This was the 3rd IVF clinic that I’ve been to after all of my previous attempts failed at different clinics. Dr. Thomas is the absolute best; she is not only competent and personable, but she also listened to my concerns/needs and tailored my treatment based on the latest research and keeping in mind my past treatments/experiences. I never felt like I was “batch-processed” like many clinics do. Not only that but at our first attempt with Dr. Thomas, we got pregnant AND got 3 other viable embryos on ice! 6 weeks ago, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy and I am already planning ahead to transfer another boy in roughly a year. I am sticking with Dr. Thomas! Highly recommend!

Dr Thomas and her team are excellent! Dr Thomas was super patient with me and her nurse Kendra calls me routinely to check on me and give me clear instructions. Whenever I had concerns or questions, they addressed those immediately. The surgery and whole cycle went well and I could not be more grateful.

This is the third clinic Ive been to and the absolute best by far. Every single person I interacted with during my appointments were so kind, helpful, and prompt. I was amazed by their efficiency and professionalism.I really wish I got her name, but the blonde lady sonographer who did my ultrasounds was lovely and the absolute nicest person ever. Dr. Karen Lee was also very kind and she made me feel very comfortable. I am so thankful for my experience here and would recommend this clinic to everyone.

We started at this clinic and worked with Dr. Lee and briefly Dr. Chantillis’ nurse. In my opinion, this clinic is a cattle call. We felt that treatment plans were sent out by the nursing team with little to no physician input because when we asked for the rationale behind the physician input we were told the recommendation was the standard. Technicians do ultrasounds and testing where other clinics the physician does it themselves. Dr. Lee was hours late to appointments—I don’t know if this was due to an emergency or not but we were not given information. They lost samples/failed to properly save with little explanation. Then they tried to charge us for the test they did where they lost the same. Nurses were very rude. They took forever to call back and were not compassionate. They had so many people in the office at once we felt we had little privacy.We felt were treated with a one size fits all approach. They did tests that felt like a money grab. This clinic at one point was the trailblazing clinic but it appears they have gotten too big. I cannot tell you how many people I’ve spoken to with a similar story.We switched to Dr. Rebecca Chilvers and had a dramatically different experience—getting pregnant on our very first round of IVF. I am so glad we left this clinic when we did.

You have lost a new patient because of how the scheduling of my appointment played out. My appointment for an IVF consultation had been booked since May 21st for June 25th. After I had emailed on 6/13 to confirm if my paperwork was received, I was notified on 6/14 that my appointment with Dr.Lee had to be rescheduled due to Emergency Reasons and that an appointment on 6/17 at 2pm was available. I confirm that this would work. I had to follow-up the morning of 6/17 at 8:22 to confirm the appointment for today. Ray said it was fine and had to inform the nurse. However, she called back a few minutes later saying there was a conflict and offered me 6/18 at 9am. I told her mornings do not work because my husband cant make it. She had the audacity to say he doesnt have to be at the appointment, do you want himthere? I ask well what happened to my original appointment, why is that nolonger available? I was told Dr.Lee had to fly out for family matters. I ask why hasnt anyone tried to contact me until nowto reschedule my appointment. Ray claims shes tried to get in contact with me, however I have no missed calls from your office nor voicemails or emails. I work as a Director of Operations so my emails and phone are monitored 24/7 so I assure you there was little effort in trying to get in contact with me. Im only given the options of a morning appointment or to wait another month for the next available appointment. Ive already contacted another Doctor and made an appointment elsewhere for 6/24. This may seem like nothing to you guys but when youve been trying to conceive for something like 36 months and you finally make the tough decision to proceed with IVF, I need a doctor with staff that I can trust and feel supported by. This just all around feels like total disregard for prior commitments, lack of organization and unprofessionalism. It seems there was a scheduling mix up and Im the one getting the shaft or maybe really it just a blessing in disguise.

