plenty of places that do the test for free as long as you confirm that you have symptoms which is exactly what they are having us do as well. I would have rather paid earlier on than stress about this last minute. They told me to get tested somewhere else and hung up the phone like come on.

We had to get 4 COVID-19 Tests done with a very quick turnaround. Sethi Labs promised the results by next mid-night. They provided the results in 24 hours of testing, The staff was very courteous, especially Relon, who followed up and expedited the results upon our phone call, and called back to make sure we had received the results.

Highly recommend this Lab. Very supportive. It was quite a showdown at the end with being the last passenger to board the flight since i was waiting for my results. I just had tested 24 hours earlier and the turn out time was atleast 48 hours for the results. Somehow they went extra yards to get the Results as I was travelling internationally and i couldnt miss the flight. Thumbs up Guys !

Worst service ever and the whole facility looks like a big scam. We were assured that our results will be ready between 24 and 36 hours and they even had it on a sheet they gave us. 40 hours later and we still don’t have any results. We might lose our connecting flight because they don’t want us to board unless we have a negative PCR test.

Jeff is an absolute STAR. He is so helpful, patient, simply amazing. Our experience with Sethi was incredible thanks to Jeff and we would not hesitate to go to them again, they did an amazing job. My family and I had to do PCR tests for international travel purposes. We arrived at 830am in the morning and were all done and walking out by 9am, having done the check in paperwork and the PCR tests. The service level was outstanding ! Even though we didnt have US medical insurance, the staff there clearly explained the process and guided us in filling in the paperwork and patiently answered all our questions. The swab test itself was quick and a non event.I received the results just under 48 hrs via email. Even though we did the test on a Sunday morning, the email update progress was reassuring to ensure that our travel plans would not be disrupted. A big thank you to everyone in the North Dallas SethiLab location. Will definitely recommend your services to anyone who asks us. Thank you.

Booked the tests online a week ahead of time. Got lots of reminder via text and email and a phone call, by an actual person, the morning of the appointments. Went to testing site, which was very low key looking, but I guess that’s for privacy. In and out in less than 5mins after 3 of us had tests done. Same day results via email and the company attached our results to another email so they were all in one PDF file and easier for us to print. Follow up text that evening to ensure we got our results. Great customer service and very easy process! Thanks!

AVOID AT ALL COST. This place took two hours and is not following covid protocols. Their waiting area is tiny and they try to fit about 20 people into a small space. I still have not received my results after 3 days. I almost missed my flight because of this place!!! They will all say it’s 24 hours but it’s not..seems like a scam just to have “more people tested”

I highly recommend this place for those who are in time-sensitive, travel-related situations. Service provided is free and fast. Even though the result was not sent to me the day after i got tested but, thanks to Jeff and his work ethics, it was made available and sent to me after we communicated. Everyone there is very nice, especially Mr. Jeff.

Sethi Labs are 5star+!!! I had to book antigen tests for travel for myself and my family. They were prompt, responsive and super efficient and friendly. Easy to do business and very reasonably priced. Jessica and Shan were amazing !Recommend Sethi Labs , provided ease in the complexities of various travel docs requirements.

Do not go here if you’re wanting results for travel purposes. They say 24 to 48 hours but it’s been more than 72 hours and still don’t have any tests. I understand there’s a high demand and so many people are getting tested. In that case there were several opportunities to let me know. (Would have mentioned it via the 2 text reminders, over the phone when I called to confirm and even at the time of the test) in all these three occasions they said that the PCR results will be given no later than 48 hours. They even still have it as 24-48 hours on their website.They just want you to get there and do the test so they can take the money from the government!!!!!!!*Update: 96 hours and still nothing!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS TESTING CENTER - they do not give you results! Absolute SCAM! I had an appointment at 7:30pm on Friday 12/31. I drove up earlier that day to ask a question (because no one answers phones) and they said they closed at 4 so there’s no way I could have an appointment at 7:30. I showed them my confirmation text and they just said oh well come back at 10am the next day. I showed up at 8am, line already formed (because everyone in line had appointments from 6:30am-10am even though they didn’t open til 10. Ridiculous). Finally got tested at 10:30am, they said I probably wouldn’t get results back and to get tested somewhere else? So they waited until after they got my swab to tell me that….because they are just doing this for the money, they don’t actually send results!! Two owner guys came in while I was waiting, said to change the process completely on their staff and just kept asking how many swabbers they had working. “How many are swabbing, get everyone in, we’re not doing appointments anymore!” FRAUD and SCAM is all I can say. It’s been over 48 hours and still no results so I had to cancel my trip.

We were so happy to have found Sethi laboratories amidst this madness that is travel amidst COVID-19. We were able to check-in and get our RT-PCR test without any hassle, the appointment scheduling at their Dallas center took us sometime initially but that was due to the busy time and slot availability. But the experience in the centre was great, very polite associates and helpful. We got worried when our test results didn’t appear the next day and called their helpline, Mr. Jeff not only assured us to assist us through the end but told us he’ll ensure we don’t have a bad experience. He stayed true to his words and took the trouble to call us after his office hours to ensure we were kept informed on the status of our results. Eventually we got the results by 10pm (which can happen sometimes so no need to panic). Thank you Mr Jeff and Sethi laboratories, we were lucky to find you and get an amazing experience + free PCR test. Highly recommend them!

I scheduled the appointment for the location on Ross Avenue. The appointment and reminder process was easy.I showed up to my appointment ten minutes before just to be sure I got there on time. Even fifteen minutes after the appointment, nothing. There was a line of at least 20-30 people waiting outside in the cold. Mind you, it’s in the 30s right now.I’m sure the people that run this location are great people, but clearly there was some issue today. There is no reason to bother with an appointment if you aren’t going to get seen and with the amount of people there. I wouldn’t recommend going based on that.

The tech was very nice and explained the test clearly. Result turn around is real quick. Jeff is great for customer support. He followed up with me post testing and helped resolve the issue I encountered when viewing result online. Im very satisfied.

I got swabbed by Naomi and was very gentle, give this girl a raise! Got tested at 9pm and got my results the next day at 6pm! Very fast and good. Would recommend going to this place. They have the QR code in the email with the results of you were wondering😁

I needed an rt-pcr Covid test with quick results for traveling internationally. The experience was wonderful - making the appointment, the test itself and getting prompt results. Each time that I called, I immediately spoke with someone and had amazing customer service. I highly recommend!!

