I felt like I was asked more questions about what I needed than being guided to receive. I dont feel like this visit answered any of my concerns or symptoms. I filled out all 11 forms for the visit and yet none of them were addressed (including the reason I scheduled the appointment). Very disappointed and will be going elsewhere although I am already out 200 since this practice does not take insurance.Dr. Was very nice though. No concerns there. I just dont feel like anything I was concerned about was addressed unfortunately.

I love Dr. Riley and her staff! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, patient and understanding. I had issues with my previous doctor as she was not on top of things as I would’ve liked…After seeing Dr. Riley for the first time, she took my issues very seriously and made sure to follow up with me and provide me with meds promptly as well as scheduled important procedures. I know she has tons of patients, but she makes me feel like I’m equally as important!! I’m so happy I found her and would recommend her to any of my girl friends!

I was a new patient and felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment I checked in for my appointment. Dr. Riley seems to be very passionate and genuinely cares about the health of her patients. She has excellent bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. She and her MA were both very easy to talk with, addressing my concerns, and answering questions I had. Finding a new Gynecologist can be a hard thing to do in a new city, not to mention changing from a doctor you’ve seen for years, but I’m now really glad I chose to go to Dr. Riley.

Had my first visit with Dr. Riley today. She is the sweetest person. Her clinic was very nice. Her staff was friendly. She is a very thorough physician. Once I completed my new patient paperwork they immediately called me to the back. I would definitely recommend.

Could not say better things about my experience. As a new patient, the first visit can be difficult with any new provider for so many reasons, but let me tell you the reviews I read for Doctor Carolyn Ross Riley were spot on and I’m really glad I made the decision to make her my provider. She was the most empathetic doctor I’ve seen. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she truly wanted to get to know how my total health was, not just gyn health. I felt comfortable enough to ask her some questions I felt too embarrassed to ask my previous providers for year. I’m truly appreciative of her and her services. I highly recommend her to anyone!Also, the rest of the staff was very lovely as well. Front desk and other staff member (assuming medical assistant?) were very welcoming and kind. I felt safe here. I was recommended to Dr. Riley by a friend who knew I was looking to make a change from my old physician. It was worth it. The staff is phenomenal and very kind. I normally get anxiety when going to the doctor, but from the moment I stepped back into the exam room I felt very comfortable. Dr. Riley is very professional and walked me through my results when I had questions. If you are looking for an OBGYN who is interested in your health and you understanding whats going on with your body she is the Doc for you!

I would rather not discuss private medical matters on an open forum but this was not the place for me. I didn’t receive any natural remedies for my issues, was placed on birth control pills (to my disdain), and encouraged to follow a weight loss plan that included powdery, microwaveable, processed foods. I was hoping for a lifestyle change and that did not happen. Dr. Riley and her staff are very very nice people but not appropriate for the level of care that I’m seeking.

Location is very convenient. They except even my obscure insurance, and made my new patient registration quick and easy. Clean facility, super kind staff, and Dr. Riley is great, smart and considerate! She solved every problem I was having at my first appointment and was even sweet to my 4 month old. Go here, they deserve all 5 stars!

I had my first visit with Dr. Riley on last Friday. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I moved to the Dallas area from East TX when everything shut down, so i was in desperate need of a new OBGYN and i am so thankful my niece recommended Dr. Riley. I felt very comfortable with her and i felt that i was being heard. She asked me questions and took her time with me explaining everything. I am glad to say i have found one doctor here in Dallas that Im VERY pleased with.

I will start by saying that I found Dr. Riley to be very kind and professional my first few visits - as someone who is generally pretty anxious regarding doctors offices, she made me feel comfortable and willing to come in.My issues revolve around the office management and billing. I was charged - erroneously - for two different appointments 10 months ago and have been trying to resolve the issue for the entirety of that time. I even ended up making a payment for the second appointment (a 10 minute office visit in which I simply picked up test results in a folder) to resolve this situation, but I was charged again nonetheless. While I have had issues with my insurance, here, when I have called them they have been polite and worked to fix the problem quickly. I have sent messages and tried calling Cornerstone MD many times to no avail. My insurance has had a similar problem, and Cornerstone has made no attempt to resolve the issue on their end - even when knowing that my insurance should fully cover something as simple as a Well Womens visit. Their phone does not allow messages to be left and there is not email address to be found. Almost a year later, I am still wrongly receiving invoices and statements.What once seemed to be a great office now appears, to me, to be a for-profit place where patients can be charged for any type of service without any support or means of communication. While it is easy to make appointments via ZocDoc, I would recommend finding somewhere else to go.