Highly recommend this clinic. I just finished a round of social egg freezing and found the clinic to be efficient and responsive. I was originally referred to the clinic by my gynecologist, so that gave me a great deal of peace of mind. There was a 4 month waiting list for an initial appointment (which is a good sign if you are able to wait) and they messed up processing my intake forms and cancelled my first appointment without notifying me, but after those initial issues it was smooth sailing. Things progressed quickly once I was admitted as a patient and I was extensively and carefully monitored throughout the process. Nurse Kelly is AMAZING. She was a consistent, comforting presence throughout the whole process and is so good at what she does. My doctor was Dr. Lawrence who was also great. You only see the doctor at your first appointment and then the retrieval typically, but I found her straight forward and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Dr. Lawrence did a great job with the egg retrieval procedure - I felt safe and comfortable in her care and had relatively minimal discomfort after the retrieval. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to a close friend.

Prices for IVF are not offered unless you pay for a consultation first!!! I have called to multiple places before and they had always tell me there starting prices! This is ridiculous!

Dr. Shannon, her RN Courtney and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful! This clinic truly cares. You never feel like just a number with them. They do their best to keep you informed, and always call you back if you leave a message. I drove over an hour from my house to see them.

I just absolutely love this clinic and the team. I went to another fertility team in town and they were terrible relative to Dr. Thomas and her office. This team is always on-time, so friendly and attentive--got an ultrasound on day 1 appointment by Dr. Thomas herself to examine my situation. You feel like youre the only patient, which is a hard experience to come by in my opinion. Dr. Thomas in particular is just a dream--she offers a nurturing but refreshing perspective. The wait for the first appointment is WELL worth it! Youll get a comprehensive understanding of your situation and the possibilities as well as a team who cares most about you and your preferences and least about making money.

I cannot speak more highly of this fertility clinic. Dr. Mika Thomas and her nurses were incredible. They are extremely thorough, responsive, and kind. I felt very supported through all the ups and downs of this journey. Whenever I had labs, sonograms, etc. done, I always got a phone call that same day from my nurse giving updates. I never had to wait or wonder about test results. The embryology lab is down the hall so all procedures are done in the same building. They are extremely professional.

The doctors and nurses are quite capable. My wife and I had a major issue when the embryology team accidently thawed then had to re-freeze our most viable embryo when the doctor had postponed the transfer. Now the embryologists have been dragging their feet with our paperwork as we have opted to find better care. We also had multiple issues with the medical billing specialist that resulted in incorrect lab work bills for which we waited months to be reimbursed.

I absolutely recommend DFW Fertility! Everyone in the office is so friendly, it feels like a family! I personally worked with Dr. Thomas and her team and they are amazing! I had so many questions, and they answered in person and in the portal. You are never kept wondering, their response time was very quick and detailed. This is a hard process, but they make you feel at ease the entire time. I wish I could give them more than five stars, because my time with them has been incredible!!!

I cant say enough good things about DFW FertilityAssociates. My husband and I have been working with Dr. L. Lawrence and her AMAZING TEAM since October 2021 when we were diagnosed with infertility, Dr. Lawrence was very clear and upfront about our issues and treatment plan from the beginning. I was not confused about anything because of how well she broke it all down; and if I was confusing, her AMAZING nurse Kelly answered every email, every call, and made sure I didnt drive myself crazy. I mostly interacted with Kelly, one of her nurses, who is BEYOND amazing. I cant even put into words how grateful I am for her. She has gone out of her way on many occasions to ensure I felt comfortable and heard! Shes taught me everything as far as administering meds and keeping as calm as I can. Shes ALWAYS there for me. Shes become my family. Its such a big deal to love the team your doctor has and I am SOOO LUCKY to have Kelly. I also have a favorite US tech, Candace who is Bomb.com as well! Shes also gone out of her way to explain confusing sonograms and comforting me during loss. Shes my family now too. Along with the two front desk attendees Marissa and Josie. They are the sweetest and most patient young women!! I could literally write about them ALL for days!I cant forget to mention Dr. Lawrences other nurse Ashley! She is as sweet as pie and so caring!This entire office is heaven sent. I truly have come to love them all! Infertility is an emotional confusing roller coaster. These are the types of women we need in our corner during these times. Whether doing Look no further, you wont regret choosing this office!!!