Everyone was super friendly and the whole process was efficient. We had a couple of hiccups but Jeff followed up promptly with us and went above and beyond to find us some working solutions and to make sure we were happy. When we travel next time we will definitely return there for our PCR tests! Good job!

Could not be more disappointed with Sethi Labs. After believing I had gotten lucky and found a spot that will do a free PCR test for travel, I felt uncomfortable as soon as I entered. The lady behind the front desk was welcoming, however the atmosphere of the place felt far more like a college dorm room than it did a medical office. One of the employees spent the entirety of my time telling her co-workers (or friends, as there was clearly no work being done) about stories of her and her friends when they worked at the strip club.This does not even scratch the surface of the unfortunate reality that is Sethi Labratories. I had called in before booking an appointment, to ensure that I will 100% have my results within 48 hours due to travel. The receptionist assured me that they would, although the level of confidence behind her words was clearly lacking. This was a red-flag, however I had read reviews and believed they were trustworthy. BIG. MISTAKE. Not only did I miss my first flight within the 48 hour time slot, I also missed a second flight that was departing at the 53 hour mark. Despite MANY calls and texts to the company, nobody would give me a straight answer. I believed they had lost my test, something I am still not positive didnt happen.I reached out, and after asking about my results they asked me to text my information, which I immediately did. I waited over 30 minutes until I HAD to call them to sort this out, considering I would miss yet another flight should the results not have come in. They assured me their lab was still processing the test. Through the process of trying to find out what exactly was going on, I was hung up on 2 times in 5 calls. Keep in mind, I made these 5 calls over the course of 7 hours, with the final 3 calls being made at the time they had told me to call back at if I had not received my results.Eventually, all hope was lost in travelling the day I had planned. After booking a hotel and settling in for the night, I called one last time to confirm that my test was actually present and had not been lost. This seemed to irritate the phone attendant, who asked me to be patient. Yes, I understand that these things take time, however missing multiple flights, wasting an entire day, and needing to stay an extra night in Dallas was wildly irritating, considering their constant reassurance of my results within the expected timeframe.Finally, my results came in. Inconclusive was the result. I have heard this does happen, but after doing research it looks as though an inconclusive result is partially the fault of the medical professional taking the swab. So to summarize, Sethi did nothing for me but delay my trip, fail to meet clear expectations they had set, all while making the customer feel uncomfortable while on the premises. I will be travelling to Dallas again shortly, but I will stay as far as humanly possible away from this place. Given the clear neglect for workplace safety, professionalism, integrity and customer service, I am genuinely shocked that this place is still up and running. Avoid the nightmare that is Sethi labs at all costs, despite the intriguing free Covid test. Ultimately, I will lose nearly $1000 due to the most poorly run business I have ever encountered.

Nice staff. Schedule appointment for 7 am but the all the people who had appointment from 6 am waited till 10 am for lab to open. Not sure why they are scheduling so early if they are not going to open the lab on time and does not honor the appointment and just go by whoever is first in line. Waited for results more than 48 hrs. Almost missed the flight as we had to wait for the results to create epass for the arrival country. Checked in 1 hr before flight as they were about to stop checking bags in. Wont recommend if you are planning international travel.

My review is for the Sethi lab as the Dallas Texas Official COVID Testing Center. 10 minute Fast COVID tests for Airport Travelers that pops up when you do a Google search for covid test DFW and not the community FREE testing center.This is not a safe place to go to if you need testing for travel as so many have concluded. We went there on Dec 27.The appointment system didnt work. When you get there with an appointment you just end up in line with others who dropped in (very unsafe). When finally getting into the facility they ran out of test kits. I got the last one and my husband had to wait additional 1 hour before they got more. In the meanwhile persons with appointments were turned away. I was getting concerned but was assured we would get our results in time for our trip.I did follow up after 36 hours, on the chat, after not receiving the results and was told that they did not have any information on when we could expect to get the results. I tried a second time and was then told to get tested in a different place!Luckily we did have a plan B. I still had 3 Lucira home test kits with Azova online supervision (after our Hawaii trip) which we used and it worked well. In hindsight, we should never taken the risk to expose ourselves, before our international trip, to get so close to possible covid cases and use of a questionable testing facility.Sethi labs should not advertise as an, AIRPORT COVID TESTING, LAB CERTIFIED COVID TEST, NEXT DAY results with the minor disclaimer that result times are not guaranteed. Is this a lottery or?By the way, we still havent received our results a week after and after contact with them I got mine. I noticed that my email id was misspelled on the report (may explain why we didnt get it). My husband never got his.Sure we didnt pay, but I assume someone is paying. Our tax dollars?

I went there on Friday the 18th at 9.15am, as per the website and travelling recommendation for a PCR test, I was to show up 2 days before my flight, on the 20th. I was promised results before the next 48 hours and I received them after 60 hours. I called the lab 3 times on the 19th to make sure Id receive my results on time and I was assured I would but No ONE called to let ne know I wasny getting them and being denied re-entry to my country. Also, the website states that all test are free and I was advised that It cost $200 after I already show up for my appointment. I will never go back there and highly dont recommend.

After a thorough search, I found Sethi Laboratories. I’m so thankful I did. One doesn’t need a negative test to travel to Mexico. However, I wanted to be safe than sorry. The two ladies at the front desk understood my concern. I was able to get my test in a timely fashion. Jeff is very patient cause I believe I called him ever few hours lol. Thanks so much for your kindness. I made it safely to Mexico and back!

A good community service, friendly and cooperative staff.I did my test for International travel, although results were a bit late but I was able to take my flight.I would suggest to give travelers a little edge over regular as in case of delay of report, missing flights can cause huge losses.

51 hours post test, 2 phone calls, 1 cancelled international flight, and still no results. Beware!!!Response to owner. One in our party received their results in a timely fashion. Two of us did not. We tried to call your hotline to no avail. I appreciate that you were very busy, however: #1 - It is NOT FREE. Someone was paying you - I offered my insurance, however, your employees did not accept it. #2 - We were not encouraged or even OFFERED paid guarantee service - which I would have taken without a thought being as we were under a time crunch. #3 - Dont take more clients than you can handle.

