Excellent experience with the staff here. Sierra is very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Dr. Ubador was very receptive to my questions and provided meaningful insight to health problems I’ve been experience for the past year. Very excited to make this location my new PC clinic.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location. Firstly, the scheduling was a mess; they didn’t schedule me accordingly, and day of appointment I was told that the procedure would take longer than expected and to come in an hour earlier because they will close before my procedure is finished . The receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration.To make matters worse, they lied to me about the duration of the procedure. I was told that it would take over an hour to get it done and I would have to come in a 2nd day and pay twice.In contrast, I visited a second clinic that, although charged more, was a complete breath of fresh air. They were much more respectful, and the entire process was significantly quicker and smoother.instead of the 1 hour and two day preparation this clinic wanted me to do I went straight to the 2nd one and they were able to take care of my problem in less then 10 minutes.I strongly advise against going to here if you value your time and wish to be treated with basic courtesy and honesty.

Arrived without an appointment to have a prescription refilled before I left for vacation. They were able to get me in very quickly and I was in and out within an hour. Extremely friendly and competent

Total Men’s Primary Care has been a life changing experience for me. Particularly the Behavioral Heath program. I love how flexible they are with appointments. The Addison TMP Care is nice and convenient. Only feedback I would offer is for a bit more Customer Service skills for front desk and CNA’s. Bedside manners shouldn’t only be the Physician’s responsibility. Over all my experience has been wonderful.

Had great service and they were the first medical office Ive been at that my appointment time held true. Everyone I met was extremely helpful, even going out of their way to call the insurance company while I was there to ensure all of my expenses would be covered. Alex was very attentive and helpful, it did not feel like he was just trying to check off another box for the day. Instead he genuinely cared that I felt good physically and mentally, something I cant say for my last primary care provider. I will be recommending this company and location to all of my coworkers and friends.

Not my usual location, but needed to stop in for a visit to get my medication refilled. Very seamless experience, and my prescriptions are already ready for pickup near my home. Doctor was amazing, he asked very thorough questions as his goal is clearly to reduce the amount of medication needed by his patients. Thank you all!

Its was like night and day compared to my previous providers. The Dr at Total Mens Primary Care took the time to get to know me and explain a plan to get me where I want to be.

Covid test results were within five minutes. The doctor I saw was so sweet - Great bedside manner. I haven’t run into that in a long time.

Great experience today at this location. I was on time for my appointment and even as a new patient was seen within minutes of my arrival. The new patient registration is quickly completed using your smart phone. The staff is super friendly and knew my costs up front so there were no surprises there. The staff checked up on me and asked for feedback within the hour after my departure from the clinic. I look forward to my next appointment next week.

I do not usually give out reviews but I have to this time. I been dealing with a few health issues and have went to about 3 different places and all just gave me the usual response and dismissed me with little to none solid information about what was going on with me or what they had done to find out. However my wife scheduled me an appointment here and I was seen by one of the providers here named Alex Udabor, I have to say from the moment he came in the room I could tell that it was not going to be like the other clinics I had went to. He was very genuine and knowledgeable, he asked the correct questions and gave me insight on every response I gave him. I walked out of here feeling alot more at ease knowing that what he had told me was not just what he felt like was wrong with me but scientifically backed up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and rate it 10 stars.

Pretty easy set up, nice atmosphere with affordable prices. I’m giving five stars because I had no issues and the communication is excellent so far.

Quick, thorough visit. Im normally a difficult blood draw. Usually up to 4 attempts because I have small veins and sometimes not sufficiently hydrated.No problem on my visit. She nailed it the first time. The physician was great. He gave me pointers for my personal situation and I am well pleased. Wait time was 2 minutes from the time they verified my appointment and I completed a short questionnaire. Wow. Just as advertised.

I came to run a physical check up everything went great from the start no issues and I did a appointment so i didn’t have to wait hours like other clinics.In less then 5 minutes I was called up great place.

Im usually skeptical of things that are for men as its often unnecessary and caters to a narrow view of masculinity, but I decided to give Total Mens a shot because the reviews were good and their process seemed fairly streamlined. Location is also convenient for me. My experience was pleasant with no long wait times or excessive paperwork. All the doctors and nurses were friendly and communicated clearly. Lobby and patient rooms are very clean. The vibe was not at all overly macho and I can see that they really are trying to make it easy for men to stay on top of their health-something a lot of guys neglect.

