The reviews are real everything the people say are true. This place is filthy. Needs a good spring clean. I stopped coming here mid pregnancy because the couple of times I did come I’ve had about a 2 to 3 hour wait and that’s just crazy. Insane for me. I have other things to do throughout the day. I understand that there’s other patience as well but if I have an appointment, I am expected to be seen around 10 to 15 minutes around that time. the restrooms need lots of attention at seems as if they just do a quick wipe down. They’re not actually thoroughly cleaned and these are restrooms and we are pregnant. Women women in general like they need way more attention. I was only able to see my doctor one time because the other times that I was supposed to see her. They said that she wasn’t in on Mondays so my question was why would y’all schedule me on these days if she isn’t in on these days and I personally preferred a female doctor But even on my first visit we didn’t go over really much anything I waited for two hours just to have a 2 to 3 minute visit with the doctor like she didn’t even try to get to know her patient or anything just someone on the books for her to see is how I looked at it Now they’re not rude but they do take forever to call someone when they drew my blood. There was no one sitting there waiting but me and I waited 52 minutes for them to draw my blood and the whole time the lady seen me but they continue their conversations on where each other were from and what they did over the weekend, etc. etc., after my long my last visit, I decided I wasn’t going to return because I was the second patient for the day and it still took them over an hour to call me to the back and when they first call you, they just get vitals and then your sent back to the waiting room. Unless you have time on your hands, I wouldn’t recommend this place and be sure to take your Lysol to spray the restrooms because you do have to give a urine sample before your visit. Also be mindful that the parking lot is super small and the way they overbooked patients. It’s very hard to find a parking spot so I literally had to park at a building around the corner.

I had an appointment today and had the pleasure to be helped by a young lady named Yoselin! She was amazing!! Thank you for being an outstanding nurse. I appreciate your tireless dedication and commitment to patient well-being! She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and was super patient!

I love this place especially when the MA named Maria Diaz was so nice and very friendly. I would ask her questions and she would answer them . Very patient & nice shows me that she cares about my well being. Also the clinic is always so well put and clean & very organized. 10/10 recommend.

I have gone to the office a couple of times and love when the MA Andrea Diaz assists me. She is very professional, and made my visit as comfortable as possible. She listened attentively to my concerns.She displayed a high level of professionalism, she is very gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

The MA yoselin is very sweet patient & does her job great. I have had her for a while now & she always makes sure I am comfortable in the clinic. One of the purest souls you’ll meet !!

Yoselin Rangel is the best nurse we have had the pleasure of having attend to us while seeing Dr. K! Her attention to detail and bedside manner is amazing. Coming in as a first time client yes good customer service. But after they see you when it comes down to the prescription they told me two prescriptions are sent to my pharmacy. I got one the rep told me it’s two I’m going back and forth and cvs and they said they only see one prescription. I called this place 5 times they told me yes we already send it to the pharmacy. I drove back up to the pharmacy they offer me my original prescription I pulled my pill bottle out and said already had the first one. They still didn’t send me my prescription just lied to me again just to get me off the phone . If you are willing to mess up on prescription why trust this company with my body. I rather switch than to end up in bad shaped due to this company. I rather switch I never dealt with a company ! No stars

Had a wonderful experience with this clinic. I suggest looking for Miss.Diaz who had attended to me that day before seeing the Doctor and how as well answered my questions before hand. I do appreciate having that insight. Everyone was kind.

Andrea díaz and Yoselin Rangel both have been amazing every time. Excelente bedside manners and always pays attention to details. Dr. K has also been amazing during my pregnancy and delivery! Thank you for what you do!

Ignored all the reviews about not going here due to insurance purposes but pls heed the warnings. The doctor falsely diagnosed me with hepatitis while pregnant, had a nurse tell me that I didn’t have it and the doctor never apologized or spoke about it again. In my medical notes, the doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Sandate wrote false statements about why I was there and what was going on with my baby during pregnancy. My pregnancy was normal but in the notes he would say things like decreased fetal movement, abnormal heart tones in my baby, and high blood pressure issues. Went to a specialist (paid for this out of pocket to make sure things were safe for me and my baby) for them to tell me I was perfectly healthy with a normal pregnancy. This place is dangerous in my opinion. Thankfully my pregnant was not high risk but I could have only imagined the outcome if it was.

Loved the doctors but the staff was extremely unorganized and constantly had me wait at least 20 minutes after my appointment time to get called back. Every appointment took at least an hour even if it was just an ultrasound needed.

Absolutely loved my experience here ! First time here and Yosselin was attentive and helpful in navigating me through my appointment thoroughly. Definitely a great face to this clinic !

Dr.Sandate is my dr and he’s been wonderful.so have all of the staff! Until yesterday when I had a follow up for my IUD… the lady called me back and was fixing to take my vitals and this woman (apparently the manager) storms in behind us and RUDELY says “excuse me, what are you doing what that” to the girl who was fixing to take my vitals. The girl told her “ oh I’m just using it real quick and then taking her to the other room for the sono check” and the lady literally told her “well can’t you use that one” it was on the wall that was already in the room.. then takes the vital machine and puts in it the hallway. Didn’t even use it !!!!! I cannot believe that lady is a manager there! She has ZERO respect talking to her employees and def needs to be fired or talked to about her rude approaches!!! Dr Sandate wasn’t in the office because I was going to talk with him about how rude that lady was to her own staff and in front of patients !!! I felt so back for the girl who did my vitals, I asked her who that lady was and she told me the manager (I’m guessing the office manager) and told me sorry and I said no, I’m sorry you have to work for someone like that!!!! I have never ever encountered someone that rude and aggressive all for nothing because she didn’t even need the machine!!!!! As the girl who took my vitals was walking me to another room I overheard that rude manager saying “it makes me look bad” to another person ( I think Dr Taylor) and I almost stopped and told her she does that on her own, I’m just in such disbelief of how she spoke/ carried herself.Other then that, the year plus that I’ve gone there everyone has always been so nice and caring 🥰

Had an appointment today with Dr. K. And the MA I got today was so helpful and very kind. Thank you Jennifer for talking to me through everything! God bless both!

Nurse Yoselin Rangel is the best at her job! She makes sure you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will be referring more of my friends here because of her. Keep up the good work Yoselin.

Clean. Quick. All the staff were professional. There are alot of staff so we were in & out quick! Ive met 2 Drs so far. Both seemed very caring.

I don’t even know where to began !!! I just gave birth to my first child and it was the worst experience!!!! My OBGYN never came to see me after labor nor delivered my baby. Not to mention they rushed my labor. I had to have an emergency c-section due to them giving me to much Pitocin that I didn’t agree too !!!! I scheduled an appointment today for my son to have a circumcision and I have my insurance information over the phone . When I got there after driving 40 mins. I was told that the doctor didn’t take my insurance to do the circumcision and she could’ve told me that on the phone when I booked my appointment! Also I did my blood work and my ethnicity was listed as a Hispanic and I’m an African American women! Today was my last day coming to this unprofessional facility.