The whole experience was great. They were efficient at the front desk in checking us in and providing ample information about results. Destiny was our technician. She was very nice and distracted us enough making the ‘swab’ not so horrible an experience. I would totally recommend this place for anyone needing a Covid test for any reason!

Would highly not recommend if you are looking for a reliable professional COVID testing service. Had a flight within 24 hrs and as advertised on the website I was told the maximum time to get your results for a PCR would be 24 hrs. I went inside and waited 1 extra hr for my appointment which was at 3PM(was seen at 4PM), the reason for this is because Sethi would would allow one individual who booked an appointment to also enter with their other family members who did not set an appointment. This is America and things should be done correctly, if you set an appointment it is only entry for the individuals name on the appointment not the other family members and friends you bring along, it is their responsibility to set their own appointment.I spoke to Sethi himself and explained my situation, he disregarded any type of sympathy or issues with the false advertising of 24hr results being returned to patients and treated me like a quantity in his office as opposed to an individual who booked an appointment to use your services.The ONLY good thing about my experience were the nurses who ACTUALLY care for the people and their situations and not this horrible owner Sethi who loves money more than providing a respectable, fair experience and opportunity for all. It makes sense why this is put on Google when you search up PCR testing in Dallas, it is because this man loves money, pays for fake google reviews and provides a horrible service by making his nurses work 7 days a week with no days off. If you are planning for your results within a day or 24hrs DO NOT GO HERE, this is fair warning and I hope no one has to deal with the situation I dealt with.

Used to go to the CVS before but they never gave an estimate when I get the result and told me to contact the lab directly but couldn’t get in touch in any case. However, at this Sethi Lab, all the staff are super friendly and always on time to get the test result so I can pack for my overseas trip without any difficulties. Strongly recommend.

Do not go. It’s a scam to collect insurance money. Spoke with 5 different agents who all told me different time frames for receiving results. It’s been 72 hours and still no result. Called them earlier today and they told me I may have to wait as much as 6 days. Had to cancel international flight. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Am seeking interested and affected parties to build a legal case against Sethi labs.

My test results did not arrive on time so I had to pay $250 at the airport for a rapid PCR test. I would not use them if you need your test results before you travel. I called to obtain my results and the person I talked to was no help. She sent me a text and the text had another persons name on it instead of mine. I sent an email and they replied that my results were still processing. My friends went elsewhere and they received their results. I was not happy that I had to spend the money when i took the test 2 days before my flight with this lab.

This place is the biggest scam ever! It is unmarked, on the third floor, no signs, no indication of a legitimate medical facility, and shady as heck. However, when youre traveling, and need a PCR test in a short period of time, youre willing to try anything. Not only did they take our insurance, passport numbers, and all our personal information. They never sent the results!! I have evidence in a text of the timeframe the results would be back by. Not only did the results not come in time, they never arrived!! I waited at the airport for hours until the gate closed, and missed my flight and my familys flights! I called multiple times and sent about 10 texts to the number that I was told to text to. I never got an apology, I was simply told the results are not ready. Their entire website advertises next day results. Absolutely not true! Theyre taking advantage of people who need a covid test in a short amount of time. Do not try them. Its a scam!

I have appointment at 2:45 p.m. on 12/31/21 but when i get there they said another 2 hours wait. so I came back at 4:45 pm then more people and long lines. They was able to manage to get everyone tested. I have to wait another hour. I think they did a great job by took care of all people they had that day.

I would definitely recommend Sethi Laboratories to anyone but especially to those who needs it for international travel like I did!! The whole process was quick and easy. 0 out of pocket and hardly no paperwork to fill out. I got my results with in the promised time frame!! I was worried about getting my results back within the 72 hrs that my flight required but they made it possible and now I can have a good nights sleep!! Thanks to Jeff. God Bless you guys!!

Quick and what seems like accurate test results. The first time I received my results that same evening (tested at 11a) and the second time I received my results within 2 business days (tested at 12p). The staff was professional. Overall a pleasant experience however, the actual process of waiting to be tested could be more seamless. Either use a digital check-in system OR go old school with the line. But using both methods is not efficient and does not honor “first come, first serve”.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Absolutely terrible. I had an appointment at 9pm to get tested for travel purposes. I arrived at 8:30 and was told they were not accepting anymore appointments, even though I had one scheduled for 9pm. I called the phone number listed on my confirmation email, and the man told me they were closed even though there were people going into the building. The lack of information is terrible and has completely made me miss my trip I’ve had booked for six months.

Message: If you need a COVID RT-PCR test result for an international trip, then please look elsewhere. A family member took the test at Sethi Labs this week (close to 72 hours prior to departure time). Marked urgent with travel date on the intake form. Result was received after the flight departed. Sethi Labs has failed in delivering a timely result.Numerous phone calls and email messages were exchanged with Sethi Labs results hotline staff. The staff was prompt and professional in responding to status inquiries. For that, we are thankful (and a special shout out to Jeff). We recommended to Sethi Labs to inform their customers UPFRONT (via their website and their intake staff at the test center), to ONLY select expedited/guaranteed results OPTION (and no other option) if they are traveling abroad. And given our experience, unfortunately, we dont have much confidence in their ability to deliver timely results.Fortunately, the family member was able to take a RAPID Pre-departure RT-PCR test at the airport (DFW) offered by another business and the result was delivered in about 45 minutes with a printed copy. If you elect to take this DFW pre-departure 60-minute RAPID RT-PCR TEST option, our suggestion would be to pre-book your appointment online and give yourself adequate time (several hours prior to your flight departure time).

I would give this faculty a 0 stars if I could. I paid an extra $350 for my test to be expedited for same day for an international flight I had the upcoming day, and I didn’t receive my results until 36 hours after the fact. I had to cancel my flight, it’s been hell trying to fix my flight reservations, and i STILL haven’t received a refund for the service i didn’t receive. their solution? “consider getting another test elsewhere” day of my flight. TRAVELERS BEWARE. This is not a good place to go if you are on a time crunch

I would NOT recommend this lab for Covid PCR test and will not be using them again. They advertise you will have your result within 48 hours and often sooner. I needed a test for travel and I got tested 57 hours before my departure as per the lab reccomendation. I called several times and used the live chat function for a status update and each time the staff assured me I would get my result in time for my flight. Multiple staff members told me I would have results within an hour of speaking to them but it never came. After alot of stress and frustration I ended up paying $250USD and going several hours early to have a test done at the airport. My original result never arrived. Do not use this lab if your result is time sensitive!