This place is great. Was able to schedule my visit within 40 minutes of my issue and the providers were knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I was taken care of. ,

Really easy experience to get a quick Covid test. A little odd to walk into a place that completely caters to men, but they were very nice and extremely efficient. Loved the online scheduling and that they were only accepting appointments for non-symptomatic patients, so I wasnt worried about visiting. Got results the same day (only a little delayed because I had gotten in for the last appointment before their lunch hour). Easily sent through their online portal. Oh, and cheap with my insurance! Overall great.

The whole staff was very professional. I had a sinus infection for the last three weeks and I needed to get it taken care of quickly. They got me in and out with prescriptions in less than 30 minutes. I strongly recommend them.

Very very smooth process for scheduling appointments and was able to see staff immediately. I needed a Covid test to return to work and was able to get results in less than a hour. Everything is automated and results were private and sent to me via text. I also noticed staff sanitizing during my brief 5 min wait. I highly Would recommend

I had a terrific experience. I was in and out in a timely fashion. The cleanliness is just world class. I would highly recommend. I want to personally shout out Charlice who really took care of me when I was in for my physical check up. She was attentive, personable, and just above all world class.

My boyfriend has been a patient with y’all for over a year. He normally uses the Austin clinic and administers his shots at home…he was traveling for work and forgot to pack it. He tried coming to this location to get a shot.. he is over a week without it and has been feeling bad. He called ahead and said he would pay out of pocket for his shot. They told him that would be fine. He went to the clinic and they denied him the shot. This is the worst least helpful location he has been to.

My appointment was quick and easy for an annual physical. The staff is polite and courteous. All of my insurance and new patient forms were done online so there was no long wait to fill out documents while Im sitting and waiting.

This was my second visit to this location and both times were a great experience. So easy to set the appointment online, walked in a got my covid test with no waiting to be seen. This facility is super friendly, clean, and very helpful. They were able to get me in very quick and take care of what I was going in for today. They explained things very thoroughly and answer any question I had.

I scheduled an appointment at 2:55 and was out by 3:15 - this was included me being a new patient. Everything was so clean and fast! I came for for a rapid covid test and was sent my results within 30 min. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs one done!

I originally sat in a drive thru line I’d “made an appointment” for that didn’t move for the 45 minutes I sat in it before leaving. Then a friend told me about this place. Made an appointment for a time about 30 minutes out, went and was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Results came 20 minutes later. Very, very pleased, as I needed these results before flying home for Xmas a few hours later. The staff was nice, the place was clean and looked nice, and the whole process was super, super fast and easy. 10/10 recommend

He is really committed and want to solve all of your problems and he will take it seriously and follow up with you. And the Nurse Anahi Maria is professional and welcoming nurse that will you do all the tests and everything that is needed.Highly recommended place.

I was able to go online at 11:30am this morning and schedule a COVID test for 12:05pm. When I arrived there was no wait and the test took 2 minutes. About 45 minutes later they sent me results! Super easy and really fast! I highly recommend! Thank goodness I tested negative!!

One of the nicest clinics I’ve been too. It’s clean, quiet, and has enough space that even the waiting room (which is stocked with snacks, water, and tea for a comfortable wait) feels private. The check in process for new patients is completely digital, which makes the experience even more seamless. I was in and out for a (negative) COVID test in maybe 10-15 mins. Highly recommend this clinic, especially since it’s in a pretty central location!

I dont remember my nurses name but she was very friendly and welcoming. She also did a great job of drawing my blood (I know thats not much but I have a big fear of needles so that went a long way for me!)Dr. Chris was awesome! He was informative, efficient, and reassuring to someone that hasnt been to a doctor in several years. I wouldnt have come if it werent for my wife but Im glad she chose this place. Wish I could say Im excited for my next visit but its still the doctor; who gets excited for that? I could at least say Im comfortable with coming back and thats all I could ask for!

Needed a quick turnaround on a covid antigen test that I needed for travel. Booking the appointment and the paperwork were all done online and the whole process was a breeze. Got their early but didnt have to wait. The tester was very pleasant and professional and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. For results texted in 30 minutes. Very happy with the experience

I went in the day before Thanksgiving to see if I could get a rapid Covid test before spending time with at risk relatives. They offered two different kinds of tests, took my insurance and accepted a very modest payment of $20. They were informative, fast and friendly. This is a great location for testing and the other services look great as well. Highly recommend.

Extremely efficient service. My appt was at 8:30. I arrived at 8:20 to fill paperwork out but their application on a QR CODE only took like two minutes. It wasn’t the usual new patient five forms that take a long time. I had a rapid COVID test and I left by 8:32. I’ve never been taken care of so quickly. Also very welcoming entrance personal and waiting area. Free beverages and snacks. I’ll be back even as a woman!