Everyone at the office is super knowledgeable and caring. Candice did most of my sonograms and by the end of my treatment it was just liking going in to see an old friend! Dr. Thomas’ nurses always called me the same day with test results or would call back quickly to answer any questions I had. The ONLY thing I would change about this place is that I didn’t feel like I actually saw or talked to the Dr very much. But she was great when I did see her!Currently 14 weeks pregnant from our first IVF transfer!

We were cared for by Dr. Karen Lee at DFW Fertility Associates. I found her to be incredibly smart, caring, supportive of protocol suggestions/changes, and dedicated to doing everything she could to get us pregnant. She did not push unnecessary procedures on us and was very clinical about her suggestions for developing a protocol tailored to our case. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone that asks. We felt like family at this clinic and our nurse, Katie, was so prompt at returning important calls and being available through our struggle. We also really loved the strict way the embryologists ran the lab and felt as though our embryos were in excellent hands while being biopsied, frozen, etc. We will return here for our second child and did leave the clinic with a success after 2 transfers.

I cannot stress how much we loved our doctor, Mika Thomas. We recently had moved & came off a failed cycle. Dr. Thomas was able to assess the situation quickly and get us moving. I was actually able to come and get checked to confirm PCOS the same day as our first phone consultation. She was very knowledgeable and adjusted medicine as necessary. My husband & I were able to do a freeze all cycle where we got 7 embryos. We transferred 2 as soon as we could, and now were expecting one healthy baby. Not only did we love this doctor but all of the ultrasound techs were super friendly. We cant thank this clinic enough, and cant wait to use them in the future!

I’m very thankful to the DFW fertility team. Dr. Thomas was amazing. I had seen two other fertility doctors before but felt like I was just a number for them and not truly working in my best interest. After I moved to Dallas,I’m glad I chose Dr.Thomas. She did the work up the same day I had my first appointment and started treatments immediately in my next cycle. She didn’t waste time instead explained the situation and gave my options. She was honest and did not give false hopes. She always patiently answered all my questions, the best part is she always get together after each cycle and discussed what worked and what did not, discuss the next course of action and gave options and help us decide the next step. I have two beautiful kids and I’m thankful to them for that.

Had very worst experience with Dr. Lawrence. They wont take responsibility / accountability for their actions. They keep you in fear and make sure to take tests even if that is not taken into consideration for further process. There are other good fertility clinics around and just stay away from this office.

I went here for monitoring and had a good experience except on my last appointment the nurse sent the wrong patient’s lab results to my clinic. There were 2 Nicole’s in the office that day for monitoring and apparently she switched us up. By the time we caught it the clinic was closed, so of course I had to do the after hours line. I get ahold of a nurse who didn’t have a computer (so had to have one of the doctors look up my results). Totally shocked when I get my bill and they show a $150 after hours call and nurse charge. Like you violated my HIPAA rights AND didn’t even send my results over timely the least you could do is not charge me to fix your mistake!! That’s like 1000x important in fertility to make sure your getting proper dosage. I would have given them higher stars if they had owned their mistake and treated me right. But to charge me for your office’s medical records mistake for lab results which you know need to be STAT (not to mention the actual patients results) is really unethical. They also charged me for office visits even though I never saw a practitioner (nurse or physician) or consulted with anyone. I only had ultrasounds and lab draws. I’m going to dispute this bill but clearly their M.O. is bill and see if they get away with the charges.

Amazing experience here with Dr. Lee and the whole staff! Everyone was friendly and knew my story and name. They are very prompt with setting appointments and calling you back. I could not have asked for a better experience. I felt truly cared for and loved by everyone in the office. So grateful for this fertility clinic and the IVF twins they helped me get!

I started with Dallas Forth Worth Fertility Associates in 2019. Dr Chantilis was my doctor and Holly was my nurse. I cannot begin to explain how much I love this place!Dr Chantilis was very open and willing to listen to my concerns. He always tried a new protocol when we had a failed cycle. He was empathetic and caring throughout the process.Holly was unbelievable. She listened to me intently, took tons and tons of phone calls and emails, and genuinely cared about me and my husband. I am so thankful to them for the care and hard work they showed every single day.I am blessed to say that with Dr Chantilis and Hollys help my husband and I are expecting our first child after a long 7 year battle with infertility.I cannot wait to come back when we are ready for another child!