The testing facility was TERRIBLE. Way too many people crammed in a small waiting room, only one person swabbing, had to wait outside in the SNOW (ok just flurries but still), had to wait an hr for a 7:15 a.m appt. BUT the staff was helpful and doing the best they could. When I didnt receive my results in 48 hrs, I emailed the lab and got a response and test results right away. So I got what I needed in the end.

I went in for a PCR test yesterday, 28th August. The process was quick and efficient. Alex and Marcie were very kind and accommodating. Marcie administered my test and was very patient as I was nervous. I would definitely come back to this location for future testing!

Great service! Free PCR covid test. We were in an out of the lab and we received our result overnight. It was a little more than 24hours but not late for our flight. Jeff assured us that we would receive it on time. And we did.

Ran out of covid tests earlier that day.Very disorganized, my husband received emails and text message reminders for the appointment (which seemed great that they were so proactive at first), but when he arrived they said they ran out of covid tests earlier that day.He was never sent an update or any info on their current lack of tests, but he was sent a reminder to still come to the appointment only an hour earlier!They turned away at least 8 other people while he was there, saying come back at 10am tomorrow. We didnt even bother to go back because other people were told the same thing (come back tomorrow 10am). We knew it would be chaos with so many people in that small building, trying to get tests that were meant for appointments the previous day.

Jerni, Jeff and Tayler at Sethi Laboratories have been absolute lifesavers in getting my PCR covid test results to me in time for my flight. After being delayed an entire day from my previous covid test with another company, and being stranded in an unfamiliar state, I was panicking the entire morning since taking my test at 9am - and if my results would come in time for my 5pm flight the same day. Following up with these 3 was an absolute breeze and they were able to expedite my test and have my result to me by 2pm. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs an airport approved test in a short time. It was totally worth the money and I cannot thank you guys enough!!!

Went in at 8pm and got my results at 12am of the next day 28 hrs later. I had to call several times for follow-up but because I was in an emergency need of the result... the call desk is abroad keep that in mind and talk slowly so they can understand you because of the connection.

I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time and did not receive Covid results in the 24 hours advertised. Now I have an international flight coming up in a few hours, so it’s too late to get the airport option. This was a waste of my time…. Don’t go here if you need results for travel purposes.Update: it’s been 3 days and still no results. I had to cancel my trip to Dubai 😭

Do not use this place ..Booked an online appt, wait was 30 minutes to get tested - not bad .. however this was during the week on a Wednesday. They promise 48 hour return for pcr but unless you hound them .. I do not believe this is possible . While in the waiting area, several people arrived at the office to request test results from 4-5 days priorI emailed regarding my results and after 5 days from my test result I was able to get my status ..Do not use this place unless you actually need a timely report

Avoid at all costs!!!! Absolute disaster. Still waiting on results from Wednesday 730am tests. Website advertises 24-36hr pcr test turnaround. The n they add a small banner saying it will be 48-72 hrs. Well international Flights need the pcr negative result within 72 hrs of departure time….. 48-72 hrs doesn’t leave much window when flights start at 8am and the lab closes early evening…… customer service unfriendly and unhelpful. The email we did eventually received had a link to the results which didn’t work.

Don’t get tested here! Don’t waste your time! I made an appt at 7:50 AM and arrived at 7:30. I stood outside over 1-1/2 hours in 30 degree weather. I finally made it in and the testing was a snap. Have no idea why the line did not move for 20-25 mins at a time and people weren’t leaving the bldg. Never received an email w/ results. I called and was told that my test was canceled and that I need to be retested.Avoid this place!At least the woman text me back telling me my test was canceled! I’ll rate - 1 star!

I was told on 24th I needed an appointment. They gave me an appointment at 2:15, several hours to wait. When I arrived there were lots of people standing outside and inside filling out papers. I was told appointments did not matter that you needed to wait with the walk ins. After one hour I was tested and told I’d have results on 12/27th by e-mail. I’ve called twice, held online chats and emailed. Still have no results despite being told I would receive emailed results in 5 minutes on 1/5. I don’t know if others have received results.

This is our second time using Sethi Labs for COVID testing for travel purposes. They have ALWAYS delivered. Particularly impressed with Jeffs services. They are professional, always reachable and the results are emailed in record time. HIGLY RECOMMENDED!

I want to highly recommend Sethi lab, the personnel is very kind and the results arrived at the good time always. I ask a lot of questions to Jeff about when I could take my appointment for a covid test to be in the 48h before take off when you have 2 flights.....Jeff answered faster !! This lab really does a very good job!!!

I dont know if anyone else had any bad experience with this lab and why, but my interaction with no less than 4 different support staff at the lab went flawlessly good! Misheka Johnson and Janelle Hines in particular are the best! Does anyone know a company that offers free stuff yet follows up with clients without fail?! I dont! Altogether Just What I Needed- I found them Google search. It was quick and easy, I was able to make an appointment within two hours of deciding to go. When I arrived, I was processed quickly and the price was right. It was a pleasant surprise at a challenging time.

Recommend for those that need a PCR COVID test within 2 days. I took my 5 year old son. I was still waiting on the 2nd day for his results as we needed them for traveling purposes and for the event we were to be attending. I logged on to chat with someone for assistance as this fell on a weekend. Simmone was great! She definitely did what she could to help me. Really appreciate it! Highly recommend. If you are needing results for travel I’d recommend 2-3 days before just to be safe.

Made a huge mistake for choosing Sethi labs for Travel related PCR tests. They are highly unreliable. We were 4 people and received results for only one person and that too while we had already checked-in for our flights at the airport (We went to an urgent care one day before our flight to get a same day test done just to be on the safe side). This was after reading some negative reviews here on Google and man they were accurate. We right away went ahead and got 2nd sets of test done for us a day before our flight. We had also reached out to Sethi labs in advance and informed them that we have flights on so and so date and so and so time so we would need test results well in advance of that. But this was not taken care off. I actually got the feel that this Sethi labs is a shady practice when we showed up for the tests. The paper work being done didnt look professional at all. All hand work with no attention to accuracy. They also ended up making spelling mistakes in the names/email. And, as I write this review, we have not received test results for 3 people and its already over 5 days. Please look elsewhere if you are looking for travel related PCR test and dont want to miss your flights. Negative reviews about Sethi labs here on google are absolutely accurate.