This was my first experience of this establishment and I can definitely say that I’ll be returning if I ever need anything. My appointment time was kept and I was only waiting for maybe 90 seconds! All in all I think I was there for less than 30 minutes. Their customer service was great and everyone treated me so nicely and not like a customer. I was also informed on the process and the dr came in and spoke to me as well. Even being my first experience I do feel that they value the individuals that walk through their doors.

I never would have considered a Mens Health facility for my recent COVID test, but now I wouldnt consider anywhere else. A girlfriend recommended it to me, and I already sent 3 other people there before I needed a test for myself. The online scheduling was well-developed, with plenty of locations and appointment times right away. I felt a sore throat coming on at 3:30, made the online appointment for a 4:30 test, and had results by 5:00 pm. All of the paperwork was electronic, so I felt safe about checking in. The facility was clean and updated; the staff was friendly and efficient. I only spent time in the lobby to complete my registration on my phone. Dont waste your time searching for another test site, this is the only one you need!

Excellent place to get your COVID test before an international trip! They provide the rapid antigen test (nasal swab) accepted for re-entry to the US. Got our results in 20 minutes via paper print out on the spot and via text message. First time customer so we paid the $20 first-timers fee. Easy to book appointment online. They text you prior to the appointment and allow you to upload your information/insurance/license electronically. Waiting room offers tv, free snacks and stocked fridge with beverages. Highly recommend.

I’ve been tested 3 times here for COVID and have nothing but great things to say! The staff is friendly, professional and efficient! I was in and out in 5 minutes for my rapid test and they had me wait in my car for about 15 minutes for my results. They called me back in and went over my test with me and I was out and on with my day. Highly recommend this place and will be referring my friends and family here!

We went for a Covid rapid test. The on line process to make appointment was easy. The registration on line was easy - you will need photos of your id and insurance card if you have coverage to upload. We went to the Montfort location. The staff were friendly and efficient. Should we need another test, this will be our first choice.

Got a same day rapid COVID test appointment! Cost was also covered by insurance. Facility is super clean and they also offer complimentary water, drinks, and snacks. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Results were texted to me within 20-25 min.

Our experience was great. The Richardson location had ran out of Covid rapid tests, the Addison office was able to take us immediately. The gentleman at the front desk called and made the appointment for us. Our Nurse explained everything, she was quick & efficient. I 100% would recommend & intend on using your services again.

Was able to get a rapid Covid test done here on short notice by booking online. Staff was very friendly and got me in and out within 10-15 mins including doing online paperwork. My results only took about 20 minutes and one of the staff members called me immediately with my results. They do tests for all genders and ages!

The scheduling process online was very easy and clear. Visit was extremely efficient. Check-in was all via phone which is great for the pandemic. No exchange of documents. Waited outside which was perfect for this pandemic era and was in and out for a quick test in less than 3 minutes. Highly recommend.

Needed to find a location asap, as I was in close quarters of someone who tested positive for Covid. Easy to schedule, very efficient, and got me in and out of there in minutes. Received my rapid results an hour later. Will definitely be back if I need another test done asap!

I came to Totals Men’s Primary Care for a rapid Covid-19 test. The appointment was easy to make online and the whole process was quick and easy. The office team was thorough and I got my test results back pretty quickly. I highly recommend going here for rapid testing.

Went here to get a Covid test as a precaution to seeing my parents and this place is fantastic. There were no other customers/patients there so they saw me immediately and the whole process took about 20 minutes! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a Covid test.. definitely beats waiting in your car for 3 hours! They also have complimentary drinks/snacks in the waiting room. I came in for a quick Covid test and was in and out in just 10 minutes! Everyone that was working there had cool personalities and didn’t immediately give off the vibe of “I don’t want to be here”. Would come back if I needed another appointment!

I discovered them on the hhs.gov website as a COVID testing site. In the present surge they had the earliest available time slots for an antigen test. I was able to get all the forms done online, showed up a little early for my appointment, checked in, had to wait in my car for a few minutes until they were ready for me. They called when it was my turn and I was in and out after the swab. Received my results a few hours later via text. Highly recommend this place for the convenience.

Very quick! Was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was very efficient and called me exactly when they said they would to deliver results as well as informed me the frequency of COVID tests covered on my insurance. Hopefully I won’t have to return because of COVID scares but if I do, I will be going back.