Mika Thomas is hands down, SIMPLY the BEST!!!My OB referred me to her after my husband and I experienced a devastating loss and were so desperate to become parents again. She was so easy to talk to and so incredibly understanding about our tender situation.Her nurses are top notch and you can tell the entire staff truly cares about their patients. They are quick to answer any questions, and if I was experiencing any concerns would fit me in for an appointment to ease any anxiety that I had.I know that this doesn’t happen for everyone but we were so incredibly blessed with a twin pregnancy after one round of IUI. God, our beautiful Angel in heaven, Dr. Thomas and DFW Fertility Associates all had a hand in making our wildest dreams come true. (I am most definitely crying while writing this recommendation.) I will forever recommend Mika and her team.

My husband and I had went there in hopes of having another child. Dr. Lee and her nurse Katie went above and beyond for us; the whole staff did for that matter. We werent on the roller coaster of emotions and treatments by ourselves, they were invested and truly cared for us. They were quick with responding to questions and getting back to us with test results. WE have another blessing on the way and its all because of their practice we have been given this addition to our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are so thankful for Dr. Karen Lee and her staff! The IVF process can be overwhelming, but I urge anyone who is considering it to consult with Dr. Karen Lee-- she is smart, clinical, and dedicated to her work. We required multiple rounds of IVF, which sucks, but every step of the way was made easier by her cheerful and supportive staff. The nurses and stenographers are seriously incredible. I am 100% convinced that it is because we placed our absolute trust in Dr. Lee and her staff, that we now are three months pregnant. Im also not sure I could have gotten to a place of such deep trust with any other clinic or with any other physician, this Dr. listens, cares, and is dedicated to helping women. Please consider her if you are experiencing infertility struggles, it can be extremely discouraging, but this clinic is loving, patient, and supportive.

My partner and I started our process of ivf recently and so far it has been really amazing. We selected Dr. Thomas and she is truly a gem. Doctors can never guarantee ivf will work so my review is based on the process so far.Our phone consultations were wonderful. Dr. Thomas called on time, answered all our questions and was very patient. Both of us have had our necessary examinations as well which have went great as well. The offices are very clean, well maintained and the staff are all very friendly. Dr. Thomas was very kind with our examinations and we didnt feel rushed at all.Deborah has been amazing with communicating with us in regards to appointments and next steps that need to be taken. TJ at the front office is so sweet and welcoming as well. So far our experience has been great and we are excited to continue our process.

Used Dr. Thomas but also saw Dr. Lee and Dr. Lawrence for visits on weekends. Dr. Thomas and her nurse Britney were great to deal with. I always felt that Dr. Thomas was present in prescribing my care plan. Calls were daily from the nurse telling me instructions. Would recommend this practice to all seeking help with infertility. Currently 39w with my first child.

Dr. Lawrence, her nurses and the rest of the team are fantastic!! They did a wonderful job communicating, keeping us informed about each step in the process, making the time to answer all of our questions and easing our concerns. Their open communication allowed us to be confident in every decision we made as we moved forward in our process. We consistently felt that we were receiving the best, safest, and highest quality of care. We highly recommend Dr. Lawrence and the Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Assiciates. We are so greatful to them for the great work they do.

I have been seeing Dr. Chantilis for about a year and a half now and my experience with this clinic has been so so. If it wasn’t for Ruth and her kindness, I probably would have left. There’s really just a lack of compassion here. Infertility, especially unexplained infertility, is extremely frustrating and drains you mentally, physically, and financially. I feel like I haven’t gotten any answers despite the numerous appointments I’ve had and surgery. They really pushed me to do IVF, even while we were doing my IUI’s, which made me uncomfortable. However, the worst part of my experience is definitely with insurance and billing. She sent me the amount I owed 5 days past the due date and told me I owed this before we could proceed while I was literally in the middle of IVF. She also made me feel a bit dumb when I was asking her questions. Kindness and compassion goes along way.