I had a great experience! I went in with my father to do RT PCR testing at 12:35 PM (took hardly 20 mins for both of us) and got the results the next day 6 PM, for our travel from US to India.I needed some corrections in the name and called them. Ms. Simone was wonderful and she helped me very patiently and did an awesome job.RT PCR testing was free and dont have to worry if you dont have good/any insurance

Definitely I would recommend this lab for rtpcr tests. Let me share my little story what happened i have international flight and I need to present covid report to the airline and to the destination country. Sethi lab was the only lab which provide me free and on black Friday holidays service . Initially I was not sure, because I had bad experience with other labs in terms of time they took for reports . Mr. Jeff from Sethi lab chatted with me 5 am in the morning as I was very worried and panicked.Trust me I was not able to sleep as I had no backup because of holidays. He gave me assurance and told that, he understands the urgency and he will send reports to me which he did immidiately as he got the intimation is . What a great gesture and great service specially on thanks giving holidays.you guys saved my trip . Happy Thanks giving , my special thanks and regards to Mr Jeff.

3rd Experience: Sethi has upgraded their experience since 3 months ago. Much more professional now. Grade A+I went back to Sethi a 3rd time because this time they offered testing up until 8pm (maybe until 8:30 actually but thats what I saw). My flight is at 7:20 pm on Saturday and I wanted to take the test around the 71 hour mark (Flight allows for 72 hours) and no other lab in DFW tests after 6:00 PM. Well I decided even though I had trouble getting my results from Sethi the previous time, since I am uninsured Id go ahead and get a free test because 71 hours should be plenty, even if I had trouble getting the results initially. Well I have to say I was VERY impressed. The staff was more organized than before and very clear about the instructions of when I would get the results and how to get them if I didnt receive them in my email by accessing a website they hadnt given me before. Sethis website improved since 3 months ago too. Lastly, this time they sent me the results directly to my email. In total it was 38 hours from the test. Very very good. And without me needing to bother them. Grade A+. Best free covid PCR test in DFW most likely as Ive seen every other service has 1 star on Google. Sethi lives up to their rating. I hope I never have to get a PCR test again for travelling after this trip because these are a hassle and PCR tests are just such a money grab from many businesses. Thank God for Sethi I can save my hard earned money. But as long as I have to get one in DFW, Ill just go to Sethi Labs.2nd Experience: (Can now disregard this - see the 3rd experience but Ill keep it in my review to give reference to what it was like before. Sethi has improved a lot.)I had to get another test due to a flight cancellation. The second testing process was as easy as the first but this time I didnt receive a result after following up with Sethi Labs. Like the first time, they never sent the result, they just confirmed the test had been completed. I followed up like the first time but this time nobody responded. I actually had to email the laboratory who actually processes the PCR test to send it to me (Marquis Labs in Oklahoma) and they did in fact have the results and sent them to me thankfully. Pretty strange that Sethi labs wouldnt respond to my emails or text messages like they did before. Yelp now has 1 review with the same problem. Another thing I noticed, on both COVID results I was labeled as a female. Not sure how this happened twice but it could be problematic with the wrong airport ticket agent. Ill be trying to get tested elsewhere from now on with more professionalism in responding. So for this reason I have to change my star rating to 1 because basically if you need this result urgently for travel, Sethi Labs will possibly fail you and that could cost you lots of money in travel costs.First Experience:I can confirm this is real and the results come back within 24-48 hours. Quick and painless and no bait and switch happens. No money is charged so bless those pros. If you dont get the results in your inbox by the mentioned timeframe they send you in an email then just text your appointment info to the lab and they will get you the results in under 20 minutes.

Informative, helping and in time reports. The Sethi labs are really giving a good service to people. I got the results in 30hrs. I had called the hot line number to ask for the results and as said by the representative that I will get results in next 40mins. I got that as said on call. I would recommend this as a good Covid testing center.

I was tested for COVID on Sunday and was told results would be available in 24-48 hours. Here it is 72 hours later and I still don’t have my results. I’ve been attempting to call all day, have left voicemails, and no one is answering or returning my voicemail. Highly suggest finding somewhere else to test.

Wish I could give a zero- or a negative-star review to this place. We had gone for a Covid RT PCR test couple days before our flight as suggested by the main guy at the lab while also saying that results will come within 24 hours. However, they randomly told us just before being tested that there is a backlog and that results could take longer than 24 hours, which meant it would be too close for comfort for us before the flight. We kept calling and following up even late at night and used to hear the same old excuse being repeated with no conclusive answer in addition to giving us false hopes mentioning that we would get an email in an hour or so. We were forced to take a rapid PCR test from a better-run lab on the day of the flight and got the results of that test well before the results sent in by Sethi. To top it off, Sethi Labs completely missed one of the reports and if we had relied on their reports, we would have had to reschedule the whole trip. Would definitely not recommend this place for travel-related PCR testing. The stress and anxiety that Sethi Labs ended up giving our family was way overboard and they definitely could have handled things better by communicating better and by being honest.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful, but Jeff went beyond the call of duty to make sure we had passport numbers on our test results. Also made sure we got them when needed as we were short on time!!!! Thank you!

Very Transparent in their service. Got my UTI test and I am happy to get my results on time. Honestly it was a hassle free experience. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends.

Staff seems new daily, switched out constantly, 1-2 people know what’s going on processing people-wise.The lady running the location constantly pulls her mask down or has it off more often than not.Getting your results is a hassle. They say 1-2 days, and if you call they don’t pick up and send you to voicemail. You have to constantly call and hope that you get lucky and someone picks up, only to find out that your results have been ready for days but they’ve never emailed you.The people doing the swabs do it differently, I had to go two times for my results to come back inconclusive. One was a quick swab on each nostril the other was a painful swab that just poked instead of swabbed.