My wife and I are very satisfied we where able to find a place they make us feel welcome, the MA Maria Diaz answer all our questions made us feel comfortable and gave us a tour around the clinic 10/10 recommended

Dr. Robert Vasquez is amazing. you can blindly trust him with the pregnancy and delivery. I have never seen a doctor with so much patience and actually listens to patient instead of looking at the computer. I am grateful to him for all the help and kindness.

I came to this clinic while pregnant for my last three children. Dr. Antonelli is an amazing doctor and he is surrounded by a wonderful staff. The are not a long wait periods if you have an appointment. They make you feel welcomed and like family.

Had a wonderful experience with this clinic. I suggest looking for Yoselin Rangel. She was amazing at explaining everything in details.

This place is AWFUL! As soon I walked into the clinic, I knew I would never be back! From the dirty, crowded waiting room, to the front desk staff that has zero professionalism, to the complete disorganization!I had my medical records sent over from my previous OB as it was very relevant to me due to my previous traumatic birth, and not a single person (especially Jeffrey Sandate, the so-called doctor that I was assigned to) in the office took the time to review it before coming in. They dont care about you as an individual.After being taken back to the hall for vitals, back to the waiting room, then back to the patient room to be asked Umm, what is your medical history?, then back to the waiting room until they finally call you to back for the third time meet the doctor. This dude sits behind his big desk and basically smiles and nods when you tell him your concerns and says Every pregnancy is different. No advice. No real concern.3 minutes of feeling like Im in the loan office at a car dealership and hes trying to sell me on a deal. Ive never once had a doctor that didnt meet me in the exam room and talk to me at eye level to make me feel supported and taken care of...and I wont settle for that garbage standard of care.To round out my whole experience of my 7 week pregnancy visit, the lady at the front desk scheduled me for 3 1/2 month later for a follow up (should have been 3 weeks later). I could only laugh at this point because it was clear that these people simply have no idea what theyre doing. AND, when I went in to retrieve my medical records from them to be transfered to a different clinic, she gave them to me all jumbled up and was like Is that okay? Crazy crazy.This place needs to be reported!

If you are pregnant I do not recommend this clinic. I went to the E.R and was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage. They told me to keep going to my prenatal appointments, which was a week after. I went and the Dr did not even see me, it’s like they didn’t even care about what was going on. They just told me to go back on Monday for lab work and I did, and still did not see a doctor that day. I’ve had two pregnancies before and for every prenatal visit I always saw the doctor or the nurse practitioner. I feel like the Doctor didn’t take me seriously or maybe just not cared. I had better expectations from them. Place is not organized either, and doesn’t look very clean. Front staff is nice and helpful and they do what they can. But overall I would not recommend this place.

NEVER COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PREGNANCY JOURNEY . 0 stars if I could does anyone mop or sweep this place it’s 10 o’clock no reason the floors should we COVERED in dirt as soon as I walk in the waiting room. Doctor RUSHED through the sonogram not explaining what I was looking at one time just let me hear the heartbeat for 20 seconds and then told me everything was fine with the baby at that was all nothing more . Besides the fact he pressed down on my stomach hard this is my 2nd pregnancy and no facility I’ve visited has treated me with such disrespect. They drew my blood sent me back to the dirty waiting room . They checked my blood pressure and then sent me back to the front dirty waiting room not to mention they didn’t even take me to a Room THEY DID THIS ALL IN THE HALLWAY! AND DIDNT WIPE BEFORE OR AFTER ME I at least expected some type of sanitation. Should’ve known the way the floors look. Wish I could’ve given a better review but they don’t care about their patients they’re overworked . They absolutely could use some organization.

Worst experience ever! I haven’t been to this office since 2014 ALOT has changed. I was left in a room for 1.5 hours when staff told me I was forgotten, I had to open the door and say something. I initially went in for one procedure, they convince me to do another because “we don’t know if your insurance covers the procedure all at once” which my insurance did! So exactly one week later I come back for that procedure for them to just tell me I need a consultation with the doctor first. Which I did the week prior on my first visit. They try to milk you and your insurance for every dollar they can by making one reason after another to keep coming back. Mind you they are very unprofessional, overbooked. Their inbound call center is based in Mexico. Each doctor is seeing about “30-40 patients a day” said by the same staff member who told me I had been forgotten. Also there is a nurse who works there with hickeys all over there neck very visible which I find tasteless and unprofessional. That shows the standards they set for their employees. I will not be returning here ever again.

So I originally wrote a review about the service the day I received it. Now I am writing back with the office on the line, as I had so many questions but disregarded them as I found another doctor and was determined not to return here at all. This needs to be reviewed. They are calling me today to tell me they need me to redo lab work. Funny because two weeks ago, I received labs from Unityscreen about the genetics of my unborn baby. Eye color, gender, ethnicity etc. Well I forwarded the text to may daughter as she is doing my gender reveal. She laughs when opening it up but doesnt say much, as this is supposed to be a surprise. A week later my daughter brought up that the baby is Hispanic. this is by far the case I and the father are African American. Wrong info was sent to me regarding someone else, name, address etc. This is beyond unethical and most likely is again HIPPA violation. I did ask to speak to the office manager, but of course she is unavailable. I let the lady know I will not be returning under any circumstance.

I do NOT recommend this clinic. Worst gynecologist visit ever, I had to seek remedial medical attention elsewhere because of the procedure I received at this clinic. Its bewildering this place is still open.

Receptionist dont use manners. They didnt inform me how much the appointment would be after 3 phone calls. Seriously over priced even with insurance. My previous Dr was affordable and amazing compared to this office. This office was beyond crowded. Women were standing because there wasnt enough seats. It wasnt a comfortable environment. I left the office. Wouldnt recommend.

Today I had an appointment @ 11:40 a. M. And everyone was so nice. I love the young, professional and respectful staff that are there. I hadnt visited this location in a while and they have remodeled. My new doctor is McKenzie Madill, PA-C. and she is so sweet. 🤗 She was so concerned about me and my health; her sencerity spoke volumes 🔊 I have never been so overjoyed from a doctor visit EVER, but the good spirits and vibes I came in contact with today have made my Friday the best Friday EVER💗👑 GOD Bless the entire staff @ Womens Specialty Center 1135 N. Once I made my application and the email with the appointment confirmation wasnt sent ,I knew this place was no threat place for meThey take forever to anwser the phone.they are very rude and unorganized. I wouldnt trust them to touch my vagina

Dr. Vasquez was able to put my mind at ease when I couldn’t, he explained what was going on step by step and discussed my options. He did a surgery/procedure on me and everything went great. Office staff is friendly.

