I’ve been calling their phone, they never answered. I called in order to get my results and drove to their office. They weren’t there in the office. They make it impossible for anyone to get a hold of anyone. I was able to get the number of a person named Edgar who could give me the results. Instead of calling me, he emails the worker at unt and said “I will call her tomorrow morning”. They close at 3pm and I called him at 2pm. He is refusing to provide my medical documents. I drove 40 minutes back and forth just for him to tell me to try again tomorrow.

I had an appointment with Danielle Botello. She was great to talk to, and very informative about STIs, testing, new medication thats out for those who may need it! If you need to get tested, this is a great place to go! Its free! They test for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and others. Some results are instant, the others you may have to wait a couple days! Go get checked!!

When you go to the website it doesnt even give you directions on how to actually get to the building. This Clinic is a joke, it has no phone number to call, , if you are lucky enough find the place getting in through the doors will be the lease of your concerns , yeah just a wild goose hunt not worth it go somewhere else, the only reason Im giving it a one-star its because the doorman or the person helping in the front was really nice but even he couldnt find the place so yeah only positive part oh well

Very quick appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 min. The staff has always been extremely nice and helpful!

In and Out within less than 30 minutes, helps a lot even when on lunch break. Covid safe and clean. Only person there getting tested. Temperature check at entry.

I have been going here for my emergency needs and the Drs, Nurses, and Staff are very good. They listen to you and relay youe information so everyone is on the same page.