We loved the care and concern we were given by Dr. Thomas and the staff at Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates. The office is organized, professional, as well as caring and compassionate. My husband and I are currently 19 weeks pregnant and are so so grateful! :) Highly recommend this clinic!

I was a monitoring patient at this clinic, as if infertility isn’t already stressful, they made it even more stressful for me with their horrible front office staff at both the Plano and Glenlakes location. (the nurses at the Glenlakes office were great, don’t want to take anything from them:-) I was told by my doctor in Colorado not to attend my last two bloodwork appointments because it was time for my egg retrieval and transfer in Colorado. I was excited and happy and hit the road for my embryo transfer. Take in mind I was paying out of pocket about $400-$600 for every appointment. I assumed my actual doctor communicated with DFW Fertility letting them know I was ready for IVF and I wouldn’t need the two additional blood work appointments at DFW FERTILITY, until I got back. I even communicated with the nursing staff that if my last appointment went well, (levels/bloodwork) CNY fertility would be calling me to complete my IVF in Colorado. When I finished my IVF in Colorado and scheduled bloodwork when I got back after a successful embryo transfer, DFW fertility denied me services stating I was a no call no show, after already taking literally 1,000s of dollars from me. It’s like they were mad I didn’t do my IVF with them (10,000 more than CNY fertility, which only charged me $4999 for the entire IVF process. ) DO NOT GO HERE FOR MONITORING!! I had to scramble to find a different location within 24hours, because the tests are cycle/time sensitive. They didn’t take into account it’s my first time, I’m already struggling with infertility, or the thousands I had already spent with them. Treated me like straight trash, stating “ well we have notes of you not attending another appointment at the Plano location” which I didn’t attend because the office staff member Barbara was so rude and unprofessional I refused to go back to the location, to which they responded they were aware and “ they didn’t hire her, and she was overwhelmed in her position “ The thing about me is, what’s for me is for me! God must’ve knew this wasn’t the place for me. If I can stop any other monitoring patient from attending here to not go through what I went through, please read. They DO NOT CARE what you’re going through, what part of the IVF process your in, all they care about is the money, not their patients. They were so rude and clearly all already have children and are not struggling with infertility, because they dismissed me and didn’t even mention the money I had extra on my account and if it would be reimbursed, faxed my requisitions back to CNY fertility stating I was a no call no show. My doctors at CNY were horrified and couldn’t believe what I was dealing with, they immediately found me another monitoring clinic and apologized for the HORRIBLE services I received from DFW FERTILITY.

We are beyond blessed to have found Dr. Mika Thomas at DFW Fertility. She and her staff are the most pleasant and caring team that we have had through our fertility journey. Dr. Thomas truly listened to our wants and goals of starting a family. She took on our case, was aggressive in treatment and made sure we stayed safe while on this journey during Covid. We are elated that Dr. Thomas has helped us start our family and can’t wait to meet our baby. We will always be thankful to Dr. Mika Thomas and the entire staff at DFW Fertility Associates.

I had an appointment yesterday with Doctor Lee she was very humble, I was really comfortable talking to her, and she simplified every thing, I would really recommend her .the stuff they were amazing, and I like how they will answer every email I sent .

I did two rounds of IVF with Dr. Lee and have two beautiful children as a result!!! I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lee and the staff at this practice. The wait times are short, the call backs are quick, and everyone is very responsive. Dr. Lee will talk to you like a sister. My husband and I wish we could have seen her the entire pregnancy! I recently got pregnant without IVF and Dr. Lee fit me in to her schedule the next day and started me on hormones so the pregnancy could be maintained. I am forever grateful for Dr. Lee and her staff.

