Worst experience ever. Every step of the way, the staff were disorganized and made mistakes. Felt like a job just staying on top of things they should have been handling, which should have been enough of a red flag for me to switch sooner. The worst was when I experienced a loss and a staff member called to tell me I had a biochemical pregnancy in the most nonchalant way and had to put me on hold twice to answer my very basic questions of what that meant and what I needed to do. When I told Dr. Jones about this, she was defensive and essentially suggested I find another doctor if I didn’t trust her. This transition was incredibly heartbreaking to navigate on top of a recent loss. The reproductive center she works with charged a $500 fee to release my frozen embryos to my new doctor. On top of that, the doctor questioned the number of different hormones Dr. Jones had me on and the extremely long duration, as well as why her clinic chose to freeze a Day 7 embryo when most IVF clinics and embryologists (including his) will not implant them due to low viability.I was successful on the first try with a new doctor using fewer injections, no suppositories and no patches — saved me thousands of dollars in prescriptions compared to when I worked with Dr. Jones and had to order through Alto Pharmacy. What made it most worth it to leave Conceive Fertility Center, though, was the peace of mind and stress-free experience provided by a different doctor and staff who emphasize patient care and support.

Dr. Jones is among the most skillful and talented doctors I have ever met. She is swift to identify issues and solve them. I am really glad that I met her first and she was very helpful and very patient with me all the way. Now I am a mother of a 3 months old beautiful baby boy and me and my husband do not have any words to describe show our gratitude towards her dedication. We highly recommend Dr. Jones for those who are having trouble with conceiving.

Dr Tiffanny Jones and Conceive Fertility is wonderful! I was a patient of Dr Jones but also saw Dr Escobar and Dr Haas during my egg freezing journey during the holidays last year and they are all wonderful, including their staff. I recently had another fertility experience with another practice (not by choice) and the care I received was night and day compared to Dr Jones and her team! Dr Jones was involved in EVERY single appointment (unless she was out of town - I saw Dr Escobar once and Dr Haas another time - both absolutely wonderful as well). I got calls after every appointment discussing next steps, everything was so easy and clear. Going through IVF for the first time can be scary but they made it such an easy process.

Dr. Jones is beyond knowledgeable. I went to her because of hormonal imbalances and she gave me the perfect guidance. She created a comprehensive care plan for me. And I feel as if I am on the right track to conceive my baby. She’s truly an angel.

Dr. Jones is an amazing doctor! I have nothing but great things to say about her and the entire Conceive staff. From the very first initial visit, Dr. Jones was compassionate, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were a team. She kept us updated at each step and welcomed my many, many questions without ever making me feel rushed or that I was a number. I am so glad that we chose her and will be back when we are ready for baby #2! If you are on the fence about this practice, I say book the appointment! If you want a doctor that listens, teams up with you, and gives her all to ensure your success- then Dr. Jones is for you. She was available to reassure me, answer questions, fix problems/concerns, whenever I needed her and that’s not normal in the medical field. Thank you, Dr. Jones!

Unexplained Infertility, the others said ......then a very close friend of mine advised me to get a second opinion! I was so over it but something said just do it. I didnt even feel like researching more doctors because I believed what previous specialists had told me....I was older and IVF was my only option! I just knew that the next Doctor would say the same!! My friend said look I found this Dr. On Facebook call her, and I Did! When I tell you that was the best decision ever!!! November 2020 my first virtual visit with Dr. Jones. She was compassionate and concerned about my desires. I shared that I had been told I was old, my eggs were old, quality was likely poor and IVF would be the only way! Dr. Jones explained that we needed to try somethings and so we did. Semen analysis was first and after the results I felt defeated and thought here goes Dr. Jones is going to give me the IVF speech......but nope she recommended my husband take extra vitamins to improve sperm motility (conception xr). Since I had a recent Hsg done there was no need to repeat and we moved forward. Both tubes were open. December, Dr. Jones discovers a polyp and we also discussed my 4 not so friendly fibroids. I was so nervous and full of anxiety due to previous procedures that I immediately said I wanted to have surgery to remove the polyp!! Dr. Jones was honest with me that the procedure would be less than 5min and she could do it in office, surgery was not necessary. Her office team worked me in on the spot and said come back after lunch. I trusted her and again best decision ever! The procedure was uncomfortable of course but she is so very gentle! After the procedure she explained what she removed, and how the location could effect implantation. I felt so good knowing it was removed. My hope had been restored! January and February we tried Clomid+ injections. Nothing happened, so I joined TTC Support groups on Facebook. Not the best decision, I felt myself losing hope again. Although the groups can be positive I found myself only seeing the negative. Dr. Jones had not given up on me and I decided to exit those groups and consider her recommendations only. Dr. Jones discussed IUI with me and I was shocked to even hear that option. Again, I was told that IUI would be a waste of money due to my age and my husbands previous semen analysis.Dr. Jones gave us options instead of saying what wasnt possible. I did however decide to skip the third round of Clomid in March and regroup mentally. During that time my husband continued to take his vitamins and said that he would be willing to repeat the analysis after being on his regimen for at least 90 days. We took this time to just have fun, no appointments no schedules just enjoying each other. June arrives and my husband and I revisit the IUI option and repeating the analysis to see if his results improved. Well, that never happened because we were PREGNANT!!! Totally shocked!!!! Dr. Jones office was the first call I made to share the news!! Infertility is unfair, hard, confusing, and although no Journey is the same having a Doctor that is passionate, real and truly just a great person is so very important. My faith was dwindling but her positive spirit gave me hope. I wish I could have found her at the beginning of my Infertility journey. Sometimes thats all you need is someone that believes that it is possible. That Doctor was Dr. Jones for US!!! Were forever grateful that she gave us the chance and had faith that it was possible with us!! We will miss not having her care throughout the remainder of this pregnancy but her impact on us will forever be apart of the Sanders Baby Journey!

Infertility is painful. Doing this work with the wrong doctor only deepens the depth of the pain that you blame on everything because it affects all the things in your life that are important to you. It seeps its way into your relationships, your sense of self, your social circles, and Christmas dinner. There is one favor you can do for yourself during the journey from infertility to motherhood: find a great doctor that can serve the needs that you have. Dr. Jones is that doctor. I’ve worked with good doctors, and their work didn’t yield the results that I desired. Dr. Jones is wildly thorough and answers all of the questions for the rest of us wildly thorough people in the world. Here is what you need to know about Dr. Jones. She listens. I’ve been trying to conceive for almost 8 years. I had a lot of information about my history and journey. She didn’t discredit any of that information. She helped me understand what was relevant today and what I still needed to move forward. She was so patient and affirming with my husband and that brought him comfort in the process. My AMH was 0.16 and I’ve had many doctors that I respected give me one option: donor eggs. She helped me understand the risk I was taking with mini-IVF and was honest and meticulous . She didn’t ignore anything that may have gotten in the way. She didn’t let me focus on any one else’s journey, ovaries, or egg quality…and I needed that.Across my nearly 8 year journey, I have never been able to harvest eggs. My five eggs became two embryos. Next, my two embryos become one healthy transferrable embryo. Today, I am six months pregnant from that one little embryo that could. And I am grateful to God and Dr. Jones for that.