Doctor Alex was very easy going. Asked a lot of question pertaining to my health and was very thorough. I’ve had a men’s doctors in the past but he’s by far one of the best I’ve had.

I went to the Addison location to get a rapid-results Covid test in order to return to work after traveling. I called them in the morning and they got me in during my lunch hour that day! The staff was super polite and the test was quick and painless. They called me with the results before I even got home. My husband and I went for rapid antibody testing (COVID19). We made an appointment online and everything was flawless. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend, and will go again for any future testing needs.

Mens clinic, but they will see females for a COVID test. They have multiple days and times available for appointments. They have the nasal rapid test, which is what I did, and an antigen test. They were very quick in getting me to a room and the office is very well kept. The nurse who did my nasal swab was gentle, and I got my results in less than an hour.

10/10 experience! Was really anxious about my first Covid test but the nurse was very kind and gentle. Honestly did not hurt at all. I was in and out of there in probably 5-10 minutes and had my results back in 15! Couldn’t recommend more!

Signed up online for an appointment to get a COVID test. Super easy and when I arrived everyone was very kind. In and out with a text for my results after about 30 minutes.

We went in to get the rapid COVID test (and antibody test) and it was one of the first places that had several appointments available (even for 2 weeks out).We were tested immediately upon arrival and they called us with results 15 min later! The only downside was a $20 new patient fee, but it sure beats waiting in line for hours. Highly recommend!

I went to the Total Men’s Addison location today for a covid rapid test. I was able to easily make an appointment online, which is virtually impossible for a rapid anywhere else in my experience, I was checked in as soon as I arrived and taken back for a test immediately after. They offer results by text or paper, I opted for text and was able to leave as soon as the test was completed. I was in and out in under five minutes— still mind blown by the efficiency. Fabulous experience, everyone was very kind, & location was immaculately clean.They do take insurance. I was also charged a $20 new patient fee, which is understandable as they expanded their normal patient base from men to men, women, & children to provide testing services to all during this pandemic. Think of it as paying for convenience & your time. You can walk into any Urgent Care/ER for a rapid (if they even do them), wait for hours on end before getting a test/results, and probably not have to pay the $20.However, I would very happily pay $20 again for this covid testing experience over the other options.

I recently went to Total Men’s Primary at the suggestion of a dear friend of mine for Covid testing. I had previously gone to CVS for drive-through testing and although I made an appointment, it took me one hour and 57 minutes to be seen and do my testing. I received my results in 3 days. I went to total men’s and within a few minutes I was taken back to do my test. It only took a few minutes to do my test and less than 30 minutes to receive my results. I urge that everyone maneuver through your daily activities with caution and care and wear a mask, social distance and wash your hands, but if you find yourself with symptoms or think you may have Covid, definitely choose total man’s primary care for your testing and medical care needs.

I had a great experience here. I made an appointment for the next day to get a COVID test done. They weren’t able to do a flu test on me too unfortunately because I’m not a male and it’s a men’s clinic but I probably should have asked first on the phone. That part aside, it was a super quick and efficient COVID test I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for results in 15 minutes!! The nurse swabbed my nose well and was friendly. With insurance I only paid a $20 first time patient fee. Hopefully I won’t need another test any time soon but I’d definitely come back here if I did!

Had a heart to heart talk with Dr Alex. He was honest about my condition with my diabetes and has structured a plan for me. I look forward to trying things his way to see how I can improve my condition. The other staff there were very professional,quick and efficent with their duties.

These people are very fast very efficient and very no nonsense. I really had a great experience and really felt like they valued my business a lot. This is actually a very big contrast with some other doctors offices in the area that when you deal with them you get the feeling that you are not a priority.

So I’m without health insurance until the beginning of next month which made booking a visit difficult because I was imagining hundreds of dollars just flashing before my eyes lol but I hit the bullet anyways!! It was sooooo easy to book an appointment and I was searching at about 11 at night but I ended up getting in the very next morning at 10:10!!! I tried everywhere else and they were all dead ends! What made it so much better than I could’ve expected was that I showed up for my appointment about 5 or 10 minutes early and without missing a beat they brought me back and helped me with what I needed! I was originally going to get a Covid test and a streptococcus test because I’ve been feeling terrible, but the doctor came in and looked at my throat and told me I don’t need to take those tests because it’s a throat problem……..she prescribed me so antibiotics and saved me a ton of money

Easily set up an appointment on their website using my phone. Added my contact and insurance info, showed up on time and right after checking in I was asked to go in and took the test. Started coming to the office when I was looking for a doctor that was close by. I lucked into meeting with Chris and this office staff. They have been welcoming, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, worked with my insurance and my budget when needed. This also the first doctor office, in history, that when your appointment is at 10:30am, you are in the exam room at 10:30am getting vitals checked and meeting with the DR by 10:31am. I highly recommend this office!