😊McKenzie Madill was the most helpful person. Soon as she left... the clinic didnt want to see me anymore😡😡 to find myself another doctor. Which I was glad to do because when a doctor that replaced her didnt want to see me probably didnt read my chart I knew it was time to go. Dont recommend that clinic on Bishop but Samuel facility is awesome. You will be missed Ms. McKenzie 🤗 Thanks for everything they didnt even care about my breast cancer.The stars are for you McKenzie. Not the clinic you get maybe 1 or 2🤬

Worst experience, ever. 0/5 stars - would not recommend. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and spoke with the front desk to confirm my insurance and my appointment. Fast forward to my appointment today and I am told they do not accept my insurance, AFTER speaking with the office several times for confirmation. Also, when I arrived the office was over crowded. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN.

16 weeks pregnant started going to them at 10 weeks and so far everything I have experienced has been good. Each visit was a short waiting the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that my 1st ultrasound was literally a few seconds I wouldve liked to see more and longer literally only got 1 sonogram pic. Other than that I would recommend this place 100%

This was my first time at the Women’s Specialty Center. I came in for an IUD consult because I was getting tired of how my birth control was making me feel and wanted to get it removed for the meantime. I had met with Nurse Practitioner Taylor Merritt. She was so friendly and helpful. I asked her many questions about other birth control options and she happily went over some options and gave me pamphlets to read over. I would definitely go see her again.

The staff is nice and there’s no issues with them personally, but they schedule everyone at the same time and the appointment always lasts up to 3-4 hours. It’s a messy situation each time and there’s no organization. They don’t call you with your lab results in a timely manner and they take their time with them. Calling them is a nightmare and you get placed on 20-30 minute holds that do end up leading to disconnected calls sometimes. If I could change clinics I would in a heartbeat 100%. I hate to see other review the same as mine because it’s just a collective suffering with this office and how it’s ran.

Wonderful help, got me in on the same day I tried to make an appointment (within two hours of trying to get an appointment and declined by two other places) got me 2 more appointments set up, one to remove my birth control that was in for too long, and then one to take a sonogram to check for cysts today. She already informed me that its likely that I wont have any, but to ease any worry they are going to check anyways. My nurse answered every single mundane or crazy question (I asked like a 100) like it was perfectly normal and with a smile on her face 😊 definitely worth the hour drive I take to get there for my appointments

They schedule everyone at the same time and the appointment always lasts up to 3-4 hours. It’s a horrible situation each time and there’s no organization. When you call them they put you 30 minute holds. Sometimes you can’t even understand and on top of that they schedule you with the wrong provider. My provider is Dr. Vasquez he is great never had problems with him but the office and scheduling it self is BAD.

I’ve been coming here since my last pregnancy three years ago and all the doctors I’ve seen have been very nice and understanding. And they recently remodeled, it looks great in there!

I’m not sure why there is so many low star reviews! Other than the wait time and a quick visit in the doctors office (how it always is when having checkups) it was great. Sadia Khandaker was my Dr and she made my experience with my first born the best I could’ve asked for. When it’s your first you never know what is going to happen, as long as you ask questions you will receive answers. The hospital she delivers at, the nurses were nothing short of amazing. I was so pleased with my delivery. Sadly I moved out of state. But she makes me want to just go back to TX so I can have the same delivery, same doctor, same hospital. I had no issues.

Dr. McKenzie Madill gets 10 stars. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST, hands down! Unfortunately, I had to give the overall center a 2 because they denied care, to my daughter, for a follow up visit, because we didn’t have a $25 copay (which I didn’t know we had to pay again). I’ve lived in several states & cities & have never been denied care because of a copay.

The nurse Griselda was great and Dr. Cobb is great also.

The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable upon checking in. Dr Gonzalo have a great bedside manner, he was real nice and attentive. My visit was very efficient. I’m glad to have found this place.

I’ve have 2 pregnancies with this office:) my son and my 2 twins:) they are super sweet!! & know me very well! DR.Khandakar is very professional and spends times with her patience! I am trully thankful! Wouldn’t be any where else:) 🥰🥰 The front office ladies are amazing!!!!!!!

I would like to say that Nurse Practitioner Taylor is AMAZING!My issue is with one of the medical assistants. I am a first time patient getting my very first woman’s exam. I was brought to the back and was told the white sheet is for my bottom, and the blue is for my top. Mind you, I have no idea what this means since it is my first time going in for something like this. I asked the assistant what that meant and she said I have to fully undress. I was confused since I thought I was only getting a Pap smear and asked why I have to fully undress. I was told that it was part of the exam, which I then fully understood what it entailed.HERES THE ISSUE AT HAND: as soon as she closed the door she proceed make fun of me and laugh at me for not knowing that I had to fully undress to the other MA’s. This is so very unprofessional and made me feel unsafe. If you as someone who works in healthcare is going to talk badly of a patient and make fun of them, at least do so discreetly.I can’t imagine how many other patients this assistant has made feel unsafe and I just want to warn others who are possibly thinking getting medical treatment from this place.I will not be returning because of how I was treated by that medical assistant.

The doctor Taylor is nice but the office very unprofessional. They made me wait 3 weeks for very important lab results and when the doctor called me and I missed the call I called back right away and front staff said they can’t connect me to the doctor because she’s busy and hopefully she can call me tomorrow. I said why if my results are there I need to know them and they refused to give me my medial records.

Love everything Snot everyone here at this location! So nice and friendly and informative! Thanks so much guys for always making me feel important and appreciated! And btw the Lady that draws blood is a god send she gets that blood first try and that’s big for me because I’m used of getting poked 3 or more times for blood! 🥰

Place is very nice and comfortable. The nurses and doctors are friendly and help easy to explain make sure females understand and what females need and also I appreciate that nurses call interpreter for what deaf females need to communicate with nurses and doctors. Thank god I found place ..

Do NOT go to this clinic. I had Dr. Sandate and I was NOT pleased with the overall care I received from this facility. I had my first child and as a new mom I now realize I received horrible care. Patient care or education is not their priority here as this clinic is just worried about numbers. I seen the actual doctor twice throughout my entire pregnancy and was normally seen by NP students. For my post partum visit, again was seen by student and did not get checked at all to see if I was healing correctly. These providers should be ashamed of themselves.

Would not recommend, communication here is very poor and customer service is on the low. I tried to give them a second chance after receiving an apology from the provider for going to lunch on me and having me wait an hour without saying anything then having the staff try and reschedule me for their error. I did bloodwork last week and was advised I would receive a call within 2 business days..nope nothing. Come Monday I had to call and request a call regarding my results and they talk to you like you are calling them for a question and bothering them!! Only went here because my BCBS insurance helped me set this up…I will go where my friend recommended..near White Rock.