Shes a great Doctor and overall a great person with a genuine personality. She takes her time and make you feel like you actually matter and address all concerns. Even though I can on a day they were short staff I think the wait was still minimum. I highly recommend her !

This was my first time visiting her and I absolutely love her, the front desk person as well as the nurse assistant. They made me feel welcomed, as a plus size woman you want to find a doctor that caters to you and doesnt discriminate because of your weight. Im so happy I found her 🥰🥰

I recently moved to the DFW area and had yet to find a primary OB/GYN. After getting some pretty shocking news health wise I decided to do some research and came across Dr. Riley. Not only did I feel welcomed and at ease by all of the staff here but I also felt heard. Not to mention the cleanliness of the clinic! I won’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family in the area!

Dr. Riley has gained me and my three teenage daughters as happy patients. She is personable and attentive to your concerns. It has been a long time since I have been this comfortable with a doctor.

I think Ive found my new doctor in Dr. Riley! I needed an annual pap smear and chose Dr. Riley from ZocDoc. She asked me a lot of questions and provided clarity on any issues that I had. She was personable and professional. The wait time and the procedure did not take long. Her office manager, Kirsti did a wonderful job at check in and answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend CornerstoneMD.

I was not as impressed by Dr. Riley as much as her other patients. I went in to have a well -woman check up on March 10th. During our visit, she stated that she was going to send a prescription to my pharmacy. I called to check on the status of my prescription and there was not one called in. I was then instructed to go to a lab, because the phlebotomist was out of the office. So, I had to Pay $75.00 for Labs to be drawn. My insurance covered the well-woman, so is it my fault, because they didnt have anyone to do my lab work on site? Then Dr. Riley called (tele-doc) another co-pay Im sure. My first tele-doc appointment was at 11:15am then it was changed to a 1:30 pm. I had to reschedule my entire day to accommodate the reading of my labs. Oh, did I mention that the labs were read to me 20 days after my office visit.I will not be returningDr. Riley and her office assistant were very nice, but the follow through was not to my liking.

I love Dr. Riley. She did my surgery at Medical City for my OBGYN needs and is now overseeing my weightloss needs. She takes her time and obviously cares very much for her patients. Office is clean and new and wait times are almost nonexistent.

Dr. Riley was very patient and informative with providing solutions for my medical care. Professional staff and team, very nice and clean office, felt very safe during my visit. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Riley had one of the best offices Ive ever been to. The staff is very nice and helpful, Dr. Riley has a wonderful disposition and great bedside manner and her knowledge and understanding are unparallelled. She went above and beyond for me as a patient.

Dr. Riley is an amazingly talented and professional doctor. She has great bedside manners. She answers any questions or concerns in a friendly and comforting way. Also, she has a nice and friendly staff.

Dr Riley was very friendly and explained everything in detail. The nurse Jasmine was very nice as well. I really enjoyed going there it wasnt even scary as many people make going to a gyno seem. I will be going back in the future.

Dr. Carolyn Riley is a very nice caring person who speaks directly and gives a good description of your health plan and care. The office at CornerstoneMD is very clean, not alot of traffic, staff is very friendly and you can tell the whole team has your back. I felt all of this after just 1 visit but I do plan on calling this office home. Thank you for caring for me ❤️

Such sweet and friendly staff! Highly recommend. About average wait time for a doctors office. Very informational, answered every question I had. Just be careful when entering the address in a GPS, if you miss a “2” it takes you to the other side of town lol

Just had my first Well Woman exam with Dr. Riley. She was very patient and listened closely to my concerns. Also, gave me a great action plan going forward.

Dr. Riley has been excellent in my womans health journey and weight-loss journey over the past year. Also, easy to talk to.

It was my first time here. They were very prompt with timing and she was very kind. I did not feel uncomfortable and I asked a lot of questions, but she answered every single one of them. I would definitely recommend!

They won’t help you if you don’t have money! I left my whole wallet at home and they wouldn’t send my prescription until I called back to pay and they are rude!
