Prism Health North Texas - South Dallas Health Center

I would love this clinic, however they’re trying to charge me for labs I did under insurance LAST YEAR…? lol. Also, consistently poor communication over the past 3 years i’ve been with them.

The care and treatment received here is top-notch from the receptionist to the lab technician, Psychiatrist, Case Managers, Nurses and Doctors. All treat you with the upmost compassion and competence levels of care.If you are looking for a awesome Health Care Provider you cant go wrong here.

Dr. Rivera & her staff are absolutely amazing. As well as Everyone else whom works there. They are making a huge step/Impact in the community and for those of us living with Hiv/Aids & related issues.

I love this place is very awesome. Dr. Rivera and the nurses are so wonderful they treat me with so much respect and compassion. I just love this clinic is the best of the best.

Lemmon location - great nurses and counselors - Dr unprofessional, rude and uncaring. I discourage friends from going there. Friend went to this location (against my advisement). After waiting 5 days for bloodwork results HE had to call them to see if results were in yet ONLY to find out they LOST his bloodwork. I am not a whiner or complainer, but as a PSA - BEWARE! To me “Prism” anything says incompetence and when it comes to providing healthcare for “the community” which they serve - I feel obligated to warn. There are MANY options for what they do in the area - I would strongly encourage going to ANY of those first - just saying.

They dont care about our love ones at all . A very rude place period. Very carless, rude, nasty attitudes.

So happy with the way Im treated and cared for here. The staff and doctors are the best of the best.. Thank u all for all u do.. Your my heros!!!

Worst Clinic ever....... trust me these are some very rude and nasty acting people!!!!

No help for those in need just expect to hopefully one day they decide to work I will receive the basic humane needs that should be of automatic service access and not a acquiring parts per individual assistance

Dr. Rivera and her staff are exemplary in their professionalism. Shout out to Esperanza, Miss Frankie, Margie, and Ebbers.