If I could find another clinic I would . Staff is very nice but the way everything flows is trash . I should not have to be here for 3 hours going back and forth to the waiting room every single time .I honestly feel like they schedule everyone at the same . It’s always at least 15 ppl ahead of me . Everyone who said there’s no wait lied .My doctor is the sweetest and answers all my questions but I always feel like I’m being rushed

This place is absolutely horrible. I have no idea how they’re still considered “medical professionals” a “doctor’s office” or even allowed to tend to the public. To this day no one there knows how to answer a simple phone call. Just recently I’ve called 12 times (yes, 12 times!) to talk to anyone about when my IUD expiration date is, as I had it placed almost 4 years ago, every single time I’ve been placed on hold for 10+ minutes, hung up on, or told there “medical assistant is on lunch. Even though I’ve called at different times of the day and was told the same thing over and over again. It took my husband, not even ME the person with the IUD, to get them to answer the one question. Turns out it expired a year ago. Guess where I won’t be going for future pregnancy??I went here while pregnant with my daughter in 2019 where I didn’t see my actual doctor (Dr. Antoinette) except for once throughout my pregnancy. I was seen by a nurse practitioner majority of the time and medical students. I was going into the Women’s specialty center 3 times a week for the last month of my pregnancy for the gestational diabetes doctor, weekly sonograms, and routine doctor(nurse practitioner) visits. Which took a toll on me going in all the time and travel to get there, as I lived further away than Oak Cliff. I decided not to see the gestational diabetes Doctor who would look at a paper for 5 minutes that had my weekly blood sugar levels on it one time. In the one instance that I did get see Dr. Antonetti, he and his assistant both “got after me” by degrading me and making me feel like not seeing that doctor was absolutely horrible for my baby and that I was horrible for not going. Which of course made me cry and beg the receptionist to change my doctor for the off chance that I see my actual doctor again. She gave me Dr. Sandate, funny how the doctor that almost kills women (in all the other reviews) is the one I’d rather have. Didn’t matter though because I never saw Dr. Sandate. I had a completely different doctor that didn’t work at this hell hole deliver my baby. Thank God! Save your money, your time, and go somewhere that actually cares about you and your baby. Women should enjoy being pregnant.

Rude office staff… Young lady answer the phone giving me incorrect information from what the provider gave me and I explain to her she hung up. Unprofessional

Unorganized check in process, long wait, unnecessary sonograms, unprofessional physician who I met briefly by briefly I mean less than 5 minutes to discuss my health and what medications I am taking. Iron medication sent to my pharmacy which out of pocket cost $530.00 and also the physician lacked compassionate care. Do not recommend going here.

My daughter went for a pap smear and paid her consult, they called her back but she had to pay 120 dollars to talk to somebody about the results and get her a prescription. How is this ethical? When she had already paid first consult. I think is extremely unethical of them to charge more money to get your results and prescription.

I do not like how the medical assistants ask personal questions loud with the doors open. Also, some laughing behind you. Yes I caught that. Totally unprofessional. Less waiting time though. In and out pretty much, but I would not recommend this place if you have a choice, or decent insurance to go somewhere else.

This facility is HORRIBLE. I made an appointment a week ago. I asked all the necessary questions about high risk bc I had 2 previous c-sections. I get to my appointment today and after paying $240 they take my weight and height and literally tell me my BMI is too high so they can’t see me. I’m 5’4 and 267. Most black women BMI range is higher than the charts that are put together bc of the way we are built, but typically we don’t look it. I took off work and drove 40 minutes from my home to come to this facility. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and this would have been our first sonogram of our baby. Imagine my disappointment and embarrassment to be turned away bc they consider me too fat. This facility doesn’t even have a decent protocol to ask for height and weight over the phone to save you time and embarrassment. I have NEVER in my life been so humiliated and upset. Not to mention I literally charged my card $240 for my copay and now I have to wait for the funds to go back before I can spend money at another doctors office. I have never been treated this way before and I have been overweight for my last 2 pregnancies. I have never wanted a facility to go out of business so bad. But we all know that wont happen. The best thing Incan do is warn other women who may be my size to not waste ur time and not give them the chance to embarrass you the way I was today. I had to ask to sit there and wipe my tears and dry my eyes before going back to the lobby bc of the sheer embarrassment. What is wrong with these people?!? If only they would have told me this over the phone or at least gave a warning. This is not how u do business

Very disappointed with the disorganization of this place.I had an appointment at the Samuel Blvd location only to get there and get told the wrong appointment was scheduled. Then get booked to the Bishop Ave location and 20 minutes before my appointment get a phone call that the appointment has been rescheduled AGAIN to a different time & date. I am frustrated the day has been wasted and should’ve heeded to the reviews.I do not recommend this center and will look elsewhere to save time and frustration. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had an appointment this morning. The staff is always nice! I had to get a procedure done. It wasn’t a great feeling but Dr. Sandate walked me through it. He apologized for the discomfort!

I love this office I’ve had all three of my pregnancies 2008,2016 and present here, each doctor and staff member are great! Yes there’s a wait sometimes but it’s worth it.

Regardless of the negative reviews I decided to come to this clinic as it was convenient for me. The nurses and the front desk ladies are overall amazing and very helpful. The problem is with my assigned doctor (I dont know his name... Dr. S?). My first visit I had a sono and was pleased with the technician. My second appointment was with my doctor. He performed the mandatory exam, but did not check for a heart beat and just told me to take my prenatal pills. Blood was also drawn that day and was scheduled for my next appointment.At my third appointment I asked the nurse if the doctor checks for the babys heart beat with the Doppler and said yes. I do think this was brought to his attention because he walked right in, had me lay down and check for the heat beat and just said okay and asked if I had any questions. I mentioned I had lower back pains ( I didnt feel this pain early on in my first pregnancy) and said it was normal and to take Tylenol. I dont feel like he cares for his patients and seemed very rushed..After going home, I realized he never gave me my results to my blood work. I ended up calling back to speak to a nurse and she was able to provide me with my blood work results. I felt like this is something that should have been provided by him.

Dr. A was fantastic during my pregnancy but when I came back for my implant exchange he had completely different staff that have made this place awful. Came in October and didn’t get my implant replaced until almost 4 months later. Staff gave me the run around until it came out that someone dropped the ball and my implant order was cancelled. I would have loved to continue using Dr. A because he is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to but it’s time to change due to his staff. If you have no other option be prepared to deal with subpar staff but if not run don’t waste your time dealing with them.

Literally left me in the hospital for a week. I almost got to 42 weeks. They do not care about you. Never really checked on me while I was in the hospital. This was 11 years ago and I see they are still horrible. Do not go here I had my second baby recently and realized how poor the care was from them.