Booked a Covid test online the night before. Online check-in took less than 5 minutes and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Results were texted to me within half an hour. I highly recommend getting tested there. Not just for men.

Total Men’s is the best place for a rapid COVID test. Easy and fast! The Appt was free with insurance. I made a reservation and didn’t have to wait. They administered the test immediately and I waited for the results in my car. Easy, safe, fast and convenient!

I thought they were great. I really don’t like going into these places because I get a lot of anxiety but they made me feel comfortable and really had good conversation with me. They should call this place “Chop Shop For Men” I had an issue with my TRT they issued me I called them tried to get help and they just treat you like a number. And are lackadaisical and careless about your health, although they are willing to charge and give you as much TRT as you want. As soon as you have questions, shame on you for asking and they want to charge you. Go to a different location or different mens shop. This place sucks.

Most convenient and fast way to get a rapid COVID test! Made my appointment late last night for an early morning appointment the next morning and was in and out of the clinic within 10 minutes. Then I received my results via text 30 mins later!

I had a very good experience here when I visited a few weeks previous. Dr. Chris was very open and receptive, and answered all questions that I had.Also, i must mention that the reception staff/technicians that checked me in were also, down-to-earth, ingratiating, as well as humorous.If you arent already committed to a PCP, or simply cant reach them during their normal work hours (as in my case), I would highly suggest visiting here if you have a health issue that cant wait until you see your own provider.

I looked up rapid Covid testing near me, and came across Total Men’s Primary Care in Addison. The staff was wonderful and made it quick and easy. I was in and out in less then 7 minutes, and they made sure that all my questions were answered. I received my results in 30 minutes, with a ton of other helpful information on prevention, symptoms, and care. I will say this is not your typical primary care location, and the staff was incredible.

After looking for a Location to take a Covid test and finding all Drug stores booked for days, my husband called and was told that women could go in for these tests. It was very fast and relatively painless. They were very informative and take insurance.

Everything is very good… organized. good step system. From filling in the information on the website, replying to appointment reminders…on time…the staff are very caring and hospitable…starting from the front desk,medical technicians, nurses, especially Dr. Chris, provide excellent care and knowledge and advice…just like family. Excellent COVID testing protocols for men AND WOMEN! If you are in need of a quick COVID test right away, look no further! You can easily schedule the appointment online with lots of available times and text reminders. When you arrive the staff is completely aware of Covid and constantly sanitizing areas of the waiting room before and after each person. Was in and out in under 5 minutes and waited in my car for the results. Under 19 minutes, I had peace of mind during this crazy time. Knowing they test both men and women, I will be absolutely sharing my great experience!

Service was great, the staff got me to the back and out of the office within minutes of arriving there. I would recommend getting your Covid testing here, I had my results within 15-20 minutes.

Update: I emailed their general office about my results. John Peskuski from corporate was very helpful and responsive and got me the results ASAP. Very impressed with how the admin/management handled things.I was 15 minutes early for my apt to do a nasal swab. Never received a same day call for my Antigen COVID19 test results. They promised a response within 15 minutes. I called and left a message and then stopped by the office. Seems like they were too rushed to go home at the end of the day to call their patients.

The Staff was extremely nice and very attentive to our needs. They made the testing process so easy for me and especially my young son. I would most definitely recommend anyone to them for top tier medical services.

They don’t care about you as a man. You are just a number. Go to your local doctor and not a chain for men that has you in and out quickly and has a clean waiting area, all those things are great. But you are just a number to the total mens brand. I’ve had terrible experiences at 3 of their shops in Dallas. They don’t care about you it’s a chop shop for men.

Havent been to a Dr in a while. They made me feel very comfortable and were very knowledgeable and efficient with service. The NP was great! All around satisfying experience! Its refreshing to have a place that focuses on men. I definitely recommend going here.

Unfortunately since COVID testing, the customer service and availability of this facility has fallen short.The staff does not seem to care as much and is extremely difficult to get ahold of. As long as you have time to walk in and wait, and don’t need anything special, you are in the right spot.Edit: the COVID testing capacity is unfortunate. Some of the staff are definitely stressed. But there are wonderful staff here and it is super clean all the time.

