My midwife Mrs. Eva Miller and her team are one of the best parts of my pregnancy. She makes me feel so comfortable throughout my journey. I can tell that the staff really cares about every patient, taking everything personal and helping us feel welcomed. I stumbled upon this clinic with my fingers crossed looking for a decent clinic during my pregnancy and what I’ve found are real humans who are involved and hands on with their patients. I have been a part of her pregnancy centering group and I always look forward to our sessions. I appreciate everything they do here! Pregnancy is extreme enough, but they always seem to put my mind at ease!

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns that we had about my baby. You are truly appreciated as a doctor. Thank you very much.

I came to this office in astronomical pain. These women in the dental office were so kind to me and when I didnt have the money to get the extractions I needed they were willing to work with me so I wouldnt be in pain anymore. I was able to get the money together to pay them but just the fact that they were willing to help me despite my money situation says so much about this office and the people who work there. I am so very grateful for all they did for me that I am making this office my permanent dental office. I highly suggest if you have dental issues you give this place a shot. You wont regret it.

Healing Hands Ministries have been a real blessing to me. Considering a lot of factors, this place far exceeded my expectations. I say this and I give it a five star, not because they are the best company on the block, but because they have been there when there was no other way. The Nurse Practitioner is very nice and always listens to complaints.

Im Changing My Review Because This Is The Second Time I Have Had An Appointment And I Show Up All For Them To Tell Me My Appointment For My Daughter Has Been Cancelled Because Her Doctor Is No Longer At This Location. How Can You Call Someone Three Months In Advance About Appointment. They Need To Have A Better System Because Not Everyone Answer Calls We Dont Know The Number Too. Maybe A Text Message Would Be A lot Better. Now My Daughter Has To Wait Another Month To Have Her 2yr Appointment.

We LOVE Kathleen. Both she and Dr. Gray take such great care of our kids. We’ve been seeing them for 2 years. Billing and scheduling are straightforward and the staff are all wonderful as well. They all know how to work with kids. Office is also very convenient to get to, right off 75, and parking is easy. We will stay with them as long as we can!

She is one of the best DoctorShe ask questions and pays attention to you as well!and before she goes in the room, she reads your chart, so she knows what’s your health history she’s new at healing hands, but she’s very good. I gave her a 10 stars.

I had an appointment with dental doctor at 7:30 am , I went to on time, Unfortunately, my experience at this dental clinic was marred by unprofessional and inattentive receptionists, leading to a disappointing visit overall.

I tried calling to let them know I was stuck in traffic and was running late. There was no answer and it said they would call me back so I still drove there wasting my gas and time. I did NOT receive a call back. Apparently they only have a 10 minute grace period when most places have 15 at least. They said they would have to reschedule me after I literally drove 45 minutes to get there stuck in traffic. Ridiculous. I didnt even reschedule because Id rather find a better doctor office.

Healing Hand Ministries is literally a waste of time and money. I am pregnant and keep calling so I can reschedule my appointment. They answer and put me on hold so fast I can’t say a word then I’m on hold for an hour just to reschedule my appointment. So when I come in with a attitude next time idc. OH WELL. It’s people like me that make it possible for you to make MONEY! I am pregnant and can’t even get a response through the Healow app! Unprofessional. I’m tryna find me another doctor. This ain’t even worth it. I’m in the second trimester and still don’t feel like I’m getting adequate care. Maybe because I’m black.

I had been rejected by every obgyn around either because I was too far along (32 wks)or they didn’t take Medicaid. I started with HHM Health not too long ago and they’re very diligent with carrying out all the tests I missed out on. The staff has also been nothing short of amazing.

Dr. Silva is so professional also gave detailed suggestions at my visit today.

My children have attended Woodhill since birth and now my grandchild is going there as well. There has always been very pleasant people working here, sincere caring for my children, and truthful answers no matter whether you wanted to hear them or not!! Kathleen is our favorite, but we love the whole office.

Surprise to see that they have an optometrist on staff. Fastest & cheapest eye exam Ive ever had. Every time I visit the office they have done some new updates and add additional services. There improvements are very much needed and appreciated. Ive been able to get all my Healthcare addressed with confidence in my Dr. and the staffing. I encourage my friends and family with and without health-care insurance to visit the office.

Women at the window are so rude and considering theyre dealing with sick people. Get a better attitude or quit your job. No one is forcing you to be a jerk to patients. They dont care that you hate your job, they just want medical care. Do better!

I havent visited any of their other facilities however at Woodhill Pediatrics in Dallas, TX the staff and doctors are extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. They help my daughter immediately with all her needs. Highly recommend this Pediatric ❤️❤️

I came without insurance and now that I have it I continue to come, and it’s because of the love and care I receive from the front desk to the medical professional that sees me at my appointments. Overall, Healing Hands Ministries is a good option for those who want a small discount when paying out of pocket, and are also okay with long wait times. They are so saturated with patients that it takes many months to be seen. Most of the staff is kind. If you want to take control of or manage your health in quicker time, you may need to check other Clinic or doctor options.