Please don’t come here they take forever to call you in, it was my first pregnancy I lost him because they couldn’t tell me my placenta was too low they even had the nerve to tell me if my placenta was low, like why would you ask aren’t you the expert?? during the sonogram they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong they knew I was in pain they always set my appointment every two weeks when I needed to be seen ASAP. Once you are in there and you explain what you have all they tell you is to take ibuprofen he did not check me at all blood work was done they never called me for any results when I call to get informed they don’t have any information for me I go back again and do blood work tell me to come back in 2 weeks because the guy who does sonograms is going on vacation. Honestly my first pregnancy and my worst don’t come here go to someone who actually cares about you and your baby.

Worst place ever. I’m a medical professional who called them out about their policy of having a medical assistant deem patients as high risk or not without letting the patient see a doctor. Do not go here and if you do know your rights. If they refuse to care for you once they’ve made you an appointment that you’ve arrived to and signed in that’s against the law! Call your local news. I’m not from here I just needed a place to go while in town since I recently found out I’m pregnant, but if I were I would definitely have called the local news on this place. After telling me I couldn’t be seen by a doctor because I’m high risk they tried to refer to a clinic across the street who refused to make an appointment before I met with financial first. Horrible healthcare system

Dr. Venegas and his staff are the best! Very caring and compassionate. Have been a patient here 20+ years. I was well cared for throughout my pregnancies and deliveries. Always attentive and very professional to any emergencies. Always in and out within ONE hour when I have appointments.

The staff was friendly & courteous. Very good at getting the patients in & out. Really like my Dr. K very thorough and friendly.

I have asked to send my prescription on Tuesday so I can go get on the day of my appointment but they was nothing in the pharmacy system. I called them they said they will fax it out quickly, checked still nothing, went to the clinic, asked for the prescription, received the prescription, went back to the pharmacy and said they need a signature or prescriber, had to go back again to the clinic! I was frustrated! This could’ve been all avoided if they sent my prescription on Tuesday just like I asked! I’m wasting my gas going back and forth! I might consider looking for another doctor and an office that will actually send my prescription a day before my appointment.

Had to come here because the last clinic I had gone to was closed down or relocated, something. I had received a letter in the mail saying so and that my appointment was at 9 am. I called a day before my appointment to confirm my appointment time only for them to tell me it was at a different location and that my appointment was at 3:20pm. I was like fine maybe that is true, maybe I misread it, I go home later that night to see I had made my appointment at 9am! It was too late to call so I rode it out and said it would be fine. Get there at 3pm and start filling out the paperwork and I’m being rushed in and out getting everything done when I still hadn’t filled out the paper work! Or signed off on anything. Once everything is said and done, nothing was explained throughly, they didn’t ask if I wanted any further tests done. Just a, “see you next week.” I leave at around 3:40 pm feeling like I had just gotten there. Worst experience ever, never coming back. Don’t take the bad reviews for granted. What a waste of time.

I was nervous going in after reading the previous negative reviews. The ladies at the front desk were really nice, welcoming and friendly. My gyno was Dr. Sadia Khandaker, she was really friendly, respectful and caring. My experience was great, i am glad Everyone was really nice and friendly as i had no idea what to expect after reading all those negative reviews. Im not sure how the other Doctors are but mine was really nice! Had a great experience!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years. Staff now either doesn’t care about their Job, but they are totally forgetful, irresponsible and rude. Every time something needs to be done, I get transferred from one person to another and I have to call them to remind them on how to do their job. They do don’t take responsibility for the errors done nor apologize. I will be looking for another location. This one has become horrible over the years.

I am rating this womens center a 5 because I am very pleased with the services I have received thus far. I have had several services conducted by this office; from birth control to day surgery and have had no complaints. The staff is always courteous and of the few times I have come in, I can appreciate the wait times. Additionally, Dr. Antoinette is my ideal doctor. He is down-to-earth and just comes off as a genuine fellow. He has always explained things to me thoroughly and have answered my questions in ways that I could omprehend. I have never felt rushed or as if Im just another number or dollar. I am very satisfied with Womens Specialty Center and would recommend them to any female (even teenagers) that may need birth control, obgyn, prenatal, or even delivery services!

This place is hell was referred by doctor the day I thought I was supposed to have my procedure they wasted my time and just told me how the procedure worked. And would have to send the information to my insurance if im a referral shouldve already been done. Had to reschedule because my cycle started. They said the surgery coordinator would call me back never did. Called multiple times to be placed on hold and hung up on im furious!

I found this clinic when I was 5.5 months pregnant with my 1st child (11 years ago this month). I love it. They are usually pretty quick with the services.I started out with Dr. Antonetti. I remember when I gave birth to my oldest, I was crying and when my son was born he came out crying and he said aww look, u sound Just like your mama 😂🤣😂🤣. It wasn’t funny at the time but now it’s hilarious cause 11 years later he still cry like me. I also have had Dr. Baeza. Now I have Dr Antonnetti again and I’m 4.5 months pregnant with my 4th child.

Horrible just horrible. Not a clinic for patient care at all. If you just want basic treatment and dont mind waiting ridiculous hours well then this is your clinic. I wish I would have gone somewhere else for my first pregnancy. I only got to see my doctor three times, Dr. Venegas and he didnt even deliver my baby. The staff was nice, but it doesnt make up for the unorganized and unprofessional practice ways. I would never recommend it

DO NOT GO HERE. At first it was a OK experience. Sonographer rushed us out from our experience for our first sonogram. My doctor moved and had a new doctor Dr. S (dont know his name)assigned to me. He has no bedside manners. Every appointment he would just take the doppler and place it on my abdomin and state babys good and be scheduled for my next appointment. When I had questions or concerns the response would be it is normal. I had positive results on a urine and blood work and the way he presented the results made it awkward. Since then was treated differently because I chosed a differently clinic to treat me for a antibiotic. I felt so uncomfortable I stop showing up on my appointments. I showed up to my 8 month appointment and placed in a room. I already felt uncomfortable by already hearing the MA talking about me with the doctor outside the hallway. Doctor came in and start shaming me for not coming in, made me feel like a liar when I answered his question and told me I wont be treated after this. The MA treated me in a rush and disgustingly before leaving. I was embarrassed, ashamed and felt emotional with myself I will cry throughout mid to end of pregnancy. Please Do Not Go Here they just want your money but not your time... think for your little one.

Amazing place, I was iffy at first seeing all the reviews but the staff is very friendly and welcoming they’ve always made sure I was good. The wait is a little long buuuuttt I thinks it’s just because of the area they’re in. They have a heavy work load so I understand and don’t mind waiting. My doctor is amazing too super nice & always has a cheerful upbeat attitude. This was my first pregnancy so I was super scared and nervous about it all! She made me feel super comfortable, reassured me, and answered all my questions. Dr. Khandaker is seriously the sweetest. If I ever get pregsies again I’ll most deff come back just for her.

