I loooooooove RBA!! Dr.Straub was my fertility doctor and he and his team was absolutely amazing and very attentive to all of our needs! My husband and I were trying to conceive for 4 years with no success and Dr. Straub patiently guided us through 4 cycles of IUI with no success and then IVF! We went through 2 cycles of IVF which the first there were a few hiccups with the lab. Needless to say, Dr. Straub and his team was very understanding and took full accountability and ensured my husband and I were set up for success. Unfortunately I miscarried 7 weeks after my first IVF cycle and Dr.Straub and his team was with me the entire way and ensure that my body and my husband and I were ready for another cycle! Now, after graduating from RBA we are now 9 weeks pregnant and entering our 10th week(we’re close to the 2nd trimester)! Thank RBA, Dr. Straub and the entire team for helping us add to our family!!

Run don’t walk away from this place. I don’t think I had one good experience. We used them bc of their “live birth guarantee”. From the beginning their coordinators always dropped the ball. We were the ones constantly emailing them to push things along. The doctor was cold at best. I have a rare disorder that makes carrying impossible and he shrugged his shoulders and said ah we could probably do it. Now I realize that’s because they are money hungry.They did my appointments out of order twice and they were a waste of time but made sure to charge me for them.They overcharged my insurance, didn’t file my husbands or surrogates correctly, they constantly double billed me for my GC. I would pay her bill and then they would transfer it to my account to also pay. They always messed up or refused the military discount they advertise so proudly. They takes weeks to fix anything with billing mistakes.They also never answer the phone, they push you around 5 times and you never get answers. They lost my paperwork for the GC TWICE that I had to special request from another country.They didn’t call our meds in on time and almost messed up our transfer.They don’t do in office education but rather you complete online modules so they don’t have to spend any actual time with you.Honestly, I could keep going.Their billing department is a mess so watch for errors. Their docs didn’t know my health condition or how to include me. Their coordinators are slow and unhelpful. Their nurses take forever to respond and made a med error. The entire process from beginning to end was stressful and the education was unhelpful. Please find another clinic to sink your 40k into.

My overall experience was great. It was the first time Ive been to a fertility doctor, after trying many times unsuccessfully. Dr. Strab was very patient with me and answered all my questions with judgment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the processes. They didnt make me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Which I was already feeling that way before I went into the office. When I got in there I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands. If you are looking for a knowledgeable doctor I advise going to thus office.

I’ve waited to provide my thoughts on RBA until I experienced another clinic to ensure my experience at RBA was poor. After 4 miscarriages we decided to try IVF. Round after round failed… 5 to be exact. I was the one constantly researching alternative protocols or reasons for our failed attempts. I was told over and over again “it’s your eggs, you’re too old to have a biological child you’ll need donor eggs.” We fortunately moved from Atlanta to Charlotte where I experienced another clinic. Our first round with them got us our first embryo which was normal, she’s now 3 months old. RBA treated me like a walking money sign. I never ever felt I mattered and was even told me failed attempts messed up their statistics. Just be wary, if you have a journey that’s been trick and not typical, RBA probably isn’t the right place for you.

We used Dr. Straub to help us find out why we couldnt get pregnant. He was very informative and good at educating us on the science of our options. Every appointment (and there are a million) was pleasant and well organized. I did not feel like I was the first person to do IVF. They are very detailed and built a rapport with me. We had a successful IVF baby and many embryos for future use. We will use them again when we want to try for a second!

I would put a negative star if I could. I went to my first appointment alone (my husband was working) and saw Dr. Straub. He didn’t seem to take me seriously and he had absolutely no empathy. I had just found out I had low AMH and was devastated and he told me my only route would be IVF (I was 24 at the time) and there was a very high chance that that wouldn’t work.Here I am a year and a half later, used a different fertility clinic and got pregnant with my first IUI and have a beautiful 3 month old little boy. This clinic did not give me any options, they made me feel like everything would fail anyway, and all they wanted was to make me do the most expensive procedure. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Insurance and money SCAM! They make you pay everything upfront in full and I had to file through insurance myself. Well even though my insurance paid 100% they wont give us the money back! Im a gestational carrier and this is so much unnecessary stress on myself, my agency, and the parents. Plus they never return phone calls or answer to begin with. Impossible to get anything done.

We went to Dr. Straub after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We explored our options at the time and, once we were ready, we chose to do a cycle of femara. They were excellent in making sure they had every aspect covered in order to help up the chance of us getting, and staying, pregnant. They added estrogen, femara, an ovidrel trigger shot and progesterone. They did ultrasounds to track my cycle. They were completely on top of everything. Luckily, we got pregnant the first cycle! So far, I’ve reached my 2nd trimester with a healthy baby girl and I have since graduated from Reproductive Biology Associates and moved to a OBGYN. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again if we try for another in the future. Manisha (the nurse) was also extremely helpful and very “on top” of everything. This is especially important since a lot of steps are time-sensitive during the process.**update: we are currently 34 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl thanks to the help of RBA!

I had Thank you guys once again a great experience at the office of Dr. Robert J. Straub. The team was great, I am looking forward to working with them. You will not leave the office without knowing your options….Thank you all again

Do not waste your time with this SCAM ARTISTS. They do not have any regular doctors working with them. They hire doctors as needed and all they do is keep charging your money every tiome you go there for ultrasonography. After several ultrasonography and $1600 cash payment, when I asked to see a doctor to consult, they said I had to pay $300 cash for the doctor consulting, and the appointment would be a month later since the doctor was not available.They just set up with some unfrofessionbal mimimum paid nurses and cheap ultrasonography machine and rented a room to repeat ultrasonography and keep taking your money. This is a total bomey grabbig SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

Dr. Straub his straight to the point without wasting time and explaining everything thoroughly for a clear understanding. We are glad we came here.

No one should have to wait over 30 minutes past their appointment time. If you arrive on time for your appointment you should be shown the same curtesy to be taken back a reasonable time. I understand running behind, but waiting 46 minutes to be seen is rude.

Hello, on 12/05/2018 I went for the first time with Dr. Straub, he is an excellent doctor, his way of explaining the diagnosis is very detailed, also looks for the way the insurance covers as much as possible, I inspire a lot of confidence like the staff who works with him, all very professional, thank you Dr. for such a nice treatment, I feel very safe to put my problem in the hands of a doctor like you and I know that with God ahead I will achieve my dream of being a mother.
