Prism Health North Texas - Oak Cliff Health Center

They have great doctors, they wait on you promptly, they double check patients diagnosis. The doctor I have saved my life! They are truly one of the best health care providers Ive seen in my 62 years of living.

I love this location. I previous went to the worth st before I moved but I changed location. Christine was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. She has great customer service, very professional, and made sure she took care of me . 1000/10

These health care providers have truly changed my life. Before I found Prism my quality of life wasnt where it is now. The staff from the top to the bottom are nothing short of amazing!

The receptionist is always friendly. I saw my health care provider within minutes the nurse technician was good getting my vital signs. The ladies who drew my blood were very professional when drawing my blood no pain and the whole process was over within minutes Always asked me about my name and date of birth before placing the sticker on the viles of blood that they used for the certain test my service provider needed to see if there were any issues that may arise my health, such as virual loads and C4 blood count. They are helpful with were I needed to write my signature on paperwork that is required by the State for billing. I always enjoyed the conversation we have. Two thumbs up for the blood lab technicians.

I called the office in Oakcliff on 1/8/2024 at 4:40pm to be greeted over the phone with this rude older man. I have never had this problem as my chart shows Im legally female. He called me Sir I corrected him and he told me sorry its been a long day. He then repeatedly told me Sir another 4 times and finally hung up. That was so disrespectful and hurtful, especially a place that provides transgender health care. After I hung up on him. I called back and was greeted over the phone with a woman and I told her what happened and she hung up on me. I may have to find me another dr. I thought they were professional, but it sounds like PRISM has went down hill.

I came in, no one spoke. Thought they might be closed until 1pm like the clinic. So I sat and waited. At 12:50 a white man walked in and went straight to the counter and the 2 guys working jumped up to help him. So I stood up and got in line, just for them to tell me, I still have to sit and wait until they open. This isnt cool at all. Literally came just to sign some papers, but getting the cold shoulder for what reason?

I have been utilizing Prizm Health since 2006. Over the last few years after the start of metoo and blm they began a collective effort of harassment, hate, and intimidation. It is the most disgusting display of non professionalism from a medical provider that I have ever seen before in my whole life.

Friendly and professional people from the receptionists, techs, doctors to the phlebotomists.

If it wasnt for my doctor I wouldnt come here because of the one front desk girl. I have complained along with several other people but they still keep her right up front. She is rude, no personality and ALWAYS has an attitude. That is not someone you want greeting people who may come in to discovery the hardest news of their life. I dont know her name but if they would just ask any patient they could tell you who it is. What happened to Patrice?!?!

I’ve been going here for years and all the ladies that work up front and in the back are the sweetest, most awesome people they are always there to help you no matter what or who you are. The case managers are the most amazing overworked people there and there’s not enough words to describe how great they are and how much they help you out each and every day. The doctors are awesome they take the time to talk with and help you get the right care you need. Great place and great staff...

I have loved this going to this facility since the beginning! Everyone seems to be so very kind and have always greeted and acknowledged me. I feel like a person here and not just a name or number. The nurses and Dr.s really listen to what you have to say. I never feel put off or ignored as i have other Clinics and Dr.s offices. I feel as though the staff here truly want to help me. They may have a bad day; but i never see it or hear about it. Dr. Aaron is who i see and is very intelligent and has great bed side manner. I feel as though im speaking to a friend when with him. He has a cute laugh that one cant help but smile and feel at home. Thank you everyone for all that you do to assist your clients/patients. I will surely recommend you. Thank you......See you soon.

Theyre my second family,,,,I love them all to death..... Dr Sinclair has been amazing and he is the reason Im here today... Hes my best friend for life fa real..... I definitely recommend anyone needing a HIV doctor to come see him... Best doctor and staff in the world....♥️♥️♥️

Their Staff truly is amazing. They are always smiling and in a good mood definitely leave their life problems at the door. The doctor’s are awesome. As well as the nurses.

I have been using Prism Health services for years and they are first class. Other than seeing my doctor there, they have social workers that are true professionals, a lab to obtain blood for various tests, (cholesterol, viral load, etc) They have proven themselves over and over again to be my first choice for health care. Incidentally, they are next door to Avita Pharmacy, which makes it even easier.

Its always a warm feeling and a nice surprise to walk in to a place (especially a Doctors office) where you truly feel like your the most important person there! Speaking personally, this is NOT a doctors office, a health center, or a clinic. Instead, I consider it simply a spot in the world that happens to embrace such an amazing array of positive energy that I can say, without exaggeration, Saved my life and is the sole reason for my will to continue living! Thank you so muchJennifer - you are by far the most unselfish, devoted, direct and powerful person Ive ever had the opportunity to associate! What you did for me is proof beyond any measure. The compassion you demonstrated was far above what I thought any human could ever convey, but you being a healthcare professional, makes the reality of your gesture the most unique treasure I could ever have been given. This clinic is a joke. Ive never seen so many incompetent people at a health clinic. Aids Arms should look closely at this clinic before authorizing more funds to this.

Im so happy to know Ive found a clinic that really cares. Carla my caseworker is amazing 👏. Dr Sinclair outstanding. And the nurses what more can I say bout Heavenly 😇

This place is run by Angels, from heaven above. They really care about your well being. You can all them anytime day or night, they will get back to you with a answer. Ive been A patient ofDr.Gary Sinclairfor about 16 or 17 years and hes one of the best doctors that Ive ever ran across and his nurse and staff to the lady name Tesha .. and also Patrice is very polite and these people are very.niceClinic I wouldnt trade them for everything.. they have a save my life on numerous occasions what more could you ask for