This clinic is the WORST. I used them when I worked 3 days a week. I went on my off days and planned to spend a great deal of time there. I just scheduled a sono with this pregnancy and my husband and I were there for 3... yes... 3 hours. There system and throughput for a patient are terrible. I am a nurse and I had to return to work. I went in to get my sono and he was so rushed that he barely took the time to look for a fetal pole. We all saw a heart beat. The feeling I had when I left was anything but what a patient deserves. This place doesnt care. They have an awful system. Please go somewhere else. My husband looked at me and said if they do not call you back next we are leaving. It was and always is ridiculous. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!

My husband and I love this clinic and we are so pleased with Dr. Venegas, we started our process about 1 year ago and with every consultation we felt more and more prepared. His knowledge in the field is exceptional and he sure made us feel valued and gave us hope. We’re now 3 weeks pregnant !!! Coming to this clinic and meeting Dr.Venegas was the best decision we ever made.

I went for my first visit in August, the day of my second appointment I find out that my insurance lapsed so the lady said that the doctor will be unable to see me. I fix the issue with my insurance and I call on September 23rd to make my appointment for Thursday 26th at 9:20 they call me on the 25th that the doctor will not be in so I have to reschedule for 10:20. I wait for 30 mins then I get called in and the MA tells me that the doctor is closing my case because I missed so many appointments. This is so ridiculous! It was One appointment and I called in and let them know what was going on constantly. What a waste of time! I am extremely upset. There were so many people there I feel like this doctor took in to many clients that he just wanted to get rid of some.

Worst OB/GYN I had ever assist me with my medical needs while carrying!

I haven’t seen a doctor in a very long time but this visit was wonderful. She was very attentive and not condescending in any way.

Terrible bedside manner. Would not listen to my wife about the endometriosis issues she has and blew her off. I do not recommend this place.This is a rack and stack money driven practice. No personable approach to medicine. If you have a condition outside of normal obgyn issues DO NOT GO HERE.

My daughter passed away 9 days before my due date. This is by far the worst place of ever been first off the wait is extremely long at least 2 hours. And way over crowded. Its so loud can hardly hear your name when its called. On top of that, I was setting weeks pregnant with my third child when I started my first appointment at that office the first time I met the doctor he told me on my risk of being pregnant because this was gonna be my 3rd c.section. But a month before my due date I started having extreme extreme pain it was so unbearable I could not walk I couldnt move every time the baby moved I scream out in pain. When I first felt the pain I thought its labor. I never felt contractions ever before. I went straight to the emergency room where I was supposed to deliver and they sent me home telling me I was dehydrated and that nothing was wrong with me the pain never stop it with ongoing like nothing I ever felt before. it hurt so bad I didnt know what to do with myself. I couldnt move but I couldnt sit still because it hurts so bad. The second time I went back to the emergency room that time no doctor saw me at all again they sent me home telling me I was constipated and dehydrated..after that I went to my doctors office my doctor was at the hospital on call the nurse practitioner sent me over to the hospital when the doctor was the nurse at the hospital called him he told her to see if I can hold down crackers and water and send me home. I could not hold on crackers and water I was throwing up at least six times a day couldnt hold nothing down and my doctor never came and saw me. The nursing home told me to go buy an enema. 2 days later the pain was even worse than before. I had to be rushed to a different hospital by ambulance because I lost so much blood..I got there and my baby had no heartbeat and they had to do an emergency c.section. My daughter died nine days before my due date. I was in pain for 2 weeks straight and Dr. Baeza NEVER CHECKED FOR ANYTHING. NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO ME. NOTHING. MY DAUGHTER WOULD HAVE LIVED IF ONLY HE WOULD HAVE DONE HIS JOB. I BEGGED FOR HELP. I PLEADED FOR HELP AND NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO HELP ME. and then two months after my daughter passed away is when they finally called to find out why I missed my appointment and if I had my baby because I didnt deliver with them. So NO.....I would not recommend this doctors office to no one not even my worst enemy. Its by far the worst and THE MOST DEVISTATING experience I have EVER been through!!!

These wonderful doctors brought both of my children into this world, they have always been professional and courteous. The ladies in the front are so sweet. And Ive always been attended to on time.

Throughout my first pregnancy I went there and didn’t feel welcomed. First off I had dr.sandate and like others here he just seemed rushed like he didn’t care. Just came in was somewhat rude and when something negative came up about me he tried to discipline me and belittle me. I disliked going there. Made my experience of being pregnant bad.But thankfully he didn’t deliver my baby and didn’t show up that day. But now for this pregnancy I have dr.antonnetti and he is the total opposite. He is very nice and caring and makes you feel at ease. Like him very much.

Horrible experience. After waiting for 3 hours even though I had an appointment Dr. Venegas did not pay attention to my concerns if he was in the room for 2 minutes it was a long time. And they made me pay more money than I needed to pay. When I asked for a refund Nelly the billing person was the worse person I had to deal with. She was very rude and hung up on me, now I have to wait a month to see my refund. Awful experience stay away .

Had to change drs due to insurance. My last ob sent all my paperwork over for them to approve prior to even letting me book an appointment. It was approved and my appointment was set. I show up only fill out all the forms and go to the back and be told oh your high risk. We cant see you heres a referral. Nothing on my chart had changed. Obviously the dr did not take the time to read the chart before signing off on it. So really I guess it was a good thing as would I want a dr who doesnt take the time to read a patients chart to be responsible for the delivery of my child. Hell no. I read other reviews and I should have steered clear as they werent in the least bit positive about service and attention to detail.

*Updated post partumThis office is very unprofessional and very unorganized. Ive been upset with my experience on two separate visits now because they have scheduled me in a way that requires my appointments to be rescheduled TWICE now. The first incident was because they scheduled me at 14 weeks instead of 16 for labs and now yesterday (Thursday) I had an appointment which was supposed to be for my 20 week sonogram (which by the way Im 23 weeks pregnant now) but the technician wasnt even there so now I have to go back Monday. They called me the day before my appointment to confirm so if they knew the technician wasnt going to be in, why didnt they reschedule it then? Also, I called back to day of to let them know Id be in and still NO MENTION of the issue. Its simple math, really. Just schedule me when Im SUPPOSED to be there. I dont understand how this keeps happening.**UPDATE POST PARTUMI came in to my post partum check up and set up my birth control so doctor sent in the prescription. Kept calling and asking since it had been weeks that turned to months. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and said theyd call me when it came in. Still no call about a month later so I call again and the lady at the front desk transfers me to someone who tells me they canceled the prescription. By that time my insurance has ran out so I have no coverage. I asked if someone was supposed to notify me and she apologized and said yes. Here I am with no birth control and no coverage.