Also we are very thankful for this clinic because this is the only clinic available to meet the growing need for safe & reliable testing. Went here for over a year when I started my testosterone was at 450 6 months it’s in the 200’s doctor refused to change anything 6 months later under 100 and about 1% free test, they had me paying for over a year and then suggested pellets which is 6 months upfront just a subscription based scam by using a professional the community is supposed to trust.

Went to this location for a covid test and feeling unwell. Normally most places come to your car so that you don’t potentially expose others . I could not get anyone on the phone so I gave up and went inside not knowing what to do. When I brought up that I could not get anyone on the phone the receptionist quickly snapped at me and said they are extremely busy and can’t answer the phones. I got tested and asked what I should do if i test negative to get help for whatever illness I have and they told me id have to come back tomorrow. Not really the safest option if you are not wanting to get sick . Needless to say didn’t feel welcome there at all nor will I be returning there

Needed a rapid COVID test since just about every CVS in a 10 mile radius didnt have availability. New patient process was through a QR code and took 2 minutes to fill out. After checking in, it took me less than 10 minutes (honestly I want to say 5) to wait, do my test and leave. Super simple process. Wish I was able to go to them outside of COVID needs!12/11- came back to verify my results. Went to a different location that said all locations were appt only for the next 3 days. Came back to this location and I was seen in 20 minutes. Thanks everyone!

My GP retired, and I hate trying to find a new doctor with all the time it takes. I called the clinic and they directed me to the website for the fastest service to make an appointment. It was about 10:38am on a Friday. They had a time slot open at 11:20. I arrived 5 minutes early to fill out the mounds of new patient paperwork. They had a QRC code for their paper work. Super easy. Before I had finished the FNP was ready to see me. Ive never had a clinic of physicians office see me as a patient on time. The MA took my vitals quickly and professionally. The FNP spent an appropriate amount of time with me and gave me an accurate diagnosis. I was out and insurance approved by 11:40.Facility was exceptionally clean. Waiting room looked nice, but I didnt need it. 100% will return should I need more follow up.

My experience at Total Mens was GREAT! The process was fast, easy and straight to the point! Everyone from the office staff to the Dr. were very helpful. After not having a primary care Doctor for some time, I can now call Total Mens my home for all my medical needs.

I went to another doctor last year and they misdiagnosed a skin condition that I had and gave me the wrong medication that had adverse side effects on my health. It did completely nothing to cure the severe skin rash I had.I made an appointment at this office waited about 15 minutes even though I was about an hour late. Saw the doctor and he told me what I actually had. I was relieved when he prescribed me a cream that was about $5 instead of an $80 oral medicine I had to take last time. Within 2 days of using the cream, my skin rash is almost completely gone.The best part was that it was very affordable for someone with no insurance compared to many of the PrimaCare type places I been to. Theres no lengthy paperwork to fill out that will make you end up being behind 5 other people that walk in after you. Just a quick application on the computer. I will definitely be coming back for my the sake of my health.

I went in today for a COVID test and was told I couldn’t be tested without an appointment. Online it clearly says no appointment needed and a friend who went in the night before recommended this location because she was told they would be open for testing today without any mention of an appointment. Either the receptionist lied to me or the Information online for this location is not correct. I do NOT Recommend this location for COVID testing! Going was just a Waste of time!

This place was great! It has a great little snack bar area with several drink options (water, soda, coffee). The staff was very friendly and efficient. I only went for a COVID test, which was efficient and pain free, in regards to the experience.

I generally like Total Men’s Primary Care, but this was a big flop. I have specifically scheduled a clinic further away from me because the website advertised them handling behavior health at this specific clinic, saying my closer clinic didn’t. I arrived on time, then waited an hour to see the doctor and be told they don’t do behavioral health. I waited an hour to be told they can’t do the thing they said they could when I scheduled the appointment…Updated: These guys reached out the same day to make this right and apologize, which goes a long way and takes this from a negative to a positive experience

Many posts on Facebook recommended Total Men’s for rapid CoVid testing. They offered numerous appointment slots and are conveniently located. The online appt. process and check-in process was easy! Once I arrived, I was tested within 5 minutes and received the results in 30 minutes via text. A great resource for those of us needing PCR tests for peace of mind or travel!

I live in downtown Dallas. I couldn’t find anything for a same day COVID testing facility. I went to TMPC, which was really quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They accept most major medical insurance. The staff was really caring. The facility is very clean plus they have a snack bar in the lobby ;) Lots of parking space which is a convenience.