I have been with hhm since my daughter was in my belly. I have chosen to stay with her pediatrician April Meras because she speaks with honesty and does not shy away from telling me what is best for my daughter. She has made me feel more relaxed about my daughters heart murmur by sharing her personal experience of having a daughter who also had a heart murmur now whether this is true or not it has helped me be more trusting of her which is something that I look for in a pediatrician. Being a first time mom and all it’s hard to find someone who will constantly listen to my worries or have someone help me be more calm.

Im done with this office. They try to find any excuse to not want to treat a patient. Theyve canceled on me twice already and Both times were non-sense. Dr. Bayan and her staff are inconsiderate and seems like they dont care for there patients satisfaction. I hope upper management looks into this .

I come here to get counseling for post partum of my loss several months ago with Ms Tanya and they switched my plan. The staff initially called me a day before early morning to update me the staff was rude and so unprofessional from the moment I entered the office to the slamming of the glass door. I utterly don’t believe how people treat you when your already dealing with mental issues and your trying to speak to your care provider for behavior health issues currently. They really really don’t care and or sincere how you get treated with so many people working in the same office. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 The staff in N 108 is so unprofessional and unethical

Couldnt give all five stars because of old building. Went to see doctor for my wife. It was very easy to register and everything was on time. Dr. Anna was assigned as my wifes pcp. Dr was very nice and kind. She asked all the questions she needed to know and prioritize all our concerns. Nurse on duty was very smart and good too. Definitely Ill recommend this place for anyone seeking a family doctor.

Everyone was so nice and polite. Dr. Sylva was very nice. The pharmacy went above and beyond to get my medications filled promptly.

My first visit was ok. Their practices of closing down the lobby and requiring patients to stand in the hall was off putting but we stayed anyway. I had to give my daughters (new patient) info twice to two different t people not sure what happened to the info the first person. So when they mentioned they had an eye doctor I agreed to go visit that office.On the day of the appointment someone called me 1&1/2 hours before asking if I could come in 30 minutes early. I said probably not since my 2nd grader school didn’t let out until 3:30 but I’ll try. Once I got to the office building there’s was no sign stating which door to enter to access the office. I called the office letting them know I had arrived. Walked into the office stood in line then was told us was 20 minutes after the start of my appointment and the doctor left. Mind you I called even before I entered the office and stood in line to check in. If the doctor didn’t want to work this evening the office should have that before I pulled my daughter from school and drove 30 minutes. I did not appreciate the lack of communication, or concern for my time.

As far as actual treatment goes I havent been treated here yet. This review is for operations and communication.Im currently unemployed and was looking for a better option for sombody that is uninsured now. I stumbled across this clinic when doing searches online and saw it had decent reviews and the price was substantional lower then my normal clinic. You have to register to be seen before setting up a appointment, this is something Im not use to. All new clinics Ive ever been to youre allowed to make your appointment first and then either come early the day of your appointment or fill out paperwork at home before hand. I was told I could only register on Registration days and only at certain times and that I couldnt fill out the forms anywhere else but there. After registering they determine your price depending on your income and I was told $25 per visit which is $60 cheaper then my normal Dr being uninsured.I setup a appointment for 9a on 11/15/2018 and when I went to sign in I was told I had to wait in line to sign in. There was about 10 people waiting in line to speak with the receptionists. To me this is a operational error, Ive already setup a appointment, why do I need to wait in line to check in? Upon waiting in line to be checked in I was told that I was over 1 hr. late, that my appointment was at 8a. This is absurd, unacceptable and a total lack of communication. I was also told Id have to wait several days before rescheduling since new patients are only seen on certain days.From this experience Ive decided to go elsewhere mainly for fear that if I do reschedule that I will be told that I came at the wrong time again.For people that have low income the price per visit is a bargain and as far as other reviews go this place doesnt have any bad reviews for the actual Dr.s. The bad reviews seem to be for the Dental office and for rude/lazy staff. I did witness being hung up on several times when trying to schedule my 1st appointment through the phone. It would have been nice if I was just placed on hold. As far as laziness/rudeness goes from the physical in office staff they were very antentive.In conclusion I might give this place another shot but only if Im in a financial bind.