If you need to fly DO NOT USE this facility.If I could give zero stars I would. To start off I am writing this review on behave of my 80 year old father who came to visit from out of country. He called this office because his international flight required a PCR test. First call was answer by someone who didn’t speak clearly enough to understand and halfway thru the call they hung up on him. We waited to see if someone would call us back but finally gave up and call back ourselves to be answered by the yet another person who didn’t speak English well who also hung up during the call. After hearing his frustration I decided perhaps I should call after a conversation that required extreme focus I was able to schedule him a test for 10:20am Sunday morning which meet the requirements for the 72 Hr PCR test. Once at the testing facility he was greeted and tested, following the test he asked how soon he could expect his results. Everyone at the counter quickly looked up and answered in unison 36hrs. Fast forward to today which is more then 48hrs since the test and STILL NO RESULTS. My father speaks perfect English with no accent!!! If you need to FLY Do Not Use this facility!!’

Worst place ever!When I booked my Appointment I have clearly explained my situation that I have Tuesday morning flight and my 72 hours start from Saturday witch is weekend and I need result no later than Monday. And person who took my Appointment agreed to get my result by monday when reached there and doing my paperwork it says 2 business days upon asking front desk said their lab closed on weekends so you get your result on Tuesday evening! Where the hell I get Appointment on Saturday to get tested and get results with in 72 hours?They really screws people over money like this? It was not only me there was a whole family of 8 had to go through same situation like me at last movement we have to find an other location. I highly recommend to complain to bbb every one.

Wow my experience was great everyone was awesome! I was so weak and were unable to go up to them so the lab tech came down to me to swab my nose. I received my results earlier then expected. I give all praises to God and im forever grateful he lead me in there direction. Thanks again Jeff and the rest of your team.

Above and beyond during the blizzard! I was in Dallas and needed to get home to Ireland the Wednesday of the major winter storm that caused major havoc across Texas. In order to get home, I needed a rapid PCR test to board the flight. All other labs shut down for at least three days. Jeff and Sethi not only came in during the harshest of conditions, but they took the extraordinary step of finding a backup lab in Oklahoma and personally driving my and other clients tests up there during a snowstorm in order to get a fast turnaround for our international flights. Ultimately it got me home at least 2-3 days earlier and saved me a lot of headaches trying to find hotels and rearrange flights. They communicated well throughout the process (well outside of normal business hours) and ultimately delivered on time.Their commitment to the customer was unmatched and have earned my business for all future needs. Extremely good job Jeff and team!

From the time I called to make an appointment to getting our tests done, every staff person was friendly and helpful. Traveling internationally is so stressful these days that kindness makes a huge difference when trying to get tested and results back with in the restricted timeframe. I HIGHLY recommend the lab and my husband and I will be using them in the future. Thank you to everyone at the lab!

They did yest by following all precautionary majors and proving results very fast . The good thing I like is they do followup directly with the customer over mobile and we dont need to spend time over call center calls on waiting . They are so quick and performed their job very well . I did covid test for my family 👪 and had an excellent experience. Special thanks for Mr.Jeff.

My experience was excellent. I went to the location on Ross and Haskell in Dallas. I had zero waiting time and the staff was phenomenal. I will be using them for all of my Covid-19 tests in the future.

Do not use this lab! We did not receive results within the 48 hour timeframe! When I called they reported test results inconclusive need to retest! They could not guarantee a 24 hour retest window based on flight departure time! They informed another couple of the same inconclusive results! It very unlikely we all had inconclusive results! The service and response to addressing customer needs is unprofessional! Do not use this lab!! We went to another lab and received results within an hour!

I would strongly recomend Sethi Laboratories.I was quite comfortable, staff were very pleasant while observing the protocols of covid, I did my test 2 days before travel. Awesome experience overall specially in COVID times when most places are not even picking up phone. WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR COVID TEST FOR TRAVEL.Recently went for Covid Test for my brother. It was supposed to be for travel purpose scheduled after 2 days of test. We were told just after the test to call after 24 hours in case the test results dont come by then. We did that and were told to wait for 1 hour more. Later we were told to wait for 3-4 hours more following which they stopped taking any calls thereafter for few hours. Later when I tried some other number other than the one they provide for test results enquiry, we were told to arrange another test as they might not be able to do it within time range. So at the last moment, we had to go for a fresh covid test at at other location which cost us around a hefty amount.Very unprofessional and careless. Not helping at all, it was way over 2 days and my brother left also with report from somewhere else and yet they never showed up with his test report.Also, the address is incorrect. They havent updated their address on Google. The distance between the old and new address is around 21 miles.

Booking online was quick and easy. Jessica and Srujana were friendly and fast with my check in and testing. Spent less than 10mins in the building and got all the information I needed and my results sent off.

I called about 30 minutes to ensure that I could stop by for testing and I was advised to show up and upon arrival I was helped and received my results (luckily negative) all within 15 minutes. The test done was not painful nor uncomfortable. The staff assisting me was very professional, from the person on the phone to the person performing the test.

My husband and I needed a rapid PCR test for travel, I called Sethi labs and was able to make an appointment that fit the time frame I needed. We arrived early Kir the gentlemen at the reception desk was great, he walked us through the entire procedure, it’s nice to have such great people who enjoy helping their customers, when our appointment time came we were served by a wonderful young man Roger, he calmed our nerves and explained what the test was and the sample collection process, he was very professional and personable, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole process!If you are in need of a COVID-19 test of any kind, this is the place to go!

Truly Amazing people, so pleased to have found them . Needed a PCR COVID test and within 24 hours I was set . The visit at the clinic didn’t take more then a few minutes and I was on my way . Friendly service and quick results. My test took 5 mins with a very kind and helpful nurse. Had results back same day. They met me at my car in the parking garage and wore masks and gloves, following Covid safety protocols. Communicative throughout the entire process. Very satisfied, would recommend.

It was an excellent experience. My wife and I went to the lab for a test at 7.45 AM and were out of the lab by 8.00 AM. Booked an online appointment. Got all my notifications and reminder text messages promptly. Only to find a chaotic mess upon arrival. Only 3 people working and a hoard of masked people waiting outside in the cold to be called in. Staff did not have my name on their iPad, asked me to fill out a paper form and wait in line - they had people waiting already for 4+hours to be tested (!). I left - needless to say I won’t be coming back

I did my covid pcr test in Sethi labs 2 days before my flight date, on 27 July, they promised to get the results a day after by 10pm which didnt happen, on 28 after 10pm I started engaging them with calls only to get promises that the results will be out, the web of lies continued for the whole night to the morning of 29 which was my flight date. By 1245hrs they still had no results on my case noting that I had told them my flight was afternoon and I needed to check in that afternoon, some few minutes to 1:00pm I called and they told me it was not possible to get my results till 5:30pm , i quickly had to seek other avenues to get the expedited 60 minutes pcr, they sent the results too late after I had secured the other test. I would not advice anyone to seek their services because they dont live to what they promise. A web of lies after the promised one day turn around sets in and one cannot be sure of his/her travel. Why is it hard for Sethi lab to stick to truth, if they are not able to offer one day results they are better stating that they can only make 3 days turn around so that customers can plan their travels in a less stressful manner?