My Doctor is Dr. Sandate And He is A Good Doctor. I Never have waited long for my appointments. I Switched to him when I was 25 weeks pregnant and he will be delivering my son via C section on September 6th. Hes Taken Pretty Good Care Of Us Considering This Is A High Risk Pregnancy. 😊

Avoid this place. Its a waste of time. Staff is so unprofessional and unorganized.. The waiting time is ridiculous! My first appointment I didnt even get to meet my doctor, Dr. Sandate. My second appointment Dr. Sandate walked in the room after waiting for more then 30 mins in the room and didnt bother to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. He just did a Pap smear ( which took him not even 5 mins) and walked away.. I then asked the nurse if he was going to do a heart beat check to make sure my baby was still alive since I was about 15 weeks pregnant and didnt feel any movement yet.. She then asked dr. Sandate, came back and said no because I already had an ultrasound a month ago. With my previous pregnancy I would always get a heart beat check no matter if I had an ultrasound a month ago..I immediately started looking for another ob gyn and luckily found an amazing doctor that is not only caring but also takes his time no matter what to answer all my questions and the waiting time is about 20 mins the most.

Definitely love it here, came to the clinic back in 2014 and 2015 with my first and second baby,now I’m back again with my third baby,definitely the best care you will receive,I love Dr. sandate and everyone else that works there I’m always in and out no long wait time they are very caring and concern about any questions you may have.

Their wait to is ridiculous. I have spent an average of an hr waiting to be seen. I waited about 75mins today for a sono that took less than 5 mins. My appt was at 9am. I was able to read the sono techs watch at 10:17am when he was performing the sono on me. Then getting Dr. Sandate to talk and answer questions is like pulling teeth. Only reason I go there is bc my preferred OB clinic doesnt take my insurance and womens specialty center does.

1st appointment took my copay and two urine samples after that they forgot about me for 2hrs went to ask front desk and she said that is it after I was told I was going to get a sonogram, she didn’t know nothing about. She tell me all done schedules me an appointment. I leave they call me that they got my chart mixed up if I can go back for a sonogram and for the doctor to check me because she didn’t even do that. Ah no thank you!

I love this office! Never had problems here. Even the ladies recognized me. And I went to get my nexplonon Dr. Soto was the best. Light hands. And super quick. Im never in the office longer than 1hr.

Dr. Vanegas delivered my first daughter in 2012. I also experienced the long wait times, short face time with him. With my second daughter i had went to a check up about 3 weeks earlier then my due date and I could barely walk because I had so much pressure in my lower stomach. I couldnt sit down. It was uncomfortable to stand and I kept feeling like i needed the rr. He checked me and said i was about 4 centimeters dialated and was trying to send me back home. While waiting for the bus i decided to get a second opinion at Methodists. I was without a car and walked. When i checked in and they laid me down to check how dilated I was, i was more. This was about a 10 min walk. Dr. Antonetti was there from the clinic and the nurses and himself were yelling at me asking why i didnt go in earlier. As soon as i laid on the bed my water broke and i had my daughter abt 5 minutes later. I couldnot understand why dr. Vanegas tried to send me home if i was already that far and i was complaining of this pressure. Im not a dr. But it seemed smarter to me to have me wait a little bit and check me dilation again before trying to send me home. I was so upset that he did that. I could not imagine having my daughter on a dart bus

Worst place ever I wouldnt come here to have me checked out while I was pregnant or even after just tried calling to see if I can get a workers note saying I cant lift heavy things since I had the epidural not once but TWICE and these ppl denied me now my back hurts so bad!!! Would give them zero stars If I could..

Hate this place i told my dr i was having pains and my urine came back abnormal he said it happens i was 4 months pregnant....kept considering i was fine and i shouldve switched drs! Ended up having my baby at 23 weekd 6 days! When i knew something was wrong never again drs never listen to your needs! Or conserns ladies choose another place!

Been coming for several years now, no major issues. Bit of a wait when you have an appointment scheduled but what doc doesnt have you waiting, right? staff is always approachable and doctors always make me feel comfortable.

My wife and baby almost died at the delivery from dr. sandate. Do not go here!!!! My wife is a healthy normal woman and never had any problems but she and my daughter both almost died at Methodist Dallas at the delivery BC she was suppose to have a c section but the dr left her on the bed in labor for 3 days until my baby came out blue and not breathing. She had seizures in the nicu for a week and my wife was transfered to baylor with eclampsia and almost died BC she didnt get the c section which was required. Please dont go here!!!

Such a bad experience. Comcers regarding my pregnancy were not answered. The only person that looked like she enjoyed her job was the one that took my blood samples. Everyone else looked so annoyed. Worst experience ive ever had at a clinic for sure.

Dont understand why its taking 2 days to get test results medical assistant is always busy can never give results for test.

The worst experience ever.. I wouldnt recommend anybody too visit this office. Only one nurse is caring the rest are just not friendly.. First you have to wait an hour before being seen, then and the doctor dont even bother to check your vitals like other doctors do. So if you are looking for a great doctor this facility would not be the appropriate one for you...

Worst place you can come to DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR FIRST PREGNANCY OR EVER AT ALL!!!! Very rude employees!!!!!!!! If it’s your first pregnancy, you can’t even ask questions without them trying to make you feel dumb. They will also try to get over on you, the workers always have attitudes! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Dr. Antontetti is very kind and compassionate really shows he cares about his patients well being I felt really comfortable and welcomed at his office

I called made an appointment, signed in, gave my insurance, completed all my stack of paperwork turned it in, saw the waiting area pretty full but didnt let that get to me so I waited & waited then I was by myself in the waiting area and one of the office staff members came out to ask me if I was waiting on someone and told them I was waiting to be seen, guess my paperwork didnt go in??? Finally they call me out to tell me they can not see me because I didnt have a proof of pregnancy?? NOBODY TOLD ME TO BRING ONE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. Used the excuse that they can not see women past 30 weeks pregnant, I was no where near that, I didnt even have a baby bump. Lazy, unorganized staff. AVOID this place!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. If you don’t mind waiting over an hour to be seen then this is the perfect place for you. The staff so far have been very nice but this place is under staffed. Very disappointed. Waited almost 2 hours just to get birth control implanted. When I was finally called back into the procedure room, it was dirty.. food stains on the wall.. it’s a cluttered mess and more.

My baby had semilobar holoprosencephaly, where their little brain fails to split into 2 and they never told me, They never even checked my babies brain. His foot was crooked, he had malformation in his face and they never ever said anything to me. This is the worst clinic you could ever choose to go. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. doctors suck.