Overall great experience at DFW Fertility. I appreciated that they didn’t make us try months and months of less effective routes before moving on to the next step. We tried a couple months of Clomid by itself, then moved on to IUI and I am now 14 weeks pregnant, which I know is not the usual outcome, but we are so grateful to Dr. Chantilis and his staff! Especially the sonographers- always so friendly- and our awesome nurse, Holly! I had a million questions and she always answered them patiently and thoroughly. I appreciated their payment options, too. We’re so thankful for this place!

Dr. Mika Thomas was amazing! She seen me in April and was treating me in May with my first treatment. I’ve heard people waiting months for just labs and testing but Dr. Thomas was quick and extremely nice. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wish we could’ve kept her for our OB! Thank you all at DFW fertility!

Weve loved working with Dr. Thomas. We came to her after our third miscarriage in a row and after we had already had a consult with another clinic (who told us our only option was IVF). We werent ready for that yet so she started from the ground up. She reviewed all our test results and found 3 issues that can cause recurrent pregnancy loss, only 1 of which was noted by the other clinic. We addressed those issues and conceived naturally a month later and had our first healthy baby. After our son was born and we were ready to start trying for #2, we tried for 8 months with no luck (I have low AMH so time wasnt on our side). We did an IUI and it was successful! Currently 15 weeks pregnant with #2. Both thanks to Dr. Thomas and everyone at DFW Fertility Associates!

My husband and I had an awesome experience with Dr. Lee. We didnt know what to expect and the stigma of infertility can be discouraging, but all the staff made the process easy. Dr. Lee is a great doctor! We definitely recommend her and Dallas Ft. Worth Fertility

The front desk person/ receptionist is so rude. First of all, they didn’t have any available appointments for new patients until 2-3 months later. And I called to cancel my appointment since I found another clinic and the person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me immediately when I said I needed to cancel my appointment. I’m so happy and glad I did not waste my time to go with this clinic for treatment.

Dr. Thomas was amazing and I really felt like she was on the IVF journey with me. IVF is a draining experience, both emotionally and financially, and these doctors and staff really helped me through it. Im so grateful for all of their help. Everyone there is highly compassionate and professional. I highly recommend!

I just had a very rude encounter with their office/nursing staff. Their paperwork and Google listing has no suite number, so it is a little difficult to find them. I had to ask another office for directions. Once I arrived at what I thought was the right place, counter with nurses, one of them LOUDly and rudely said Mam you need to wait out beside the door to the right, they will check you in. I was confused because that was just a closed door that looked like a closet to the side so I asked to be sure, she said yes wait right there, again rudely and loudly. 5 minutes later Im waiting by the door like a dummy in clear view of all of them, I decide to try the door and it is a whole separate waiting room with a receptionist that connects to their office. I cannot believe how deliberately unhelpful and just mean they were. This was an initial appointment, but I will definitely not be going to them again for any fertility care.

Thankful. Infertility sucks. Dr. Chantilis, Ruth, Holly, Holly, Candice, Helena and the amazing embryologists make science and miracles come together. Forever thankful for them and all the hard work and dedication it took to finally get a sweet baby to stick. They were always willing to listen to my crazy ideas and all my google questions and help me work methodically towards success. Steve and I can’t wait for this sweet girl to get here and forever think of you all as miracle workers :).

Dr. Thomas is amazing, and so is the rest of the staff. They all care about you and your success. They walk with you every step of the way, from the heartache of failed cycles and miscarriages, to the joys of positive betas and perfectly growing babies. Without this office and Dr. Thomas, I wouldnt have my amazing family!

Amazing staff!! Dr. Lee and her nurse, Katie, are amazing! The sonographers are also awesome. It’s the last place you want to go, but once you are there the people make you never want to leave!

Dr. Chantilis and every member of his staff is AMAZING! My first visit was on January of 2017. December of 2017 I had a beautiful healthy baby girl. Thank you Dr. Chantilis for making my dreams come true.

10/10 if I could.Without question-he is the very best.I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr.Chantilis clinic,the nurses and the front office ladies.They were all great to work with especially during such a stressful time for my husband and I.Dr.Chantilis is extrememly knowledgable,experienced and compassionate .I felt very confident with his suggestions and procedures from the beginning and we were successfull on our first try!I am happy to say that I am 2 months away and God willing deliver a healthy baby boy as well.We are forever grateful and will never forget what they did for me.