I had a flight on August 16th at 7:10 pm. The airline required a PCR covid test within 72 hours and so I got the test done on August 14th at 9:45 am. I kept calling on August 16th as the result was promised latest by Monday. Finally around 2 pm I was told that the results were not expected until after 5:30 pm. I had to rush to Dallas Airport and get an urgent PCR test for 3 people which cost me $750. The report never came. Beware. Its free but you get nothing but thin air and promises.

Had my test done on 1/11 and was told results would be back within 24 hours, it is now 1/23 and never received my results . This place is a fraud lying to people . After waiting in line for almost an hour no point in making an appointment. Woman gives me the excuse that it’s because of a backlog of test, which has nothing to do with getting my test results. This place gets money for each person they test, they are trying to test as many people as they can for that reason only. Don’t waste your time , you are much better off going to CVS OR Walgreens. There is no social distancing in this place… people are unprofessional…

I am so happy! I was stressed because I thought my COVID PCR would not come back in time from my PCP and I was right. I found them online made an appointment for 9pm and got my results by 3pm the next day in time for my flight.

This lab offered quick friendly and efficient service. We got our PCR tests for travelling right when expected and it wasn’t a complicated process whatsoever. Additionally it was free of charge which was really helpful because other tests are usually really expensive. I would recommend this process and this lab to anyone. Thanks again!

Super fast, easy, simple, great staff, and its free. What more could you want. It took like 5 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need a PCR test done and dont have 100 dollars to spend, especially if youre traveling.

My appointment was at 5:00 pm its now 7:00 pm and I am still waiting to get in. Having an appointment doesnt really matter because theyre not going in line of appointment. They just take your name on a list from where youre standing outside and have you go sit in your car and then call you based on that list. This was the most disorderly testing Ive ever had. Do not recommend.

Results came in a while after the advertised “next day results” but after chatting with the representative, she called me later and the PCR test was delivered before my flight, well on time.Representative Simone was very helpful and true to her word.

Dont use if time is of the essence! We were told that the results of our PCR tests would definitely come within a given timeframe. They did not. After waiting 2+ hours at the airport for the results, we are now forced to reschedule our flights at additional cost to ourselves.

There are no exact words to say to be really grateful from the heart except a heartfelt thank you. I had really great experience at Sethi Labs. Kindly note that am a foreigner with no US insurance and the free testing coupled with efficient and friendly service were very much needed and felt inclusive. Please do your research and read the comments. This place is 100% a scam. I did not receive my results after 72 hours. Called three times, hung up on once, there also was a rooster in the background. The worst part of all they told me twice my results would be sent in 30 minutes and that they were in. Third time calling they told me they could not find me in the system. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and I waited 2 hours past my appointment time due to overbooking. The nurses have tip jars.....

Jeff at Sethi Labs completely took care of not only scheduling our rt-PCR COVID tests but all of our insurance and personal information needs. All was done via text and email - which made it so easy as the 6 of us are not all in the dfw area. Our tests were on time and painless! Would recommend to everyone!

They should stop doing RT-PCR tests. 36 hours post the test they told ,not able to retrieve the patients name and need to take another test, which wont turn out on time. They sent result of a different individual to me. Are they in medical field? How come they share sensitive info even without verifying the data.My international travel became a big issue because of their irresponsible practice. Please dont go to them if you are travelling internationally.

Called and Booked an appointment with Sethi and was greeted by the nicest and funniest group of people. My attendant was Evanely and she was awesome. The next time I am back in Dallas, I will be doing my test here!

I made an appointment on the website on Monday 12/20 For 8:15 on Christmas Eve because I have a flight 48 hrs later the day after Christmas. I even called on 12/22 to confirm that they would be open and administering tests that late on Christmas Eve. The lady on the phone confirmed that I had an appt and that they would be open. I called again at 7:40 pm on Christmas Eve an hour before my appointment. They were closed. I had to scramble over to a private ER and almost missed the cutoff for Covid testing there. Sethi labs miscommunications and lies would have cost me $250 at the airport and tons of stress.

Excellent Work by Sethi Lab team. Very Friendly staff and are so Kind. I did not feel any discomfort while i gave my PCR test. They are the only Lab still open on 31st December and even on 01st January. Here in U.S . Keep it up team Seth.

Had a test appointment set for me my kids and brother first the set the test like it wasnt for an exposure at my kids school but flight restrictions. Then this am after not going because the Lyft would have cost too much I have an email saying thanks for us taking our test and how we get results in two days. I have said confirmation and will be reporting this yall do realize lying on numbers or testing does nothing right besides make yall look bad. Dont come here dont call find other locations. Oh and the best part was the lie saying maybe they sent the wrongg confirmation yet I have an individual email with all five of our names listed saying thank you for testing at this site . . . . Yeah okay.

I wish I could give them no stars. These people are fraud. My brothers family had to cancel their international travel plans because they couldnt provide the test results and its been over 48 hours and they still dont have the test results. Because of this, they now had to pay over $300 to cancel their tickets. Their scheduling department and in clinic team is not in sync at all. Avoid them at all costs.

Make sure you have at least a week before you’re travelling, does not take “36 hrs”. Great service cause it’s free but, not reliable with time. The people at the labs were great it’s just a matter of time control. Ended up having to pay for a Covid test.

We had a flight on 26th Dec at 10 am. We looked for places and those guys in their web page gave us an appointment for the 24th Dec (Christmas eve) at 2045, so we went there, even when we had to go in the middle of the dinner. Well, we arrived there and they said that the clinic was close (OK, logical, its Christmas eve but dont give an appointment for that date at that time, even more when the team were still there) and they asked us to go on Christmas at 9 am. We went, and they promised that the results were going to be in time. We asked again because it was Christmas, and said that for sure the results were going to be in time. We still dont have the results and we are in Spain, so we had to pay for a proper test at DFW. Just awful. Please dont play with people, to lose a flight due to your lack of compromise is a pretty serious thing.

