Bluestar made easy by coming home for blood work. The mobile service was excellent, the staff was on time, courteous & professional . Highly recommended!!

Very unprofessional. Bad customer customer service. They don’t respond even after saying excuse me through the door slide. Made me wait for 40 min while I was the only person in the lobby. Don’t recommend this place if you care about customer service and professionalism. Not sure if the management really cares about customer services both the ladies were unprofessional.

Very professional and clean location! I was even able to bring my young kids with me being that I don’t have childcare and they never turned me away like most others would have done! The staff here are very professional n courteous! Thank you for making this a very professional environment

Interaction with the 2 technicians was amazing. Very quick and efficient with completing the test. Both of them explained the process . It had been a while since I had one of these test. I was in and out under 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location

I arrived (5) minutes after opening, so the visit was rather quick. There were (2) people ahead & one tech. The tech was nice and knowledgeable, informing what needed to be done and what was to come.

I will never use this facility for any type of testing again. I had to get blood drawn for genetic testing. When my package was ready to be shipped, the staff placed my package into a fedex drop box. If you’ve ever used drop boxes then you know the carrier doesn’t service them regularly even though they say they should be. My package is still sitting in the drop box as I type this, which forced me to schedule another appointment with another facility and resubmit blood samples for this test because of time constraints. Knowing the contents of the package, the staff should have known to take the package to an actual FedEx store. Common sense isn’t so common. Never again!

They were very polite and professional the only thing is there is no handicap grab bars in the restroom so it can help us get off the toilet without falling. Also whoever owns the building needs to put a handicap walkway out front off garland roadThanks

I didnt have a great experience the first time, but learned from my employer that it was our HRs fault and not ARCpoints. Didnt take long, if you show up 15 minutes before opening youll be in and out.Friendly staff and that provided me everything I needed to get through my appointment, because I have a phobia of needles. Very patient and respectful with me as I had to get shots and blood drawn, and I was literally on the verge of passing out because of my fear. I had Jason Long and he was the best, there is also a lady who works here, didnt catch her name but she was awesome as well. I have to come back for another shot and I am actually looking forward to seeing them again .

I dont have insurance and needed some clinical testing done. I called around for pricing and found that Arcpoint labs had great pricing, so I made an appointment. The lab was clean and the medical assistant was very knowledgeable and got me on the first stick!!. Results came back the net day. Great experience!!!

I highly recommend this walk in clinic. Everyone is so friendly and professional. There is almost no wait time. The staff is very nice and were extremely helpful with any questions I had. If you need any laboratory service, this place is the best.

I see that most all of these reviews were written by people who came to ArcPoint’s old location. A small, poorly-ventilated room that would eventually make even the most patient of people miserable. I feel fortunate to have joined the ArcPoint Team after the move to our new location. It’s in the same building, but in a much larger, more comfortable space. Do we sometimes resemble a Daycare? Yes. We serve a lot of families in our community. As a helpful tip, if you don’t love children as much as we do, come early. We open at 8:30am and are generally a lot less busy up to 11am. We get progressively busier from 11am to 3pm. After 3pm, expect a full office most days. This place is like a daycare. Some of these parents have absolutely no consideration for other people the wait time is ridiculously long. Kids running wild,screaming, yelling, throwing tantrums. I’d prefer not to go back the staff doesn’t say anything to the parents with these wild children who don’t stop there kids from being loud and disruptive definitely praying not to go back here never again negative 👎 zero stars.

I have used two of the Arcpoint Labs location, Plano and now the new White Rock Lake location on Garland Rd to send clients. I have been very please. The Labs are Very clean with courteous & professional staff (also bi-lingual which is very helpful). Lab Results come back quickly and the staff is so knowledgable to assist me in selecting the right test every time!

Its so hot In here i cant breathe, there is not a single air duct in the lobby. Lines out the door and no visible staff. Just a piece of paper. Sign and sit. Not a very good operation, dont reccomend it to anyone. If they assign you this lab request another one. Drive across town NC. You will be waiting for an hour.

I went to Arcpoint for a preemployment drug test. The lab was spotless and the Lab Tech was very helpful and polite. I was in & out in 10 minutes during my lunch hour. Im going back to have some clinical lab tests done since its cheaper than going through my high deductible insurance. Really great lab close to home.

I went to get my blood titers and immunizations for school at Arcpoint and the lab was spotless, service was very fast and clinically sound. To my surprise the results were back in 2 days and my shots records are all complete for school. I would recommend Arcpoint to all!!

I used Arcpoint Labs in White Rock Lake for a drug testing for my son. The lab was clean and the lab tech was knowledgeable and we were in/out in 15 min. Great experience for drug testing and our test was accurate/negative.

It says it closes at 5:30pm i got there at 4:30 On a Friday and no one there. Very upsetting especially since my CPS caseworker wants me to do the drug test within 24 hours.

The light skinned girl is extremely rude... I asked for her name but she said why with attitude or I would of called her by her name. Made me wait again today after she forgot to give me my license yesterday. I tried to call all morning to find out if it was here for sure and no answer so I assume they were busy but there was noone else there.

Came in for a drug test. My collection sample was at temperature on the strip and she wouldnt collect it saying it wasnt body temperature...I never had an issue with drug testing.

It was so early in the morning for my drug testing and Helly greeted me with a smile, everything was quick, organized and clean.

Those two women who were there at the time I needed to take the test were just whole and friendly..