Hi this is Bal Biswa and my wife Devi Biswa. Let me share about ourself. Our first Miscarriage is in 2012 since from there we didn’t have any baby. We try a lot and visited many clinics and spent thousands of Dollars. Finally one of our friend tell us about this clinic and we start visiting. Our first visit is in March 22nd, 2018 and November 2018 we got the results. Now we have boy and due Date is July 18 ,2019. Thank you Dr. Karen L. Lee and Dr. Samuel J. Chantilis we are really appreciated you both. We really thank you all the nurses. We highly recommended to visit this Clinic.

Dr. Gada and staff are an excellent team. They will take the time to explain the process to you, you will never feel rushed, and they customize the treatment to you. They have a state of the art lab, with experienced embryologists and nursing team. I have two children from Dr. Gada which would not have been possible without him. Dr. Gada truly understands what you are going through, since he has also dealt with fertility issues himself. It is rare to find doctors that have actually experienced what you are going through, as well has having such high SART success rates.

Dr. Thomas is hands down the best doctor Ive ever seen. Shes so caring and compassionate. I wish she could be my OBGYN!

My Dr. was kind, & I do believe they put forth their best effort. Most of the staff was patient & nice. Scheduling was easy & the environment was calm.Unfortunately I don’t feel a diagnosis of unexplained infertility for the thousands of dollars we spent on doctors visits, bloodwork, surgery, medications etc. should leave me without answers. It was a very expensive “I don’t know” & lets just try this to see if it works trial & error kind of process.Ultimately they wanted us to do the expensive IVF, but why trial something so expensive when you don’t know what the problem is, it makes no sense.There’s obviously a reason but unfortunately they just couldn’t find it. I was frustrated with being told everything looks normal...& yet over 4 years later not 1 positive pregnancy test.With the advanced technology & labs... one would expect to find something.Disappointed to say the least.

Referred to them by my general doctor. Made an appointment a month in advance, received a voice mail the week before the appointment that the appointment was no longer to be honored. Needless to say, that is an awful way to start a what I will consider a long, emotional and trying relationship. NO actual valid reason was given for the cancellation of the appointment.

I would like to give 5/5 for the doctor and the nurses and a negative 5 to the insurance department, Brenda and Jennifer . They don’t get the approvals on time and it is so frustrating. We missed a cycle just because these folks don’t get the insurance approval on time. These folks need to hire more people in the insurance department so their work load could be shared .

The staff is phenomenal. The care and attention they provide exceeded the expectations of my husband and I. I am thankful to Dr. Lee and the Dallas Fertility Associates for our fertility needs.

Ridiculous pricing just for ONLY TALKING with a doctor. No breaks for out of pocket cash payers. Not the friendly staff that others boasted about. They will talk down to you and make you feel like complete dog doodoo. Not very willing to give much information over the phone about their practice or procedures. I DO NOT recommend this craphole.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chantilis for more than 3 years and I’ve had 3 IUIs and surgery done under his care. I absolutely like him and his staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr Laurence consistently went above and beyond throughout the whole process to explain everything to us and help us navigate our options. We could not possibly be more impressed by her and happy we chose her!

Dr Thomas was amazing very caring. The ultrasound tech was marvelous I loved her!!! Every one that treated me was great.

Very happy w/Dr.Thomas she is very talented on what she does she helped me with every single question and doubts I had during my treatment there... Dr Ravi is amazing. He is very patient, smart, and We felt we were in good hands from the beginning.

We had a ton of eggs and possible embryos who ended up dead for no reason. Dont go here. I believe these specimens were mishandled.

The worst customer service ever. They leave you waiting in the line for very long time. I have questions related with payment bills and both people that attended me in this department were very rude and had no patience to explain the details I have doubts. They should be more respectful with the client especially in this type of business. I am really disappointed.

Appointment was at 10:15 - had to wait until 11. This is the second time Ive had to wait over 30 mins and they have wasted my time. Time is money. Horrible scheduling.