I live in the UK as a British American and recently travelled for an essential visit home to Dallas. In order to return, I needed an antigen test for Covid 19 and was pleased to find Sethi Lab services at a reasonable price and with excellent service. The booking online was easy with regular reminders. The location had ample parking at no extra cost and clear directions and communication once I arrived via text. Miss Hunt the lab technician was kind and she was able to ensure the document I received following my test met the requirements for the travel app Verifly which was necessary for my travel back to the UK. I will be returning in three weeks and plan to use Sethi Lab services again and I am happy to recommend them for testing required in relation to Covid 19.

Absolutely the best help ever in a very stressful situation.For the second time Jeff provided excellent customer service to assist with proper lab results for travel to France. Without his assistance travel would not have been possible.

Jeff, was so sweet and professional. He made sure that my husband had everything he needed to board his flight. We will only use this company in future. And that is all due to Jeff. I cant say enough good things about him....we sure appreciate all his help and patience.

Clean and free but late.. I did not get the results in two business days. Ended up having to get a another test with a faster turnaround - 30 minutes and extra costs. Don’t bother with this lab, go to a proper travel clinic for your travel Covid test.

My roommate tested positive for covid. I chatted with Sethi Labs on their website. They booked an apt for me immediately. So helpful and the test was so easy and quick. Anita was AMAZING! Thank you for all of your help!

Not worth it. Made appointments for travel covid test for parents and myself. Website said free covid testing and drove 35 miles to test... outside the building there is large banner with covid test - FREE sign. When checked in, the receptionist said $200 per test without insurance. The web portal didnt mention a charge for no insurance testing. False advertisement. Sneaky business. Dont support.

My husband, daughter and I had PCR covid tests for travel. We tested December 17th and was told our results would be within 2 business days. We received our daughters results but never received our results. We then had to pay $259 each tp test at.tne airport. Just be aware before using them.

I tested with Sethi on 1/13 at 10:20am. It is Sunday, 1/16 at 5:10pm and I still do not have results despite reaching out as recommended after 2 days if I had not yet received results.ALONG with this, they have you wait outside in a line (winter) then sit 1 foot from the next patient inside once your name is called. HORRIBLE

Never trust this lab . I had an international appointment and took test 3 days prior to my flying date.I took the test August 28th and I haven’t got the result til date , almost a month .I almost missed my flight went through so much stress kept calling them but northing worked and finally took test at DFW airport paying 225 $ . Please don’t go here and waste your time , better to. Drive to DFW airport the day before flying to avoid any last minute stress instead of these free scams .The stress these people gave me can’t be described in words . This is a scam . They just call you million times before appointment and after it’s done they say they will try to give the results . I’m back from vacation but still my result is not available . Horrible experience.

Its hard to give a rating thats fair for this clinic as the staff is accommodating and nice and the wait times are reasonably short. However, its semi disorganized with no apparent procedures for social distancing. Im fairly lax about COVID, but with it being a walk-in clinic with a tiny waiting area, being jam packed full of people is not a comforting experience. I came to make sure that I dont have COVID due to exposure and no symptoms, but Im positive I had far more exposure in the small, crammed common space and now I need to go somewhere else for a 2nd test which means wasted energy and resources. Id suggest asking people to wait in their cars with exceptions of 2-3 max in the waiting area. I had to ask people to move just to make room for the exit. I hope the staff stay strong through this busy season and get the proper reward for dealing with this mayhem.

I definitely recommend Sethi. I needed the results for a flight the next morning. Jeff in customer service went beyond my expectations and helped make sure I got my result in time . Thank you Jeff and Sethi labs.

You make an appointment and show up. Still have to wait in line with other people who do not have appointments to get on a waitlist. My appointment was at 1:15 it’s is now 1:54 and I just got on their waitlist. Which I have to wait another hour for them to text me! What was the whole point of making an appointment. I don’t know if all these reviews are paid but this is far from a fast and easy process. I drove all the way from Mansfield to this location assuming I would get in and out with an appointment. If I would’ve known this is how it would be I would’ve went somewhere a lot closer to home.

I was quite comfortable, staff were very pleasant while observing the protocols of covid, I did my test late and they went above and beyond for me to get my results in time to meet my deadline. You guys were so professional even after I was calling and calling. Thank you Sethi Laboratories, I would definitely recommend you guys.

If there were Zero stars, i would have chosen that. Do not believe their website that says results within 48 hrs. We waited for more than 48 hours and their customer service sucks. I would recommend to go to CVS or Walgreens. We had to miss our international flight since these people did not deliver on their PROMISE. If you are traveling then go to someplace else and not this one

The timeline is not reliable did not arrive at projected time. Called multiple times the 24hr hotline and they lied. Told us it was downloading. Would be available at midnight. Then it was within the hr. Then in the morning of our flight they said they would call us. Never did arrive in time and we had to do an alternate test. Do not use if you want to get on a flight on time.

Quick and easy. Start to finish (including rapid test results) took 20 min. Aneeqa was very helpful in educating me on my options. The tech was very personable. Good experience all around!

We needed a rapid test to travel. Onica was so nice and so helpful!! We got our test and results in time, as promised! I wish every company and everyone provided service like Onica with Sethi Labs!!

Everything went so smoothly from scheduling to testing and I apparently didn’t know my email was bouncing the results they had sent. I Contacted their online chat and it was resolved within minutes. Thank you so much SASHA!! 100% recommend!!

I highly recommend Sethi Lab. My parents needed PCR test for traveling. Received the results in two days. Online chat is very helpful and I gave all the information and received results less than 30 mins.

Kind, experienced staff that made my COVID test an easy, quick experience! My results were delivered on time without any back and forth hassle! 10/10 would recommend.

The process was very easy. Ryan helped walk me through the set up process and I really appreciated it. The young lady who performed the test was great as well. Was not bad like I thought it would be. If I need to be tested again I will return!

Went to check on line and says it’s free. Scheduled our appointment and went for our test and results came right on time just the way they advertised. Jeff was a blessing to me in my endeavor to schedule the PCR COVID test to be able to travel to Germany tomorrow. Im from out of state and didnt know where to begin this process to have results within the 48 hour time frame before my arrival in Frankfurt.