This place needs to fire Dr. Sandate. He is not a competent nor a compassionate doctor.I was referred to this place by my PCP to assess the situation on my embedded IUD. (A nurse practitioner attempted to remove it the normal way with no luck, she said it was embedded.)First, the office is PACKED. The staff was nice, but my son and I had almost no seating. We were in one waiting area, then we were called to the back to sit in a completely different waiting area. My son had to sit in my lap.Next I was taken to my exam room. I had my son sit in a chair at my head and undressed and covered with a sheet, awaiting a vaginal ultrasound. A man came into the room (the sonographer) and inserted the ultrasound device and began looking around. While this was happening Dr. Sandate came into the room and began looking at the ultrasound screen, which was facing away from me. After a moment he gasped and made a contorted face. What sort of doctor does that?! I asked him what was wrong and he said Your IUD is very embedded. It is very deep.. I of course ask What are we going to have to do to get it out? and he responds with You need a hysterectomy!. WHAT?! I say A hysterectomy? Like removing my whole uterus? and he goes Yeah, its really deep. If you want it out, that is probably what we will have to do. and then he LEAVES THE ROOM.The sonographer then removes the device and I get dressed, and ask a nurse if I can speak to the doctor again. She takes me to his office and Dr. Sandate proceeds to tell me that removing it would endanger me, I have little hope of getting it out without a hysterectomy, and that if I want children I should try conceiving with the IUD in. (Not to mention this is VERY DANGEROUS.) He tells me to call back and schedule for a hysteroscopy to take a deeper look, but that he is near certain that I will need a hysterectomy.Needless to say I left the office is tears. I cried all day. The next day I called the office to attempt to schedule a hysteroscopy... they cant even do it there and they had to refer me out to a place that eventually took THREE WEEKS to approve my referral.I ended up going to the Womens Centre in Denton for a second opinion, and the doctor there after a sonogram told me immediately that I DO NOT need a hysterectomy, and that he can remove it without surgery without issue. HE SAID THAT HE HAS NO IDEA WHY DR. SANDATE WOULD RECOMMEND SUCH A THING.What sort of doctor does this? What sort of doctor makes a contorted face and gasps at an ultrasound screen? Where is your poker face? How many women has this negligent and incompetent doctor sterilized NEEDLESSLY? It breaks my heart to think of the women who may have allowed him to take their uterus. Yet this man says in his bio on their website that he loves seeing life grow! I dont believe it.STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ESPECIALLY DOCTOR SANDATE. Go somewhere else!!!!!

I couldn’t be any happier then I was today!!!!! I went in to get my nexplan and when I said I was in there with a lot of fear I was!!! I was so scared of the pain but I was speechless it didn’t hurt at all!!!!! I was shocked didn’t even feel it being placed I was amazed I totally recommend this clinic I love it ♥️

Do not go here!!!!!! DR. Sandate almost killed my Baby. I developed pre-eclampsia which he failed to recognize or diagnose. Then he left me on the delivery table for three whole days while I couldnt dialate, my baby girl suffered head trauma being born vaginally, it should have been an automatic c section from the start, but he was M. I. A and only checked in with the nurses at methodist when he should of been there as soon as I went into distress. I even asked for a c section the second day of the labor and they told me he was at church and too busy. My baby was in the Nicu for a week suffering from severe head trauma and seizures, as well as couldnt breathe or eat bc of the trauma to her head. This was a case of NEGLECT that should of never happened, as told to me by several doctors from baylor since the birth. If he had just done a c section the baby would have been born safely with no complications.

This is the worst place ever! Every time I come here, the wait is over an hour even when I have an appointment. I dont undertand how no one knows how to transfer someone to another department. I once waited 20 minutes for the billing department, after three people picks up asking for my name and date of birth to put me back on hold and then finally someone tells me the lady is gone. Its 3:30pm on a Wednesday! Why is it called a billing department when only one person works?! I ask to be called back multiple times and no one ever calls back. Horrible!!!

All im going to say is Im extremely happy I changed my insurance this is the WORST pregnancy clinic EVER

Do NOT come here. Second time they make me come two days in a row because their staff did not inform someone about a test needed. If you want a clinic that actually takes care of you this ones not it.

Had my wife laying down for 3 days with needles and tube inside her she would complain about the pain and they just didn’t care period and wouldn’t let her eat or drink anything trying to force her to have labor early when ther was noting wrong with my baby .....very insensitive and rude with my wife ......his staff is very unprofessional....we asked to leave because we been ther for 3 and my wife and child where ok and still wanted to keep here more days ..........NEEDLES ..THEY POKED HERE OVER 10 TIMES LAST 2 NO BLOOD CAME OUT SO THEY POKED HERE JUST TO POKE HERE AND MAKE HERE ARM SWOLEN .......wish I could say good things but I’m sorry to say he wasn’t .....asked to leave and instead of letting me go home and rest for a few days he told me that he wasn’t ganna be my wife’s doctor ...instead of being professional and ask us to come next week to come check up on here !!!!!!!

The nurse practitioner answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and kind and the staff was busy but organized.

I wait for almost 40mins to see my doctor ,Once hes in the room I tell him whats going on he tells me Im fine and leaves me there to schedule my next appointment,Havent even had an ultrasound since January when I was 11 weeks and Im 35 weeks now !!!!

I love this clinic. It is sooo amazing and in the future I will be coming back for the rest of my pregnancies

Came here for birth control. It was a quick and easy appointment. Taylor was amazing and super sweet!

Do not go to this clinic!!!! They take 2 hrs to call you in the room and rush through the procedure. Not only the assistant laughs when you have a embarrassing question but they DO NOT ANSWER questions! Worst place! They don’t know what they are doing!!!!

I’ve been going here for my pregnancy since I was “17.1 weeks” now I’m 30 weeks and the whole time I’ve gone here they try and rush you in and out they don’t care to answer all your questions and I’ve been to the hospital 3 times in one month for Braxton Hicks and I still Haven’t gotten a sonogram to make sure my child’s fine just a midwife assistant feeling really hard on my stomach for 10 min and say I’m fine and now I feel as if I’m leaking fluids and they tell me IM FINE but I’m fixing to go up to Baylor never ever go here

This is a horrible place this is my girlfriend first pregnancy and they didn’t do anything right they didn’t let me come back to see the sonogram her pressure was up it’s just a horrible place to go they didn’t do blood work none of the things you supposed to have done at your first prenatal visit wasn’t done smh we will NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!

Incompetent- this describes all of the girls at the front desk at the bishop location. Will tell everyone all my friends/family members. Will be posting on all social media platforms and leave a Yelp review as well.

Don’t go to this clinic they discriminate you if you are not a certain weight not a good clinic for pregnancy.
