I love coming here!The staff ensures that you are taken care of and addresses any concerns that you may have. My provider for the past few years, Shakira Johnson, has been a joy to work with for all of my medical needs! She is attentive, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen. I feel confident and well-cared for with her expertise and the support of the wonderful staff.Highly recommend!

Out of all the prism facilities this one is the BEST.The staff here is extremely pleasant, understanding, kind but above all HIGHLY SKILLED.From the front desk with Ms.Octavia; and people like Ms.Shakira, and Ms.Phyliss with humane professional patient care to the labs, they make you feel safe and comfortableThe people here truly make this place an example of what elite patient care is.

Omg I just love Ms. Phyllis. Easy to talk to ,PATIENT ADVOCATE & buckets. She answers your questions and puts you at ease . She’s well informed and an Ally.If Ms. Phyllis isn’t your prep provider ask for her by name.

Great place, but the privacy for the patient is not taken serious. They gossip your name outside of the business. Total violation to privacy. Some office workers gossip their personal business to patients. They come on your job and tell others your status. The black ladies are too personal with you. Why the can’t just be business? SMH. Privacy. Not gossip patients names to their spouses , etc. please address this with your staff. It’s like they expose you to your work place. Disturbing. Can patients trust these workers?

I wish the website works. Too bad it is a piece of junk and I can’t sign up to book an appointment

I have being trying to get in touch with someone for longer than two weeks, no phone calls answered, no voice mails or emails returned Is this a real place????
