Great practice in the heart of Oak Lawn. I set out to find a gay friendly doctor, knowledgeable about day to day issues I face and have been more than impressed with the quality of service. Luis is my go to for routine check-ups, Peter does amazing filler, and Neece is super sweet. I definitely recommend MD Progressive.

Could not ask for a better set of practitioners. I followed Eric from Uptown Physicians due to his bedside manner and quality of care. Both Eric and Luis have continued said care and even improved my medical state leaps and bounds since 2022. This is why patients stay with a practice, attention to detail and quality of life. Organic Review - Worse Practice Ever. I came to this practice to be seen by Dr. Tribble MD, but he never seen me and introduced me to Luis and i thought Luis Valdes is and other MD Associate, but i realized that he is a NP. Luis was once of the worse unprofessional NP i ever met in my entire life. The Office manager is also as worse as Luis. i dont even know if Dr. Tribble practice there at all since i only got to see him once on my first appointment. Over all, the staff are super rude. office manager is a joke and Luis needs to go back to school to learn how to treat a patient. Dr. Tribble doesnt care and i have changed my provider. Not Recommend at all.

This is a an Organic review and i have not got paid to leave feedback. This practice was good to begin with and unfortunaitly everything has gone down dramatically. Luis Valdes who supposedly to be my PCP and i thought he is a caring provider, but i was wrong. He doesnt know how to be professional and take care of the patients. Front office was rude and really dont know anything. You ask questions, they ignore you right off the bath.The office manager is even worse. he showes that he is helping you but he doesnt do what he promissed you to do. No one from top to bottom are trustworthy in this practice. I hope the owner of this practice realize it before they lose all of their patients. Moving to another Practice.Good Luck.

Curtis was the shining star, I am typically frantic when I’m doing bloodwork. Curtis talked super calmly and by the time I was finished I didn’t even realize it was done. Best service I’ve had for sure. Very cutesy, very demure.

I became a new patient 04/01/24. During my visit, I was very impressed with everyone who treated me. I found the office setup dynamically efficient, and I felt very respected and accepted.

I’m so glad that Eric landed here and that I didn’t have to find a new provider. He’s got a strong sense of empathy and never makes me feel embarrassed to ask crazy questions. Another plus with this practice is that lab results come back super fast.

I came to MD Progressive to continue seeing my regular Nurse Practitioner who moved here. I loved the vibe and level of service from the moment I arrived. Going to the Drs is never exciting, however Eric and this team made the visit a great one. He listens to my concerns, knows me as a person, and remembers the details. Overall, I feel that I get adequate care at this medical office. My one misgiving is that I had a complete blood panel done at my annual check up, and nobody from the office (preferably, the Dr. himself, whom I saw) has bothered to call to discuss a few irregular results, and any follow-up that might be warranted. I take issue with this, because in my mind, it translates into a lack of real patient concern and care.

I followed Dr Tribble to his new practice. For this visit I saw Eric Klappholz and was very pleased with the visit. I found the eggier staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend! Eric K. is the BEST!! I feel comfortable talking with him about anything. Wonderful staff!

Recently transitioned to MD Progressive Care after 14 years with another group that Dr. Tribble was with. Dr. Tribble and Erik Klappholz, NP were my primary care before moving away to this group. Needless to say the quality of patient care of the prior group diminished and I was happy to move over to MDPC. It felt like coming back home. I would highly recommend Dr. Tribble or any of the team at MDPC.

Would not recommend to anyone. They sent so many forms to fill out for a new patient and most of them had 80% overlapping information. Took me over an hour to fill everything out. My biggest issue was not the paperwork though. I booked a VIDEO appointment and got only confirmation emails and texts about my appointment being on video. After waiting in the video waiting room for 25 minutes, I called the office only to receive the worst customer service I have ever had. This was the second time calling the office and both times were shockingly bad. The receptionist had the worst attitude and was not helpful. She explained that because I was a new patient, the appointment had to be in person. Not one time was this communicated to me. She also said that because I was over their 15 minute grace period, I would not be able to attend my appointment in person. What a joke.

Staff is attentive and professional. Doctors are non-judgemental and give a safe place for me to share what I need to get the care that matters.They will work with you on most things and listen to what you need.Im grateful for this office.

Have been with Eric Klappholz for years now as my primary PCP doctor. I will not have it any other way; as he is thorough, compassionate and detailed in his examinations. I am happy he remains available as PCP, even after changing offices. Happy to remain on his care and hope for many years to come. Before Eric, changed doctors and offices several times. My first appointment was great, I saw Luis and Dr Tribble stopped by to say hi. I had blood work done and was given the expectation that Luis would call me with my results. He never did. Instead I spoke with numerous other people including the office manager without getting clear answers to my concerns. I was then told I need to make another appointment. This is a first for me. Why do I need to make another appointment to speak to someone about my Lab results. I ended up making another appointment which was an ordeal in it self! The specific day and time 12/8 that I was available was not working with Luis’s schedule. So we agreed on another date 12/21. Last week I received an email requesting me to confirm my appointment with Luis for 12/8. I called and explained that this was not correct, I was told that, that’s what is available. I made changes to my schedule and accepted this appointment, with them canceling my 12/21 appointment. The morning of 12/8 I receive a call from Dr Tribble’s office asking if I can change my time to an earlier slot because they are leaving earlier. I was shocked to say the least! It sounded like a decision was made on a whim and tough luck to the patients with appointments made months ago. If you are a busy professional with a full schedule I can’t recommend Dr Tribble or his practice! I did not feel that my health and wellbeing was their priority.

MD Progressive Care is the best practice in Dallas. Peter is professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Talking to Peter is like talking to a family member. This practice has changed my life and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a really bad experience at this office with one of the NPs overstepping their boundaries into personal territory with me. They attempted to provide unrequested psychotherapy that ended up just being their personal opinion on my life. I reported it to Dr. Marc and I received a call from what I assume is their legal dept saying they appreciated the feedback, taking no accountability and providing no apologies, no solutions. Nothing. Still struggling with how disappointed and shocked this episode left me. And now even worse at their ability to handle mistakes.

Everyone at MD Progressive provide kind, courteous, and professional care. I am comforted knowing my healthcare needs are met by their dedicated team.

Recently I had really bad chest infection that started late on a Friday of 3-day weekend while I was out of town. When I called MD Progressive Care on Monday, recording advised they were closed but I could leave a message and someone would get back to me Tuesday. Within 30 minutes on Monday, Luís Castillo, FPN, who was himself sick in bed, called me right back and sent prescriptions to a local CVS where I was. Within a couple days I was feeing better. But the prompt response by Luís, despite being sick himself, prevented it from getting any worse. And I consider that kind of service ”Above and Beyond”. Thanks Luís!