1 star. Actually 0.1 stars. I am normally a patient person but all my past visits with this clinic is beyond horrible. Dont waste your time. I went there last year for the first time for my annual physical and was expecting to go through the same process from my past doctor from a different clinic and guess what, waited 45 mins, the doctor came in and ask me a few questions, used the stethoscope once and thats it. No reflex checks or exterior body examinations whatsoever. You call that a physical? That was after I was told that I cannot even see the doctor I signed up with and ended up with another which has no clue whats going on most of the time and shes no longer working there. They knew there will be a blood draw and yet failed to tell me to fast the day before and made a 2 pm appointment. I had to go back 3 months later to do another blood test and pay them another copay. NOT acceptable! I gave them 2 passes and this 3rd time youre out. Made an appointment 2 months before to check out my arm pain, was told again I will be seeing a totally new doctor. 1 week before the appointment they called to tell me the doctor will be out and had to reschedule. I called one day beforehand to make sure its happening with the new date and sure enough, nope! They claimed to call 3 days earlier and left me a message to reschedule AGAIN because the doctor wont be available but I did not get such call. Those people working there should be fired. Im beginning to think this place is a scam. Horrible care and service. I understand they help people without insurance to obtain medical care but there is absolutely no excuse for this. I told them forget it. I WONT BE BACK.

Pap smear came back abnormal. High grade lesions on my cervix. One of the nurses calls me and tells it can be treated with antibiotics! That is very false! I literally paid over $100 for someone who doesnt know what they are talking about. Dont offer gynecology services if you dont know a thing about it.

Bad bad bad.****PLEASE READ**PEOPLE BE AWARE***my wife schedule an appointment to get her birth control off . they cancelled her 2 days before . because it was schedule on a close day (really ) . schedule her a second time got cancelled 1 day before because they didnt have a specialist .. schedule her 1 month and half later .. check it got her co-pay take her to a room to tell her the doctor was not in for labor purposes .. we ask for our copay back and deny THIS A NOT A VERY CHRISTIAN PLACE LIKE THEY SOUND TO BE ITS A THIEF AND STEALING PLACE . PEOPLE VERIFY YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE ASSISTED CORRECTLY BEFORE PAYING ..

If I could give this dr office and staff zero stars I would but I had to put something to voice my opinion. Worst dr office to go to EVER!! No wonder its located in the worst area of Dallas. They very inconsiderate of their patients and what you are going threw! They do not take their patients pain and concerns into consideration. Make you wait the last minute. The staff doesnt want to give their information so you can report. This is my fourth child and the Absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE of my life! I dont recommend office to anybody thats pregnant and plan on delivering at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. You will be miserable, highly disappointed and upset during your entire pregnancy!

Review for Dental Clinic here:🦷 🦷 🦷 🦷- Check in Window girl (1-2 stars)- Prices for X-ray and Exam $60 more expensive than most clinics in DFW area. Most Dental Clinics Charge $30-$35 for X-ray and Exam. (1stars comparing to others)- Dentist Assistant doing Vital signs and ask usual questions and take X-ray (5 stars)- Dental procedures prices! Overall prices similar to many other clinics. Most clinics give discounts if you don’t have an insurance.I would say pay extra and go for better and faster service.

I believe the organization needs to re-evaluate how they run and operate the dental clinic. I was really taken aback when I saw how much they charge for services. $70 dollars is mandatory for a basic check-in In addition, any additional services are extra and can run up to $400 if needed. Also they run by appointments only so it can take months to be seen by a dentist.

The dentist has no knowledge I doubt about his expertise and diploma, thanks God that I had a second opinion from another a real DENTIST who definitely disagrees with Healing Hands Ministries. Please take you X-rays and ask another dentist before you extract your teeth. In this place, the only treatment is extraction, very weird!

Mrs Susan Williams is so caring, being from Mississippi she made me feel comfortable and I could really tell she takes pride in what she do.

I was referred by Presbyterian Hospital to make an appointment ASAP. I made an appointment. I was told by Presby I would not have to pay due to what had happened to me. I get into the registration office and it was all unorganized. The seats were disgusting I was afraid to sit on. They ended up turning me away and said they couldn’t help. They were unprofessional.

The enrollment office, front desk, nurses, doctors and specially the dentists are all just great! So professional, skilled and caring, i absolutely love coming here.

Not reliable. I had to ask several times for a referral and they just wouldnt do it. I was told once to go back there for a visit. I go there and still not getting the referral. I called again and, of course, they dont pick up, and begged for it. Turns out that it can be done without a visit, but if they want to actually do it.

This place is a freaking joke they will tell you one thing and end up trying to do something else! You have been warned! They will charge you 50 bucks for a examination tell you there plan when you show back up they will change it all! You can go to most dentist offices and get a free examination and your prices will not change from week to week!

This has the worst staff, i have requested a referral for one of our patients that has cancer and these people will not answer the phone they don’t return calls and the office manager hung up on me 2 times.Bad customer service, its sad they treat doctors offices this way. I can only imagine the treatment for patients.

They give you appointment, ask you to be 10 min before or they will charge $10 fee for no show. Whenever you arrive they call you and weight you, ask you the same questions they ask every time you go there, then they make you wait 1 hour and a half for a doctor to talk to you. They are not specialists.
